More Victories For The Rule Of Law- Page Ten Tens of thousands of readers of 'Cracking the Code- The Fascinating Truth About Taxation In America' have taken control of their own resources, in accordance with, and respect for, the law. The likely total amount reclaimed by these good Americans so far is upward of several billion dollars.

This refund is incomplete-- Susan mistakenly reported what had been withheld as Social Security and Medicare "contributions" on the 1040 line reserved for "Excess Social Security and Tier 1 RRTA withheld", a fact the IRS duly noted. Thus, while the "service" did acknowledge in writing that Susan had received no "income" during the year, and owed no tax, her refund so far is only part of the total withheld.
