Getting The Numbers Right
712,936 Americans have NOT died from COVID-19 at this
point, and it's important that this lie be shouted down wherever it is
trotted out.

LAST FEBRUARY, a very compelling illustration of an
accurate comparison between the fatality totals of the 1918 Spanish Flu
outbreak and the nominal total of COVID-19 (C19) deaths at the time
(that is, the spun number typically presented by the
MSM, US government officials, and anyone else whose agenda is served by
the maintenance of a state of panic among the American people and
others) was shared with me by the excellent Todd Tanis. Here is that
presentation:
Under that gimmicked regime, people who die of existing
fatal conditions (at most complicated by C19 in exactly the same fashion
and to no greater a degree than would be true of an infection with the
common cold or any other respiratory-compromising virus) are lumped in
with those who can be said to have actually died from the C19 infection
itself. Excluding those mere "with COVID" deaths and counting only the
"from COVID" deaths yields a dramatically different picture:
The actual "from COVID" total is represented by the
almost-too-small-to-see black square in the lower left corner of the
image.
Updating with today's numbers leaves the same picture.
Today we are told that worldwide, there have been a scary-sounding
4,845,989 C19 deaths. Corrected to exclude fraudulent puffery, however,
that number is actually just ~290,759. This is a big number, surely, but
still only ~.003% of the world population, and only a tiny fraction of
the relative death toll of the Spanish Flu.
Here in the US, the real numbers are similarly at odds with
the "official" panic-mongering figures. As of Sunday, October 10, 2021,
as reported in the Detroit Free Press, Johns Hopkins
University declares that 712,936 Americans have died
because of C19.
Scary, right?
However, correcting for the CDC's acknowledged fraud factor, we
find that the actual total of American fatalities from C19 to date is a
much less panic-inducing 42,776. That's a mere .012ish% of the US
population of 331,449,281 (as of April, 2020, per the US Census Bureau)
and, for purposes of a reference point, a much smaller toll than the number of Americans who
typically die from the flu over any 20-month period.
EVERY DEATH IS A TRAGEDY, of course. But 42,776 deaths over
a 20-month span out of a population of more than 331 million is hardly
cause for panic and a reordering of the relationship between citizen and
state.
That's why the panic-mongers lie about it and trumpet
that frankly false but much-more dire-seeming 712,936 figure, contrived
by combining "with COVID" and "from COVID" fatality numbers.
They WANT a panicked America. At the least, they want an
America with an undisturbed sense of crisis. Either of those Americas
will continue to accept, and even root for, her transformation from a
garden of liberty and individual rights into an
oligarch-owned-and-exploited Brave New Animal Farm.
NEEDLESS TO SAY, sensible citizens DON'T want a panicked
America, or one with a persistent sense of crisis-- unless the panic or
sense of crisis is over what is being done under the cover of the
grossly-exaggerated C19 issue. Hence, it will very much serve those of
us in that sensible-citizen camp to denounce and correct the fake
fatality figure wherever encountered-- and to proactively debunk it
whenever possible.
Facebook and Twitter and YouTube and Rumble needs to be
rich with posts asserting and explaining the 42,776 figure and hammering
the fake claims of huge worldwide and American death tolls. These are
easily-presented rebuttals of the destructive "dire virus" narrative,
and they will have a powerful effect on the controlling
narrative's hypnotic grip-- a proposition strongly supported by the
degree to which the narrative managers repeat the scary false numbers
like a drumbeat, day in and day out.
In short, those narrative managers know what works for
them.
We should take proper notice, and act accordingly.
Pilots staying home; Soros walking free; parents raising
hell; resources for patriots; and more...
OVER THE WEEKEND UPSTANDING PILOTS for Southwest Airlines
made a dramatic statement on behalf of freedom and the American way.
These good folks stayed home, grounding flights all over the country.
The issue, of course, is Joe Biden's tyrannical and
scientifically-unsupported "vaccine mandate". That order is meant to
force companies like Southwest to
require their workers to inject themselves with so-called "vaccines"
which are known to be of
no public health value while bearing substantial risk of adverse
reactions, and which would present completely unnecessary risks to every
one of the vast number of Americans with naturally-acquired immunity due
to previous infection or who are in an age group and health status such
as to be at little or no risk from COVID.
In response to Biden's spittle-flecked harangues and
threats on behalf of Big Pharma's profits (I wonder if Joe is getting
his beak wet there?) and the "Build Back Better" agenda which relies on
Americans falling into a habit of just doing what they're told, the
people that make the planes fly are saying, "No!" Their patience has
worn thin, and God bless them.
Just last week we have seen the pernicious effect of Soros'
systematic assault on America's health when Kim Foxx, the prosecutor of
Cook County, Illinois,
whose election campaign he financed, refused to charge five gang
members arrested after a brazen daylight shootout in which one man was
killed and two others were wounded. Foxx "reasoned" that no crime was
committed because the lads were just targeting each other in a battle to
which all had allegedly consented.
I'm sure that any non-combatant hit by a stray bullet in
the next such turf war or score settlement will understand, right?
Plainly, Foxx is unfit for office, but she is just one of
many prosecutors whose capture of the office has been financed by George
Soros, all of whom take
the same deliberately anti-law view as Foxx. Others include the
prosecutors in Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Dallas, San Antonio, St.
Louis, San Francisco, and dozens of other cities and states.
The lawless treatment of Julian Assange makes clear that
the powers-that-be in Washington stick at nothing to have their way,
even when their "way" is self-serving and evil. Why should they stick at
contriving a case for locking up a blighter like George Soros and
thwarting the harms he is inflicting on America?

THERE HAS BEEN A LOT IN THE NEWS lately about irate parents
appearing in unprecedented numbers at local school board meetings to
express their wishes to their elected servants. These parents have
recently become aware of vicious assaults on their own culture and the
mental well-being of their children by government school workers and
administrators, perhaps, in part, thanks to being able to monitor the
curriculum during last year's widespread "zoom-schooling".
Many of the school board members are upset about the
attention they are suddenly receiving. They seem taken aback at the idea
that they shouldn't just have their way with the children entrusted to
their care, and have characterized the parental expressions as
threatening and even terroristic. Through the "National School Board
Association", these smug, petty despots have called for FBI
investigations of these complaining parents.
The first question for me is, "Why the hell do school
boards have a "national association"?" The idea that school boards
across the country see themselves as having common interests is a very
disturbing acknowledgement that the members of these boards have an
agenda other than service to their school districts owners and electors.
Then there is the matter of the response by the Biden
"Justice" Department, which has issued statements plainly meant to
intimidate concerned parents and stop them from showing up to instruct
their hired help. This is, of course, because the Biden administration,
and its fellow travelers, are themselves behind the 'Brave New World'
conditioning and indoctrination being implemented by these school
boards.
Needless to say, the best response to this situation is for
parents to remove their kids from these
inevitably compromised schools.
Homeschooling is the best option; private schools are another
possibility (but would need monitoring much as do the government
schools, frankly).
For those somehow forced to leave their children in a
government school and need to therefore continue to try to change the
curriculum, I have a bit of advice which should disarm the thuggish DOJ
and its "domestic terrorism" narrative: When speaking at a school board
meeting, simply use your time to say, "If you don't eliminate [the
offending item or instruction] from our school, I will vote against you
and will finance and campaign on behalf of your opponent in the next
election."
That's all.
No accusation of threat will be credible, and you'll make
the only real point that matters in these situations (except where the
members are complicit in the appearance of pornography in school
libraries and such, which should not be aired at school board meetings,
but instead to the local prosecutors and the press).
BTW, an idea whose time has definitely come: Cameras in
every classroom, accessible by every parent with a kid in the class for
real-time monitoring. This notion (which has been raised by others
before me, but hasn't yet gotten the attention it deserves) would
definitely generate a healthy change in the schools, and I recommend
that everyone give it a lot of exposure.
BTW II: I have lately become aware of the
Academy of Ideas, a site
producing and hosting many short, accessible videos with consistently
good educational content, judging from the half dozen or so I have
viewed thus far. Everyone might do well to check this material out, both
for your kids and for yourself.

DO YOU KNOW HOW EVERY NOW AND THEN you will see someone
accosted by a nut-case Covidiot with something like, "Hey you! Put your
mask on!"? I think the rest of us should turn that worm, and begin
accosting those wearing the stupid and ugly chin-diapers, with, "Hey

I AM PLEASED to have had shared with me a seemingly very
competent and well-pitched series of presentations on 2020 election
integrity issues which can be found

information is very important.
Those who have taken control of the levers of power in the
name of that election and its declared outcome are systematically
fragmenting America into disunited shards. They are aggressively
inflating the money supply, nourishing the rooting of constituencies on
behalf of lunatic leftist fantasies and imposing draconian censorship of
dissent and purge respect for the rule of law from all positions of
power and influence.
All of this is being done in a full-speed ahead effort to
utterly destroy the founding principles by which America became both the
most prosperous society at all levels while also being the most deeply
protective of individual freedom (the latter being a necessary condition
for the achievement of the former).
Keeping a focus on the invalidity of that declared
electoral outcome and working with ever-increasing urgency and vigor to
upend the fraud is critical.

FINALLY, HAVE YOU NOTICED that, as told by the MSM, Big Tech and
Democrats (for the most part), "misinformation" is defined as any
information contrary to what the government says? I know that on the
saying of it, this doesn't come across as revelatory. But thinking about
the implications of that proposition, and where it leads, IS a big deal.
It's straight-out-of-Orwell, "Ministry of Truth"
insanity, and dangerous as hell.
I believe every discourse in which the term
"misinformation" appears or is sounded should include a demand for a
definition of the term as it is being used (or a demand for the evidence
that the targeted information is incorrect or unfounded). I suspect that insistence on this point will be enough to
shut down the spin-meisters, who will be nearly certain to have no
answer (or none they would dare to articulate).

Not Letting This "Crisis" Go To Waste...
...an important action item opportunity.
FRIENDS, THE SPORADIC BITS OF EASING of the despotic measures to
which most of the country has been subjected this year should not be
allowed to bleed off the head of steam you probably had been developing.
The offenses happened, and they're far from over. Stay hot.
And while you are all warmed up, and while others, if
they're smart, are just as hot, I'd like you to send an email (and
Facebook post, or whatever) with the following content to everyone you
can (with a request that they pass it along, in turn):
[Name], over the last several months you've
watched as over-fed state power has been used to literally destroy
classical Western civilization and impose a new despotic paradigm. No
dissent or debate permitted-- no permission or agreement sought.
YOU KNOW where this will end up if the arrogant
state power being used to make this happen isn't radically diminished in
size, influence, resources and popular support, and exposed as an
opportunistic exploiter of legal ignorance (an ignorance which it has
been nurturing in the average mind for decades).
Those things having not yet happened, you
should be quaking in your boots-- and you probably are.
Isn't it time-- and past time-- for you to
begin helping to make those desperately-needed defensive changes take
place? There is only one way these things can happen short of a
who-knows-what we'll-end-up-with explosion of violence. I'm going to
show it to you.
When you're done with that reading, you'll know
what to do next.
BTW, REMEMBER, ALSO, THAT EVERY AMERICAN has lately been given a stark lesson in the fact
that government officials at all levels will lie to you and violate the
law without batting an eye. They will do so any time it serves their agenda, and
you don't call them out for it.

grounded in some version or another of, "That can't be true..." or "They
would never do something like that...". Now's the time to put a pin in

FOR ALL THE YEARS SINCE 2003 when
CtC was first published, the government has engaged in a
concerted effort to frighten people away from its truths. This
effort involves official government websites and press releases
touting an occasional court ruling that appears to be at odds
with some
CtC-revelation (but without details sufficient to expose the
real substance of the ruling)--
and sometimes even more mendacious behavior.

on YouTube regarding donations. I didn't know what to do about
it to begin with; I don't do what I do intending for anyone to
feel obligated in any way.

thoughtful personal resolution and encouragement to others is

Are You Having Trouble Spreading The
Word?
SKEPTICISM (SOMETIMES INVOKED BY FEAR) IS TO BE
EXPECTED when you're trying to explain to someone that
everything they've been encouraged their whole lives to
believe about something as entrenched and significant as the
income tax is basically nonsense. So here's a way to help
cut through the resistance:
Ask your listener how he or she would react if
you were to show an announcement from the Commissioner of
Internal Revenue admitting that the tax doesn't apply to the
earnings of most Americans and is misapplied most of the
time because people don't understand how it works? Or how
about if you showed a ruling from the Supreme Court saying
the same?
Now you just have to explain that
you're going to show exactly those things-- but because
the state really doesn't want people to know this, these
things haven't been said quite as forthrightly as we would
all wish. It's going to take a bit more work to take these
admissions in than is sufficient for just reading a press
release. But it'll be worth the effort...
IF YOU'RE NOT SPREADING THIS LINK with every bit of

families and community groups, your neighbors, your
family members, your pastors and
co-congregationalists, journalists, lawyers, CPAs,
members of congress, tax-agency workers, Wikipedia,

Of The New Normal?
The war on cash's endgame is here: money replaced by
vouchers subject to complete state control.

Building on the bitcoin model, central banks are
planning to produce their own “digital currencies”. Removing any and all
remaining privacy, granting total control over every transaction, even limiting
what ordinary people are allowed to spend their money on.
From the moment bitcoin and other
cryptocurrencies first emerged, sold as an independent and alternative
medium of exchange outside the financial status quo, it was only a
matter of time before the new alternative would be absorbed, modified
and redeployed in service of the state.
For those who have never heard of them,
“Central Bank Digital Currencies” (CBDCs) are exactly what they sound
like, digitized versions of the pound/dollar/euro etc. issued by central
banks.
Like bitcoin (and other crypto), the CBDC would
be entirely digital, thus furthering the
ongoing war on cash. However, unlike crypto, it would not have any
encryption preserving anonymity. In fact, it would be totally the
reverse, potentially ending the
very idea of financial privacy.
Now, you may not have heard much about the CBDC
plans, lost as they are in the tangle of the ongoing “pandemic”, but the
campaign is there, chugging along on the back pages for months now.
There are stories about it from both
Reuters and the
Financial Times just today. It’s a long, slow con, but a con
nonetheless.
The countries where the idea progressed the
furthest are China and the UK. The Chinese Digital Yuan has been
in development
since 2014, and is subject to ongoing and widespread testing. The UK
is nowhere near that stage yet, but Chancellor Rishi Sunak is keenly
pushing forward a digital pound that the press are calling “Britcoin”.
The US is also researching the idea, with
Jerome Powell, head of Federal Reserve, announcing the release of a
detailed report on the “digital dollar”
in the near future.
The proposals for how these CBDCs might work
should be enough to raise red flags in even the most trusting of minds.
Most people wouldn’t like the idea of the
government monitoring
“all spending in real-time”, but that’s not the worst of it.
By far the most dangerous idea is that any
future digital currency should be “programmable”. Meaning the people
issuing the money would have the power to control how it is spent.
That’s not an interpretation or a “conspiracy
theory”, just listen to Agustin Carstens, head of the International
Settlement Bank, speaking earlier this year:
THERE ARE REASONS WHY AMERICAN KIDS are not taught economics,
civics or history in government schools. Hope by would-be tyrants for the
success of efforts to gut privacy and individual autonomy-- and hence, liberty
and the rule of law themselves-- by the elimination of cash is among the big
ones.
Fight this, tooth and nail. Bad enough that we already have
fiat "money". A digital version-- with or without "programmability"--
would be infinitely worse.
Knightly's piece is a great introduction to the problem of
digital currency. But he fails to offer a solution.
These recitals and dot-connection exercises are
valuable, certainly-- they help folks who have not been paying close
attention over the years perceive the darkness creeping in around
them which otherwise is artfully obscured by distractions and misleading
narratives engineered for just that purpose. But in the end the all the
warnings and denunciations are nothing but heartburn generators without
some plan of action against the assault--
guidance
as to how to generate a break in the tracks down which our train is
careening at every greater speed.
Happily, there is such a solution, for Americans, anyway.
Admittedly, it's a challenge. This is due to the current control of information exchange by
supporters of the totalitarian train in Big Tech and the MSM, and by the
conditioned resistance to certain long-hidden facts and understanding on
the part of even many in alt-media.
But those genuinely interested in
pulling on that emergency brake line should keep reading.
There is no political solution...
AMERICANS WHO TREASURE INDIVIDUAL LIBERTY need to face the
uncomfortable fact that only the dramatic diminishment of the power and
footprint of government-- the chief tool of subjugation used by those
with designs upon the rest of us--
can avail us now. Nothing else will do.
Unfortunately, remediation efforts undertaken in the political arena and
in the courts are virtuous, and merit our enthusiastic support and
participation... but they will fail. All such efforts will look to
the existing political and legal structure for their implementation. In
the current climate, in which the established structures are so heavily
compromised and corrupted, such reliance is more a naive hope than a
certainty.
Our efforts must focus on striking at the taproot of the
problem.
...but there IS a solution:
THE FOUNDERS AND FRAMERS prepared against this precise need, knowing that all governments inevitably lurch toward the
accretion of power unto themselves and the corruption which accompanies
all accretions of state power. They put into place a solution ready to
the hand of individual Americans, entirely bypassing all supervision or
approval of the state.
The only requirements to implement that solution are eyes
with which to see the problem, reasoning with which to recognize the
truth and rightness of the solution, and courage, confidence and clarity
of mind enough to pull the trigger in the face of the natural and
predictable effort of the targeted rogue state to discourage doing so.

someone who finds it easier to believe that the far-better-educated,
far-more-suspicious-of-government Americans of a hundred years ago were
complete morons who granted authority to the state to take whatever it
wished from themselves and their posterity than to imagine that they
themselves simply misunderstand the true nature of the income tax? Even
while knowing that their beliefs about the tax are derived entirely from
the representations of those who profit from those beliefs (like tax
bureaucrats and "tax professionals")?

Hendrickson is also a widely-read essayist on
matters of politics, public policy and law; many of these works
are collected in his second book, ‘Upholding
the Law And Other Observations’. He is a member of Mensa;
an
award-winning artist; and has paid his dues as a youth
soccer coach. He is a long-time political activist as well, and
has served as co-chair and platform convention delegate of
Michigan’s largest county Libertarian Party organization; as a
consultant to the National Right to Work Foundation and Citizens
for a Sound Economy; as a member of the Heartland Institute; and
as a member of the International Society for Individual
Liberty. He is a frequent radio-show guest on stations across
the country.
Hendrickson's business career has included nearly a
decade-and-a-half at the leading edge of the renewable-energy
industry, both as Director of Purchasing and Materials
Management and member of the R&D board at Starpak Energy
Systems, the mid-west's then-largest solar heating and
energy-recovery-and re-utilization company; and as founder and
president of AFJ Inc., a high-efficiency lighting design,
manufacture and installation firm.
Beginning in the mid-1990s and continuing for the
twelve years before his present full-time focus on the
restoration of the rule of law in America, Hendrickson directed
purchasing activities for the $84 million-a-year
multi-family-housing division of the Farmington Hills, Michigan
branch of Edward Rose and Sons, with responsibility for 18,000+
apartments, direct supervision of 35 technicians and agents, and
incidental authority over several hundred divisional workers.
He also ran the division's 10 cable television earth-station and
distribution systems in four states, and designed and
administered the company's website.
On rather the other end of the spectrum, amidst
these more mundane pursuits Hendrickson co-founded and was the
primary creative force behind a small
board- and
card-game company that enjoyed a modest success for several
years.
Hendrickson makes his home in southeast Michigan,
with his wife and two children. He is currently working on his
next book.
