Resources For Navigating The Current Contrived Chaos

A few worthwhile offerings by folks whose eyes are still open on the "C19 is a monster" nonsense, the Julian Assange assault, and the Navalny "poisoning"; along with comments regarding a ruling last week on the Constitutionality of Pennsylvania's "lockdown", my day-dream TV show, and the proper replacement for Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

FOR MONTHS I'VE BEEN PRESENTING data and analysis debunking the "C19 is a monster" narrative using primarily American numbers. Kit Knightly of 'OffGuardian' has now posted a nice analysis to the same effect using this data from the UK's Office of National Statistics:

Knightly goes on to make the great point that since flu deaths continue to track at their average annual rate, it is clear that "social distancing", "stay at home", masks and other "lockdown" measures are accomplishing nothing. As he points out, the flu is a virus, too, and it's plainly not being hindered by all the obnoxious and ruinous despotic impositions.

BTW, I am not endorsing Cullen's notions as to the agenda behind the C19 hoax. I am also not dismissing it as impossible, but I DO dismiss it as irrelevant.

The idea that this is all an 'Agenda 21' implementation will definitely push some folks' buttons. But that shouldn't be needed in order get anyone up in arms. The frauds involved in the hoax, and the assault it is directing at the rule of law are sufficient unto themselves as reasons to oppose it strenuously.

Hence, the first half of Cullen's film, in which the fraudulence of characterizing C19 as some extraordinarily-dire threat is presented, is the important half. All our efforts should be devoted to debunking the "199,207 deaths from C19" lie (as the current MSM has it) and the idiot argument that discovering more instances of past or present infections with this insignificant virus is meaningful or a proper justification for dispossessing Americans of their rights and destroying their prosperity.

AFTER ALL, LET'S REMEMBER that the premise for the "lockdown" and acceptance of the enormous harm it has done was that C19 was hugely worse than the seasonal flu. It is just that which has been proven false.

As shown here in exhaustive, fully-documented detail, the facts make clear that a huge portion of the alleged "199,207 deaths from C19" can in no way be reliably attributed to the virus.

Further, even if one accepts the 199,207 figure for the sake of argument, a disease which simply contributed (at its worst) to the deaths of elderly people already imperiled by an average of 2.6 threatening conditions as the CDC admits to be the case in 94% of the fatalities making up the scary big number of allegedly C19-related deaths is in no way worse than the typical flu. Had those poor folks contracted the flu instead of (perhaps) C19 (as was almost certainly the case for many of them) they would have succumbed just as readily.

Here's an example of that reality: While I was in Vermont doing a CtC seminar in 2018, my 90-year-old mother caught the flu at her senior living center. Although she was in good health otherwise, it was touch and go for her for the first several days (and then was threatening again in a different way due to the nearly ten days in the hospital, which is very debilitating to the elderly).

But more to the point, five other elderly residents of Mom's facility who also caught the same flu died of it. C19 could have done no greater harm to these poor folks, and thus is no greater threat than the flu we have lived with for all of time without "lockdowns", "social distancing", masks, and hysterical panic.

A FEDERAL JUDGE HAS RULED that Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolfe's "lockdown" executive orders are unconstitutional. Do you care?

You shouldn't. Wolfe's orders are plainly unconstitutional, being a devising, issuance and enforcement of laws by the executive branch of the state, rather than the legislature. This is forbidden, even if the legislature has purported to authorize it-- which is an act outside the legislature's own powers. As Pennsylvania's Constitution declares in Article II, sec. 1:

§ 1. Legislative power. The legislative power of this Commonwealth shall be vested in a General Assembly, which shall consist of a Senate and a House of Representatives.

So why would anyone need, or wait for, a declaration of a judge to vindicate their own clear and unambiguous Constitution? Every single Pennsylvanian can read the law for him- or herself, and no one needs a court to declare what it says.

THE DEFERENCE TO COURTS being spoken of here is an unnatural and disastrous subordination of the people to the state (of which the courts are a part). To grasp this, just ask yourself: If the court had ruled otherwise would that really mean that Pennsylvanians are, and lawfully can be, ruled by the whim of their governor and must simply make their peace with this transformation of their lives and the law?

Or if the court had ruled otherwise, would you be-- could you properly be-- obliged to wait for other courts to opine on the matter, possibly over the course of years, but certainly for some time, even if just days? All the while during which your livelihood was eroded and perhaps permanently destroyed, and your ability to meet and plan with others for the overcoming of the destructive impositions upon you, either by means of the political process or otherwise was curtailed by threat of arrest and punishment?

Perish the thought!

As Thomas Jefferson admonished us:

“To consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions (is) a very dangerous doctrine indeed and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy.”

...and:

"A free people claim their rights as derived from the laws of nature, and not as the gift of their chief magistrate."

John Locke, whose political philosophy chiefly informs the American experiment, speaks to the same subject thusly:

Any single man must judge for himself whether circumstances warrant obedience or resistance to the commands of the civil magistrate; we are all qualified, entitled, and morally obliged to evaluate the conduct of our rulers. This political judgment, moreover, is not simply or primarily a right, but like self-preservation, a duty to God. As such it is a judgment that men cannot part with according to the God of Nature. It is the first and foremost of our inalienable rights without which we can preserve no other"

I salute federal district court judge William Stickman IV for getting it right, but in this matter his opinion is- or should be-- of no more moment to the views of grown-up Americans than that of any other citizen.

To those waiting for judicial permission to assert their rights in other states I (and my man, Samuel Adams) say:

"Things that you treat as vulnerable to the discretions of others have been surrendered as "rights". You have none such, and you are not sovereigns, but subjects.

Go home from us in peace. We seek not your counsel, nor your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you. May your chains set lightly upon you; and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen."

P.S. COMPLETELY OFF-TOPIC day-dream item: With the new TV season beginning, wouldn't it be nice to see someone put on a show whose protagonists are resisters to the despotic "lockdown" assaults and the faked up "science" by which they are supported?

I'm thinking of something like a modern version of what those my age will remember as Disney's 'Swamp Fox' series from back in 1959 - 1961.

I guarantee such a show, if faithfully and admiringly written, would have a huge audience. And it would do the country much good, as well, don't you think?

Let's Celebrate More Victories!!

A happy exercise by which we can all get pumped up with much-needed activism energy.

TAX AGENCY ACTIVITY IS STILL bogged-down with C19 lunacy, and most folks are still within only eight weeks of having filed returns. So refund issuance remains sparse, at this time.

But still, the wheels do continue to grind on, if more slowly than usual. Thus, a few folks do have recent victories to share, for the benefit of everyone's spirits. We'll start with...

David & Valerie Denning

DAVID AND VALERIE SHARE THEIR fifth victory on behalf of the rule of law, all secured within the last 15 months. This one, issued about four weeks ago, is for 2018, from the state of California, on an amended return and with interest added to the refund:

Brad & Sheri Edwards

BRAD AND SHERI PRESENT THEIR third and fourth victories today, both for 2017, with the one from California having been received not quite two years ago:

...on this educated filing; and the other from the feds being sent out two months ago:

...in response to this educated filing, made back in 2018, and subjected afterwards to a lot of IRS hemming and hawing and dodging and weaving before this victory-in-progress notice issued.

By way of this notice, the agency acknowledges that Brad and Sheri had done nothing taxable and owed no "employment"-related taxes (as shown by the agreement that the couple is entitled to the return of everything withheld under Chapter 24 of 26 USC). But despite that admission and its plain implications, the IRS is still attempting to hold back what was withheld from Brad and Sheri as FICA surtaxes (a ploy discussed here)

It must be said that as originally sent, Brad and Sheri's 4852 forms had mistakenly reported the FICA withholdings in combination with the nominal federal income tax withheld figures on line 7e (corrected versions are included in the filing at the link above in order to show just what has been excluded from the refund notice). This may be responsible in some way for this particular "victory-in-progress" situation, although of course the tax agency was also in possession of withholding reports from those who paid Brad and Sheri, and theirs is not the only instance in which this ploy has been attempted, as has been shown...

Onward and upward, either way. With the IRS having made its key admission, and the facts being what they are, Brad and Sheri can expect correction of the theft at some point in the future, if they persevere.

SO, WELL DONE, David & Valerie, Brian, Ryan, and Brad & Sheri! These great victories join those of the tens of thousands of other awakened and activated Americans represented here. Each constitutes another critical step toward the restoration of the Founders republic and the true rule of law.

Not Letting This "Crisis" Go To Waste...

...an important action item opportunity.

FRIENDS, THE SPORADIC BITS OF EASING of the despotic measures to which most of the country has been subjected under the mantle of COVID-19 mitigation should not be allowed to bleed off the head of steam you probably had been developing. The offenses happened, and they're far from over. Stay hot.

And while you are all warmed up, and while others, if they're smart, are just as hot, I'd like you to send an email (and Facebook post, or whatever) with the following content to everyone you can (with a request that they pass it along, in turn):

[Name], since March of 2020 you've watched as over-fed state power has been used to literally destroy classical Western civilization and impose a new despotic paradigm. No dissent or debate permitted-- no permission or agreement sought.

YOU KNOW where this will end up if the arrogant state power being used to make this happen isn't radically diminished in size, influence, resources and popular support, and exposed as an opportunistic exploiter of legal ignorance (an ignorance which it has been nurturing in the average mind for decades).

Those things having not yet happened, you should be quaking in your boots-- and you probably are.

Isn't it time-- and past time-- for you to begin helping to make those desperately-needed defensive changes take place? There is only one way these things can happen short of a who-knows-what we'll-end-up-with explosion of violence. I'm going to show it to you.

Regarding Trolleries

(Deceitful efforts to discourage Americans from learning the truth about the "income tax")

FOR ALL THE YEARS SINCE 2003 when CtC was first published, the government has engaged in a concerted effort to frighten people away from its truths. This effort involves official government websites and press releases touting an occasional court ruling that appears to be at odds with some CtC-revelation (but without details sufficient to expose the real substance of the ruling)-- and sometimes even more mendacious behavior.

Are You Having Trouble Spreading The Word??

SKEPTICISM (SOMETIMES INVOKED BY FEAR) IS TO BE EXPECTED when you're trying to explain to someone that everything they've been encouraged their whole lives to believe about something as entrenched and significant as the income tax is basically nonsense. So here's a way to help cut through the resistance:

Ask your listener how he or she would react if you were to show an announcement from the Commissioner of Internal Revenue admitting that the tax doesn't apply to the earnings of most Americans and is misapplied most of the time because people don't understand how it works? Or how about if you showed a ruling from the Supreme Court saying the same?

Now you just have to explain that you're going to show exactly those things-- but because the state really doesn't want people to know this, these things haven't been said quite as forthrightly as we would all wish. It's going to take a bit more work to take these admissions in than is sufficient for just reading a press release. But it'll be worth the effort...

Trump Regime vs. The ICC: The Wrong Side Of "Sovereignty"

In June, US President Donald Trump signed an executive order providing for sanctions against persons who “have directly engaged in any effort by the [International Criminal Court] to investigate, arrest, detain, or prosecute any United States personnel without the consent of the United States.”

On September 2, The US regime imposed such sanctions on two ICC officials: Fatou Bensouda, the court’s chief prosecutor, and Phakiso Mochchoko, head of its Jurisdiction, Complementarity, and Cooperation Division.”

Their offense? Investigating allegations of US war crimes in Afghanistan.

Such investigations, says White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany, “are an attack on the rights of the American people and threaten to infringe upon our national sovereignty.”

US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo thunders that the US regime “will not tolerate [the ICC’s] illegitimate attempts to subject Americans to its jurisdiction.”

There certainly are questions of sovereignty and jurisdiction here, but Pompeo and Company are on the wrong side of those questions.

Afghanistan’s US-installed, US-allied regime ratified the Rome Statute in 2003, thereby placing war crimes committed on its territory, and the persons accused of committing those crimes, under the court’s jurisdiction.

Like it or not, that assignment of jurisdiction is an exercise of Afghan sovereignty.

THOMAS KNAPP HAS AN EASY TARGET here, and makes short work of the simple legal issues. Trump and Pompeo are simply trying to bluster and threaten their way out of being confined to the US or risk arrest abroad for their part in crimes of the sort revealed by Julian Assange and WikiLeaks. Their "legal" arguments are ridiculous.

Their legal arguments are ESPECIALLY ridiculous-- and shamefully hypocritical-- when considered in light of the Trump administration's strenuous effort to seize Assange and drag him to the US for show trial in a kangaroo court in Virginia. That attempt involves charges for acts taken by a non-American, signatory to no agreement of duty, in foreign countries and entirely outside of US jurisdiction.

Assange acted even beyond the scope of the one statutory jurisdictional provision in US law which extends United States reach outside its technical geographical borders.

Nonetheless, the Trump administration asserts that it can lawfully put on trial and punish anyone on whom it can successfully lay its hands for offenses to its pride or for compromising its efforts to keep the American people in the dark about crimes it commits in their name, and at the cost of their blood, treasure, and future relations with the rest of the world. Thus, the heinous effort to extradite Julian Assange.

But heaven forbid that anybody on Earth presume to hold any US official accountable save only US authorities themselves-- even though such authorities have shown over the course of decades that they will impose no accountability whatever, even for outright torture, kidnapping, murder and aggressive war.

These people are such an embarrassment!

THE ANSWER TO THE SHAMEFUL BEHAVIOR of United States officials is simple, even if the American People are the only ones able to deploy it: Shrink the US Leviathan until it can no longer bestride the Earth with criminal impunity. The alternative is to wait until the rest of the world unites in enmity against America and either ruins us economically or destroys us militarily.

I wish that you would at least share them with others, even if you cannot see why you should bother.
