A Summary Of Dr.
Genevieve Briand's Discoveries Regarding The
COVID-19 "Pandemic"
...for the benefit of those who have found the viewing of an hour+
webinar daunting, and thus have missed this hugely important material.
A FEW WEEKS AGO, I INTRODUCED
EVERYONE TO
Dr. Genevieve Briand, assistant program
director of the Applied Economics master’s
degree program at Johns Hopkins University.
In October, Dr. Briand conducted deep-dive
research into the death statistics being
reported as from or involving COVID-19
(C19), and found that the data completely
refutes the official narrative of C19.
Briand first published her
research in the form of a webinar hosted by
the university, but when she discussed her
findings in an interview with the school
newsletter, the interview post was pulled
four days after publication. That bad move
unintentionally drew attention to Briand's
work-- including my attention-- which it
might otherwise have missed.
MY OWN EXAMINATION of Dr.
Briand's work revealed it to be of great
significance, both on its own merits in
shining a harsh light on official lies of
the last ten months, and in the support it
gives to my own published analyses of those
lies and the very contrary truth they
attempt to conceal.
Now, with the gracious
permission of Dr. Briand, I'm going to summarize her eye-opening
presentation. I think every reader will find
it a powerful-- indeed, dispositive-- debunk
of official assertions by
which we are all being flogged like
livestock down an abattoir chute toward
needless vaccinations and other impositions,
and by which our local economies, many
lives, and the rule of law generally have
been devastated over the last 10 months.
Understand that this summary is along the lines of a
"highlights" reel. Further, the observations
I will be sharing are to a greater or lesser
degree what I see as telling from
the data, which may vary a bit here and
there from Dr. Briand's own observations.
I think everyone will find what I present
compelling on its own, but I also encourage everyone to click
on the link I'll be providing at the end in
order to watch the webinar and
take everything in.
DR. BRIAND CONDUCTED HER
RESEARCH IN LARGE PART by analysis of the
data posted as of October 15, 2020
here and
here on the CDC website, in which are
found numbers of deaths from each and all
causes each week from 2014 to late
September, 2020. That data led to insights
and conclusions which were then used to
inform several very easily-accessible
graphics from which quite a different
picture emerges than the one painted by the
narrative-managers who have terrorized
Americans into a surrender of liberty and
the rule of law since this past March.
I'm going to post several of
these graphics in turn, and offer brief
explanations of their messages and
significance. To begin, let's look at this
graph of the distribution of deaths by age
group over the course of the initial months
in which the USA was purportedly ravaged by
C19:
The first thing to explain
about this graphic is that the death rate
for the whole period averaged 62,374 per
week and each week's actual total is
compressed or expanded visually to reach the
same average height. The reason is that what
is being shown here is the percentages of
fatality by age group out of the total
fatality figure per week.
The point of the graph, and its
considerable significance, is that as seen,
even in weeks in which C19 was
supposedly raging through the country
laying low thousands above and beyond the
normal deaths for the same period in
previous years (April and May-- weeks 9
through 17 in the graphic), the percentage
of people dying in each age group remains
essentially the same as in the weeks BEFORE
the alleged C19 scythe, and those after it.
And yet, C19-- as we have had
endlessly admitted to us by the CDC (here,
for instance, scroll down to the chart)
and everyone else claiming expertise-- is a
killer more lethal to the 70 and up
population than to younger people by an
order of magnitude over those age 50 -
70 (Infection Fatality Ratio of 0.054 versus
0.005); by more than another order of
magnitude over those age 20-49 (IFR of
0.0002); and by yet another order of magnitude
over those below 20 (IFR of 0.00003.
Thus, IF C19 was actually
producing what in some of the weeks involved
here was reported to be as many as an
additional 16,000 deaths over the average--
that is, raising the total by more than
25%--, the distribution of death by age
group would be dramatically greater for
those weeks among the 85 and up and 65-74
groups. We would see huge bulges in the blue
and orange (and to a lesser degree in the
grey) portions of those weeks compared
to other weeks.
But instead, there is no
change. The same percentage of deaths
afflict the same groups of victims in the
same ratios as always, both before, during
and after the alleged "black plague" period
by which the destruction of everyone's lives
except those in government and silicone
valley has been justified.
This is the truth laid bare. It
is simply not plausible that an extra 98,955
people died during April and May (as
claimed by the CDC) from a disease many
times more lethal to those over 70 than to
all others-- and virtually harmless to those
others-- without skewing upwards the
percentage of deaths from the vulnerable
populations.
NOW LET'S LOOK AT another
graphic generated by Dr. Briand's research:
As labeled, this is a graph
generated by plotting deaths from specified
causes from January, 2014 through September,
2020. The total from all listed causes is
represented by the blue line at the top.
Specific causes are represented by
color-coded lines below, as indicated (and
we'll get a closer look at those in a bit).
The humps you see punctuating the blue line
(and less obviously the lines below) reflect
annual periods of peak mortality.
Briand has marked the
differential between the 2018 peak mortality
week (ending January 13) and the 2020 peak
in the week ending April 11, 2020 to
illustrate the fact that this year's
experience of fatalities during what we have
been told is the ravages of a plague is
actually normal. That latter peak represents
only a relatively slight uptick from the
long-term trend, which, as indicated by
the note on the left, averages a 908
deaths-per-week increase per year (that is,
averages a ~50,000 death increase each year
over the previous year).
NOW, RETURNING TO THE PRIMARY
FOCUS of this new graph, as noted, we can see humps of
increased weekly mortality each year in the
"total deaths" plotting (the blue line).
It can also be seen that these humps correspond
to periodic increases in specific causes of
death (also shown as humps or peaks), plotted in the color-coded lines
below.
Most notable of these
corresponding causes-- that is, those most
distinctly showing synchronicity with the
overall peak periods of mortality shown in
the blue line (amongst which is the period
we have been told is of plague-level C19
affliction in 2020) are those tracking heart
disease (always the leading cause of death
in the US), as well as malignant neoplasms
(cancer), chronic lower respiratory
diseases, and influenza and pneumonia. In
fact, it is these specific causes that
produce the humps and peaks in the "total
deaths" plotted in the blue line.
Except, apparently, in 2020.
In 2020, according to the CDC
reporting, as if by magic, incidences of
death from heart disease, cancer, chronic
lower respiratory diseases and influenza and
pneumonia just disappear during April and
May. Instead, during those weeks high
numbers of C19 deaths are alleged to have
occurred, suitable for terrorizing the
American public into acquiescing as their
rule of law eroded and a "new normal"
coincidentally convenient to a number of
beneficiary agendas was fastened upon us.
Shown below is a close up of
the 2018 peak mortality period. (2018 is
used because 2019's "peak" was more modest,
making it less useful as a comparative
sample to 2020's and reflecting its having
been a low death year overall. In fact,
there was only a 13,000-death increase in
2019 over 2018-- the lowest of any year in
the sample-- meaning, significantly, that a
great deal of "dry tinder" was carried
forward into 2020.)
As seen, heart disease,
especially, peaked high and contributed
heavily to the "total death" in 2018's peak
corresponding to the 2020 C19-alleged peak.
Chronic lower respiratory disease and
influenza/pneumonia both did, as well. But,
in fact, ALL causes spiked during this
annual peak event, as is more easily seen in
this further close-up:
To restate the obvious, so this
key point is not missed: The annual peak
fatality event consists of a combination of
steadily-rhythmic high points in heart
disease, cancer, chronic lower respiratory
diseases, influenza and pneumonia fatalities
(and a number of others which contribute, as
well, shown by the other plot lines above).
These rhythmic high points will arise
whether an additional morbidity factor (such
as a pandemic of a new disease) is added to
the picture or not; if one is, it will
simply layer more fatalities on top of the
(forgive me) "regularly scheduled" deaths
from the usual causes.
So, that add-on is what we
should see in 2020's peak period, right? If
C19 is actually a new, add-on killer,
independently responsible for many thousands of
unscheduled deaths, as we've been
relentlessly, hypnotically told in order to
keep us in a state of fear and acquiescence
to any government edict or pitched remedy
such as vaccines due to put billions in
certain private pockets, we'll see the
normal "scheduled" peaks PLUS a big, new C19
layer as well, right?
Well, let's look at how the
2020 peak is actually constructed. To start
with, let's look at the "C19" peak weeks
overall, including the "total deaths" blue
line plot (the matching gold line seen
toward the bottom is the "official
narrative" C19 fatality plot):
As can be seen, unlike in any
other year, during 2020's peak period, after
having just barely begun their normal rises,
all plotted "specific cause" morbidities
strangely reverse course and subside.
Let's look more closely:
Amazing, yes? It would seem
that all those non-C19 morbidities took an
eight-week holiday this past April and May!
Perhaps they did so to congenially make room
for the C19 newcomer...
But of course, the real answer
is that the same cohort of victims of heart
disease, cancer, chronic lower respiratory
disease and the rest (both those expected
for 2020 generally and those who had made it
through 2019, keeping its "peak" more of a
"hump") passed on as usual. To those deaths
were added a few day's-worth more, perhaps of suicides, fatal episodes
of fear or stress, and what would have been
treatable other conditions which were kept
out of life-saving hospitals by the
"lockdowns" and reservation of beds for the
threatened wave of C19 victims.
ALL those deaths of the first
variety-- 2020 and hold-over 2019 victims of
heart disease, cancer, chronic lower
respiratory disease and the other typical
causes-- were simply and systematically mislabeled
as C19 deaths, as shown plainly in Dr.
Briand's analysis. Doubtless many of the
others were, too, needing only for the
medical officials to be told, "Yes, Joe had
a bit of a cough when he died (or the
sniffles; or yeah, he might have felt a bit
warm last time I gave him a kiss on the
forehead)..." to be so classified.
That mislabeling produced a
scary-- but false-- impression that COVID-19
is a dire threat (a falseness also shown by
the perfectly normal distribution of deaths
among age groups at which we looked earlier). That
false terror-hobgoblin's persistent and
deliberately-nurtured residence in the minds
of gullible and
ill-informed Americans has been heinously
exploited by corrupt political and
commercial interests to
justify an unprecedented assault on our
liberties and the rule of law.

anomalies that caught her eye and publishing
the results. We all owe her our thanks and

year. Let's do that wide awake and with
narrow, suspicion-filled eyes this time,
steadfastly-resolved to not be fooled again.
THIS VIDEO PROJECTS THE PROGRESS of a nuclear exchange between Russia and
the United States. It's frightening, as it should
be, as well as sobering and instructive. My only
criticisms are, first of all, that it fails to
account for the imbalance that will now be present
in any such exchange due to
the new Russian
hypersonic weapons.
Secondly, the video fails to account
for China's contribution to the exchange against the
US, which is a virtual certainty. China knows that
if Russia goes, and the US survives, it goes soon
after. So, that will not be allowed to happen.
CAN YOU EVEN IMAGINE how abysmally
stupid someone would have to be to continue to doubt
or deny that
CtC has revealed the actual, complete and insurmountable
truth about the income tax in light of the overwhelming
mountain of
historical,legal,
practical and
logical evidence to the contrary? (Not to mention
the
outright lies and even
ludicrous hoaxes the executive and some corrupt
members of the judiciary have been caught at in desperate
efforts to conceal the truth...)
Plainly any such denier must either be
abysmally stupid or be an abysmally corrupt government
official or other person who sees him or herself as
benefitting from the lies about the tax by which America
has suffered for 75 years now.

Coming Soon From Joe And Kamala: Hooray For The
Revolution!

There is something quite
scary about the way leading Democrats have
persistently wrapped their attempts to control the
American people in platitudes and self-righteous
drivel. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, who are
currently pulling their team together, are no
different than the Clintons and Obamas who preceded
them and are already on course to establish
conformity by diminishing the fundamental rights
that have been hitherto enjoyed by the American
people.
The current war
being waged against the United States and
its constitution hinges on the expressed
desire to extirpate “white supremacy” aka
“white privilege” aka “systemic racism.” It
is a convenient campaign slogan as it
immediately creates guilt and apprehension
in those white people who are foolish enough
to believe it. It also is a vague enough
term that it becomes possible to wrap a lot
of other issues into it, like gun control,
destruction of traditional education,
reparations and affirmative action, and even
de-policing urban areas. As minorities
allegedly suffer disproportionately from
coronavirus it might even be expanded to
include mandatory national lockdowns every
time a pandemic appears, as Biden has
suggested in the past.
We are already
seeing how some crimes are no longer crimes
if they are committed by sanctimonious
social justice warriors. Prosecutors in a
number of states are
dismissing charges against rioters
because they have “concluded the protesters
were exercising their basic civil rights.”
It is generally being claimed that
prosecutions continue for the “real” crimes
of arson, looting and destruction of public
property, but at least one liberal
California District Attorney
will not charge anyone who maintains
that he or she was doing what they did to
combat racism or feed their families. She
calls it considering the “needs” of the
looters. The looted shops that will as a
result go out of business and whose
employees become unemployed evidently have
no “needs.”
The Democrats have
long been adept at playing identity
politics. They believe that appealing to a
number of groups with grievances to create a
voting majority is good for the country,
which it is not, because sooner or later the
ticket has to be paid for and deals that
abridge the freedom of most Americans must
be consummated. That will certainly take
place with Biden and Harris.
And Biden and
Harris will likely get away with much of
their divisive domestic agenda, if only
because it will be carefully hidden behind
fear of the Coronavirus and of more civil
unrest, but the one area where they will
meet real resistance is the Second
Amendment.
One critic describes how “There is much
overlap between Biden’s platform and
Harris’s previous presidential campaign
proposals. They both emphasize holding gun
manufacturers accountable, enacting
universal background checks, banning the
manufacture and sale of semiautomatic rifles
and higher-capacity magazines capable of
holding more than 10 rounds, [and]
prohibiting those convicted of domestic
violence from buying guns…” And that is only
for starters, with national gun registration
and some confiscation certainly being
considered.
Many Republicans as
well as Democrats own guns and will resist
any attempt at registration, much less the
seizure of certain types of firearms. The
death by shooting numbers
have indeed risen dramatically,
particularly in urban areas, but the victims
and perpetrators are largely black-on-black
and the weapons used are obtained illegally.
Ironically, the rise in crime is in large
part attributable to Democratic Party
pandering to movements like Black Lives
Matter with their message that violence is
acceptable to bring about change. To argue
that somehow controlling the legal owners of
weapons is a “safety measure” is a
convenient fiction.
To help the
Democratic Party agenda along there will
also of necessity be restrictions on free
speech. One can expect greater political
control over the propagandistic state media
like Voice of America and it is perhaps
inevitable that already censorship-heavy
social media and news sites will also be
regulated for content. Biden has appointed
as one of his transition team for
“regulating” news reporting
one Richard Stengel who has argued that
there is a flaw in the First Amendment of
the Constitution’s Bill of Rights. He
believes that free speech cannot be allowed
in some cases and that anything that
constitutes a “hate speech” should be
criminalized. Stengel explains somewhat
confusingly “I’m all for protecting thought
that we hate, but not speech that incites
hate.” This is, of course, yet another
Democratic Party gimmick to secure the
support of groups with grievances but it
will impact on every American who believes
that free speech is a fundamental right.
Yet another
brilliant appointment by Biden is Ezekiel
Emanual, bioethicist brother of former Obama
Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel. Ezekiel is on
the Biden administration’s COVID transition
team. He has a lot of
interesting things to say, notably that
the United States should give any newly
developed and in short supply COVID vaccines
to countries with younger populations so
that the young could live while older
Americans die. He has also said that
everyone should die by age 75.
I THINK GIRALDI COVERS A LOT OF SOLID
GROUND HERE... The one thing with which I will take
issue is his happy notion that gun control measures
will be met with "real resistance".
Right now, the folks Giraldi
imagines will offer that resistance to the
Biden-Harris agenda are all "masked up", and
many have been sitting on their thumbs
watching their lifetime investment in their
small businesses evaporate because state
governors have issued plainly
unconstitutional orders telling them to do
so. Why on earth should it be imagined that
these same people will suddenly get up on
their hind legs to defend their right to
keep weapons they won't use to defend
themselves against other crimes of just as
heinous and harmful a character?
Plainly, if gun control takes
center stage on the agenda in the "new
normal", we'll just be told with hypnotic
repetition that the prevalence of guns is a
public health crisis, and their possession
by anyone is a threat to everyone. When
squads begin seizing them from individuals
one-by-one, there will be no rallying in
mutual defense. Potential supporters will be
unable to find and communicate with each
other, and the atmosphere of denunciation
will be so thick that most won't even think
of trying.
There's a reason James Madison
explained that the only safe course in
defense of fundamental liberties is
immediate resistance at the first
encroachment, without worrying about
nuances:
"It is proper to take alarm
at the first experiment on our liberties. We
hold this prudent jealousy to be the first
duty of Citizens and one of the noblest
characteristics of the late Revolution. The
free men of America did not wait till
usurped power had strengthened itself by
exercise and entangled the question in
precedents. They saw all the consequences in
the principle, and they avoided the
consequences by denying the principle. We
revere this lesson too much soon to forget
it."
We've just had a year of
accepting "the principle" under which
experiments have been made on our liberties
(and it's just the most recent and audacious
of many such incrementally-more-severe
experiments conducted during the last 80
years.
SO, A PRETTY DARK ASSESSMENT,
no? But all is not lost, not yet.
If those who love liberty climb
to their hind feet NOW, and throw off this
"COVID-19" delusion, and this sleepwalking
acquiescence to all the blandishments and
bullshit of its purveyors, America can
regain at least some degree of its proper
footing. Otherwise, we just sink deeper into
the clinging and ultimately smothering mire.
Every day that we abide the
infringements and leave un-denounced and
un-refused the complete fraud which is the
C19 narrative, our children grow more
acclimated to "the new normal" and more
forgetting of actual liberty and rule of
law-- and frankly the adults do, too. Even
those who chafe at the recognized outrage of
it all become acclimated and pacified as
time goes on.
Get up and start roaring
now, while you can still raise your
voice above a whisper (or a whimper).
AT THE SAME TIME THAT YOU ROAR
against the C19, don't neglect the overall
solution to the abuse of state power against
your liberties, no matter its ambitions or
pretexts. That just requires
behaving like a grown-up and using the
Leviathan-shrinking solution put in place
by America's Founders in anticipation of
just the sort of corruption that reigns
today.
Implemented on a sufficient
scale, that solution shrinks the state and renders
those in control of the gnarly thing incapable of
doing great harm, regardless of the
weaknesses of the political class.

Read it through, yourself. Then
share it as widely as you can.
I HAVE DONE MY BEST to lead this country
to liberty from the mis-applied income tax. I have labored
hard. I've shed a lot of sweat, a fair bit of blood
and more than a few tears. But I seem to be pretty poor
at that kind of work.
When I have asked all of you for what I
firmly believe is a necessary resource to move the ball
downfield and give all of us the best chance at justice
and an end to the assault on the rule of law-- simple

be able to turn my attention away from writing new persuasive
or skepticism-addressing articles week after week, and

that will benefit everyone already in this community.
I need time to do some suing, and to bring together

As said, it is my firm belief that your

I HATE TO PLAY IT THIS WAY. But I want
to win.
I'll tell you a story from when I was coaching
my kids in soccer. Both of my kids at a certain age
in their careers had run into a wall common to all but
the very exceptional. They had gotten to be pretty good,
and they wanted to enjoy the benefits of their hard
work. But the arrival of this interest coincided with
a new self-consciousness which made them reluctant to
risk failing and looking foolish. So, they were hanging
back from seizing the main chance when it appeared,
and driving for the goal.
My solution was to post on the wall of
our dining room a couple of simple points about self-discipline,
the chief of which is this: You can't score a goal if
you don't take a shot.
That's how it is here, too. If you don't
stand up, you are laying down, and you'll never score
that goal.
Here is what my kids live by now, in their
own version of that lesson. I hear it from them all
the time as they excel (accompanied by the sound of
a father's breast swelling with pride): Go hard,
or go home.
You, too. Go hard, or go home.
Send those videos.
Do I ask for a lot? I want your victories
to post, your financial support, your efforts at spreading
the word, and your beautiful faces and inspiring words,
too. It IS a lot.
But it's not too much. I'll let Thomas Paine explain:

the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. What we
obtain too cheaply, we esteem too lightly. Heaven knows
how to put a proper price on its goods; and it would

We each have our reasons, and our story.
It's time, and it's needed, for you to share yours with
the world.

What does it for you?
Is it simply because no moral and upstanding
person has any choice when it comes to telling the truth
over his or her signature, whether on tax forms or anywhere
else?
Is it recognition of the critical importance
of the rule of law, and the knowledge that if everybody
leaves its caretaking to someone else, it will soon
be lost to us completely?
Is it the money?
Maybe it's just simple respect for your
own rights as a human being, who is not and cannot be
not involuntarily subordinated to others?
Maybe it's just simple respect for your
general civic responsibility to be the grown-up and
enforce frugality and restraint on a big, powerful creature
of our own devising which otherwise is like a badly-raised
teenage boy given whiskey and car keys and let loose
on the road to wreak havoc?
Or is it, perhaps, a more acute anxiety
that if our bonfire of a state isn't damped, and quickly,
it'll soon burn down the house around us all?
What IS it that firms up your jaw and stiffens
your resolve?
It's time to take off the bushel and
share your light!
I would like you to think about what it
is that motivates you for a few moments (or all day,
if you like), and then send me your thoughts. I want
to put YOUR reasons to work inspiring folks who don't
yet understand what this is all about.
In this day and age, the most effective
way for you to share your thinking for the benefit of
others is to video-record yourself talking about how
you feel, and explaining what inspires and motivates
YOU.
All you need is a webcam or cell-phone
equipped with a camera. If you don't have, or know how
to use, one of these, have a friend help. (And if
you use a cell-phone, please have the orientation
horizontal, not vertical-- that is, so that the
screen of the phone on which you are watching
yourself while taping looks like a TV or movie
screen.)
If needed, write a little script for yourself.
Better, though, to just speak extemporaneously, after
spending a little time sorting out your thoughts and
getting down into your heart. Perhaps make it a video
of someone in your family, or a close friend, interviewing
you.
Dress "business casual". Be well-groomed.
Keep yourself to no more than 2 or 3 minutes,
and keep in mind that the purpose is
not to educate,
but to INSPIRE, ENCOURAGE and ENERGIZE. Your video will
be one of many to be shared. If you need to go
longer to really say your piece, go for it (but long
or short I may edit if something strikes me as
wandering or off-key or unacceptable).
You needn't feel any obligation to be profound,
and you shouldn't try to explain anything about the
law, other than to say that you have read it and you
know it's on your side. You just need to be sincere,
and uplifting. Your object is to make your audience
want to have what you have, and to be where you are
in your heart.
Don't talk to ME, or to others in the
CtC-educated community. Make remarks that are suited
to the NON-CtC-educated community, and at the same
time, be mindful that you're speaking to an
audience that doesn't yet know ANYTHING about the subject,
and whose first reaction is, "This must be illegal;
this must be dangerous; this is too good to be true."
You want to pull that audience right past such things,
and straight to a focus on truth, morality, and our
American heritage of liberty and the rule of law.
Remember: INSPIRE, ENCOURAGE, ENERGIZE.
Speak about rights. Speak about morality,
and the obligation of a grown-up and responsible person
to speak the truth and to enforce the Constitution.
Speak about everyone's duty
to give to God what is God's, always, and to Caesar
only what is really Caesar's. Speak of your obligation
to respect yourself, and to look out for the current
and future well-being of your children and your fellow
citizens. Speak of
CtC, and what its information has done for your
understanding and resolve. Show the book.
If you have had victories, describe them.
Better still, show them, if possible.
Be clear about just what you accomplished:
EVERYTHING back-- Social Security, Medicare and all;
a "notice of deficiency" closing notice; an on-paper
agreement or acknowledgment that your earnings weren't
subject to the tax and everything withheld or paid-in
was an "overpayment"; a transcript showing all $0s;
or whatever happened.
When you speak of state victories, name
the state. If you had to overcome balkiness from a tax
agency before winning any victory, describe that, too!
If you're in a battle now, speak of your
resolve to uphold the law, come what may--
why you're not discouraged, and why you are not
standing down, not slinking back into the barn, and
not choosing to endorse the lies. Don't get
into details-- your audience is going to have no
idea what a "LTR3176" is, and you will NOT be
capable of explaining it adequately. This is an
subject area concerning which you should speak from
the heart, not the head.
If you haven't
yet begun to act, share the reasons for your decision to do so, and
your plans.
Remember, your purpose is to INSPIRE, ENCOURAGE
and ENERGIZE.
Watch your own video after you
record it and ask yourself: Putting yourself
in the place of someone completely immersed
in "the matrix"-- oblivious to any notions
that you might have been a victim of an
"ignorance tax", and comfortable with the
status quo-- would the video you just made
encourage you to push aside your comforting
illusions and learn the liberating truth? If
not, try again.
Identify yourself. Anonymity is for criminals and self-doubters, not
CtC
warriors. Naming yourself is a requirement, and your
name will appear as a subtitle on the video when I
prepare it for posting, in any event.
Mention what you do for a living, whether
you're a doctor, homemaker, lawyer, trucker, IT guy
or gal, retiree or student. Help people understand
that the company of grown-up activist Americans they
are being invited to join cuts across all demographics
and all interests-- with the common denominator being
respect for the law and love of the principles on which
this great country was founded.
This is your chance to get a LOT accomplished.
We've all had frustrating occasions of
trying to explain all this to a friend, neighbor, family
member or co-worker, only to pile up against the wall
of a mind not yet ready to listen and learn. Here is
your chance to address a self-selected audience of folks
who have themselves decided that it's time for them
to begin paying attention, and have clicked on your
testimonial for exactly that reason.
Further, think about this: You want judges,
bureaucrats, CPAs, lawyers, the HR people where you
work, your pastors, your neighbors and everyone else
to acknowledge the truth about the tax openly and straightforwardly.
How and why would these folks do this if YOU won't?
You want these folks to learn the truth.
Why would they even recognize that there is a truth
to be learned if you won't attest to having learned
it yourself? You've got to stand up, face forward and
chin up and tell these folks that you have studied and
checked and verified and seen the evidence and seen
the government evasions and you know that the tax is
not the capitation that the beneficiary government wants
everyone to think it is but a benign, strictly limited
thing, and that they need to study and learn that, too.
Again, if you have victories to show, that's
nice, and powerful, too. But you don't have to have
victories to display in order to declare your knowledge
of what the law says. I've never flown around the world,
but I've seen the evidence and considered the arguments,
and I'm not hesitant to declare it a sphere...
Even those of you who haven't yet studied
CtC have surely read
this short document, and have verified everything
in it for yourself. You should therefore be declaring
its veracity and its message, loud and proud. Again,
if you won't say it, how can you hope that others will
ever even bother to look at the facts?
Be the change you want to see in the world,
or there won't be any change.
So, please make and send those videos
right away! You can share them with me via a cloud-based
drive space like DropBox, OneDrive.Live.com or GoogleDrive
(if you do GoogleDrive you MUST give access permission to stategroups@losthorizons.com), or
mail DVDs to me at 232 Oriole St., Commerce Twp., Michigan
48382, or even email to me if each file is no more than
20 megs (and you can break a video up if need be-- I
can reassemble them). Render as .mpg or mp4, if possible;
if not, send them how you have them and I'll make them
work.
BTW: An encouraging and inspiring
video will earn you access to the restricted pages
on losthorizons.com and membership in the National
Forum if you have also sent me a recent educated
federal filing and IRS response (or relevant
"return" or "account" transcript). I will be the
judge of whether your submissions qualify
for access, but if you do your best you should do
fine.
Remember, the restoration of institutional
respect for individual rights and the rule of law depends
on enough individuals insisting upon it. Do your part
to let those starting to rub the sleep from their eyes
know that there is a community already waiting for their
fellowship with open arms and open hearts and shining
spirits.

Getting Free Of The "Income" Tax Scheme Is As Easy As
Falling Off A Bike
To get an idea of how today's "income" tax scheme works,
try this little exercise:
Think of the federal government as a guy named Bob,
who lives down the street from you in a town that is
really big on bicycles. Bikes get used for commuting,
deliveries, shopping, etc.. In fact, other than walking,
bicycles are the exclusive form of transportation in
your town.
Your neighbor Bob has a by-the-mile bicycle-renting
business-- "Bob's Bicycles". Bob's Bicycles is far and
away the biggest business in town.
Part of Bob’s success is because he does a lot of contract
business. However, Bob doesn't just get paid by riders
who have signed an agreement with him, or even just
those using Bob's bikes. Bob gets something every time
anybody in town does any riding at all, through an odd
combination of circumstances that took many years to
come together.
Here's how it happened...
Bob's Bicycles was launched long ago by the great grandfather
of the present Bob (Bob IV). Great Grandpa Bob started
out not only with a main location for his contract business--
he also had the bright idea of setting up spots around
town where he parked some of his bikes for use by the
more occasional rider, on an "honor system". Anyone
could take and use one of these bikes, but they were
expected to keep track of their mileage, and send Bob
a "1040 Mileage Ridden/Rent Due Form" (and the appropriate
rent), periodically. The initial design of the form
was like this:
I, ______________,
rode a Bob's Bicycle a total of _____ miles
this year.
At Bob's rental
rate of $.15 per mile, I owe Bob $______
I said that Great Grandpa Bob planned to deal with these
occasional riders on the "honor system", and that's
true. But he liked his money, too, and didn't want to
miss anything that was due him. So, after setting up
the "self-serve" locations, Great Grandpa Bob went around
handing out "W-2, 1099 or K-1 Rider Reporting Forms"
to every other business in town. The forms-- accompanied
by notices that if Bob didn't get his rent from someone
riding a bicycle in connection with any business, he
would sue the company involved-- said:

If you are having an argument
with the IRS or any other tax agency,
You are NOT being presumed to have made “corporate
profit”.
You are NOT being alleged to have received “foreign
income”.
You are NOT entangled in an invisible “adhesion
contract”.
You are NOT being obligated by a law whose subject
is never identified.
You are being targeted because REAL EVIDENCE exists
that YOU PERSONALLY HAD “INCOME” to which the revenue laws apply--
even though that evidence is almost certainly incorrect,
and CAN be corrected.

I know that this can mean the investment of a lot of time, attention
and effort, but although some may imagine otherwise, I don't write
as much as I do because I can't think of any other way to spend
my time...
Furthermore, when you encounter a hyperlink within, or associated
with, the text you are reading, follow it!
It is pretty common these days for web-based material to be littered
with hyperlinks. Sometimes the purpose is to provide definitions
or examples, in order to ensure that folks reading the original
material aren't presented with a word or reference which they don't
understand. Sometimes the links lead to illustrations pertinent
to the original text.
It is common-- and perfectly understandable-- for folks who are
confident that they are familiar with language or references within
the main text they are reading to get in the habit of skipping over
included links. I do it all the time, myself!
However, I very rarely include links for definitional or explanatory
purposes; and when I DO make a link out of text in one page it is
generally to another self-contained page, rather than merely illustrative
material. These other pages contain material the clear understanding
of which I deem highly important for the proper and complete understanding
of the original page. (Links to
CtC, the
Victories pages,
CtC Warriors and so on are obvious exceptions to this general
rule. On the other hand, a link to the victory
Highlights or 'Every
Which Way But Loose' pages, which might seem like such exceptions,
are not. The special selection of victories on those pages, and
the filed docs and tax-agency correspondences included therewith,
themselves constitute highly instructive material which merits careful
attention. Thus care needs to be taken in all cases.)
Please make a habit of clicking on all provided links and at least
looking briefly to ensure that the linked page is one with which
you are completely familiar from another study session.
Finally, please keep in mind that, annoying though it may seem at
first blush (but not, I trust, upon reflection), I constantly tweak
material already posted. Obviously this doesn't mean that every
page is in flux at all times, but it does mean that if you are directed
to a page that IS familiar, it's worthwhile to read it through again
if it's been a while since your last having done so.
