July 3- In 1775, George Washington
takes command of the Continental Army. In 1778, British Loyalists massacre 360
American patriots in Wyoming Valley, Pennsylvania. In 1884, the Dow Jones
publishes its first stock average. In 1890, Idaho is admitted to the union as
the 43rd of the several states. In 1952, the United States Congress approves
what passes for Puerto Rico's Constitution. In 1988, the USS Vincennes shoots
down Iran Air flight 655 over the Persian Gulf, killing all 290 aboard. In
2013, the first legitimately-elected president of Egypt, Mohamed Morsi-- the
democratic choice of Egyptians after their ouster of US-backed dictator Hosni
Mubarak-- is overthrown in a coup by Mubarak's still-entrenched military and
judicial apparatus. The US promptly announced its approval, bizarrely describing
the event as a "restoration of democracy".

to affirm your sense of things. I post in order to equip you with
perspectives and arguments with which to

It's Declaration Day
...and this is not mere rhetoric.
AS LONG-TIME READERS OF THESE PAGES are
aware, it is my tradition at this time of the year
(and often at the beginning of a new year) to post
the admittedly rather oratorical observations and
admonitions related to Declaration Day which follow.
What I fear that too few understand is that these
stirring words are not offered as entertainment. Nor
are they a theatrical pose.
Similarly, these observations and
admonitions that follow are not offered in order to
inspire noble thoughts and day dreams with which to
occupy one's mind while grilling Fourth of July
burgers and dogs, or while watching firework
displays.
They are, rather, meant to inspire
serious recognition of unsettling truths about our
current American situation and trajectory and
resolute corrective action.
They are, rather, meant to remind us
that those firework displays are reenactments of
deadly-serious battles that had to be fought, and
real sacrifices that had to be made, in order to
bless this land and those fortunate enough to live
in it with liberty and the rule of law, and that
those blessings do not sustain themselves. Instead,
those blessings must be defended and nourished and
celebrated every day-- still by battles and
sacrifices-- in order to preserve them in the face
of constant, sophisticated attack by their enemies.
SO, ON THIS FOURTH OF JULY,
whether seeing them for the first time or the
twentieth, please read the words that follow with
all the foregoing in mind. Recognize that right now,
more than at any time in our American history, the
precious and fragile gifts of liberty and the rule
of law bequeathed to us at enormous expense by our
noble ancestors are on the very edge of extinction,
and it is right now that they must be upheld and
defended, by YOU.
Recognize, too, that mere political
action-- always the easy pretended solution-- will
not suffice. As Josef Stalin reportedly remarked
while fastening in place his iron tyranny of a
Russian people misled into complacency and
cooperation by faith in their ideological
exceptionalism and the virtues of their
institutions, "I don't care who votes, as long as I
get to count the votes."*
Today's American version of incipient
fascism has that same sly smirk about voting now in
the mix, but also strong streaks of it's close
cousin, "I don't care who gets to write the laws, as
long as I get to decide what they mean and how to
enforce them," coupled with an unprecedented and
perilous control of public perception and dialogue
by those same enemies of our American heritage.
If we want real freedom-- the kind
embodying the principles laid out in the Declaration
of Independence-- to survive for ourselves and our
children, we all need to starve the rampaging beast
that despises those principles and which is
sustained by our individual timidity in the face of
its self-serving and lawless demands.
Now, let's get to those (hopefully)
stirring and inspiring words:
DECLARATION DAY. That is,
"NO MORE PARALYSIS Day"
"NO MORE DENIAL Day"
"NO MORE, "I DON'T DARE..." Day"
"NO MORE, "THE BAD MEN WILL NOTICE
ME SO I'D BETTER NOT!" Day"
"NO MORE, "I'LL WAIT FOR SOMEONE
ELSE TO GO FIRST..." Day"
In short, here we are at,
"GET OFF YOUR ASS Day"
"GET LOUD AND PROUD AND UN-COWED
Day"
I'm talking about,
"DON'T STOP 'TIL YOU'VE GOT LIBERTY
AND THE RULE OF LAW Day"
"FACE THE FACTS Day"
"NO TIME TO RELAX Day"...
More than anything, we're at "PUT
ASIDE DELUSIONS Day" That's what the original
"Declaration day" was all about. It was the day the
American colonists finally acknowledged that the
people they had been entreating to respect their
rights actually didn't want them to have
their rights.
It was the day the American colonists
finally acknowledged that the government operatives
they had been petitioning and politicking and
lobbying and arguing with weren't misled or mistaken
or suffering from misunderstanding, needing only to
have things explained a bit better, or argued a bit
more authoritatively. Instead, as the colonists
realized and finally admitted by way of the
Declaration, those operatives were their
competitors. Those operatives were the
colonists' opponents. Efforts to persuade
them were pointless-- they admitted to no limits on
their power and had no interest in curbing its
abuse, which was being practiced for their
benefit.
IT WAS HARD for the colonists to reach
that epiphany about their government. Because states
exercise power (and partly also because they
maintain an elaborate apologia dedicated to
justifying that exercise as being for the good of
the citizenry, or at least the way things must or
are supposed to be), they come to be viewed as
virtual parents in the hind-brains of those subject
to that power. It is very hard for people to
recognize and acknowledge that actual Mom and Dad
are bad people. It is nearly as hard for people to
recognize that the state under the influence of
which they have been raised is corrupt and
malicious.
But of course, sometimes Mom and Dad
are indeed bad, and states usually are. And while
Mom and Dad can and often do become remorseful, and
proceed to reform and redemption, states are
institutionally-incapable of remorse. The only
remedy against a bad state is taking away its power.
Eventually, after wasting all that time and effort
on petitioning, politicking, lobbying and arguing,
the American colonists admitted this truth on
Declaration Day and said, "No more talking-- it's
time for walking!"
Bless them for abandoning their
child-like view of the state and becoming grown-ups
at last.
IT REMAINS TO BE SEEN if we modern
Americans are equally deserving of blessings. We
should be up to the task; after all, we have a much
easier row to hoe than the colonists did.
While we, too, must adopt a grown-up
understanding of the true character of the dangerous
servant against which we have been wisely warned,
our state is already bound down by the written law,
thanks to the blood and sacrifices of our ancestors.
All we have to do is recognize that the state is
constantly struggling to escape any limitations
placed upon it by that law, and to suppress and
marginalize anyone revealing its bad behavior and
anything showing how it can be put back into its
chains.
Particularly, we have to recognize that
the biggest and most important limitation put upon
the state concerns its ability to take resources
from individual citizens for its own use. It's this
simple-- the one who controls the disposition of
property is the one in charge.
Because it is so important, for decades
the United States has been engaged in the
cultivation and exploitation of myths about what
limitations are placed upon it in regard to resource
acquisition. Sadly, for most of those decades most
Americans have fallen for the fictions.
Chief among these state-serving,
people-harming myths is the truly absurd proposition
that our grandparents amended the Constitution in
1913 to authorize the state's exploitation of their
resources at its will, in defiance and rejection of
the previous tax-limiting Constitutional rules under
which the American people had become the freest and
most prosperous in the history of the world.
THIS IS A MYTH! It never
happened, and even the premier organs of the state
itself have said so endlessly-- but quietly, so as
to preserve the on-the-books harmony of the law
while allowing the state (and its clients and
cronies) to ruthlessly exploit anyone who doesn't
know to look and remains in ignorance.

See what the tax really falls upon and
how it really works in application (and how and why
it may have been misapplied to you in the past). See
what those who have learned the long-obscured truth
about the income tax have been accomplishing since
that truth was revealed in 2003.
Then go
here and see how the state has been struggling
to keep you from knowing any of this.
After you take these two enlightening
little excursions, recognize that every single
person or institution that would lose prestige,
power or profits by acknowledging the truth about
the tax can be expected to lie about the subject if
queried. So will every interest that sees itself
benefitting from the existence of a mammoth state
(which might even include those who make their
living complaining about the mammoth state, or the
supposed evils of the income tax).
Every one of
these persons and interests are today's equivalents of the invested
promoters and defenders of the "divine right of
kings" myth that kept people enthralled and
exploited in the colonists' time.
But also recognize that because you now know the
truth, the power is in your hands. The
responsibility is, too.

*Before the last of the generation of
Russians alive when Stalin purportedly made that
remark had left the stage, the Russian people threw
off the tyranny cemented in place for sixty years by
the Georgian monster and his successors by simply
saying beginning to say "No!" to the state, one by
one, sometimes loudly and sometimes quietly.
I've long wondered if this inconvenient
example of the power of "No!" underlies the
relentless and increasingly strident demonization of
Russia in certain quarters ever since its liberating
transformation in the last years of the 20th
Century...

On The 60th Anniversary Of The
Deep State's Dark Awakening
A brief touch upon some of the many
things that could be said.
60 YEARS AGO TODAY, a particular kind
of evil stirred in America.
John F. Kennedy had just given
his wise and powerful speech at American University
a few weeks earlier, calling for a grown-up attitude
toward the Soviet Union and thereby threatening the
growing power of the then-16-year-old "national
security" deep-state Leviathan. Kennedy was also
making preparations to withdraw US forces from Viet
Nam and speaking of dismantling the CIA.
Spittle-flecked Strangelovian
psychopaths of the same sort who today plump
endlessly for ceaseless and escalated current
conflict with Russia were wroth at Kennedy's
rejection of their aggressive foreign policy and his
threats against their power and profits. They began
making plans for Kennedy's murder five months hence.
Altogether, the events of 60 years ago
amounted to an inflection point in world history, at
which it could be said that the natural and intended
course of the great American Experiment was
interrupted, and the country was set on a dark path
down which we continue to stumble today.
WHAT FOLLOWS BELOW is an article I
wrote several years ago, shortly after Donald
Trump's second violation of the JFK Records Act of
1992 in service to the deep state. My primary
purpose then was to help the out-reaching
CtC community leverage into light-switch moments
the obvious cognitive dissonance I discuss.
I re-post it today due to the occasion
of the 60th anniversary of these supremely
significant events; due to the fact that the current
US demeanor toward Russia and Washington's
relentless nurturing of the hugely dangerous
conflict playing out in Ukraine harkens so strongly
back to the pathologies of that time; and because in
posting it the first time I overlooked an
opportunity to point out one more irony than those
on which I focused to begin with, which I will now
append at its conclusion.

JFK conspiracy? No
problem... Income Tax conspiracy? C'mon, man, don't
be silly! How could that ever happen?!
Cognitive dissonance in action.
May 14, 2018:
THERE WAS A LOT OF CARRYING-ON
recently by people who are certain
that official crimes and cover-ups were involved in
the JFK assassination. The outcries were prompted by the
renewed sequestration on
Oct. 26, 2017 and
April 26, 2018 of CIA records which otherwise would
shed some light on the matter.
But leaving aside the questions about
the Kennedy affair for a moment, these passionate
denunciations themselves raise a question in my
mind: How many of these same very vocal pundits and
bloggers and tweeters--
already proven able to grasp government deception and
criminality-- nonetheless refuse to acknowledge the
possibility of a government scheme concealing the
true nature of the income tax and exploiting the
consequent widespread ignorance about how the tax
actually works and on what it actually falls?
I CAN ANSWER THE QUESTION MYSELF, of
course. Many of the very same folks who are 100%
certain that the JFK assassination was--
a crime by rogue elements of the US
government itself, and
has been kept from revelation by a
much larger conspiracy, on behalf of mere
political interests and the purported benefits
of "stability" and "confidence in government" by
many participants over the decades with nothing
personal at stake--
...can't even imagine that such things
could have ever happened in regard to the income
tax.
This blindness to
the income tax scheme
(or better put, the "ignorance tax" scheme) while
simultaneously embracing the JFK assassination and
cover-up scheme is ironic.
Even the JFK conspiracy crowd itself
concedes that a really inarguable "smoking gun" in that case has yet
to see the light of day; hence the complaints over
the continued sequestration of documents. The income
tax conspiracy, on the other hand, is already
fully-revealed in all its shabby corruption, at even
more than a mere "smoking gun" level. Unlike the JFK
crimes, there are no hidden records still allowing
for the harboring of doubts.
THERE'S A FURTHER IRONY in this
cognitively dissonant embrace of the not-yet-"smoking gun"-proven
JFK scheme but not the fully-"smoking gun"-proven
"ignorance tax" scheme. This arises from the
fact that the JFK truthers' own "motive" argument--
that Kennedy's murder was committed by cold-warriors
who saw Kennedy's turn toward detente with the USSR
and Cuba as a genuine threat to national security--
is far more strongly applicable to the "ignorance tax"
scheme.
After all,
JFK was just one man-- and one who might have been
out of office before long. Further, he could be thwarted by
congress in many ways, as well as by
his military subordinates,
members of his cabinet and others. While he may have
been seen as a threat to national security, it was
very much within limits, and temporary in any event.
The "ignorance tax" scheme,
in stark contrast, is the only means available to
accomplish a perpetual and absolute "cold-warrior"
requirement of diverting a river of wealth
sufficient to pay for all the
bombs, surveillance hardware, black-ops and all the
rest of the infrastructure of the national security
state from the pockets of individual Americans into
the hands of those who imagine they know better how
to use that money. And
that's just what it does.
HERE'S A FINAL IRONY that I'll propose
in this commentary:
On November 10, 2017 a back-seat-to-nobody
JFK conspiracy enthusiast--
Jacob Hornberger of the 'Future of Freedom
Foundation'-- posted
a column in which he derides
a mainstream journalist who had interviewed John Tunheim,
the chairman of the 'Assassination Records Review
Board' set up in 1992 to decide the fate of the
unreleased JFK documents (and which ultimately
decided they should be released this past October
26). Hornberger's complaint was the failure of his
target to pursue what Hornberger thinks are obvious
questions about his favorite mystery.
Hornberger recites the following list
of speculations as to why the journalist, Chris
Hrapsky of TV station KARE in Minneapolis-St. Paul,
dropped the ball and failed to follow-up when given
an opening for questioning Tunheim about a pretty
well-supported speculation that the Kennedy autopsy
report was fraudulent:
"Perhaps it was just ignorance of the
facts that prevented Hrapsky from following up on
one of the critical questions he asked Tunheim. Or
perhaps it’s what might be called the “inconceivable
mindset” that afflicts many mainstream reporters and
commentators when it comes to the JFK assassination,
a mindset that holds that it is simply inconceivable
that the U.S. national-security establishment would
carry out a domestic regime-change operation, even
if national security ostensibly required it. Maybe
Hrapsky was scared of how his employer might react
if he made a deeper exploration into what the ARRB
found. Maybe he was worried about being labeled a
communist sympathizer or a conspiracy theorist. Or
perhaps it was just a deep-seated fear of exploring
what some consider a very frightening possibility,
one they simply cannot confront mentally or
emotionally — that the U.S. national-security
establishment acted to protect national security by
removing Kennedy from power, just as it did with
regime-change operations in Iran, Guatemala, Congo,
Cuba, Chile, and other places."
So here's the irony: Hornberger is not
only an ardent, back-seat-to-nobody JFK conspiracy
enthusiast. He is also a vocal booster of the
standard statist mythology about the income tax
(such as
here and
here, to pick just a couple out of many errant posts over
the years), and an
"I-refuse-to-even-look-at-the-evidence"
CtC
denier,
despite having been directly presented on many
occasions over many years with every form of
CtC
evidence and authorities, by me personally and a
number of other folks, as well.
Hornberger's persistent refusal to face
the truth, prompts some speculations, just as Chris Hrapsky's failure to follow up on the JFK autopsy
issue prompted Hornberger's own speculations. There
is nowhere that I have seen such speculations better
expressed than in Hornberger's own well-chosen
words, to whit:
Perhaps it is just what might be called the “inconceivable
mindset” that afflicts Hornberger when it comes to the
"ignorance tax" scheme,
a mindset that holds that it is simply inconceivable
that elements of the U.S. government would cultivate
popular misunderstanding of the income tax and then
exploit it to not-quite-illegally extract $trillions
from deceived Americans, even
if national security ostensibly required it. Maybe Hornberger
is scared of how his donors might react if he made a
deeper exploration into what
CtC reveals.
Maybe he's worried about being labeled a "tax
protester" or a conspiracy theorist. Or
perhaps it's just a deep-seated fear of exploring
what some consider a very frightening possibility,
one they simply cannot confront mentally or
emotionally — that the U.S. national-security
establishment has acted to protect national security by
a massive, sustained subterfuge, just as it has done
in covering up the truth about the removal of Kennedy from power
and the
regime-change operations in Iran, Guatemala, Congo,
Cuba, Chile, and other places.
Here's my advice for Hornberger: Next
time you've done such a fine job polishing some
well-turned phrases for the critique of someone else
playing the "See no evil" monkey, Jacob, look at
them closely. You'll see your own reflection looking
back at you.
To everyone else, I'll point out that
Jacob Hornberger is far from the only pundit who
embraces "truth" notions about JFK and other things
(often perfectly soundly) while at the same time
having an enormous blind spot regarding the thoroughly-proven,
critically-important
CtC-revealed truth about the
income tax. The same, of course, is true of many,
many non-pundit Americans.
USE THE POINTS MADE ABOVE TO HELP WAKE
THESE PEOPLE UP!! Like Hornberger, they don't know
what they don't know, and they simply have to be
persuaded to start looking at what they have never
actually explored.
(NOW HERE IS THE OMITTED IRONY to which
I referred in the introduction above: It is the
truth about the income tax, the conspiracy about
which Hornberger is in denial, which exclusively
offers the solution to the deep-state Leviathan
whose criminal conspiracies Hornberger and so many
others DO acknowledge and properly decry.
As I will discuss in the 'Other Voices'
feature of this newsletter, further down the page,
and through (ironically enough in its own right)
reference to a good recent article by Jacob
Hornberger, starving the Leviathan state back down
to its proper dimensions through individual
application of the powers the Founders reserved to
the People is the only way so metastasized a cancer
can now be cured.
And yet, without the addition of voices
like Hornberger's to my own in the effort to spread
understanding of the individual-liberating,
state-restraining
truth about the tax, that solution may not end
up being deployed soon enough on the necessary scale
to accomplish what is it uniquely able to do for us
all before America has been utterly ruined (along
with, perhaps, the rest of the planet).
It is, as I say, an irony. Let's hope
it does not persist and erode into real tragedy.)

FRIENDS, THE SPORADIC EASINGS of the despotic measures to
which most of the country has been subjected under
since the onset of the
COVID-19 hobgoblin narrative should not be
allowed to bleed off the head of steam you probably had been developing.
The offenses happened, and they're far from over. Stay hot.
And while you are all warmed up, and while others, if
they're smart, are just as hot, I'd like you to send an email (and
Facebook post, or whatever) with the following content to everyone you
can (with a request that they pass it along, in turn):
[Name], since March of 2020 you've
watched as over-fed state power has been used to literally destroy
classical Western civilization and impose a new despotic paradigm. No
dissent or debate permitted-- no permission or agreement sought.
YOU KNOW where this will end up if the arrogant
state power being used to make this happen isn't radically diminished in
size, influence, resources and popular support, and exposed as an
opportunistic exploiter of legal ignorance (an ignorance which it has
been nurturing in the average mind for decades).
Those things having not yet happened, you
should be quaking in your boots-- and you probably are.
Isn't it time-- and past time-- for you to
begin helping to make those desperately-needed defensive changes take
place? There is only one way these things can happen short of a
who-knows-what we'll-end-up-with explosion of violence. I'm going to
show it to you.
When you're done with that reading, you'll know
what to do next.
BTW, REMEMBER, ALSO, THAT EVERY AMERICAN has lately been given a stark lesson in the fact
that government officials at all levels will lie to you and violate the
law without batting an eye. They will do so any time it serves their agenda, and
you don't call them out for it.
If you know anyone who has been persisting in denial on the
truth about the income tax, you know such nonsense is usually be
grounded in some version or another of, "That can't be true..." or "They
would never do something like that...". Now's the time to put a pin in
that delusional bubble.
As the C19 hoax has starkly shown, "that" certainly CAN be true, and they
certainly WOULD do something
like that.
Use this evidence in all your
outreach efforts.

(Deceitful efforts to discourage Americans from
learning the truth about the "income tax")
FOR ALL THE YEARS SINCE 2003 when
CtC was first published, the government has engaged in a
concerted effort to frighten people away from its truths. This
effort involves official government websites and press releases
touting an occasional court ruling that appears to be at odds
with some
CtC-revelation (but without details sufficient to expose the
real substance of the ruling)--
and sometimes even more mendacious behavior.

on YouTube regarding donations. I didn't know what to do about
it to begin with; I don't do what I do intending for anyone to
feel obligated in any way.
But of course, no one IS obligated. I will continue
to make my work freely-available here, and in my books for only
the cost of a cheap paperback.
Thus, even though I post it here below, Tim's very
thoughtful personal resolution and encouragement to others is
just an invitation for consideration by those who may not be
conscious of the fact that I can't do what I do without support.
No one is to feel any pressure from it; if it moves anyone to
act let it be solely because it seems right.
All-in-all, just be the sort of person for others
that you would go to yourself for trustworthy leadership.
Leadership is a challenge. But it's not
complicated, and you can do it.

Are You Having Trouble Spreading The
Word?
SKEPTICISM (SOMETIMES INVOKED BY FEAR) IS TO BE
EXPECTED when you're trying to explain to someone that
everything they've been encouraged their whole lives to
believe about something as entrenched and significant as the
income tax is basically nonsense. So here's a way to help
cut through the resistance:
Ask your listener how he or she would react if
you were to show an announcement from the Commissioner of
Internal Revenue admitting that the tax doesn't apply to the
earnings of most Americans and is misapplied most of the
time because people don't understand how it works? Or how
about if you showed a ruling from the Supreme Court saying
the same?
Now you just have to explain that
you're going to show exactly those things-- but because
the state really doesn't want people to know this, these
things haven't been said quite as forthrightly as we would
all wish. It's going to take a bit more work to take these
admissions in than is sufficient for just reading a press
release. But it'll be worth the effort...
IF YOU'RE NOT SPREADING THIS LINK with every bit of
energy you can, to school libraries, homeschool
families and community groups, your neighbors, your
family members, your pastors and
co-congregationalists, journalists, lawyers, CPAs,
members of congress, tax-agency workers, Wikipedia,
Anonymous, WikiLeaks, the Tax Foundation, everyone
in the "tax honesty" movement, the 9/11 truth
movement, other activist movements and everyone
else,
you have only yourself to blame for your
troubles with the tax, and a whole lot else of which
you might complain. It's on you.
WRITE A NICE, FRIENDLY AND BRIEF introductory note
explaining what will be seen at the link-- cryptic
is bad; excited is good-- and then send this WMI
(weapon of mass instruction) far and wide.
Remember: Real Americans don't accommodate fog, lies and a sliding scale of
adherence to the rule of law. Real American men and women stand up for the
truth and the law, come what may, knowing that it is only by setting the bar
at the top and enforcing it, come what may, that liberties are secured.

Suppose that after you visit your doctor for a
physical examination, he informs you that you are
suffering from the following ailments:
A stiff knee, which
requires six months of physical therapy.
Being overweight, which
requires a big change in diet.
Kidney problems, which
require you to give up drinking.
A growing malignant
tumor on your stomach that can be removed by
surgery.
The doctor recommends that
you give priority to ailment 4, but you instead
decide to give priority to the first three ailments.
At the end of six months,
you have resolved your knee problem, you have
brought your weight down to an acceptable level, and
you have totally given up drinking. At your
six-month review, your doctor commends you on your
accomplishments.
There is just one big problem, however. Your
malignant tumor has grown so large that it can no
longer be removed. Worse, the cancer has spread
throughout your body. Your doctor advises you to get
your affairs in order because you only have three
months to live.
That’s the situation that the American people face
with respect to the society in which we live. There
are multiple problems facing our nation. But the
biggest one is the national-security state form of
governmental structure under which we have been
living for some 75 years. It is this governmental
structure that is a malignant tumor on the American
body politic. This political cancer is taking us
down from within. That’s why it is imperative that
Americans make its removal their top priority.
Consisting of the Pentagon, the vast
military-industrial complex, the enormous empire of
domestic and foreign military bases, the CIA, and
the NSA, along with its foreign policy of
interventionism, the national-security establishment
is the root cause of the perpetual wars in which the
United States has been embroiled since 1947, when
the federal government was converted from a
limited-government republic to a national-security
state.
The Cold War. The Korean War. The Vietnam War. The
Persian Gulf War. The war on terrorism. The war on
Islam. The War on Afghanistan. The War on Iraq. The
war on Syria. The war on Yemen. The war on China.
The war on Iran. Multiple military incursions.
Multiple coups and state-sponsored assassinations.
And now the renewed Cold War on Russia, which has
gotten us perilously close to all-out,
life-destroying nuclear war, just like it did back
in October 1962.
Of course, there is lots of focus on ending
America’s “endless wars.” But that’s akin to
focusing on our knee problem rather than on our
cancer problem. Ending one forever war accomplishes
nothing from a longterm perspective because always
around the corner is another forever war. That’s
because the national-security state apparatus is the
root cause of each forever war in which they embroil
America.
HORNBERGER IS SO RIGHT in this observation, and in being
so, he underscores the irony and the shame of his inability or
unwillingness to study and come to recognize the truth about the income
tax which is the sole solution to the problem he so nicely identifies.
As do so many other pundits, Hornberger does a great job at raising
consciousness, but trails off into silence, in the apparent hope that a
consciousness-raised populace will effect change through the political
process.
Unfortunately, the record makes clear
that the political process is no longer a viable
instrument by which even a consciousness-raised
American public can effect change in national
policy-- and even if that consciousness-raised
public amounts to a large-enough portion of the
electorate to do so were the democratic process
still functioning. When, after all, have we seen in
recent years effective popular control over US
policy in opposition to the agenda of the deep
state, or even just the cronies and clients of the
overt mammoth warfare and welfare state?
These days even if the democratic
processes by which the majority is meant to exercise
its will (within Constitutional limits) were allowed
to function, the
"engineering of consent" by the
state apparatus is so mature and sophisticated that
no amount of consciousness-raising effort could
bring about change unwelcome by those doing that
engineering.
Only individual action by those whose
consciousness has been successfully raised, making
use of the structure and limitations of the federal
taxing power hard-wired into the Constitution,
offers a solution. Each American can thereby cease
his or her enabling of the Leviathan state. In doing
so, each such actor arises as an irresistible lure
to others, even those who know or care nothing about
the perils of the national-security state, but who
don't want to relinquish wealth to anyone with which
they need not be parting.
That is, individual self-interest-- the
most powerful political force in the universe-- is
inexorably invoked by the liberating truth about the
income tax, and that invocation will yield the
beneficial outcome hoped for by Jacob Hornberger and
all others who decry the national-security state
cancer where nothing else will manage to do so.
All that is needed to make it all
happen is for a big enough core group of
consciousness-raised Americans to act and be vocal--
a spark which would be enormously and importantly
hurried into action if Jacob Hornberger and others
with bully-pulpits much bigger than
my very suppressed one were to begin spreading
the word.
Further, independent commentaries, comments to
these newsletter articles, and especially videos
should be flying out from this community all the
time! Remember, people, those defending the evil
status quo are legion, and relentless. Those wanting
them defeated, and their evil scheme and its evil
progeny wiped away, need to be just as much so.
At a minimum, everyone in this
community should be diligently sharing, with
suitable exhortations and persuasions to the
recipient, the special materials I have written for this
purpose. For instance, clicking on the image of Dorothy and Glinda, below, will yield a short .pdf by which
anyone not welded to a government teat will quickly
be inspired and equipped to lend their strength to
climbing out of our suicidal dive, if shared around
with at least a subject line encouraging its
perusal.

Lincoln, in announcing his willingness to burn the Southern states to the ground in order to
keep them paying the tariff for the benefit of Northern interests in
his first inaugural address on March 4, 1861, paid at least lip
service to the Founders design of leaving control over the fuel
available to feed the fires Washington wants to light in the hands
of the individual citizenry when he said, "Doing this I deem to
be only a simple duty on my part; and I shall perform it, unless my
rightful masters, the American people, shall withhold the requisite
means..."

restoration of the rule of law in America, Hendrickson directed
purchasing activities for the $84 million-a-year
multi-family-housing division of the Farmington Hills, Michigan
branch of Edward Rose and Sons, with responsibility for 18,000+
apartments, direct supervision of 35 technicians and agents, and
incidental authority over several hundred divisional workers.
He also ran the division's 10 cable television earth-station and
distribution systems in four states, and designed and
administered the company's website.
On rather the other end of the spectrum, amidst
these more mundane pursuits Hendrickson co-founded and was the
primary creative force behind a small
board- and
card-game company that enjoyed a modest success for several
years.
Hendrickson makes his home in southeast Michigan,
with his wife and two children. He is currently working on his
next book.
