The Joker's Latest Caper
Why not? This C-19 hoax is a dystopian fantasist's best possible nightmare scenario.
IT'S LIKE THE STORYLINE IN A PARTICULARLY DARK BATMAN MOVIE, isn't
it? Think about it.
If the "C19 pandemic" had been
described to you six months ago, with all
its 24/7 media panic-mongering, bogus
fatality-counting protocols, suppression of
effective treatments, rule-of-law-destroying
policy theatrics and other ruinous reactions
in its name (not to mention the emerging
end-goals of $billions in treatment and vaccine
sales for certain profiteers, and for
others, massively-increased
state power) you'd have thought it a fantasy crime that could only be dreamed
up by Hollywood as the Joker's next big caper.
The character of this hoax has the
grinning guy's
fingerprints all over it. It is so bold, broad and
audacious both in its fraudulence and its
execution that most of its victims can no
more detect it than can a fish perceive
being in water. The thing is so big it's
almost impossible to see the edges.
Indeed, the effectiveness of
the hoax is as
though an aerosol of delusion-inducing vapor
has been sprayed throughout the world, just
as one can imagine the Joker gleefully
plotting. Maybe
there's actually something solid to all that chemtrails stuff, after all...
ANYWAY, I DON'T WANT TO BELABOR
the "Batman" thing overly much. But it's a
useful analogy for putting the current
assault by way of the pandemic madness into
perspective, so as to break free of its
spell.
And break that spell we must,
right now.
What's being done to you and
your kids right now under the mantle of this
"C19-is-the-plague-reborn" hoax is
horrendously evil and destructive--
economically, philosophically and
spiritually. Every day that the assault
persists un-resisted is another step toward
a point of no return-- psychologically,
politically and sociologically.
Every day, constituencies for
the "new normal" become more deeply invested
and better able to defend their interest in
its perpetuation. Every day, young people,
fed intense doses of conditioning into a
world-view amenable to the hoax and its
purposes, are left with
ever-more-likely-to-be-permanent cognitive
filters.
How can the unopposed
persistence of this insanity, and its being
allowed to settle in and only be mitigated
as those who now claim authority under its
mantle see fit, not mean that any
time a further measure of control over
Americans' lives and choices is wanted by
those in a position to make it happen,
another viral outbreak or the like will be
announced?
Indeed, this C19 "crisis"-- in
which at most a paltry few 10s of thousands
of deaths have occurred here in the USA
(when confined to those actually from
the virus, rather than merely with
the virus), with half of those being generated
by the deliberate seeding of contagious
patients into super-vulnerable nursing-home
environments (see
all the data here)-- is itself a beneficiary of the
last nothing-can-ever-be-the-same fake
"crisis". That one,
launched in 2001, served
to prepare a generation of young Americans
for tolerance of unlimited "existential
threat" rationales for every unbridled state
ambition already in the queue up to that
point, and quite a few more since, the
effects of which are now being leveraged to
facilitate even greater over-reach.
ALREADY, THE POLITICAL CLASS
has arrogated to itself the "authority" to
simply disregard the Constitutions
by the sole authority of which its members
hold office in the first place. Already, a
large portion of the population has been
brought to the point of shrieking-- in
genuine anger-- at those who refuse to share
their delusion (by not wearing masks, for
instance).
Already people are
kept from visiting loved ones whose
immune function has been suppressed by
months of isolation, have contracted an
illness, and have vanished into the bowels
of hospitals from which real antiviral
treatments
have been banned and in which grandma or
grandpa (or mom or dad) will instead be
injected with paralytics and fitted for a
ventilator on their way to becoming another
alleged victim of the terrible plague.
Already, Americans are
thoroughly acclimated to the double-think of
having ready access to
undisputed data
proving that C19 is barely worth noticing,
and yet maintaining a state of
anxiety-ridden panic about it. In the grip
of this cognitive dissonance these
brainwashed victims accede without a
meaningful murmur to the closing of their
churches and places of political assembly,
the insane inflationary printing of huge
swaths of currency (much of which
disappeared into politically-connected
pockets with no relationship to even the
purported ill-effects of the disease), and
the tracking by government of their every
move, including every contact they make with
others.
Already, large numbers of
business owners simply close their doors--
most without even a peep-- when ordered to
do so by state governors
who are expressly
prohibited from making such orders (more on
that below). At most, a handful of such
business owners take a shot at a tepid
lawsuit in protest.
Even these half-upright
standouts never deliver in their suits the
hammer-blow of state Constitutional
proscriptions, which prohibit the orders no
matter what they say or why. Instead, these
suits argue only that the orders are
inconsistent, or should have input from
legislatures, or are some kind of vague
speech or assembly infringement.
Fewer still are those harmed by
such orders who actually stand fully upright
and just say "NO!" (I know of
only one.)
FRIENDS, THE JOKER IS HAVING
HIS WAY WITH US, so far. This can't go on,
or rather, shouldn't be allowed to go on.
I pray that it does not. Here
is what I pray DOES happen:
I pray that every
businessperson facing a closure-- or even a
restriction, or "mask-mandate" related to
his or her business will just start saying,
"NO!", in confidence that his or her state
Constitution, properly brought to bear
should the illegal-order-issuing-executive
push the bluff, will serve as the shield
against despotism that it is meant to be.
I pray that every American
whose loved one has been disappeared into a
hospital refuses to be kept away from that
person's side, and raises HELL about any
effort to keep them out. I pray further that
every person whose loved one has been lost
to "care" in which a doctor or facility has
been prevented or discouraged from using the
thoroughly-proven but unprofitable HCQ
treatment get a lawsuit going
right now
against the "care"-giver and the institution
responsible for the prevention or
discouragement.
I pray that every voter in the
upcoming election favor and support only
candidates pledging to stand against the
perpetuation of this insanity.
I pray that every person being
told that he or she must wear a mask in any
business will turn about and find a more
customer-friendly, less lick-spittle
competitor after explaining that move to the
offending vendor. If no such alternative is
available, I pray that every person facing a
mask-demand will explain to the offending
vendor that the instant such an alternative
appears, the offender will have seen the
last of that person's business, permanently.
TO CLOSE ON THE NOTE with which
I began, let me just say that while the C19
hoax has the Joker's fingerprints all over
it (or those of folks just like him), this
crisis is no joke. And no "masked hero" is
going to swoop in and save us all.
Indeed, as I trust I have made
clear, in this opera, it is the villains
that wear masks, just as has always been
true in real life, as opposed to comic
books. And it falls to US to be the heroes
and swoop in (or at least, stand up) to save
the day.
I hope you will do that. It's
way past time for the grown-ups to grab the
wheel and keep this car from going over the
cliff.

The Wisconsin
"Lockdown" Liberty And Accountability Key Is
Posted
Arming citizens of the Badger
State with real legal teeth now that they are most
needed.
THURSDAY, WISCONSIN GOVERNOR
TONY EVERS relinquished his office insofar
as he presumed to make laws dictating the
wearing of masks by everyone in the Badger
State under a variety of circumstances
(while indoors anywhere except home,
more-or-less).
See the pretended legislation here.
Evers is actually prohibited by
Wisconsin's Constitution from doing any such
thing, however.
In all states and the federal
government, legislative power is delegated
exclusively to the legislature (unless, and
only insofar as, expressly excepted within
the relevant Constitution).
Wisconsin's
Constitution conforms to this invariable
rule, and contains no exceptions.
Thus, executive branch
officers, governors included, can dictate
nothing of general force and effect by their
own devising. Even a legislative
enactment which is otherwise proper in every
aspect of form and process but which
purports to empower a governor like Evers
with the authority to make laws (whether
called "executive orders" or by any other
label) fails to confer such authority.
Instead, such an enactment is itself
unconstitutional.
THERE ARE, OF COURSE, VALID "executive orders". But such
decrees by a governor-- the issuance of
which often must be authorized by the
legislature-- are confined in their
application to the executive branch offices
of which he or she is the chief
administrator.
Such "executive orders" are
"the law" to those working in executive
branch departments and offices, just as the
decrees of the CEO of Walmart are "the law"
to folks working for that company. But such
orders are nothing to those same workers
when they have clocked out, and they are
nothing at any time to those who DON'T work
for Walmart.
In his "mask" decree, Evers
cites to a legislative enactment (Section
323.12(4)(b) of the Wisconsin Statutes)
which authorizes the Wisconsin governor to
"Issue such orders as he or she deems
necessary for the security of persons and
property". Evers pretends that this language
empowers him to dictate behavior to every
person in Wisconsin.
But as noted above, this is not
true, since Wisconsin's Constitution
prohibits Evers from making such
general-application diktats, and prohibits
the legislature from equipping him to do so.
And in fact, nothing in the
language cited by Evers attempts to say
otherwise. That language actually says
nothing about such authorized orders
extending in their scope or effect outside
of the normal limits of executive orders as
discussed above. It just says the governor
may issue orders.
The normal rules of
construction would read the cited authority
as meaning nothing more than that Evers can
"issue such orders as he deems necessary
for the security of persons and property" to
his executive agencies and operatives--
not to anyone else. As we have seen, that is
all that can be read into the
language of the cited statute, while
preserving its constitutionality.
Thus, Evers' order can only be
properly read as applying to no one but Wisconsin
executive branch workers and officers while
on the job, even though that limited meaning
is obscured (almost certainly deliberately) by references
within the text to children; exceptions for while sleeping
or
at home; and so forth. Nothing prohibits a
politician from writing clever gibberish, but
gibberish doesn't acquire the force of law
just because it was written by a politician.
OF COURSE, EVERS WANTS EVERYONE
TO "MUZZLE UP", and thus pretends to have
authority he does not. And of course, there
is every reason to imagine that Wisconsin
officials will do what they can to leverage
Evers' decree into compelled compliance,
possibly even up to the point of actually
trying to issue a few tickets under its
terms. Doubtless Wisconsin media will also
play along in a big way, endlessly citing to
the order and pretending it really applies
to everyone in the state and at all times
(which of course, the talking heads might
actually believe-- they're hardly legal scholars,
after all...).
Thus, it may become necessary
for everyone who gives the order no more
heed than it deserves to address the matter
either at a point of confrontation or
afterword in dealing with an issued
citation. It is with those interests in mind
that I have now added a Wisconsin "Lockdown"
Liberty And Accountability Key to those
already in the bank for Michigan, Georgia,
Kentucky, Wyoming, Virginia and Louisiana.
Those in any of the other
states for which keys have been made

THIS VIDEO PROJECTS THE PROGRESS of a nuclear exchange between Russia and
the United States. It's frightening, as it should
be, as well as sobering and instructive. My only
criticisms are, first of all, that it fails to
account for the imbalance that will now be present
in any such exchange due to
the new Russian
hypersonic weapons.
Secondly, the video fails to account
for China's contribution to the exchange against the
US, which is a virtual certainty. China knows that
if Russia goes, and the US survives, it goes soon
after. So, that will not be allowed to happen.
CAN YOU EVEN IMAGINE how abysmally
stupid someone would have to be to continue to doubt
or deny that
CtC has revealed the actual, complete and insurmountable
truth about the income tax in light of the overwhelming
mountain of
historical,legal,
practical and
logical evidence to the contrary? (Not to mention
the
outright lies and even
ludicrous hoaxes the executive and some corrupt
members of the judiciary have been caught at in desperate
efforts to conceal the truth...)

Media Mask-Mania, or Covid-19 Groupthink

I never thought I’d see the
day when publicly wearing a muzzle would constitute
a proof of virtue in the same country whose
government, less than twenty years ago, rationalized
the bloody invasion of Afghanistan as a way of
saving women from
veiling their faces.
But then, I never
thought I’d hear American liberals proudly
denounce supporters of the US Constitution
as a
“death cult,” nor that I’d actually
start to find Donald Trump sounding almost
reasonable.
But at least
there’s one thing we can all be sure about:
“mainstream” news media, busily cheerleading
for the death of freedom, will continue to
gush with absurdities, self-contradictions
and victim-shaming memes in their propaganda
war to Keep America Gagged. The Bill of
Rights (in case you haven’t noticed) is
history; today, we demonstrate our
patriotism by creeping around hiding our
faces. Dissenters need not apply.
If you think I’m
exaggerating, I suspect you haven’t been
paying attention. Recently I had the poor
judgment to turn on National Public Radio
for about an hour, under the impression that
I was going to learn something about the
day’s news.
I could have saved
myself the trouble. During the hour in
question, I learned nothing at all about the
presidential election campaign (now in its
final months), nothing about the
tens of millions of my fellow citizens
whose jobs have been snatched away by
government fiat, nothing about climate
change, nuclear arms buildups, international
refugees or growing worldwide poverty –
nothing even about the
intensification of air and water pollution
authorized by recent federal regulation,
although pollution kills an estimated
100,000 Americans every year.
No – for a solid
hour, I heard the following: that COVID19 –
in reality, at most, a moderately serious
flu virus – is the worst medical threat the
United States has ever faced; that this
“deadly” virus (the word “deadly” was
repeated obsessively, even though the
disease is fatal in a tiny percentage of
cases) has been empowered by a conspiracy of
Republican politicians serving the
arch-demon Donald Trump; that recent data
showing the rapid decline in deaths
attributable to the virus may have been
faked, because the numbers aren’t what the
“experts” want them to be; and that a
massive increase in COVID19 tests –
primarily among people between 20 and 40
years of age who are subjected to swabbing
because their employers demand it, not
because they’re in any danger – cannot
possibly have anything to do with a rise in
the number of reported infections, and that
anyone who dares to suggest otherwise is
“putting lives at risk.”
But the real theme
of the hour was masks, masks, masks: how to
make them, how to wear them, their different
types, who doesn’t seem to have enough of
them, and why muffling our faces (even
though no such thing was ever demanded of us
during dozens of past viral outbreaks) is
absolutely, positively good for us all.
I waited in vain
for some mention of the fact that every
single order requiring the wearing of
muzzles in the US is
probably unconstitutional, a matter that
National Public Radio – which once prided
itself on its legal affairs reporting –
might have been expected to care about.
No, facts would
only have complicated matters. After all, we
already knew what good little boys and girls
were expected to do with those muzzles. At
the close of each weather forecast, just in
case anyone had missed the point, the
reporter said cheerily, “And when you go out
– put on a mask.” “And drink milk with every
meal,” I half expected him to add, but I
guess self-conscious condescension would
have spoiled the effect.
Put on a mask.
In well over half a
century, I cannot remember a weather report
that ended with a brisk piece of
non-meteorological advice, let alone a
patently silly one – after all, if these
magical masks were to make any difference,
their greatest usefulness would have been at
the beginning of the outbreak, not on its
heels.
Yet throughout
March, while police-state fever prompted the
suspension of democracy in
some 40 states and most of the US
population was being hustled into virtual
house arrest, the pro-incarceration crowd’s
loudest voices unanimously insisted that
masks were of no practical value.
MICHAEL LESHER IS A LITTLE
OFF-TARGET in assessing the legal problems with the
various assumptions of power by state governors--
including mask-mandates. See the real (or more

But Lesher's expressed
astonishment at the brass of those pushing
all of these outrages, and his scorn for the
responsible parties, are both spot-on.
The same astonishment and scorn
is properly directed against those in the
citizenry credulous or timid enough to be
swayed by the mask-mania pressure, and
befuddled to the point of offering no
pushback against its illegality. What the
hell has happened to Americans?
But it has, and one of the evil
consequences is that today we are immersed
in a hive buzzing with this demented view:
"So these measures will destroy
the economy and drive my neighbors out of
business and erode everyone's savings
through hyper-inflation. They will lock
everyone down in their
homes, like it or not, and terrorize all small children, and
make suspect the next election, and trample
on the rule of law and everyone's right to assemble and organize
meaningful opposition to all of this-- even
those folks who disagree with me. So
what?! Better all that than I risk getting a
virus!!"
Home of the Brave and Land of
the Free? That call is on hold, at the
moment.
ANYWAYYY, AS I HAVE MADE CLEAR
many times, we (you
and me) must act to remedy this situation.
It is not going to fix itself, nor be fixed
by some kind of "white knight" (or, to
resume my theme from the opening article of
this update, some kind of "dark knight").
As you will have seen, Lesher
says the same, bless him: "The coronavirus
is just another flu. The real disaster has
been the work of human beings. Resisting it
must be, too."
Just so.
THERE ARE TWO ANSWERS
to the C19 crisis. The first is to inform
the People of
their own Constitutional prohibitions of
all the despotic diktats currently ruining
lives. Americans are respectful of the law,
and the only reason so many are caving to
the ruinous edicts issuing from state
governors is their mistaken belief that the
edicts are lawful. Once they know
differently, we will see a dramatic reversal
on that front.
The other answer is to shrink
all of America's Leviathans, thus
diminishing their ability to mount assaults
of this kind in the first place, no matter
the pretext. The "state" in all its forms
has become an object of worship in this
country over the last 80 years or so, and
has done so because it has, in all its
forms, become huge and ubiquitous.
Among much else, America's
Leviathan states have become able to put
fingers in every pie, and to field armies of
lawyers to overwhelm opposition when it
arises. They have become able to assert
control over the education of young
Americans such that opposition arises much
less often than it otherwise would, and
ought to.
The Leviathans have become able
to drown us all in endless "public service
announcements" on TV and radio selling the
Kool-Aid and suppressing opposition to the
coup. These folks shouldn't be able to
scrape together enough to mount a
leafletting campaign from what is left after
the expenditures their actual governmental
duties require, but instead they are awash
in wealth and influence.
We facilitate all of that power
at our peril, as is now more clearly shown
than ever before.
So, DEFUND THE LEVIATHANS!
Don't just close your
eyes and dreamily smile at the thought. Get
up and make it happen.
Spread the knowledge you
already have about the true nature of the
income tax (which restrains state
governments just as it does the federal
government). The simplest way to do this is
to share
this little document with everyone you
can, in every way that you can.
I HAVE DONE MY BEST to lead this country
to liberty from the mis-applied income tax. I have labored
hard. I've shed a lot of sweat, a fair bit of blood
and more than a few tears. But I seem to be pretty poor
at that kind of work.
When I have asked all of you for what I
firmly believe is a necessary resource to move the ball
downfield and give all of us the best chance at justice
and an end to the assault on the rule of law-- simple
testimonial videos requiring nothing from any of you
but the phone in your pocket and three minutes of speaking
from the heart-- I have had only a handful of people
answer my call.
I CAN'T KEEP GOING THIS WAY. I have to
be able to turn my attention away from writing new persuasive
or skepticism-addressing articles week after week, and
toward research, analysis and educational presentations
that will benefit everyone already in this community.
I need time to do some suing, and to bring together
the resources and talent toward that end.
As said, it is my firm belief that your
testimonial videos are the resource that I need to make
big things happen, and they are unquestionably the thing
I need to allow me to turn my attention away from trying
to get horses to drink at the waterhole to which I have
led them. Your words, in your great numbers and all
in your own different ways, will do that better than

I HATE TO PLAY IT THIS WAY. But I want
to win.
I'll tell you a story from when I was coaching
my kids in soccer. Both of my kids at a certain age
in their careers had run into a wall common to all but
the very exceptional. They had gotten to be pretty good,
and they wanted to enjoy the benefits of their hard
work. But the arrival of this interest coincided with
a new self-consciousness which made them reluctant to
risk failing and looking foolish. So, they were hanging
back from seizing the main chance when it appeared,
and driving for the goal.
My solution was to post on the wall of
our dining room a couple of simple points about self-discipline,
the chief of which is this: You can't score a goal if
you don't take a shot.
That's how it is here, too. If you don't
stand up, you are laying down, and you'll never score
that goal.
Here is what my kids live by now, in their
own version of that lesson. I hear it from them all
the time as they excel (accompanied by the sound of
a father's breast swelling with pride): Go hard,

What does it for you?
Is it simply because no moral and upstanding
person has any choice when it comes to telling the truth
over his or her signature, whether on tax forms or anywhere
else?
Is it recognition of the critical importance
of the rule of law, and the knowledge that if everybody
leaves its caretaking to someone else, it will soon
be lost to us completely?
Is it the money?
Maybe it's just simple respect for your
own rights as a human being, who is not and cannot be
not involuntarily subordinated to others?
Maybe it's just simple respect for your
general civic responsibility to be the grown-up and
enforce frugality and restraint on a big, powerful creature
of our own devising which otherwise is like a badly-raised
teenage boy given whiskey and car keys and let loose
on the road to wreak havoc?
Or is it, perhaps, a more acute anxiety
that if our bonfire of a state isn't damped, and quickly,
it'll soon burn down the house around us all?
What IS it that firms up your jaw and stiffens
your resolve?
It's time to take off the bushel and
share your light!
I would like you to think about what it
is that motivates you for a few moments (or all day,
if you like), and then send me your thoughts. I want
to put YOUR reasons to work inspiring folks who don't
yet understand what this is all about.
In this day and age, the most effective
way for you to share your thinking for the benefit of
others is to video-record yourself talking about how
you feel, and explaining what inspires and motivates
YOU.
All you need is a webcam or cell-phone
equipped with a camera. If you don't have, or know how
to use, one of these, have a friend help. (And if
you use a cell-phone, please have the orientation
horizontal, not vertical-- that is, so that the
screen of the phone on which you are watching
yourself while taping looks like a TV or movie
screen.)
If needed, write a little script for yourself.
Better, though, to just speak extemporaneously, after
spending a little time sorting out your thoughts and
getting down into your heart. Perhaps make it a video
of someone in your family, or a close friend, interviewing
you.
Dress "business casual". Be well-groomed.
Keep yourself to no more than 2 or 3 minutes,
and keep in mind that the purpose is
not to educate,
but to INSPIRE, ENCOURAGE and ENERGIZE. Your video will
be one of many to be shared. If you need to go
longer to really say your piece, go for it (but long
or short I may edit if something strikes me as
wandering or off-key or unacceptable).
You needn't feel any obligation to be profound,
and you shouldn't try to explain anything about the
law, other than to say that you have read it and you
know it's on your side. You just need to be sincere,
and uplifting. Your object is to make your audience
want to have what you have, and to be where you are
in your heart.
Don't talk to ME, or to others in the
CtC-educated community. Make remarks that are suited
to the NON-CtC-educated community, and at the same
time, be mindful that you're speaking to an
audience that doesn't yet know ANYTHING about the subject,
and whose first reaction is, "This must be illegal;
this must be dangerous; this is too good to be true."
You want to pull that audience right past such things,
and straight to a focus on truth, morality, and our
American heritage of liberty and the rule of law.
Remember: INSPIRE, ENCOURAGE, ENERGIZE.
Speak about rights. Speak about morality,
and the obligation of a grown-up and responsible person
to speak the truth and to enforce the Constitution.
Speak about everyone's duty
to give to God what is God's, always, and to Caesar
only what is really Caesar's. Speak of your obligation
to respect yourself, and to look out for the current
and future well-being of your children and your fellow
citizens. Speak of
CtC, and what its information has done for your
understanding and resolve. Show the book.
If you have had victories, describe them.
Better still, show them, if possible.
Be clear about just what you accomplished:
EVERYTHING back-- Social Security, Medicare and all;
a "notice of deficiency" closing notice; an on-paper
agreement or acknowledgment that your earnings weren't
subject to the tax and everything withheld or paid-in
was an "overpayment"; a transcript showing all $0s;
or whatever happened.
When you speak of state victories, name
the state. If you had to overcome balkiness from a tax
agency before winning any victory, describe that, too!
If you're in a battle now, speak of your
resolve to uphold the law, come what may--
why you're not discouraged, and why you are not
standing down, not slinking back into the barn, and
not choosing to endorse the lies. Don't get
into details-- your audience is going to have no
idea what a "LTR3176" is, and you will NOT be
capable of explaining it adequately. This is an
subject area concerning which you should speak from
the heart, not the head.
If you haven't
yet begun to act, share the reasons for your decision to do so, and
your plans.
Remember, your purpose is to INSPIRE, ENCOURAGE
and ENERGIZE.
Watch your own video after you
record it and ask yourself: Putting yourself
in the place of someone completely immersed
in "the matrix"-- oblivious to any notions
that you might have been a victim of an
"ignorance tax", and comfortable with the
status quo-- would the video you just made
encourage you to push aside your comforting
illusions and learn the liberating truth? If
not, try again.
Identify yourself. Anonymity is for criminals and self-doubters, not
CtC
warriors. Naming yourself is a requirement, and your
name will appear as a subtitle on the video when I
prepare it for posting, in any event.
Mention what you do for a living, whether
you're a doctor, homemaker, lawyer, trucker, IT guy
or gal, retiree or student. Help people understand
that the company of grown-up activist Americans they
are being invited to join cuts across all demographics
and all interests-- with the common denominator being
respect for the law and love of the principles on which
this great country was founded.
This is your chance to get a LOT accomplished.
We've all had frustrating occasions of
trying to explain all this to a friend, neighbor, family
member or co-worker, only to pile up against the wall
of a mind not yet ready to listen and learn. Here is
your chance to address a self-selected audience of folks
who have themselves decided that it's time for them
to begin paying attention, and have clicked on your
testimonial for exactly that reason.
Further, think about this: You want judges,
bureaucrats, CPAs, lawyers, the HR people where you
work, your pastors, your neighbors and everyone else
to acknowledge the truth about the tax openly and straightforwardly.
How and why would these folks do this if YOU won't?
You want these folks to learn the truth.
Why would they even recognize that there is a truth
to be learned if you won't attest to having learned
it yourself? You've got to stand up, face forward and
chin up and tell these folks that you have studied and
checked and verified and seen the evidence and seen
the government evasions and you know that the tax is
not the capitation that the beneficiary government wants
everyone to think it is but a benign, strictly limited
thing, and that they need to study and learn that, too.
Again, if you have victories to show, that's
nice, and powerful, too. But you don't have to have
victories to display in order to declare your knowledge
of what the law says. I've never flown around the world,
but I've seen the evidence and considered the arguments,
and I'm not hesitant to declare it a sphere...
Even those of you who haven't yet studied
CtC have surely read
this short document, and have verified everything
in it for yourself. You should therefore be declaring
its veracity and its message, loud and proud. Again,
if you won't say it, how can you hope that others will
ever even bother to look at the facts?
Be the change you want to see in the world,
or there won't be any change.
So, please make and send those videos
right away! You can share them with me via a cloud-based
drive space like DropBox, OneDrive.Live.com or GoogleDrive
(if you do GoogleDrive you MUST give access permission to stategroups@losthorizons.com), or
mail DVDs to me at 232 Oriole St., Commerce Twp., Michigan
48382, or even email to me if each file is no more than
20 megs (and you can break a video up if need be-- I
can reassemble them). Render as .mpg or mp4, if possible;
if not, send them how you have them and I'll make them
work.
BTW: An encouraging and inspiring
video will earn you access to the restricted pages
on losthorizons.com and membership in the National
Forum if you have also sent me a recent educated
federal filing and IRS response (or relevant
"return" or "account" transcript). I will be the
judge of whether your submissions qualify
for access, but if you do your best you should do
fine.
Remember, the restoration of institutional
respect for individual rights and the rule of law depends
on enough individuals insisting upon it. Do your part
to let those starting to rub the sleep from their eyes
know that there is a community already waiting for their
fellowship with open arms and open hearts and shining
spirits.

Getting Free Of The "Income" Tax Scheme Is As Easy As
Falling Off A Bike
To get an idea of how today's "income" tax scheme works,
try this little exercise:
Think of the federal government as a guy named Bob,
who lives down the street from you in a town that is
really big on bicycles. Bikes get used for commuting,
deliveries, shopping, etc.. In fact, other than walking,
bicycles are the exclusive form of transportation in
your town.
Your neighbor Bob has a by-the-mile bicycle-renting
business-- "Bob's Bicycles". Bob's Bicycles is far and
away the biggest business in town.
Part of Bob’s success is because he does a lot of contract
business. However, Bob doesn't just get paid by riders
who have signed an agreement with him, or even just
those using Bob's bikes. Bob gets something every time
anybody in town does any riding at all, through an odd
combination of circumstances that took many years to
come together.
Here's how it happened...
Bob's Bicycles was launched long ago by the great grandfather
of the present Bob (Bob IV). Great Grandpa Bob started
out not only with a main location for his contract business--
he also had the bright idea of setting up spots around
town where he parked some of his bikes for use by the
more occasional rider, on an "honor system". Anyone
could take and use one of these bikes, but they were
expected to keep track of their mileage, and send Bob
a "1040 Mileage Ridden/Rent Due Form" (and the appropriate
rent), periodically. The initial design of the form
was like this:
I, ______________,
rode a Bob's Bicycle a total of _____ miles
this year.
At Bob's rental
rate of $.15 per mile, I owe Bob $______
I said that Great Grandpa Bob planned to deal with these
occasional riders on the "honor system", and that's
true. But he liked his money, too, and didn't want to
miss anything that was due him. So, after setting up
the "self-serve" locations, Great Grandpa Bob went around
handing out "W-2, 1099 or K-1 Rider Reporting Forms"
to every other business in town. The forms-- accompanied
by notices that if Bob didn't get his rent from someone
riding a bicycle in connection with any business, he
would sue the company involved-- said:

If you are having an argument
with the IRS or any other tax agency,
You are NOT being presumed to have made “corporate
profit”.
You are NOT being alleged to have received “foreign
income”.
You are NOT entangled in an invisible “adhesion
contract”.
You are NOT being obligated by a law whose subject
is never identified.
You are being targeted because REAL EVIDENCE exists
that YOU PERSONALLY HAD “INCOME” to which the revenue laws apply--
even though that evidence is almost certainly incorrect,
and CAN be corrected.

I know that this can mean the investment of a lot of time, attention
and effort, but although some may imagine otherwise, I don't write
as much as I do because I can't think of any other way to spend
my time...
Furthermore, when you encounter a hyperlink within, or associated
with, the text you are reading, follow it!
It is pretty common these days for web-based material to be littered
with hyperlinks. Sometimes the purpose is to provide definitions
or examples, in order to ensure that folks reading the original
material aren't presented with a word or reference which they don't
understand. Sometimes the links lead to illustrations pertinent
to the original text.
It is common-- and perfectly understandable-- for folks who are
confident that they are familiar with language or references within
the main text they are reading to get in the habit of skipping over
included links. I do it all the time, myself!
However, I very rarely include links for definitional or explanatory
purposes; and when I DO make a link out of text in one page it is
generally to another self-contained page, rather than merely illustrative
material. These other pages contain material the clear understanding
of which I deem highly important for the proper and complete understanding
of the original page. (Links to
CtC, the
Victories pages,
CtC Warriors and so on are obvious exceptions to this general
rule. On the other hand, a link to the victory
Highlights or 'Every
Which Way But Loose' pages, which might seem like such exceptions,
are not. The special selection of victories on those pages, and
the filed docs and tax-agency correspondences included therewith,
themselves constitute highly instructive material which merits careful
attention. Thus care needs to be taken in all cases.)
Please make a habit of clicking on all provided links and at least
looking briefly to ensure that the linked page is one with which
you are completely familiar from another study session.
Finally, please keep in mind that, annoying though it may seem at
first blush (but not, I trust, upon reflection), I constantly tweak
material already posted. Obviously this doesn't mean that every
page is in flux at all times, but it does mean that if you are directed
to a page that IS familiar, it's worthwhile to read it through again
if it's been a while since your last having done so.

Bombay by British occupation forces, prompting the start of a massive campaign
of civil disobedience by the native Indian population. In 1945, the Truman
administration detonates an atomic weapon over Nagasaki, Japan, vaporizing
70,000+ people instantly and fatally wounding tens of thousands more. In 1965,
Singapore secedes from Malaysia. In 1974, Nixon resigns. In 2014, Michael
Brown, an unarmed citizen in Ferguson, Missouri, is shot an killed by a police

your kids 
Wisconsin's
Constitution conforms to this invariable
rule, and contains no exceptions.
Thus, Evers' order can only be
properly read as applying to no one but Wisconsin
executive branch workers and officers while
on the job, even though that limited meaning
is obscured (almost certainly deliberately) by references
within the text to children; exceptions for while sleeping
or
at home; and so forth. Nothing prohibits a
politician from writing clever gibberish, but
gibberish doesn't acquire the force of law
just because it was written by a politician.
