More Victories For The Rule Of Law- Page Thirty

Tens of thousands of readers of 'Cracking the Code- The Fascinating Truth About Taxation In America' have taken control of their own resources, in accordance with, and respect for, the law. The likely total amount reclaimed by these good Americans so far is upward of several billion dollars.

A few of these good American men and women-- such as those honored below-- are generous enough to send me the evidence of their victories in upholding the law, for the edification and inspiration of everyone. At the moment those shared refund checks, closing notices, and so forth total:

Alex J. _

This victory has a great story, which Alex's Dad related when sending me his victory scans for posting:

Hello Pete,

Alex's fed victory came in two pieces, with an amazing part two!  On his original return, he failed to add in the overpaid ss and medicare amounts.  The first refund was just the regular tax part.   So, his amended return was for the ss and medicare amounts only!  That check landed in the bank before we could get a picture, so I am sending the letter/notice in it's place.

Liberty rocks!

Charles Gille

In May, '05, I filed [an amended return], showing I owed zero, and had overpaid.  In January, '06, the IRS said I had a deficiency. I asked for an audit reconsideration. And I went to Tax Court.  That July the Tax Court dismissed the case.  I told the IRS Commissioner, "OK, fine.  I'll be happy to write you a check immediately, but first, just tell me the taxable activity that made me liable for an income tax."  He said, "Hmmm.  We'll get back to you."  Then I hear from IRS Atlanta, saying I owe the amount that the auditor said.  I tell them the same.  They say, "Hmmm.  We'll get back to you."  Same with IRS in Kansas City, Bensalem (PA), Memphis, and Philadelphia, then a private collection agency, then back through IRS in Ogden, to the Audit Reconsideration Unit in Memphis, which had me submit an Audit Reconsideration form.  Then IRS in Holtsville, NY, says they're working on it, and I should hear by the end of June.  Then nothing until mid-July, when they send me a check.

Bruce G.

In September of 2006, Bruce was being dunned for more than $6 million by the IRS. The allegations of liability were based on mindless, ignorant payer allegations made to the federal government that his earnings during 2001 and 2002 were a consequence of engaging in taxable activities. There were also issues with properly balancing credits and debits involved.

While facing this enormous liability allegation, Bruce learned the complete truth about the tax uniquely available in 'Cracking the Code- The Fascinating Truth About Taxation In America'. He then answered the IRS with CtC-educated amended returns.

Bruce's returns were initially subjected to IRS examination and requests for more forms and other information:

He complied as requested with the additional information and forms:

In September, the 'service' acknowledged Bruce's 2001 filing, but informed Bruce that his claim for refund of the $125 that had been withheld from him that year wouldn't be honored, as the claim was made too late:

And finally, in October, Bruce got this for 2002:

Due to the mysterious $83K still showing on the notice above despite everything else being properly adjusted to conform to his educated filings, and to be sure that everyone was unambiguously on the same page otherwise, Bruce FOIA'd for transcripts for both years:

Bruce is following up on the clerical errors:

Even in the face of the requirements of the law, the junkyard dog still tries to play its losing hand occasionally. Ironically, it is these sporadic spasms of resistance that offer the most telling evidence of the truth about the tax...

Despite the fact that those whose victories are on display here did nothing but insist that the law be applied as it is written, they did so in the face of fearful threats and cunning disinformation from the beneficiaries of corruption.  Their actions took great courage and commitment, and I salute them all.

-Daniel Webster

NOTE: Whether any given individual is entitled to a refund depends on a number of different factors, and no one should presume that they are so entitled simply because they see that others are.  Each person should educate himself or herself about the particulars of the law, and make his or her own determination in this regard.
