Those devoted to the truth must speak
it, and speak it plainly and forcefully.
THERE ARE AN INCREASING NUMBER OF
CtC-EDUCATED LITIGANTS going into courts
recently, or preparing to do so. Sometimes this
means Tax Court, in response to flailing resistance
efforts by the IRS or state tax agencies (like the
one
here, for instance). Sometimes it means federal
district court, in order to compel the completion of
refunds fully admitted but only made in part so
far-- either without even the pretense of a
justification (like the one
here, for instance), or based on some illegal
pretext (like the one
here, for instance).
Every such instance is highly virtuous.
When a righteous cause exists, there shouldn't be a
moment's hesitation in prosecuting one's claims.
THERE IS ONE FACET of these
"prosecution" resources that I have neglected over
the years, though, other than insofar as related
material appears in various papers, articles and
essays discussing corrupt government efforts to
suppress
CtC. That facet might be described as the
"stage setting" facet of a legal contest.
Anyone ever involved in a legal contest
has likely seen a "background" or "introduction" as
the first part of the first brief filed by a
litigant. Here, the litigant attempts to put the
contest into perspective for the court, and
influence the assumptions carried into the matter by
the judge.
Sometimes such a background or
introduction can determine whether a judge actually
reads the arguments of one side or the other-- or
does so closely and respectfully-- rather than
simply assuming that whatever the other side says
about those arguments is sufficient.
A FEW WEEKS AGO I posted
an
article advocating consideration of the
deployment of the introductions of which I speak by
CtC-educated litigants. But my advocacy then,
while providing some grist for the mill, did not
really offer a very finished example of what I meant, and also
lacked specifics suited to cases involving
CtC-educated filings.
Today, I am rectifying that
insufficiency. What follows is a sample of the sort
of thing
with which a
CtC-educated litigant might begin a first filing in any legal
action concerning bad behavior by the IRS.
Please read it all carefully. Recognize
the importance of spelling out the false ascription
fraud involving
CtC, which
I
have come to believe is silently used
as the basis for a presumption that any litigant acting in accordance
with the book, as shown by the appearance,
demeanor or content of their documents, has based
their filings and claims on the frivolous argument
that only government workers are subject to the
income tax.
BEYOND THE IMPORTANCE of spelling out,
debunking, and thereby neutralizing the false
ascription fraud, I think it equally
important that educated litigants
enter the arena wrapped in righteousness. They are,
after all, the ones in the right in any such
contest.
This
sort of introductory material does the wrapping, in
my view. I hope
everyone finds it helpful.
SINCE THE EARLY 1940s Respondent
[or Defendant, as appropriate], in the person of the
agency he heads, has engaged in a systematic
fraud meant to maximize revenue flowing into
government coffers at the expense of the American
people and the rule of law. Painted in broad
strokes, the fraud has involved the exploitation of
widespread (and heavily-cultivated) ignorance of the
legal meanings of the Constitutional term
"capitations" and of various specialized terms
within the body of tax, along with confusion about
the purpose and effect of the Sixteenth Amendment.
These named factors and others have
been woven together in a subtle scheme by which
those making payments to others for what is actually
non-taxable conduct nonetheless produce "information
return" instruments alleging taxable conduct. The
payees in these cases, equally the victims of the
scheme, are made to endorse the erroneous
allegations, rather than rebut them.
Respondent (sometimes with the aid of
co-conspiring malefactors in other executive
agencies of government-- and sometimes with the
witting or unwitting participation of judicial
officers at various levels) then collects and
retains property as "tax" from the payees (and in
many cases the payors, as well)-- based on the
documents produced in misunderstanding by both
victimized parties.
IN 2003, THE FRAUD WAS
REVEALED with
the publication of the book, 'Cracking the Code-
The Fascinating Truth About Taxation In America',
by Peter E. Hendrickson. The book reveals facts about
the income tax long obscured in the public mind by
the schemers; exhaustive supporting authorities; and
all the ploys and pretenses by which the scheme has
victimized countless Americans for more than 75
years and to the tune of $trillions.
Happily, since the publication of
'Cracking the Code-...' (now in its 15th
legitimate edition, and pirated so often over the
years in digital formats that there may well be
millions of copies in the hands of
newly-educated-and-activated American men and women)
Respondent and his counterparts in more than three
dozen state and local governments have acknowledged
the accuracy of the book on an estimated five hundred thousand individual
occasions.
These acknowledgements have resulted in
the return of $billions to those who have learned
how to properly invoke the law, defend their rights
and reclaim improperly-collected property.
NOT SO HAPPILY, Respondent and others
grown accustomed to life in high clover have
struggled to suppress the revelations in
'Cracking the Code-...' and to discourage those
educated by the book. These corrupt actors still
hope to minimize what they view as "losses".
Nothing could better illustrate the
depths to which these corrupt schemers have stooped
than the fraud in which a frivolous argument-- that
only government workers are subject to the income
tax-- was falsely ascribed to 'Cracking the
Code-...'. This fraud was intended to support a
presumption that anyone making filings or claims
which could be seen as informed by that book did so
based on that false notion.
IN ACTUAL FACT, 'Cracking
the Code-...'
expressly distinguishes the remuneration of
government employees and officeholders as merely one
class of taxed income among many others.
For example, on pp. 13 and 14 of the
book it is shown that in its very first enactment,
the tax is squarely laid upon, "the annual gains,
profits, or income of every person residing in the
United States, whether derived from any kind of
property, rents, interest, dividends, salaries, or
from any profession, trade, employment, or vocation
carried on in the United States or elsewhere..." At
the end of the excerpt of Sec. 90 of the 1862 Act
from which that illustrative portion is taken the
author parenthetically observes that: "(The section
goes on to extend the tax to citizens residing
abroad who are not government workers at a rate of
5% and without the $600 exemption)." See Exhibit [get

Subsequent re-enactments of the same
broad-spectrum application of the tax over the years
from 1862 to the present are faithfully reproduced
throughout the book.
On p. 88 of 'Cracking the Code-...' the
incidence of the tax is expressly declared to
include "activities for which one is paid by the
federal government or a federal agency or
instrumentality; activities effectively connected
with the performance of the functions of a public
office; activities as a federal, federal
instrumentality, or federally chartered “State”
worker; or activities as a paid officer of a federal
corporation,..." The distinction of "activities as a
federal, federal instrumentality, or federally
chartered “State” worker" as a subclass of all
tax-relevant "income" producing activities separate
from the others listed in this summary makes clear
that the other activities listed are not those of
federal workers, while still being activities
subject to the tax.
On p. 89 an alternative formulation is
provided in which the receipt of benefits paid by
the federal government, its agencies,
instrumentalities and “State” governments are also
identified as taxable activities, and expressly
distinguished from "remuneration for services". See
pp. 88 and 89 reproduced in Exhibit [get
the content here; choose your exhibit number and
make and add a title page accordingly].
'Cracking the Code-...' also
exhibits and discusses the provision in 26 U.S.C. §
3402(p)(3)(B) under which the withholding against
possible future tax liability which is normally
applied only to "wages as defined at 3401(a)"
(remuneration for government workers) can be applied
to non-government workers who choose to have this
done in anticipation of liability for taxable
conduct of other kinds. See Exhibit [get

IMPORTANTLY, RESPONDENT'S
FRAUDULENT ATTEMPT to disparage 'Cracking
the Code-...' and to create a false basis for
attacks on filings informed by the book highlights the fact that there is nothing in
the book that is incorrect. If the book contained any errors, Respondent and his
co-conspiring malefactors would have had no reason
to falsify its contents in an effort to attack or
disparage it.
Clearly, 'Cracking the Code-...' is correct
and unimpeachable in its revelations about the income
tax,
and those who act in accordance with its information
do so in accordance with the law. Just as clearly,
Respondent knows this full well, as shown by
his fraudulent actions in contriving
attacks on the book, as well as by the hundreds of
thousands of acknowledgements of the book's accuracy
which he and his counterparts in dozens of state and
local governments have been quietly
and steadily making since the book was first published in
2003.
The correctness of the
actual arguments made in 'Cracking the Code-...'
will be further shown in their presentation
following this introduction. All together--
Respondent's fraudulent efforts to disparage the
book, his massive and sustained acknowledgements of
its accuracy over many years now, and the manifest
correctness of those arguments that will be seen in
the presentation below-- make clear that
Respondent's effort to resist or penalize a filing
or claim informed by those actual arguments, such as
in the instant case, are corrupt and in bad faith,
and are deserving of the Court's scorn and
denunciation.
LEST IT BE FORGOTTEN, Respondent's false and fraudulent
attacks on 'Cracking the
Code-...' and corrupt and bad faith
efforts in the instance case are hardly his only ventures into fraud.
For instance, there is Respondent's long-running
"phone tax" scam.
In that scam, Americans were illegally
bilked for 100 years based on an indefensible
distortion of statutory language, as recognized and
denounced eventually by every Court of Appeals to
finally pay attention to aggrieved litigants on the
subject (after many years of failing to do so). See
Am. Bankers Ins. Group v. United States, 408 F.3d
1328 (11th Cir. 2005) (ABIG); OfficeMax, Inc. v.
United States, 428 F.3d 583 (6th Cir. 2005); Nat'l
R.R. Passenger Corp. v. United States, 431 F.3d 374
(D.C. Cir. 2005) (Amtrak); Fortis v. United States,
2006 U.S. App. LEXIS 10749 (2d Cir. Apr. 27, 2006);
and Reese Bros. v. United States, 2006 U.S. App.
LEXIS 11468 (3d Cir. May 9, 2006).
Attorneys from
the same DOJ involved in the false argument ascription
contrivance persistently and shamelessly argued on
Respondent's behalf, and with his approval and
participation, in defense of the phone-tax
scheme. All of this was done in obvious bad faith or on behalf of
obviously bogus arguments.
Not long before that, in
1998, Congress was compelled to enact sweeping
constraints and reforms on Respondent in response to
massive systematic abuses of the law for which
victims were finding no relief in United States
courts (The IRS Restructuring and Reform Act of
1998). Just a very few short years ago, in 2013,
Respondent (in the person of the agency he heads)
was caught abusing tax-exemption rules in service to
the criminal purposes of other United State
officials, and eventually even going so far as to
destroy evidence in the case despite it being under
a Congressional subpoena (the "Lois Lerner" affair).
To put the matter bluntly, Respondent
is a corrupt and unscrupulous serial criminal with
no respect for the truth or the law. Nothing he says
or does should be viewed with anything but
extreme skepticism, if not outright and
unadulterated disbelief, and what he says and does
in the case now brought before this Court are no
exceptions to that rule.
NOTE: There may be nuanced
considerations in regard to the introduction of the
exhibits involved in this presentation. Some legal
contests may be fairly rigid as to when exhibits
must be introduced.
Should the introduction of the
exhibits, whenever made, be contested, a suggested
response would be their relevance in establishing
the arbitrary and capricious character of
Respondent's allegations, and particularly in
conjunction with what will inevitably be his failure
to carry his burdens of proof as to the alleged
conduct of taxable activity.

August 13- In 1792, King Luis XVI of France is
formally declared an "enemy of the people" by the revolutionary National
Tribunal. In 1831, Nat Turner and his fellow self-liberated slaves kill 50-60
members of slaveholding families in Virginia. After being captured, Turner was
tried, convicted, and sentenced to death. Bizarrely, after being hung, his body
was then flayed, beheaded and quartered. In 1889, Ferdinand von Zeppelin
patents his 'Navigable Balloon'. In 1913, stainless steel is invented. In
2008, marijuana smoker Michael Phelps sets an Olympic record for the most gold
medals ever won by a single athlete. In 2013, the US-backed dictatorship in
Egypt declares a state of emergency in the face of mass demonstrations opposing
its coup against democratically-elected president Mohamed Morsi.

Eight days ago eleven Palestinian
buildings containing seventy family apartments
located in the illegally Israeli occupied East
Jerusalem village of Wadi al-Hummus were
demolished in a military-led operation by more
than 1,000 Israeli soldiers, policemen and municipal
workers using bulldozers, backhoes and explosives.
Residents who resisted were beaten by the soldiers,
kicked down flights of stairs and even shot at close
range with rubber bullets. The soldiers were
recorded laughing and celebrating as they did their
dirty work. Occupants who did not resist and who
held their hands up in surrender were also not
spared the rod, as were also foreign observers who
were present to add their voices to those who were
protesting the outrage. The injuries sustained by
some of the victims have been photographed and
are available online.
Twelve Palestinians and four British
observers were injured badly enough to be
hospitalized. The British reported that they were
“stamped on, dragged by the hair, strangled with a
scarf and pepper sprayed by Israeli border police.”
One who was hospitalized described how Israeli
soldiers dragged him by his feet, lifting him up,
and kicking him in the stomach, while one soldier
stamped on his head four times “at full force”
before standing on his head and pulling his hair.
Another suffered a fractured rib after “[the
policeman] then stamped on my throat and others
started punching my torso. It was a sadistic display
of violence…”
Yet another foreign observer was
dragged out of the house, “…her hands were crushed
so badly that she suffered a fractured knuckle on
her left hand, and her right hand suffered severe
tissue damage ‘which will be permanently misshapen
unless she gets cosmetic surgery.’”
Edmond Sichrovsky, an Austrian activist
of Jewish origin, who was in one of the houses,
described how Israeli forces broke the door down,
first dragging out the Palestinians, “knocking the
grandfather to the floor in front of his crying and
screaming grandchildren.” Cell phones were forcibly
removed to eliminate any picture taking or filming
before soldiers began attacking him and four other
activists. “I was repeatedly kicked and kneed, which
left a bloody nose and multiple cuts, as well
breaking my glasses from a knee in the face. Once
outside, they slammed me against a car while
shouting verbal insults at me and women activists,
calling them whores.”
I HOPE YOU READ ALL of Giraldi's article. It's pretty gut-wrenching
at times, but the article's recital of routine Israeli brutalities toward what
is, after all, the native Palestinian population offers a useful opportunity for
an important wake-up question:
How it it that so many US
politicians and activists can get worked-up and
frothy over the manner in which foreigners detained
while entering the USA illegally are treated, while
at the same time quietly financing the barbarisms to
which native-born Palestinians are subjected at the
hands of the immensely better-armed Israelis who
have seized Palestinian land at gunpoint and crowded
the original owners into cramped, destitute ghettoes
where they are forced to live like animals their
entire lives?
These politicians and activists send
money to Washington constantly, some of which is
sent on in huge dollops of cash and military to
Israel and facilitates, in one way or another, the
barbarisms called out by Giraldi in his article.
We've all been subjected endlessly to the complaints
of these folks over what is being done at our
southern border by the strong to the weak, when the
same complainers are silently PAYING for much worse
to be done elsewhere.
And that "paying for crimes" thing
isn't confined to Israeli abuses of Palestinians.
Let's not forget the vicious bombing of Yemen by
Saudi Arabia, being financed by American
tax-extracted dollars, or the ongoing ruination of
Syria, to name but two other examples.
OF COURSE, the silent financiers of all
these crimes believe that they are paying without
any choice in the matter, due to their mistaken
belief that the income tax is a universal tax on all
economic activity (something in which everyone must
engage). Such a tax would cause otherwise good
people to become participants in every bad thing
done by those collecting it-- even things to which
they are specifically opposed as an avowed moral
issue, like the mistreatment of the weak by the
strong.
That noxious effect is doubtless one of
the many reasons the Founders and Framers protected
the American people against suffering such a tax...
Anyway, the inconsistency of American
politicians and activists complaining about US
behavior at the southern border while silently
subsidizing barbarisms elsewhere offers an
opportunity to better-educated American activists.
Challenge these folks to harmonize themselves.

truth about the "ignorance tax" scam. But many are unaware
of the overall campaign. This is a shame, really, because
a focused propaganda effort like this one is a very
powerful acknowledgement of the significance of
CtC's revelations.
While the majority of Americans do not
yet know how
CtC protects them from the vampire state, the vampire
itself certainly does. Dis-information campaigns like
this one make that very clear.
FORMER CBS REPORTER SHERYL ATKISSON describes
some aspects of this sort of dis-information campaign
in the following video. Despite the annoying preliminary
15 seconds or so of advertising, her presentation is
very much worth watching:

by the corrupt interests at Wikipedia described by Atkisson.
The behind-the-scenes folks at that site won't allow
links on their pages to anything posted at
losthorizons.com, nor even just text corrections
of misinformation in their pages about the income tax.
That's the least of it. Click
here for some specific discussion of the enormous
scare campaign that's been actively spreading false
information in hope of discouraging legitimate media
attention, as well as men and women simply seeking the
truth about the tax and liberty from the scourge of
the "ignorance tax".
PLEASE GIVE SOME SERIOUS THOUGHT to the
fact that YOU being secure in your own freedom rests
on others learning the truth as well, and recognize
that it falls to you to help overcome the dis-information
campaign. Post and share
your videos;
share your victories; help silence the agents-provocateur
and distraction-injectors whose nonsense is discussed
and debunked
here; and widely (and frankly, impatiently) share
this page,
this page and
this page, challenging everyone in your address
book to disconnect the phone and the TV for an afternoon
and get educated.

OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS I've heard from
a number of folks that a firewall known as "Comodo"
blocks access to this website. This is apparently a
glitch in that program. This site is safe, as can be
seen by going
here.
Please share this info with others in your
own address book so it gets around-- obviously those
suffering the ill effects of this defect in Comodo won't
be able to see it here themselves until they go into
their firewall settings and manually whitelist
losthorizons.com.
I HAVE DONE MY BEST to lead this country
to liberty from the mis-applied income tax. I have labored
hard. I've shed a lot of sweat, a fair bit of blood
and more than a few tears. But I seem to be pretty poor
at that kind of work.
When I have asked all of you for what I
firmly believe is a necessary resource to move the ball
downfield and give all of us the best chance at justice
and an end to the assault on the rule of law-- simple
testimonial videos requiring nothing from any of you
but the phone in your pocket and three minutes of speaking
from the heart-- I have had only a handful of people
answer my call.
I CAN'T KEEP GOING THIS WAY. I have to
be able to turn my attention away from writing new persuasive
or skepticism-addressing articles week after week, and
toward research, analysis and educational presentations
that will benefit everyone already in this community.
I need time to do some suing, and to bring together
the resources and talent toward that end.
As said, it is my firm belief that your
testimonial videos are the resource that I need to make
big things happen, and they are unquestionably the thing
I need to allow me to turn my attention away from trying
to get horses to drink at the waterhole to which I have
led them. Your words, in your great numbers and all
in your own different ways, will do that better than
anything I write possibly could.
And yet, you are not providing them. This,
despite my having been asking you for them for many
years now.
Therefore, with enormous reluctance, I
am making portions of this website restricted access
only. People have been urging me to do this for years
now, telling me I should impose a charge to access my
work-product, so as to enable me to keep producing.
I have never been inclined to charge fees
for access. I ask for donations, and will continue to
do that, and if they do not come, then I will conclude
that my work is of no value to anyone, and I will close
shop.
But I now WILL charge a special
something for access to some key portions of that

Opening selected pages on

resources now requires the submission of testimonial
videos, as discussed, described and demonstrated
here.
The videos must be accompanied by scans of a recent
educated filing along with responsive documents from
the IRS, whether in the form of a check, a notice
identifying and reflecting the filed return, or
"return" and "account" transcripts for the year for
which the return was filed. Names must be shown in
full.
Similarly, if
an email comes my way asking for guidance or assistance,
I had better already have your video posted.
I HATE TO PLAY IT THIS WAY. But I want
to win.
I'll tell you a story from when I was coaching
my kids in soccer. Both of my kids at a certain age
in their careers had run into a wall common to all but
the very exceptional. They had gotten to be pretty good,
and they wanted to enjoy the benefits of their hard
work. But the arrival of this interest coincided with
a new self-consciousness which made them reluctant to
risk failing and looking foolish. So, they were hanging
back from seizing the main chance when it appeared,
and driving for the goal.
My solution was to post on the wall of
our dining room a couple of simple points about self-discipline,
the chief of which is this: You can't score a goal if
you don't take a shot.
That's how it is here, too. If you don't
stand up, you are laying down, and you'll never score
that goal.
Here is what my kids live by now, in their
own version of that lesson. I hear it from them all
the time as they excel (accompanied by the sound of
a father's breast swelling with pride): Go hard,
or go home.
You, too. Go hard, or go home.
Send those videos.
Do I ask for a lot? I want your victories
to post, your financial support, your efforts at spreading
the word, and your beautiful faces and inspiring words,
too. It IS a lot.

What does it for you?
Is it simply because no moral and upstanding
person has any choice when it comes to telling the truth
over his or her signature, whether on tax forms or anywhere
else?
Is it recognition of the critical importance
of the rule of law, and the knowledge that if everybody
leaves its caretaking to someone else, it will soon
be lost to us completely?
Is it the money?
Maybe it's just simple respect for your
own rights as a human being, who is not and cannot be
not involuntarily subordinated to others?
Maybe it's just simple respect for your
general civic responsibility to be the grown-up and
enforce frugality and restraint on a big, powerful creature
of our own devising which otherwise is like a badly-raised
teenage boy given whiskey and car keys and let loose
on the road to wreak havoc?
Or is it, perhaps, a more acute anxiety
that if our bonfire of a state isn't damped, and quickly,
it'll soon burn down the house around us all?
What IS it that firms up your jaw and stiffens
your resolve?
It's time to take off the bushel and
share your light!
I would like you to think about what it
is that motivates you for a few moments (or all day,
if you like), and then send me your thoughts. I want
to put YOUR reasons to work inspiring folks who don't
yet understand what this is all about.
In this day and age, the most effective
way for you to share your thinking for the benefit of
others is to video-record yourself talking about how
you feel, and explaining what inspires and motivates
YOU.
All you need is a webcam or cell-phone
equipped with a camera. If you don't have, or know how
to use, one of these, have a friend help. (And if
you use a cell-phone, please have the orientation
horizontal, not vertical-- that is, so that the
screen of the phone on which you are watching
yourself while taping looks like a TV or movie
screen.)
If needed, write a little script for yourself.
Better, though, to just speak extemporaneously, after
spending a little time sorting out your thoughts and
getting down into your heart. Perhaps make it a video
of someone in your family, or a close friend, interviewing
you.
Dress "business casual". Be well-groomed.
Keep yourself to no more than 2 or 3 minutes,
and keep in mind that the purpose is
not to educate,
but to INSPIRE, ENCOURAGE and ENERGIZE. Your video will
be one of many to be shared. If you need to go
longer to really say your piece, go for it (but long
or short I may edit if something strikes me as
wandering or off-key).
You needn't feel any obligation to be profound,
and you shouldn't try to explain anything about the
law, other than to say that you have read it and you
know it's on your side. You just need to be sincere,
and uplifting. Your object is to make your audience
want to have what you have, and to be where you are
in your heart.
Don't talk to ME, or to others in the
CtC-educated community. Make remarks that are suited
to the NON-CtC-educated community, and at the same
time, be mindful that you're speaking to an
audience that doesn't yet know ANYTHING about the subject,
and whose first reaction is, "This must be illegal;
this must be dangerous; this is too good to be true."
You want to pull that audience right past such things,
and straight to a focus on truth, morality, and our
American heritage of liberty and the rule of law.
Remember: INSPIRE, ENCOURAGE, ENERGIZE.
Speak about rights. Speak about morality,
and the obligation of a grown-up and responsible person
to speak the truth and to enforce the Constitution.
Speak about everyone's duty
to give to God what is God's, always, and to Caesar
only what is really Caesar's. Speak of your obligation
to respect yourself, and to look out for the current
and future well-being of your children and your fellow
citizens. Speak of
CtC, and what its information has done for your
understanding and resolve. Show the book.
If you have had victories, describe them.
Better still, show them, if possible.
Be clear about just what you accomplished:
EVERYTHING back-- Social Security, Medicare and all;
a "notice of deficiency" closing notice; an on-paper
agreement or acknowledgment that your earnings weren't
subject to the tax and everything withheld or paid-in
was an "overpayment"; a transcript showing all $0s;
or whatever happened.
When you speak of state victories, name
the state. If you had to overcome balkiness from a tax
agency before winning any victory, describe that, too!
If you're in a battle now, speak of your
resolve to uphold the law, come what may. If you haven't
yet begun to act, speak of your decision to do so, and
your plans.
Remember, your purpose is to INSPIRE, ENCOURAGE
and ENERGIZE.
If you're dealing with ongoing balkiness,
describe that, too, if you wish-- but be sure to explain
why you're not discouraged, and why you are not standing
down, not slinking back into the barn, and not choosing
to endorse the lies.
Identify yourself. Anonymity is for criminals and self-doubters, not
CtC
warriors. Naming yourself is a requirement, and your
name will appear as a subtitle on the video when I
prepare it for posting, in any event.
Mention what you do for a living, whether
you're a doctor, homemaker, lawyer, trucker, IT guy
or gal, or a retiree or student. Help people understand
that the company of grown-up activist Americans they
are being invited to join cuts across all demographics
and all interests-- with the common denominator being
respect for the law and love of the principles on which
this great country was founded.
This is your chance to get a LOT accomplished.
We've all had frustrating occasions of
trying to explain all this to a friend, neighbor, family
member or co-worker, only to pile up against the wall
of a mind not yet ready to listen and learn. Here is
your chance to address a self-selected audience of folks
who have themselves decided that it's time for them
to begin paying attention, and have clicked on your
testimonial for exactly that reason.
Further, think about this: You want judges,
bureaucrats, CPAs, lawyers, the HR people where you
work, your pastors, your neighbors and everyone else
to acknowledge the truth about the tax openly and straightforwardly.
How and why would these folks do this if YOU won't?
You want these folks to learn the truth.
Why would they even recognize that there is a truth
to be learned if you won't attest to having learned
it yourself? You've got to stand up, face forward and
chin up and tell these folks that you have studied and
checked and verified and seen the evidence and seen
the government evasions and you know that the tax is
not the capitation that the beneficiary government wants
everyone to think it is but a benign, but strictly limited
thing, and that they need to study and learn that, too.
Again, if you have victories to show, that's
nice, and powerful, too. But you don't have to have
victories to display in order to declare your knowledge
of what the law says. I've never flown around the world,
but I've seen the evidence and considered the arguments,
and I'm not hesitant to declare it a sphere...
Even those of you who haven't yet studied
CtC have surely read
this short document, and have verified everything
in it for yourself. You should therefore be declaring
its veracity and its message, loud and proud. Again,
if you won't say it, how can you hope that others will
ever even bother to look at the facts?
Be the change you want to see in the world,
or there won't be any change.
So, please make and send those videos
right away! You can share them with me via a cloud-based
drive space like OneDrive.Live.com or GoogleDrive
(give access permission to
stategroups@losthorizons.com), or
mail DVDs to me at 232 Oriole St., Commerce Twp., Michigan
48382, or even email to me if each file is no more than

Remember, the restoration of institutional
respect for individual rights and the rule of law depends
on enough individuals insisting upon it. Do your part
to let those starting to rub the sleep from their eyes
know that there is a community already waiting for their
fellowship with open arms and open hearts and shining

Getting Free Of The "Income" Tax Scheme Is As Easy As
Falling Off A Bike
To get an idea of how today's "income" tax scheme works,
try this little exercise:
Think of the federal government as a guy named Bob,
who lives down the street from you in a town that is
really big on bicycles. Bikes get used for commuting,
deliveries, shopping, etc.. In fact, other than walking,
bicycles are the exclusive form of transportation in
your town.
Your neighbor Bob has a by-the-mile bicycle-renting
business-- "Bob's Bicycles". Bob's Bicycles is far and
away the biggest business in town.
Part of Bob’s success is because he does a lot of contract
business. However, Bob doesn't just get paid by riders
who have signed an agreement with him, or even just
those using Bob's bikes. Bob gets something every time
anybody in town does any riding at all, through an odd
combination of circumstances that took many years to
come together.
Here's how it happened...
Bob's Bicycles was launched long ago by the great grandfather
of the present Bob (Bob IV). Great Grandpa Bob started
out not only with a main location for his contract business--
he also had the bright idea of setting up spots around
town where he parked some of his bikes for use by the
more occasional rider, on an "honor system". Anyone
could take and use one of these bikes, but they were
expected to keep track of their mileage, and send Bob
a "1040 Mileage Ridden/Rent Due Form" (and the appropriate
rent), periodically. The initial design of the form
was like this:
I, ______________,
rode a Bob's Bicycle a total of _____ miles
this year.
At Bob's rental
rate of $.15 per mile, I owe Bob $______
I said that Great Grandpa Bob planned to deal with these
occasional riders on the "honor system", and that's
true. But he liked his money, too, and didn't want to
miss anything that was due him. So, after setting up
the "self-serve" locations, Great Grandpa Bob went around
handing out "W-2, 1099 or K-1 Rider Reporting Forms"
to every other business in town. The forms-- accompanied
by notices that if Bob didn't get his rent from someone
riding a bicycle in connection with any business, he
would sue the company involved-- said:

You are being targeted because REAL EVIDENCE exists
that YOU PERSONALLY HAD “INCOME” to which the revenue laws apply--
even though that evidence is almost certainly incorrect,
and CAN be corrected.

I know that this can mean the investment of a lot of time, attention
and effort, but although some may imagine otherwise, I don't write
as much as I do because I can't think of any other way to spend
my time...
Furthermore, when you encounter a hyperlink within, or associated
with, the text you are reading, follow it!
It is pretty common these days for web-based material to be littered
with hyperlinks. Sometimes the purpose is to provide definitions
or examples, in order to ensure that folks reading the original
material aren't presented with a word or reference which they don't
understand. Sometimes the links lead to illustrations pertinent
to the original text.
It is common-- and perfectly understandable-- for folks who are
confident that they are familiar with language or references within
the main text they are reading to get in the habit of skipping over
included links. I do it all the time, myself!
However, I very rarely include links for definitional or explanatory
purposes; and when I DO make a link out of text in one page it is
generally to another self-contained page, rather than merely illustrative
material. These other pages contain material the clear understanding
of which I deem highly important for the proper and complete understanding
of the original page. (Links to
CtC, the
Victories pages,
CtC Warriors and so on are obvious exceptions to this general
rule. On the other hand, a link to the victory
Highlights or 'Every
Which Way But Loose' pages, which might seem like such exceptions,
are not. The special selection of victories on those pages, and
the filed docs and tax-agency correspondences included therewith,
themselves constitute highly instructive material which merits careful
attention. Thus care needs to be taken in all cases.)
Please make a habit of clicking on all provided links and at least
looking briefly to ensure that the linked page is one with which
you are completely familiar from another study session.
Finally, please keep in mind that, annoying though it may seem at
first blush (but not, I trust, upon reflection), I constantly tweak
material already posted. Obviously this doesn't mean that every
page is in flux at all times, but it does mean that if you are directed
to a page that IS familiar, it's worthwhile to read it through again
if it's been a while since your last having done so.
