A Big Problem With The Media Has Been Revealed

MY FRIEND AND FELLOW LOVER OF TRUTH, liberty and the rule of law, it is time for you to do something you have been avoiding for years. I need your testimonial video (see http://www.losthorizons.com/MidEditionUpdate.htm#4).

Let me explain. As you know, a concerted effort has been underway for two weeks now to get media attention to the outrageous and uniquely transparent (and therefore overall-tax-truth-revealing-and-emphasizing) assault on Doreen's rights. You may even be a participant in this effort (for which I thank you most sincerely!).

Two days ago, the very first news outlet-- Liberty Crier-- that had posted one of the press releases about the violations of the Constitution committed in Doreen's trials took down the post. The reason? Suspicions that it was a hoax, because what was described seemed too incredible to be believed!

I provided the administrator with a link to this file, where the entire backstory of CtC (the 12-years of government acknowledgements of the accuracy of CtC-- the refunds and EWWBL episodes and all the rest-- and the simultaneous 12-year suppression campaign by the same government) and the details of what has been done to continue that suppression effort by the assault on my wife are posted, with complete documentation.

And I provided him with specific links to the posted excerpts of the trial transcripts in which the instructions were given to Doreen's jury to disregard the unlawfulness of the order she is accused of criminally-resisting and that unanimity of verdict is not necessary to declare her guilty.

His response was: "I looked at your link. It's a non-credible website and every single link on the page links back to itself [meaning to something posted on losthorizons.com]. This story is absolutely not credible at all." and "Anyone can make a .pdf and upload it to their website."

I NOW HAVE A TERRIBLE FEAR that this will be (or is) the case elsewhere that we are trying to generate some public attention. This may explain the bizarre silence of the media so far (I have had a couple of other places contact me and indicate an interest in doing a story, but none has appeared so far).

Clearly, I cannot be the advocate (or even just the announcer) on behalf of my own cause and be taken seriously when what I am revealing is so startling-- both as to the behavior of the courts in Doreen's case and the billions in refunds made over the last dozen years by the application of the truth the corruption in Doreen's case is intended to suppress.

It appears the liberating truth is being the victim of a Catch-22. For years I wasn't taken seriously and got no media attention because everyone said, "Just wait, this can't be true-- it must all be merely a 'slip through the cracks' that will fall apart soon..."

Now that too much time and accumulated evidence for that misunderstanding to hold water has occurred, what is presented is dismissed because at first glance, it is too incredible to be taken seriously, and no one is giving it the study needed to discover that it is all true.

And yet what is being offered would transform America in a fashion we have all dreamed of all our adult lives! What a tragedy that it should go unrealized because every one who could help it be realized is waiting skeptically for someone other than me to declare its truth.

THAT BRINGS US TO YOUR TESTIMONIALS. All of you, PLEASE, do as I have actually been asking you to do for years now-- video-record yourself announcing your victories (and holding them up to be seen, if possible); your partial victories-in-progress; and the victories you have claimed but are still awaiting. Speak about what CtC means to you.

Make clear (without expressions of anger or aggression) why the state finds CtC so threatening to its preferred and self-serving paradigm, whether you have victories to show or not.

If you attended Doreen's trial or sentencing hearing, speak of that, and attest to the truth of what I say about these things in those press releases.

PLEASE! It appears that only by the assembly of a massive collection of plainly legitimate independent video declarations will it be possible for the knee-jerk skepticism of even the "alternative" media to be overcome.

This is the hour, people. We still have an open internet-- but maybe not for much longer-- and right now we have an especially compelling incident with which to deliver our liberating message. This moment must be taken advantage of. No more fear, no more apathy, no more procrastination. Stand up and speak now. Send me those videos.

A HEARTFELT PLEA TO ALL THOSE WHO CHERISH THE RULE OF LAW

HERE'S A MENTAL AND MORAL EXERCISE FOR YOU:

Imagine that Sears took you to court claiming that you owed it money, something you do not believe to be true and have already said under oath you do not believe to be true.

Imagine that the Sears attorney asked the judge to declare a ruling in the company's favor, but also asked the judge to order you to sign a sworn document-- the content of which is dictated by that attorney-- relinquishing your right to argue against the company's claim in any future proceedings, and declaring that you believe the company's claim is correct.

The judge issues this order. Would you sign that false document?

Now substitute the federal government for Sears.

Does that change anything?

ON THURSDAY, APRIL 9, federal judge Victoria Roberts sentenced Doreen Hendrickson to 18 months in prison based on a crudely-engineered guilty verdict on a charge of criminal contempt of court. Doreen is being punished for refusing to repudiate her own freely-made, previous testimony and falsely swear to contrary beliefs concerning facts relevant to a legal contest brought against her by the government, as she was ordered to do at the government's request by another judge eight years ago.

The matter is this simple: Doreen had freely completed U.S. income tax forms in the manner provided for by law, just like everyone else does every year. As called-for on those forms, and as everyone else does every year, Doreen declared those of her receipts she believes qualified for the tax.

Unlike what ever has happened to anyone ever before or since in the history of the United States, the government, which initially had agreed with Doreen, turned around a few years later and sued Doreen, asking the federal district court judge given the case to order her, on pain of imprisonment, to change her forms and swear that she believes she owes more money to the federal government than she calculated on her forms originally. Making this false declaration would not only mean that she would be declaring her previous sworn statements to be false (and declaring a debt she does not believe she owes) but would prevent her from being able to argue what she really DOES believe in future legal proceedings.

Doreen was never charged with failure to file, perjury, filing false forms, fraud, evasion, or anything alleging a “tax crime” of any kind. She was just ordered to bark like the government's trained dog, repudiate her own claims and endorse the government's version of the facts in its legal action against her, or get slapped around a bit if she refused. Doreen was even told to conceal the fact that the false testimony was ordered by the court.

Because Doreen refused to make this false declaration without indicating that it was false, she was charged with criminal contempt of court by an arrogant government not accustomed to being told “No!” even in the face of its violation of the Bill of Rights.

After two trials, a team of specialist DOJ attorneys flown in to Detroit from Washington to do the job managed by hook and by crook to get a guilty verdict, after getting instructions from the judge to the jury that it was not to consider the unconstitutionality of the orders made to Doreen, and that they need not even all agree that she had committed one or the other of the alleged acts of contempt in the charge (among other improprieties in the trial).

YOUR HELP IS NEEDED TO HALT THIS GROTESQUE ABUSE OF POWER and attack on everyone's rights. Remember, if this can be done to Doreen, it can be done to you and your kids, and while you may not be saying “No!” to the government right now, or even imagine why you would want to, someday you may need to do so. Rights compromised today won't be there for you tomorrow.

Contact Michigan Governor Snyder and Attorney General Bill Schuette and urge them to intervene on Doreen's behalf, and on behalf of the rules laid upon the federal government by the people and the states when creating that government with the United States Constitution. Intervening to protect a state citizen from an unconstitutional attack by the federal government is one of the Constitutional roles of the several states.
