Whether Or Not They're
Killing Our Pets Is Small Potatoes, 'Cause They're
Definitely Killing Our Constitution
The immigrant invasion MUST be
stopped.
LAST WEEK'S PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE
featured an assertion from candidate Donald Trump
that Haitian immigrants introduced in great numbers
by the Biden/Harris administration into the small
Ohio town of Springfield over the last several years
have been behaving like Haitians. Most particularly,
Trump asserted that these illegal aliens (more on
that legal status below) have been taking pets
belonging to the local citizenry, along with
wildlife normally considered protected (either by
law or by convention), to be slaughtered and used
either for food or rituals.
Trump's assertion was disputed by
so-called debate moderator David Muir, who for some
reason had contacted the city manager of Springfield
in advance and secured his weaselly denial (to the
effect of, "we haven't seen any credible evidence of
such events"). Since then, a great deal of evidence
supporting Trump's claim has appeared.
I think that
it can be said that while the scope of these
barbaric acts is yet unknown, they are, to some
degree or another, taking place, although Democrats
and their MSM tools continue to deny or downplay it.
As structured, then, the controversy
over the animal abuse is a mirror image of
what it should be. It is the denials by Democrats
and media that are remarkable and worthy of
skepticism, since, as observed above, Trump's
assertions simply describe behavior that is common
in Haiti and is to be expected of a completely
unassimilated large group of Haitians dumped into a
town too small to overawe the newcomers into
conformity with local laws and norms.
Trump is crying a "dog bites man"
story. It is the Democrats and their media shills
who are arguing a "man bites dog" position.
THE FACT IS, ALL MIGRANTS OVER THE AGE
OF TEN from places not thoroughly grounded in
Western Civilization bring with them barbaric
habits, behaviors and/or perspectives. These cultural
pathologies were taken in with their very mother's
milk and are likely to be ineradicable for life.
Poetry about foreigners yearning to be free
notwithstanding, only migrants whose native culture
partook of the Enlightenment can be reliably
assimilated, and all others will stress and fray our
American social and political fabric.
Ominously, that social and political
fabric is already pretty tattered. Years of
corrosion from divisive "identity politics"
cynically injected into schools, workplaces and mass
entertainment for the short-term benefit of its
grifters has been having the long-term effect of
cultural destabilization (which is likely the
outcome intended by the shadowed initiators of the
whole dynamic).
America can no longer absorb and
survive these ongoing and escalating stressors. An
immediate halt to all "third-world" immigration is
critically-important, and even immigration from what
would normally be seen as Western Civilization
countries should be severely curtailed.
Those who raise the bug-a-boo argument
that without immigration our workforce will be too
thin to sustain our economy are directed to turn
their energies toward discouraging abortion. A
million American-born-and-raised workers are killed
in the womb each year. End that holocaust, and add
in the additional births that would result from a
competent cultural and governmental-policy campaign
to encourage more, and more fruitful, marriages, and
there is no "shortage of workers" problem.
A FEW YEARS AGO, WHEN THE "BORDER
CRISIS" first took center stage in American politics
and many libertarians went on record categorically
opposing any kind of border control, I felt
compelled to organize some thoughts on the subject.
I am, by general disposition, a libertarian. But I
am also, by intellectual bent, a Constitutionalist
(which is also to say, a realist), and so there were
things I felt the need to say.
Those older organized thoughts will
round out and clarify some of those above, and so I
will share them below, followed by another older
article in which I discuss the legal issues involved
in the Biden/Harris administration's border policies
and practices.
Altogether, this may amount to a lot of
reading. But this is a very serious matter. Please
take the time; and please share widely.
Why I'm Not An "Open
Borders" Enthusiast
There are very good reasons for a
conservative policy.
IT'S THIS SIMPLE: To the greatest
degree possible, I want to be amongst people who
have been raised from age zero steeped in cultural
reverence for
the foundational principles of the American
Revolution.
I want the fewest possible people
around me who were raised in a place in which
government corruption is considered either
unremarkable or consistent with traditional or
acceptable norms. I want to deal as little as
possible with folks who didn't get told as children
that all warrantless searches and seizures-- of data
or anything else-- are illegal; who don't aspire to
rugged individualism; or who harbor competing
affections for any legal/political/philosophical
tradition other than the one that inspired and
informs the Declaration of Independence.
I'm OK with a handful on a citizenship
path in America (and thus a path to voting, and
possible public office) whose earliest and most
deeply-embedded sensibilities were formed where
graft is a feature of normal life; where "the rule
of law" means nothing more than "the law of whoever
is then in power"; or where the "presidency" is a
lifetime office. If such immigrants join a society
of unadulterated bedrock Americanism, to which they
are only barely-noticeable exceptions, they-- and
more particularly their children-- will be safely
assimilated. But only if their numbers amount to no
more than a relative handful.
FRANKLY, THE
LEGAL/POLITICAL/PHILOSOPHICAL CULTURES of most of
the rest of the world suck by comparison with
America's (as established and still embedded, even
though subject to a ferocious assault by its
domestic enemies in recent decades). It is that
cultural tradition which makes for actual American
exceptionalism.
But our cultural tradition is
demanding. Our American tradition requires us to
stand up even just as lone individuals against
power-grabs by the powerful-- a risky and costly
business. Our tradition expects us to be vigilant
and jealous of our liberties, and not lolling in the
arms of the state, counting on it to provide for our
well-being while we amuse and indulge ourselves.
Our tradition is frostbite on the banks
of the Delaware in defense of our rights; facing
down billy-clubs and police dogs in Selma in defense
of our rights; and sacrificing the good life in
Hawaii to expose massive government crimes in
violation of the
Fourth Amendment, in defense of our rights. Our
tradition is the tradition of heroes.
THE CULTURAL TRADITIONS OF OTHERS are
easy, by comparison. They are comfortable with
compromise of principles; moral relativism;
corruption and a "You can't fight City Hall"
perspective.
Where rights are claimed in these other
cultures, it is usually a petulant insistence on
state-granted privileges, like upkeep and other
material benefits which are merely the doling out of
largesse taken from their fellows. These claims are
to the "right" to be given someone else's fish, not
to the right to be left alone to do one's own
fishing.
Non-American cultural traditions
typically embody a peasanty, servile and simple view
of life. A "Do what you're told" and "Go along and
get along" view. Many have had genuinely admirable
heroes of one kind or another rise up within them
nonetheless, of course. But very few have
American-style heroism as the core concept around
which all their legal, political and philosophical
traditions and institutions are constructed.
SADLY, IT IS THE WAY OF THINGS that
shortsightedness is also easy, and taking the long
view is hard. Thus, where other cultural traditions
are well-represented, offering easy-path answers to
challenges where the American culture would require
hard ones, the pressure is toward the bottom.
Over time, the typical easy-answer
cultural paradigm will overwhelm the exceptional
hard-answer paradigm. Over time, America will become
merely typical-- just one amongst all the rest in
the new world order whose heritage of liberty
secured by a Constitutionally-limited government of
the people is subsumed and outvoted and kicked into
the dust-bin of history by the majority of what will
then be her peers.
I don't want that. Accordingly, I don't
want 'open borders'.
INSTEAD, I WANT strictly-controlled
immigration, in small, assimilable numbers, favoring
applicants from places with
legal/political/philosophical traditions whose roots
are most akin to those of our own. I don't care one
little bit about race, ethnicity, religion or
geography per se-- no one should be declined or
disfavored for such considerations, and no one
should be admitted or favored for them, either.
But "diversity" of cultural tradition
SHOULD be disfavored, and the expectation upon the
admittance of any immigrant should be that whatever
foreign legal/political/philosophical tradition is
brought with them will be burned away into
nothingness, and 100% replaced with our own, as
expeditiously as possible. This applies equally to
refugees, seekers of political asylum and work-visa
applicants as well as those seeking permanent
residency or citizenship.
Immigrants of any kind (and their kids)
can dress how they want, celebrate the holidays they
want, and live in enclaves, if they want. None of
that bothers me at all. But they must speak and read
English, so they can partake of, and participate in,
our entire tradition in all its depth, and they must
adhere to the principles and practices of law,
politics and philosophy that make up that tradition.
FINALLY, TO ADDRESS THE LEGAL
QUESTIONS, everyone has complete liberty to move
about the world as they can and will generally, and
no one has the right or valid authority to hinder
them. But no one has the right to move on or across
someone else's property.
Leaving the arguments about the
rightness or wrongness of ancient claims of land
ownership to late-night hair-splitting sessions in
college dorm rooms where they belong, the several
states of the USA have delegated to the United
States certain authorities over the hairline ribbon
of property making up the border of the aggregated
whole. The United States is thus arguably equipped
to control inbound crossings of that border, and
under what conditions (and if there is any doubt
about that, the states themselves, and/or the
individual property owners within the states, surely
have authority to determine who is allowed to set
foot on their land).
No valid legal principle obstructs
strict limits to immigration volumes, and strict and
discriminatory control over who is allowed in. Very
good philosophical and practical reasons support
such limits and controls. They should be
implemented.

Aliens Wandering Around
Texas ARE Illegals, Judge Napolitano
...and Abbott and DeSantis should be
lauded, both for their faithful regard for their
duty and for their political acumen.
I'M GENERALLY APPRECIATIVE of Andrew
Napolitano's contributions to the public discourse.
But in
a recent article, Napolitano has aired a
criticism of Greg Abbott and Ron DeSantis with which
I am compelled to take issue.
In his article Napolitano angrily
accuses Abbott and DeSantis of crimes-- including
kidnapping and human trafficking. The alleged
offenses occur in connection with the transport of
small numbers of illegal aliens from the random
locations in Texas where they have found themselves
after sneaking across the US (and Texas, and private
property) borders to other places within the United
States (most notably to Martha's Vineyard, to which
DeSantis famously flew 48 or 50 of these aliens).
Napolitano is quite correct, I believe,
in asserting that the relocations are done to make a
political point, rather than out of direct concern
for the well-being of the aliens. But he misses (or
disregards) the point that the relocations are done
out of concern for the well-being of American
citizens, to whom Abbott and DeSantis have a duty.
Napolitano also overstates his case
concerning the legal status of the aliens and the
legal character of the relocations, asserting that
the aliens are in the USA legally and asserting
without evidence that their willing participation in
the relocations is somehow accomplished by at least
fraud (which Napolitano equates with "force"), if
not worse.
I can't address the particulars of how
the aliens were enticed to take the transports
offered by Abbott and DeSantis. I imagine that these
enticements involved pointing out to the aliens that
as things stood, they were languishing in a harsh
climate in districts without much available
hospitality and in which they were decidedly not
wanted, while elsewhere could be found "sanctuary
cities" in which they would declaredly be welcome
and which offered far greater opportunities for jobs
and social services. As said, though, I can only
speculate on this issue.
But I can say a few things
about the legal status of these aliens.
TO BEGIN WITH, while US law at 8 U.S.C.
§ 1158(a)(1) provides that anyone who is physically
present in the United States or arrives therein may
apply for asylum, there are several significant
qualifiers that apply.
Under 8 U.S.C. § 1225 (a) and (b) and
related additional provisions of Title 8, aliens
arriving in the USA under the circumstances of those
involved in the relocations must be inspected by
immigration officers. If such aliens do not declare
an intention to apply for asylum on the basis of
"fear of persecution" under the provisions of 8
U.S.C. § 1158, such aliens shall be removed from the
United States without further hearing or review.
If the alien does declare an
intention to seek asylum, such alien is to be
referred to an asylum officer for an interview to
determine of the credibility of the alien's
persecution claim. If the asylum officer finds the
claim credible, "the alien shall be detained
for further consideration of the application for
asylum." (8 U.S.C. § 1225(b)(ii), emphasis added).
Determination that the claim is not credible shall
result in removal from the United States without
further hearing or review (although if the alien
balks at that determination he or she is entitled to
an immigration court review of the determination
under subclause III of the same subsection "to the
maximum extent practicable within 24 hours, but
in no case later than 7 days after
the date of the determination under subclause (I)"
(emphasis added).
IT'S TRUE THAT THE PROVISIONS for
initial credibility review by an asylum officer of
an asylum claim do not specifically state that such
review shall take place promptly. Indeed, those
provisions don't even say that the initial
inspection of aliens by an immigration officer upon
arrival (or discovery) in the United States be done
promptly. I suspect it is those omissions of the
obvious that are being corruptly exploited by the
Biden administration as the rationale for just
leaving the illegals wandering around Texas with an
alleged court date to which they will supposedly
self-report sometime in the distant future.
But those omissions ARE of the obvious,
as is made clear by the language that is found in
the statutes. This includes the obligation for the
detainment pending further proceedings of an asylum
seeker deemed credible, and the provision specifying
that judicial review of a determination that an
asylum review is not credible take place "to the
maximum extent practicable within 24 hours, but
in no case later than 7 days".
Plainly, Congress means for aliens
arriving in the United States to be
immediately
inspected by an immigration officer, who will
immediately deport
any not claiming asylum, and
immediately turn
any claiming asylum over to an asylum officer. That
asylum officer is plainly meant to
promptly make an
initial determination of whether the asylum claim is
credible.
If the claim appears credible, the
asylum officer is to
immediately detain the alien, pending further
proceedings. If not, the asylum officer is to
immediately deport
the alien, with no latitude other that to afford the
alien a hearing before an immigration judge
within no later than 7
days.
SO, AGAIN, AN ALIEN arriving in the
United States by simply walking across the border is
to be deported out of hand unless seeking asylum.
The only exception is if the alien declares a claim
of asylum, upon which he or she is to be
detained pending
further proceedings-- even if the asylum application
is deemed credible upon first consideration.
In every case, no alien who has waded
across the Rio Grande should ever be left wandering
around Texas. Those who are doing so do so
illegally-- even if the offense is primarily that of
the Biden administration officials who have failed
in their obligation to faithfully administer the
laws described above.
But that's not all...
In addition to all of the above, which
establishes that those crossing the border and
wandering about loose do so based on somebody's
defiance of the law, there is the validity of the
asylum claims I suspect every alien crossing the
border is instructed to make. Very, very few such
aliens, I suspect, can honestly make such claims.
Asylum claims under the provisions of 8
U.S.C. § 1158 rest on the claimant being a "refugee"
as defined at 8 U.S.C. § 1101(a)(42)(A). Here is
that definition:
(42) The term “refugee” means (A) any
person who is outside any country of such person’s
nationality or, in the case of a person having no
nationality, is outside any country in which such
person last habitually resided, and who is unable or
unwilling to return to, and is unable or unwilling
to avail himself or herself of the protection of,
that country because of persecution or a
well-founded fear of persecution on account of race,
religion, nationality, membership in a particular
social group, or political opinion.
Virtually no one crossing the Rio
Grande (or the border elsewhere in the southwest)
can legitimately claim to be doing so to escape
persecution from their home government because of
their race, religion, nationality, membership in a
particular social group, or political opinion.
Seeking to move to a better economic
climate obviously checks none of the required boxes.
Nor even does a desire to escape a vicious
dictatorship, or the aftermath of a natural
disaster, or an ongoing war.
Unless a claimant can show themselves
to have been a visible and vocal political dissident
and targeted for persecution for those activities
(or that others engaged in the same activism have
been so targeted), the "political opinion" option
won't apply. "Membership in a particular social
group" won't work even for the LGBT-yadda-yadda-yadda
types (or those who might claim to be such for the
sake of asylum)-- at least not without renunciation
of the "genetic hardwiring" argument they like to
use as the explanation for their behavior.
Membership in a social group is a chosen thing, and
being genetically queer (or born into the wrong
body, or whatever other such nonsense is alleged)
doesn't qualify.
All-in-all, due to the specifics of
asylum eligibility, pretty much every alien found
wandering around Texas (or Arizona, or wherever) is
dong so under false pretenses, and the willingness
of the border authorities to turn a blind eye to
that fact doesn't relieve the alien from
culpability.
These aliens are ILLEGAL aliens. I hope
Andrew Napolitano-- and other commentators who have
leveled the same charges against Greg Abbott and Ron
DeSantis-- read this article and replace criticisms
of these good and faithful governors with the
compliments they actually deserve.
**
I'M GOING TO CLOSE this immigration
comment with a renewal of my prior call for Texas
(or just some Texans) to stock the Rio Grande with
crocodiles. As I wrote on this page
in
November of 2021,
CROCODILES IN THE RIO
GRANDE. How about it?
Not namby-pamby alligators
or caimans. Crocs.
20 ft. long, 2,000 lb.
crocodiles-- the kind that keep alligators as pets.
Don't you think that might
help stem the flood of illegals pouring across what
is supposed to be a border? I do.
What's more, crocs in the
river is a cheap, easy and very, very fast remedy to
the illegal immigration problem.
It
could even be administered proactively by private,
individual Texans if the state authorities drag
their feet once the proposal is brought to their
attention (responsibility for which I charge the
very large, active and excellent Texas
CtC communities-- both the state group overall
and the especially vigorous Dallas/Ft. Worth buzzsaw
brigade).
I suspect that once the
scaly apex predators are first seen in the water
human border patrol force-strengths could be cut by
99% everywhere except at designated, legitimate
entry points. Upside after upside!
Let me know if you agree...
P.S. ON A RELATED NOTE, learn

TO ZIONISTS-- even those born and
raised in America, the United States (that is, the
federal entity created by the united States) is just a resource to be
exploited in service to the ambition of "greater
Israel" or the sparking of Armageddon. To
grievance-nurturing Americans of Eastern European
descent, the United States is a weapon to be deployed against
what they see as the object of their hatred (even
though the real author of their grievance-- the
USSR-- was put down by the Russian people against
whom they clamor and make war, people who themselves
suffered more than anyone at the hands of the now
thirty-five-years-in-the-grave communist regime).
To social reformers, the United States is a
hammer with which cultures not on board with the
reformers' enthusiasms are to be beaten into
conformity, or at least, acquiescence. To the
casually corrupt, the United States is a giant
honey-pot waiting to be exploited for their personal
gain.
I could go on, but this is enough to
make the point: Being the pelf-swollen owner of vast
wealth (and the power that it buys), the United
States is a plum to be fought over by means fair and
foul, and then used by the victor to suit that
victor's personal agenda at the expense of everyone
else.
It was not meant to be this way, and
"this way" is a very bad thing, both for Americans
and for the rest of the world.
The United States was meant to be a
small thing, just enough to take care of a very
short list of delegated tasks, at minimal expense
and with minimal interference or involvement in the
lives of average Americans. And so it was for the
first 140 years or so. with only a few brief
exceptions. As was observed by a pundit shortly
after the dawn of the Twentieth Century, for the
most part the only federal official ever encountered
by an American throughout an entire lifetime was the
guy who delivered his mail.
This graph illustrates that idyllic
past-- while explaining what changed things:
This paper explains what can be done about the
current problem, returning to us the limited
government designed by the Founders and Framers.
Please read that less-than-two-page
explanation, and the supporting or supplemental
material offered at the end. Then share it around.
We now live in very perilous times, and
solely because we have slept at the wheel and let
the United States become a weapon against our own
well-being. We need to move swiftly and surely in
righting our course.

Not Letting This "Crisis" Go To Waste...
...an important action item opportunity.
FRIENDS, THE SPORADIC EASINGS of the despotic measures to
which most of the country has been subjected under
since the onset of the
COVID-19 hobgoblin narrative should not be
allowed to bleed off the head of steam you probably had been developing.
The offenses happened, and they're far from over. Stay hot.
And while you are all warmed up, and while others, if
they're smart, are just as hot, I'd like you to send an email (and
Facebook post, or whatever) with the following content to everyone you
can (with a request that they pass it along, in turn):
[Name], since March of 2020 you've
watched as over-fed state power has been used to literally destroy
classical Western civilization and impose a new despotic paradigm. No
dissent or debate permitted-- no permission or agreement sought.
YOU KNOW where this will end up if the arrogant
state power being used to make this happen isn't radically diminished in
size, influence, resources and popular support, and exposed as an
opportunistic exploiter of legal ignorance (an ignorance which it has
been nurturing in the average mind for decades).
Those things having not yet happened, you
should be quaking in your boots-- and you probably are.
Isn't it time-- and past time-- for you to
begin helping to make those desperately-needed defensive changes take
place? There is only one way these things can happen short of a
who-knows-what we'll-end-up-with explosion of violence. I'm going to
show it to you.
When you're done with that reading, you'll know
what to do next.
BTW, REMEMBER, ALSO, THAT EVERY AMERICAN has lately been given a stark lesson in the fact
that government officials at all levels will lie to you and violate the
law without batting an eye. They will do so any time it serves their agenda, and
you don't call them out for it.
If you know anyone who has been persisting in denial on the
truth about the income tax, you know such nonsense is usually be
grounded in some version or another of, "That can't be true..." or "They
would never do something like that...". Now's the time to put a pin in
that delusional bubble.
As the C19 hoax has starkly shown, "that" certainly CAN be true, and they
certainly WOULD do something
like that.
Use this evidence in all your
outreach efforts.
"It is not the function of our Government to keep the
citizen from falling into error; it is the function of the citizen to

-United States Supreme Court Justice Robert H. Jackson
(Deceitful efforts to discourage Americans from
learning the truth about the "income tax")
FOR ALL THE YEARS SINCE 2003 when
CtC was first published, the government has engaged in a
concerted effort to frighten people away from its truths. This
effort involves official government websites and press releases
touting an occasional court ruling that appears to be at odds
with some
CtC-revelation (but without details sufficient to expose the
real substance of the ruling)--
and sometimes even more mendacious behavior.
Are the presentations and
resources offered on this site and in my other work of any value to you?
Tim Kendrick has posted
a video
on YouTube regarding donations. I didn't know what to do about
it to begin with; I don't do what I do intending for anyone to
feel obligated in any way.
But of course, no one IS obligated. I will continue
to make my work freely-available here, and in my books for only
the cost of a cheap paperback.
Thus, even though I post it here below, Tim's very
thoughtful personal resolution and encouragement to others is
just an invitation for consideration by those who may not be
conscious of the fact that I can't do what I do without support.
No one is to feel any pressure from it; if it moves anyone to
act let it be solely because it seems right.
All-in-all, just be the sort of person for others
that you would go to yourself for trustworthy leadership.
Leadership is a challenge. But it's not
complicated, and you can do it.

Are You Having Trouble Spreading The
Word?
SKEPTICISM (SOMETIMES INVOKED BY FEAR) IS TO BE
EXPECTED when you're trying to explain to someone that
everything they've been encouraged their whole lives to
believe about something as entrenched and significant as the
income tax is basically nonsense. So here's a way to help
cut through the resistance:
Ask your listener how he or she would react if
you were to show an announcement from the Commissioner of
Internal Revenue admitting that the tax doesn't apply to the
earnings of most Americans and is misapplied most of the
time because people don't understand how it works? Or how
about if you showed a ruling from the Supreme Court saying
the same?
Now you just have to explain that
you're going to show exactly those things-- but because
the state really doesn't want people to know this, these
things haven't been said quite as forthrightly as we would
all wish. It's going to take a bit more work to take these
admissions in than is sufficient for just reading a press
release. But it'll be worth the effort...

Remember: Real Americans don't accommodate fog, lies and a sliding scale of
adherence to the rule of law. Real American men and women stand up for the
truth and the law, come what may, knowing that it is only by setting the bar
at the top and enforcing it, come what may, that liberties are secured.

Russian Collusion? I
Predicted The Tenet Media Psy-Op Way Back In 2014
by Brandon Smith
As a liberty writer and
economist I have been working within the alternative
media for almost 20 years now. I was there at the
inception of what we consider the modern
counter-media movement, when a scattering of radio
hosts, writers and video bloggers started to come
together to create perhaps the greatest unsung
information revolution in decades. It was this era
in which the mainstream corporate news started to
lose their audience by the millions.
This was also the advent of
the Ron Paul movement and the return of a more true
conservatism that would eventually shake up the
Republican Party and the “Uniparty” paradigm.
Neo-cons are not conservatives, they are leftists
and globalists in disguise. We all know that now,
but back then it was an uphill struggle to get the
average conservative voter to understand they were
being duped. Today, most Neo-cons are abandoning
the Republican Party to vote for Kamala Harris.
The success of Donald Trump
is a symptom, a side effect of this burgeoning
liberty activism. Trump didn’t start it, he just
rode the wave that we created many years ago. It’s
important to remember that it existed before him and
it will exist after him. That said, it’s undeniable
that Trump has come to symbolize a big middle finger
to the establishment on the part of the conservative
and even moderate population. His campaigns have
indeed helped to bring culture war awareness to the
forefront. Furthermore, I would dare say we are
winning that war.
The political left used to
deny that the culture war existed. Today, woke
ideology is now thoroughly exposed in entertainment,
in corporate journalism, in public school
curriculum, in the military and within our own
government agencies. The alternative media made
this victory possible.
A lot of people also had a
“come to Jesus moment” during covid. The political
left grasped so desperately for total
authoritarianism during the covid mandates that they
rushed ahead and flew too close to the sun.
They went after our basic
freedoms, they tried to ban us from public places,
they tried to force us to act as guinea pigs for
experimental vaccines, they censored our free
speech, they threatened to take our jobs away, take
our kids away, and throw us in covid camps. All of
this happened only a few years ago and it shocked
large numbers of Americans out of apathy.
The covid agenda failed in
part because of the tireless efforts of the
alternative media spreading scientific facts and
evidence that contradicted government propaganda.
The mandates were defeated. The vax passport plan
was defeated. The CDC was forced to inflate the
numbers of people who actually took the first vax
and they had to hide the reality that almost no one
took the boosters.
What this means, though, is
that the globalists will simply try something new; a
new disaster with a new enemy and a new agenda to
take what’s left of our freedoms away. Algorithmic
censorship of the alternative media on search
engines and YouTube didn’t work and kicking us off
social media helped them little. We found other ways
to get the truth out there.
They are coming after us
directly next time, and the attacks have already
started…
I’m speaking mainly of the Tenet
Media controversy in which the Department of
Justice has accused alternative journalist Lauren
Chen of acting as a middleman (or middlewoman) for
Russia Today (a Russian state funded media
organization) to feed millions of dollars to
unwitting conservatives and pro-Trump personalities
like Dave Rubin, Tim Pool and Benny Johnson.
To be clear, the U.S.
Justice Department doesn’t allege any wrongdoing by
influencers, some of whom it says were given false
information about the source of Tenet’s funding.
Instead, it has indicted two employees of RT under
the Foreign Agents Registration Act for funneling
nearly $10 million to the Tennessee-based content
creation company in exchange for Russia-friendly
content. However, the DOJ is in my view knowingly
giving the corporate media and the DNC ammunition to
attack and marginalize the alternative media right
before the US elections.
THIS IS A WELL-THOUGHT-OUT PIECE by Brandon Smith (as
usual). It does a nice job of framing a typical narrative-management
mind-game played by the modern Leviathan state (either our own local
version or the more diffuse "globalist" version).
Such a shame that America isn't on
rations too lean to be maintaining the resources
necessary for initiating and sustaining such
gaslighting, especially as would be needed to do so
on a population near-universally skeptical of
governmental hobgoblin-flogging.
Of course, that could be fixed...
Especially now, with the US Supreme Court
having just reaffirmed its 108-year-old ruling
in Brushaber v. Union Pacific RR. Co.,
acknowledging the truth about the income tax
revealed in
CtC...
The arising and sustenance of
the Leviathan state monster is a direct result of
the successful mis-administration of the US income
tax laws. This began primarily in the early 1940s with the
adoption of the Current Tax Payment Act of 1943
amidst the tumult of WWII, and after a couple of
decades of corrupt misrepresentation of the 16th
Amendment's purpose and effect, despite that
misrepresentation being squarely in defiance of
the
history of the amendment and multiple express Supreme
Court rulings on the subject.
Shrinking that
Leviathan state monster merely involves the
reversing of that misadministration-- something that
can be done by individual Americans, acting
one-by-one, with no help or approval of any
government official.
All that is required is some knowledge,
and some courage-- the latter of which naturally
blooms in the hearts of real Americans when given
the nourishment of the former. As the saying goes,
America is the Land of the Free because it is the
Home of the Brave.
CtC provides that knowledge, showing
definitively that the Founders and Framers set this
country up in the foreknowledge of the inevitable
tendency of every state toward centralization,
swollen growth and despotism. Those brilliant and
liberty-loving men baked into the Constitutional
cake all the tools by which individual Americans can
stem or reverse those destructive and despotic
tendencies.
The simplest and most peaceable of
those tools is the power provided to each individual
American to restrict the resources
he or she provides to the ambitious state with which
it would otherwise grow like Topsy and escape its
proper limits. This requires nothing more than a
little education and a little courage, as is
explained
here.
Read that material, and then become an
agent of change. Urge everyone you know to do both
of these things, as well.
Seriously, people. It's time to stop
whistling past the graveyard and start using the
powerful and important tools with which our wise
ancestors equipped us.

EVEN AS ARDENT A STATIST as Abraham
Lincoln, in announcing his willingness to burn the Southern states to the ground in order to
keep them paying the tariff for the benefit of Northern interests in
his first inaugural address on March 4, 1861, paid at least lip
service to the Founders design of leaving control over the fuel
available to feed the fires Washington wants to light in the hands
of the individual citizenry when he said, "Doing this I deem to
be only a simple duty on my part; and I shall perform it, unless my
rightful masters, the American people, shall withhold the requisite
means..."

Do you
know someone truly steeped in the Kool-Aid?
I mean
someone who finds it easier to believe that the far-better-educated,
far-more-suspicious-of-government Americans of a hundred years ago were
complete morons who granted authority to the state to take whatever it
wished from themselves and their posterity than to imagine that they
themselves simply misunderstand the true nature of the income tax? Even
while knowing that their beliefs about the tax are derived entirely from
the representations of those who profit from those beliefs (like tax
bureaucrats and "tax professionals")?
Do you
know someone like that? Shake them awake with the latest (sixteenth)
edition of
CtC!
If
CtC were actually
right, it would mean the government's been concealing and
denying and suppressing the truth for years
on end, and everybody knows THAT would never happen...

Hendrickson's business career has included nearly a
decade-and-a-half at the leading edge of the renewable-energy
industry, both as Director of Purchasing and Materials
Management and member of the R&D board at Starpak Energy
Systems, the mid-west's then-largest solar heating and
energy-recovery-and re-utilization company; and as founder and
president of AFJ Inc., a high-efficiency lighting design,
manufacture and installation firm.
Beginning in the mid-1990s and continuing for the
twelve years before his present full-time focus on the
restoration of the rule of law in America, Hendrickson directed
purchasing activities for the $84 million-a-year
multi-family-housing division of the Farmington Hills, Michigan
branch of Edward Rose and Sons, with responsibility for 18,000+
apartments, direct supervision of 35 technicians and agents, and
incidental authority over several hundred divisional workers.
He also ran the division's 10 cable television earth-station and
distribution systems in four states, and designed and
administered the company's website.
On rather the other end of the spectrum, amidst
these more mundane pursuits Hendrickson co-founded and was the
primary creative force behind a small
board- and
card-game company that enjoyed a modest success for several
years.
Hendrickson makes his home in southeast Michigan,
with his wife and two children. He is currently working on his
next book.
