You MUST PLEASE RSVP to Doreen as indicated in the information page linked above, and at the earliest opportunity. *** The Government Knows Perfectly Well That CtC is 100% Correct ...and this is so easy to prove, in so many different ways... HERE IS MY FAVORITE PROOF of the fact that the United States and its organs know perfectly well that CtC is completely correct, and aren't able to muster even the pretense of a challenge: False Ascriptions To CtC. This bizarre fraud by DoJ Tax Division attorneys and a couple of sitting federal judges does it for me because less than three pages of text and a few supporting exhibits make unmistakably clear that, 1. an elaborate project was undertaken in 2006 to create a formal judicial "finding" that CtC makes the ridiculous and hoary "tax protestor" argument that "only federal, state or local government workers are liable for the payment of federal income tax"; and, 2. the "finding" is a complete fraud. ONCE THOSE TWO FACTS ARE CLEAR, the rest is simple. The point, and the liberating truth, is then driven thoroughly home with any honest correspondent by simply directing attention to the obvious: If there actually WERE anything wrong about what CtC teaches, THAT would be the thing or things identified and denounced by the "official" opposition. There would be no resort to lies. Because there IS resort to lies, it is plain that no real flaws exist in CtC. This is sandbox-level stuff. THE FOLLOW UP involves showing that even though conceived and contrived solely as a pretext for falsely declaring the very first educated returns to be "frivolous" and "false" (in hopes of suppressing the growing number of Americans turning to CtC to learn and become liberated from the "ignorance tax"), the fraudulent ascription to CtC became the Energizer Bunny of tax-truth-suppression. See, for instance, the long-standing and still current deployment of the fraud as a case citation against the argument that only government workers are liable for the tax, in item #C (4) of the IRS 'Truth About Frivolous Arguments' paper. The citation of United States v. Hendrickson in this "frivolous" list is meant to engender the false belief in everyone who sees it that CtC makes this absurd argument, and can be dismissed accordingly.. Here's another: The fraud's deployment in 2014 as part of a wide-ranging and broadly-mendacious attack on CtC by an unhinged and utterly corrupt Tax Court judge, which, judging from the number of times I've been asked about it, seems to be widely flogged about by the "ignorance tax" crowd. I spend some time disassembling this combination ad hominem and strawman attack here.
There are many other instances in which the false ascription has appeared-- there is even reason to believe that it is invoked without being declared every time a hoax "Frivolous Return Penalty" is deployed. All in all, showing this pattern should prove to be a ringing heads-up for any correspondent about the depth and breadth of the corruption with which his or her eyes have been being washed by the "ignorance-tax" schemers. SO, THAT'S MY FAVORITE WAY OF PROVING the accuracy of CtC. What's yours? Send in a brief write-up of what you favor when encountering a skeptic. Maybe it's the material here? The "ARG44" Civil Complaint Time this one just goes to the people... AS MANY OF YOU KNOW, there was a time when plans were underway to prosecute a class-action lawsuit against bad apples in the IRS and Office of Chief Counsel responsible for deployments of the "Frivolous Return Penalty" hoax against educated filers. A lawyer had been found to handle the case, and about two dozen qualified plaintiffs had signed on. Then in December of 2017, the lawyer had a massive medical catastrophe. He survived, but only after major surgery and a many-months-long recovery. Afterwards, his energy for handling the class-action had faded away. I worked at encouraging the fellow to muster his strength and get back in the game, but to no avail. My efforts to find a replacement also proved ineffectual. DURING THE SAME PERIOD, the analysis, authorities and favorable facts accumulating on behalf of the good guys in regard to the FRP hoax continued. All categories got stronger and stronger-- even while having already been hugely muscular. Considering all of this together-- the unreliability of the class-action project at this point (unless a qualified lawyer steps up), and the armed-for-bear character of our resources, along with the ongoing need to get some action going in some courtrooms and begin doing some serious slap-downs of these hoax attacks-- I have decided to post a sample lawsuit complaint for use by individual litigants. Brian's victories are always especially interesting, because as a retired US military man with a pension while also being a worker in the private sector, his filings contain withholdings from both actual taxable activities and non-taxable activities. Here is Brian's 2018 100% credit notice: Here is the compound filing that resulted in this refund. *** Craig Schieder CRAIG SHARES HIS FIRST EDUCATED VICTORY-- which is itself a little bit of an education, as will be seen. This victory, which Craig secured just two weeks ago, consists of a refund of what was withheld during 2017 and given to the feds. The refund came back as a credit with the overpayment diverted to old liabilities arising from pre-CtC-enlightenment practices. Here is the credit notice:
...and here is the filing that produced it. The lesson that came with this victory is to watch carefully if you use a software product to create a filing for you! In this case Craig used TurboTax, and I'm sorry to see that this version of the program failed to add Craig's FICA withholdings to his amount claimed for refund of federal taxes withheld on the 1040, even though creating a perfectly-proper 4852 for Craig. Thus, the $17,965.00 refunded is only a partial, and this federal victory is still in progress. But... the feds HAVE acknowledged that Craig received no "wages" in 2017 by way of this complete Chapter 24 withholding refund. Therefore they have also acknowledged that they have no basis for keeping the Chapter 21 withholdings. So... WELL DONE, CRAIG! WELL DONE, BRIAN!! WELL DONE, LAUREN!!! WELL DONE, TONY!!!! GOTTA LOVE THESE HEROES!! Craig, Brian, Lauren and Tony are tuck-pointing the tattered brickwork in the rule of law on which we all rely to shield us from arbitrary power, and draining the swamp at the same time. Hats off to them all!! And these heroes are not alone, of course. Their excellent victories join those of the tens of thousands of other awakened and activated Americans represented here. Media Evasion Of CtC Must End, Now Time, unfortunately, is on the side of the well-funded disinformation specialists class
Are You Having Trouble Spreading The Word?? SKEPTICISM (SOMETIMES INVOKED BY FEAR) IS TO BE EXPECTED when you're trying to explain to someone that everything they've been encouraged their whole lives to believe about something as entrenched and significant as the income tax is basically nonsense. So here's a way to help cut through the resistance: Ask your listener how he or she would react if you were to show an announcement from the Commissioner of Internal Revenue admitting that the tax doesn't apply to the earnings of most Americans and is misapplied most of the time because people don't understand how it works? Or how about if you showed a ruling from the Supreme Court saying the same? Now you just have to explain that you're going to show exactly those things-- but because the state really doesn't want people to know this, these things haven't been said quite as forthrightly as we would all wish. It's going to take a bit more work to take these admissions in than is sufficient for just reading a press release. But it'll be worth the effort... *****

***** About The Author Pete Hendrickson is possibly the most effective lawyer in history, even while never having set foot in a law school, nor ever being a card-carrying member of "the bar". He is the first American in history to secure a complete refund of Social Security and Medicare ‘contributions’ withheld from his earnings (along with all other property taken for federal taxes); further, since 2003 students of his legal analyses and arguments in ‘Cracking the Code- The Fascinating Truth About Taxation In America’’ (CtC), and its sequel, 'Was Grandpa Really a Moron?' have been routinely retaining and recovering billions of dollars which otherwise-- wrongly, but as a matter of course-- would have gone to federal or state government treasuries. He is a member of Mensa; an award-winning artist; and has paid his dues as a youth soccer coach. He is a long-time political activist as well, and has served as co-chair and platform convention delegate of Michigan’s largest county Libertarian Party organization; as a consultant to the National Right to Work Foundation and Citizens for a Sound Economy; as a member of the Heartland Institute; and as a member of the International Society for Individual Liberty. He is a frequent radio-show guest on stations across the country. Hendrickson's business career has included nearly a decade-and-a-half at the leading edge of the renewable-energy industry, both as Director of Purchasing and Materials Management and member of the R&D board at Starpak Energy Systems, the mid-west's then-largest solar heating and energy-recovery-and re-utilization company; and as founder and president of AFJ Inc., a high-efficiency lighting design, manufacture and installation firm. Beginning in the mid-1990s and continuing for the twelve years before his present full-time focus on the restoration of the rule of law in America, Hendrickson directed purchasing activities for the $84 million-a-year multi-family-housing division of the Farmington Hills, Michigan branch of Edward Rose and Sons, with responsibility for 18,000+ apartments, direct supervision of 35 technicians and agents, and incidental authority over several hundred divisional workers. He also ran the division's 10 cable television earth-station and distribution systems in four states, and designed and administered the company's website. On rather the other end of the spectrum, amidst these more mundane pursuits Hendrickson co-founded and was the primary creative force behind a small board- and card-game company that enjoyed a modest success for several years. Hendrickson makes his home in southeast Michigan, with his wife and two children.
