The Digital Freedom Of Expression And Real
Privacy Act
Taking a shot at two very serious modern problems (and the
first is not on behalf of Donald Trump particularly, but for the benefit
of everyone with something to say...)
I HAVE TWO LEGISLATIVE PROPOSALS TODAY for everyone's
consideration:
1.Digital Freedom of Expression and The Hall of Shame
(a) IT IS THE WILL of the American People that their
ability and desire to express themselves and to enjoy the benefits of
all forms of communications and information technology be uncompromised
and unexploited in any fashion whatever. Therefore, Congress directs the
Federal Communications Commission to establish a unit with the
responsibility for publicly identifying service-providers in the
area of social media platforms, digital search services, content
hosting, communications and entertainment who are guilty of monitoring,
editing, censoring, restricting, categorizing, sequestering, recording, retaining or distributing
any content, logs, metadata, search history, or data of any kind
whatever concerning or created by any user of the provider's services,
with or without the user's assumed, implicit or explicit permission.
Such public identification will detail type and frequency of offense and
be done in such a fashion as to enable the American people to make
informed choices as to which providers suit their preferences for
neutrality and respect for user privacy and which do not.
(b) A willful breach by anyone responsible for identifying
and publicizing one or more guilty parties pursuant to the provisions in
subsection (a) is guilty of a felony punishable by ten years in prison
or a $500,000.00 fine, or both.
(c) Any service-provider described in paragraph (a) who
engages in editing, censoring, restricting, categorizing, sequestering,
editorializing or distinguishing in any way an item or content posted by
a user is liable to the user or other affected party in
regard to such editing, censoring, restricting, categorizing,
sequestering, editorializing or distinguishing under all provisions of
law related to publishing.
2. Real Privacy
(a) No agent or agency of the United States shall solicit,
procure, receive, accept or retain data in any form or of any kind
captured, recorded, assembled or made available in any form whatever by
or from any person, nor capture, record, monitor, retain or distribute
data in any form whatever, except as expressly and narrowly authorized
in a warrant issued by an impartial judge upon a sworn showing of
probable cause that evidence of a crime shall be found thereby, and
particularly describing the data to be captured, recorded, monitored,
retained, distributed solicited, procured, received or accepted.
(b) A willful breach of the provisions of subsection (a)
is a felony punishable by ten years in prison or a $500,000.00 fine, or
both.
SO, HOW ABOUT IT, folks? Urge this on your congresscritters.
I believe the Digital Freedom of Expression and Hall of
Shame will pass Constitutional muster without any problem (unlike some
other approaches being plumped-for in other quarters). Though not
instantly, it will inexorably shift users to better-behaved platforms
(and those platforms into dominance), and cause badly-behaving platforms
to reform.
The Real Privacy portion is a no-brainer, even though it
will be strenuously opposed by every corrupt government agency that has
been happily violating the Fourth Amendment for the last few decades (see
why and how here)-- a fact which by itself establishes that such
agencies shouldn't even be given a place at the table in considering
this affirmation of the fundamental law.
But neither step forward will happen without your
activism...
Share these all, everywhere you can. Be your most
creative self in sending and "selling" these links. Do memes; make
gifs; respond to everything in the news that would be or have been
better had the state been small, or if Americans kept their money
for their own uses.
If you pay attention to the news and train yourself to
apply these perspectives, you will see a dozen things of which you
can make use in awakening other Americans to the virtues of having
the income tax correctly administered. Please, for my sake, for your
own sake, for the sake of your children and their future, make that
use.

paralyzed by fear, your recognition of the importance of the rule of law
should have you sending these far and wide if only so others with more

BTW, I know that some of you have been a bit mystified by
these "lockdown keys". There are two things that perhaps need to be said
about them to address that confusion.
The first thing is to remind everyone that labels mean
nothing. In law, "substance" rules over "form".
Devising and issuing commands to the general public,
disobedience of which can be punished by the state apparatus in any way
whatsoever, is the making of laws. It
doesn't matter that the products are called "executive orders"; such
devising and issuing is legislating, and it's what executive branch
officials are prohibited from doing, except as expressly authorized in
the Constitutions to which they have sworn fidelity.
THE SECOND THING IS TO QUASH THE NOTION that laws
purporting to authorize the "executive orders" issued by the various
governors which conflict with what I am showing you about the
Constitutional language of the state involved means anything. What you're failing to
take into account is that legislatures pass unconstitutional statutes
all the time.
There is no built-in vetting procedure by which even an
attempt is made to prevent unconstitutional enactments. Few, if any,
states require that a proposed bill be shown to have a Constitutional
basis, or to not be in violation of a Constitutional provision.
Bills gets passed simply because they are wanted. Their
legality is seldom even thought about at all unless they are in obvious
violation of iconic Constitutional issues, such a speech or religious
practice freedoms. Otherwise the question never arises, and if a hint of
concern lurks anywhere, resolution is assumed to lie in the courts
if the suspect bill is ever challenged on a Constitutional-harmony
basis.
Thus, the fact that a statute is cited in these various
gubernatorial edicts says nothing about the validity of those edicts,
and in fact, as I have shown in the various "Lockdown" Liberty Keys
posted so far, that validity is found to be glaringly absent upon
competent examination.

Still Timely: Not Letting This "Crisis" Go To Waste...
...an important action item opportunity.
FRIENDS, THE BIT OF EASING of the despotic measures to
which most of the country has been subjected this spring should not be
allowed to bleed off the head of steam you probably had been developing.
The offenses happened, and they're far from over. Stay hot.
And while you are all warmed up, and while others, if
they're smart, are just as hot, I'd like you to send an email (and
Facebook post, or whatever) with the following content to everyone you
can (with a request that they pass it along, in turn):
[Name], over the last several months you've
watched as over-fed state power has been used to literally destroy
classical Western civilization and impose a new despotic paradigm. No
dissent or debate permitted-- no permission or agreement sought.
YOU KNOW where this will end up if the arrogant
state power being used to make this happen isn't radically diminished in
size, influence, resources and popular support, and exposed as an
opportunistic exploiter of legal ignorance (an ignorance which it has
been nurturing in the average mind for decades).
Those things having not yet happened, you
should be quaking in your boots-- and you probably are.
Isn't it time-- and past time-- for you to
begin helping to make those desperately-needed defensive changes take
place? There is only one way these things can happen short of a
who-knows-what we'll-end-up-with explosion of violence. I'm going to
show it to you.
When you're done with that reading, you'll know
what to do next.
BTW, REMEMBER, ALSO, THAT EVERY AMERICAN has lately been given a stark lesson in the fact
that government officials at all levels will lie to you and violate the
law without batting an eye. They will do so any time it serves their agenda, and
you don't call them out for it.
If you know anyone who has been persisting in denial on the
truth about the income tax, you know such nonsense is usually be
grounded in some version or another of, "That can't be true..." or "They
would never do something like that...". Now's the time to put a pin in
that delusional bubble.
As the C19 hoax has starkly shown, "that" certainly CAN be true, and they
certainly WOULD do something
like that.

outreach efforts.

FOR ALL THE YEARS SINCE 2003 when
CtC was first published, the government has engaged in a
concerted effort to frighten people away from its truths. This
effort involves official government websites and press releases
touting an occasional court ruling that appears to be at odds
with some
CtC-revelation (but without details sufficient to expose the
real substance of the ruling)--
and sometimes even more mendacious behavior.

on YouTube regarding donations. I didn't know what to do about
it to begin with; I don't do what I do intending for anyone to
feel obligated in any way.
But of course, no one IS obligated. I will continue
to make my work freely-available here, and in my books for only
the cost of a cheap paperback.
Thus, even though I post it here below, Tim's very
thoughtful personal resolution and encouragement to others is
just an invitation for consideration by those who may not be
conscious of the fact that I can't do what I do without support.

A Good Man Urges Good Americans To Take Back The
Soul Of Our Beloved Country
My friend Jonesy in Wyoming tells it like it is, and
everyone should pay heed.
HITLER CLOSED THE SCHOOLS, controlled the
media, pumped out an official narrative that wasn't allowed to be
questioned, siphoned off huge sums of money from the public (stimulus
packages), shut down jobs, and funneled everyone into "Government jobs"¯
in order that everyone would fall in line easier.
The calculated closing of all small businesses
and leaving the big box stores open - ensures that the employment is
shifted to only a few key players that can be controlled. This way, the
people could be controlled through their employment.
Want to go to work today?
Put on your mask, get your temperature checked,
and get your Gestapo boots on so that you can march around contract
tracing people - because you don't have a choice.
All the small businesses were deliberately
suffocated and closed - so if you want to go to work and feed your
family, you'll be a good little citizen that takes your vaccines, wears
your masks, and tattles on your neighbors for not doing what the "higher
ups" that continue to screw the pooch tell everyone you all need to do.
EVEN THOUGH THOSE IN CHARGE COMPLETELY messed
up on their prediction models and have completely inaccurate information
regarding infection rates, hospital capacities, and have made it
perfectly clear the death rate was exaggerated deliberately - SOMEHOW
these people (that have time and time again deliberately exaggerated
"pandemic numbers"¯) are STILL in control and making policies regarding
what you can or can't do with your daily life.
These bumbling idiots that have dropped the
ball COMPLETELY - are SOMEHOW still going to dictate that you must wear
a mask (which is worse than useless) and that your businesses need to be
closed, all employees need masks, or that you can only operate at 25%
capacity.
All of these falsified and deliberately
inflated numbers are now being used to usher in drone tracking, video
personal identification on a global network, are deploying "drone dogs"¯
that ensure social distancing, micro chipping, "immunity cards"¯, and
every other totalitarian wet dream you can imagine.
Those who do not learn from history, are doomed
to repeat it.
Rise up Humanity - and take back your soul.

JONESY PEGS IT, as he so often does. There is a looming
question right now of whether this American experiment of a state
subordinated to the primacy of individual liberty and the rule of law
begun by the Founders 244 years ago will survive, or will go out like a
candle starved for oxygen.
It's up to you, my friends.
If you put more value in what you imagine to be the
personal safety to be had by acquiescing to the masks and the
"distancing" and being tracked, and to the restrictions on your movement
and your management of your own life and business, and to the egregious
violations of state and national Constitutions by which you are being
threatened if you resist these things, than you do in the principles of
the American experiment, it will die. This year. Before your very eyes.
No joke.
And though it doesn't matter, you will also get nothing
good for doing that acquiescing. There really is nothing meaningful from
which any of it will protect you, since C19 is just a typical
coronavirus such as we have handled without any of these impositions
every year for all of human history, and less dangerous than many of
them.
YOU ARE BEING PLAYED, those of you that are acquiescing to
the
hobgoblin-floggers. Pull on your big-boy and big-girl pants and
stand up like real Americans.
Only idiots and children would let the enduring blessings
of liberty and the rule of law slip away from them and their posterity
in order to protect themselves from a transient hazard, even if it WAS a
truly dire threat.
Grow up.
If a foreign enemy invaded these shores to
impose tracking and to dictate who gets to work or operate a business
and who doesn't, and whether or not you can go to church, or to a
political rally, or even just to a football game, you would put your
life on the line in a heartbeat, braving bombs and bullets repelling such tyranny.
Are you
seriously going to huddle at home and not repel that same tyranny when all
you risk is contact with a bug? Especially a bug sporting nothing but
an insignificant case fatality
rate, which leaves 80-90% of infected individuals not even knowing they've
had it?!
As Jonesy said, take back your soul.

SKEPTICISM (SOMETIMES INVOKED BY FEAR) IS TO BE
EXPECTED when you're trying to explain to someone that
everything they've been encouraged their whole lives to
believe about something as entrenched and significant as the
income tax is basically nonsense. So here's a way to help
cut through the resistance:
Ask your listener how he or she would react if
you were to show an announcement from the Commissioner of
Internal Revenue admitting that the tax doesn't apply to the
earnings of most Americans and is misapplied most of the
time because people don't understand how it works? Or how
about if you showed a ruling from the Supreme Court saying
the same?
Now you just have to explain that
you're going to show exactly those things-- but because
the state really doesn't want people to know this, these
things haven't been said quite as forthrightly as we would
all wish. It's going to take a bit more work to take these
admissions in than is sufficient for just reading a press
release. But it'll be worth the effort...
IF YOU'RE NOT SPREADING THIS LINK with every bit of
energy you can, to school libraries, homeschool
families and community groups, your neighbors, your
family members, your pastors and
co-congregationalists, journalists, lawyers, CPAs,
members of congress, tax-agency workers, Wikipedia,
Anonymous, WikiLeaks, the Tax Foundation, everyone
in the "tax honesty" movement, the 9/11 truth
movement, other activist movements and everyone
else,
you have only yourself to blame for your
troubles with the tax, and a whole lot else of which
you might complain. It's on you.

explaining what will be seen at the link-- cryptic
is bad; excited is good-- and then send this WMI
(weapon of mass instruction) far and wide.

My columns haven’t been very funny recently. This one
isn’t going to be any funnier. Sorry. Fascism makes me cranky.
I don’t mean the kind of fascism the corporate
media and the fake Resistance have been desperately hyping for the last
four years. God help me, but I’m not terribly worried about a few
hundred white-supremacist morons marching around with tiki torches
hollering Nazi slogans at each other, or Jewish-Mexican-American law
clerks flashing “OK” signs on TV, or smirking schoolkids in MAGA hats.
And you know what makes me really cranky? I’ll
tell you what makes me really cranky. It is people who publicly project
themselves as “anti-authoritarians” and “anti-fascists,” or who have
established their “anti-establishment” brands and “dissident” personas
on social media, or even in the corporate media, either zealously
cheerleading this totalitarianism or looking away and saying nothing as
it is rolled out by the very authorities and media propagandists they
pretend to oppose. I don’t know exactly why, but that stuff makes me
particularly cranky.

word.
And I hope that you all took it seriously, and recognize
that words like these are a call to action, not a pander meant to
encourage you to sit back and rely on someone else to do something, now
that you know you're not the only one who feels this way.
We are very much at the point where plain speaking and
nothing but plain speaking is called-for. But it's very much the point
where action is called-for, even more vehemently.
This
beloved country of ours has let itself be led onto thin ice over cold
water right now. Whether we survive this assault will depend on what
each of us does right now to get us
back to shore (and what we encourage as many others as possible to do,
too).
There is a predisposition of many folks to just view it all
from a state of mild delusion, as though what is happening is some kind
of reality TV show we are watching, and to which we can afford to pay no
more attention than we find comfortable. That delusional perspective is
the goal of all the 24/7 propaganda about being "in this together" and
"stay home to stay safe" and so forth being thrummed out by those who
benefit from the quiescence of those whose world is being burned down
around them.
Each of us who knows better must grab such folks by the
lapels and shake them awake, or at least (and in any event) lead by
example. I'll say it again: the danger is very real.
Further, as Hopkins observes in this latest piece, the big
bad of this phase of the assault is the CYA spin being put into the air
by those who choose Hopkins' "Option Number Two". My own thoughts on
this subject have been posted

here.
I CONTINUE TO URGE EVERYONE TO REFLECT HARD on the fact that those
threatening our well-being are empowered to do so solely by our
cooperation, and more, that in almost all cases, our cooperation with
bad state policies is secured by false pretenses and our ignorance of
the law. Indeed, it is our ignorant cooperation with
the state's extraction of our wealth that allows Leviathan to exist at
all,
with its terrible and voracious appetites, and its lust to dominate and
decree.
If more Americans understood how, as a matter of
law, their resources and wealth are yielded-up to Leviathan entirely by their
choice, and that they have every right and power under the law to snap
shut the purse and let the beast shrink back down from 8,000 lb.
do-what-I-want gorilla to Constitutionally-intended "public-servant"
size-- I think we would see a change in the world for the better.
Needless to say, YOU can be an agent of that change.

Lincoln, in announcing his willingness to burn the Southern states to the ground in order to
keep them paying the tariff for the benefit of Northern interests in
his first inaugural address on March 4, 1861, paid at least lip
service to the Founders design of leaving control over the fuel
available to feed the fires Washington wants to light in the hands
of the individual citizenry when he said, "Doing this I deem to
be only a simple duty on my part; and I shall perform it, unless my
rightful masters, the American people, shall withhold the requisite
means..."

Hendrickson is also a widely-read essayist on
matters of politics, public policy and law; many of these works

soccer coach. He is a long-time political activist as well, and
has served as co-chair and platform convention delegate of
Michigan’s largest county Libertarian Party organization; as a
consultant to the National Right to Work Foundation and Citizens
for a Sound Economy; as a member of the Heartland Institute; and
as a member of the International Society for Individual
Liberty. He is a frequent radio-show guest on stations across
the country.
Hendrickson's business career has included nearly a
decade-and-a-half at the leading edge of the renewable-energy
industry, both as Director of Purchasing and Materials
Management and member of the R&D board at Starpak Energy
Systems, the mid-west's then-largest solar heating and
energy-recovery-and re-utilization company; and as founder and
president of AFJ Inc., a high-efficiency lighting design,
manufacture and installation firm.
Beginning in the mid-1990s and continuing for the
twelve years before his present full-time focus on the
restoration of the rule of law in America, Hendrickson directed
purchasing activities for the $84 million-a-year
multi-family-housing division of the Farmington Hills, Michigan
branch of Edward Rose and Sons, with responsibility for 18,000+
apartments, direct supervision of 35 technicians and agents, and
incidental authority over several hundred divisional workers.
He also ran the division's 10 cable television earth-station and
distribution systems in four states, and designed and
administered the company's website.
On rather the other end of the spectrum, amidst
these more mundane pursuits Hendrickson co-founded and was the
primary creative force behind a small
board- and
card-game company that enjoyed a modest success for several
years.
Hendrickson makes his home in southeast Michigan,
with his wife and two children. He is currently working on his
next book.
