Speaking Plainly About "Transgender" Madness
No culture can long survive the embrace of delusions and
denial.
LET'S START OUT BY PUTTING DOWN a marker: Someone who would
mutilate his or her own body with scalpels or chemicals in service to
the delusion that they are-- or are meant to be-- a gender which they
are not is deeply ill. Put another way, anyone so far gone into the
delusion that they are, or are meant to be, a gender which they are not
as to mutilate themselves with scalpels or chemical, is deeply ill.
Further, anyone who would facilitate, encourage, or exploit such a
harmful
delusion or such harmful behavior-- for any reason, even what is
imagined to be an exercise of compassion (but is really just moral and
intellectual laziness)-- is deeply corrupt in intellect,
or spirit, or both.
And any culture that refuses to acknowledge the foregoing
is doomed.
IT'S VERY HARD to speak of these matters. A blitzkrieg on
behalf of "trans" delusions storms across the country, weaponizing
social media, the MSM, co-opted commercial interests and beneficiary
professionals, all with the smirking support of the "brave new normal"
Biden administration and its allies in Congress.
The object of the assault is to discourage clear thinking
and plain speech about this infection of madness which has lately
erupted into the open like never before. These corrupt supporting voices
mean to see "trans" and "gender fluidity" fictions normalized in America
beyond any chance of uprooting.
The declared objects of the blitzkrieg are "inclusion" and
"tolerance" and, yes, "compassion". But experience teaches us that
political and commercial capital is seldom, if ever, spent for such
benign and altruistic purposes.
I SUSPECT THAT THE REAL REASON (or one of the real reasons)
behind this muscular push to mainstream manifest insanity-- which
afflicts less than half of one percent of Americans, and therefore is
plainly not defended and encouraged for direct political or
commercial reasons-- is otherwise. I suspect the real reason behind this
indefensible embrace of lunacy is to support the interests of the
somewhat larger communities of homosexuals, those embracing a certain
extreme strain of radical feminism, and advocates and apologists for the
welfare state.
All of the above-mentioned groups are inordinately
influential in Democrat party politics and the superficial popular
culture. All, I suspect, feel threatened in their
ideological, legal and political arguments by the continued recognition
by the rest of us that men and women are distinguishable from each other
by inherent personality and psychological traits, the key fact disputed
by "trans" and "gender fluidity" advocacy.
That threat would lie in the fact that because men and
women ARE harmonious but distinctly different complements of each other,
same-sex couples and single-parent households-- in which one half or the other of the human whole is
missing-- cannot raise psychologically-healthy children. Children raised
in such an environment never have a chance to learn the complex dance of
give and take by which men and women interweave their diverse interests,
strengths, and interlocking supports to produce nature's proper social
and psychological whole.
In light of this fact, the handing over of children to same
sex couples, and the evaporation of stigma previously serving to
discourage unmarried women from having babies, become problems to be
solved, rather than social evolution we all should continue to quietly
tolerate and accommodate.
Obviously, that transformation of perspective would gore a
few oxen. Just as obviously, those oxen would be spared if "gender
fluidity" settles into the public consciousness, with its "repudiation"
of the notion of actual inherent differences between men and women.
But a healthy society cannot last when abuse of its
children is "normed", and when social, political and legal policy rests
on the rejection of reality.
NOW, I'M JUST SPITBALLIN' HERE, of course-- at least
as to the motivations behind the defense of the "trans" thing. I will
continue to watch and learn and consider, and perhaps I will conclude
otherwise in time.
The observations with which I began, however, about the
insanity of "gender dysphoria" and "reassignment" surgery, and
the intellectual and spiritual corruption of those who promote and enable it
(especially those who promote and enable it in children), are a done
deal. They are as certain and correct as the fact that the sun will rise
in the morning.
The Second Amendment Is NOT For "Peaceful,
Law-Abiding Citizens"
Quite the contrary...
IN READING
A PIECE ARGUING AGAINST newly proposed regulation of so-called
"ghost guns" the other day, I found myself rolling my eyes upon
encountering the phrase "peaceful, law-abiding citizens" as the
purportedly-intended beneficiaries of the Second Amendment. (That's the
Amendment to the US Constitution which secures the right of every American
to keep and bear arms.)
This might have been my five-hundredth such encounter over
the years. The unthinking deployment of this "peaceful, law-abiding
citizen" phrase by even those who imagine themselves passionate
supporters of the right to keep and bear arms is obnoxiously, if
thoughtlessly, routine.
Realizing that the subject of the Amendment is once again
being put into political play by Democrat snowflakes and statists on
several fronts right now-- in regard to "ghost guns" and so-called
"assault weapons", for instance-- I think this is a good time to set the
record straight (once again) on the true character of those on whose
behalf it exists. I speak of decidedly UN-peaceful and law-DEFYING
citizens, and without intending so much as a speck of literary art in
that description.
THE SECOND AMENDMENT, in a nutshell, secures the right of
fed-up Americans to ignore any law prohibiting the violent overthrow of
the existing domestic regime (or any other law implicated by their
chosen course) and shoot their way through Washington or any state
capitol in order to restore the republic. It secures the right of
Americans to defend themselves with force in any way they see fit
against "governance" which is being imposed on them against their will.
(Optimally, such violence will only be deployed upon the
failure of the People's efforts to defend themselves through the
ballot-box. But there's no requirement to that effect.)
That is, the Second Amendment is written to secure the
rights of violent men and women who have lost respect for what may
nominally be relevant "laws", but which are but the tyrant's will, as
described by Thomas Jefferson in his observation:
“Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our
will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do
not add 'within the limits of the law,' because law is often but the
tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the
individual.”
NOW, DON'T MISUNDERSTAND-- it's not just me saying any of
the foregoing. The very same violent folks who broke a dozen laws of the
government under which they were born and who wrote and adopted the
Second Amendment say just what I say. You can see their words and a

Please read through that compilation and analysis, and then
pass it around. We have Independence Day coming up fast, and it's pretty
important that all Americans have a clear picture of what that's really
all about.
In the same vein, as you celebrate the anniversary this
year, especially, please seriously consider the recital of
the proper
American Pledge of Allegiance at your gathering. (You can see/hear
the proper pledge being recited
here.).
Also, consider adopting a practice of insisting that it
replace the lame Bellamy pledge on every occasion going forward in which
a pledge is recited (i.e., city council meetings, political rallies,
sporting events). It's long past time we ceased hypnotizing our children
with state-worshiping nonsense.
Share these all, everywhere you can. Be your most
creative self in sending and "selling" these links. Do memes; make
gifs; respond to everything in the news that would be or have been
better had the state been small, or if Americans kept their money
for their own uses.
If you pay attention to the news and train yourself to
apply these perspectives, you will see a dozen things of which you
can make use in awakening other Americans to the virtues of having
the income tax correctly administered. Please, for my sake, for your
own sake, for the sake of your children and their future, make that
use.

Not Letting This "Crisis" Go To Waste...
...an important action item opportunity.
FRIENDS, THE SPORADIC BITS OF EASING of the despotic measures to
which most of the country has been subjected this year should not be
allowed to bleed off the head of steam you probably had been developing.
The offenses happened, and they're far from over. Stay hot.
And while you are all warmed up, and while others, if
they're smart, are just as hot, I'd like you to send an email (and
Facebook post, or whatever) with the following content to everyone you
can (with a request that they pass it along, in turn):
[Name], over the last several months you've
watched as over-fed state power has been used to literally destroy
classical Western civilization and impose a new despotic paradigm. No
dissent or debate permitted-- no permission or agreement sought.
YOU KNOW where this will end up if the arrogant
state power being used to make this happen isn't radically diminished in
size, influence, resources and popular support, and exposed as an
opportunistic exploiter of legal ignorance (an ignorance which it has
been nurturing in the average mind for decades).
Those things having not yet happened, you
should be quaking in your boots-- and you probably are.
Isn't it time-- and past time-- for you to
begin helping to make those desperately-needed defensive changes take
place? There is only one way these things can happen short of a
who-knows-what we'll-end-up-with explosion of violence. I'm going to
show it to you.
When you're done with that reading, you'll know
what to do next.
BTW, REMEMBER, ALSO, THAT EVERY AMERICAN has lately been given a stark lesson in the fact
that government officials at all levels will lie to you and violate the
law without batting an eye. They will do so any time it serves their agenda, and
you don't call them out for it.
If you know anyone who has been persisting in denial on the
truth about the income tax, you know such nonsense is usually be
grounded in some version or another of, "That can't be true..." or "They
would never do something like that...". Now's the time to put a pin in
that delusional bubble.
As the C19 hoax has starkly shown, "that" certainly CAN be true, and they
certainly WOULD do something
like that.
Use this evidence in all your
outreach efforts.

FOR ALL THE YEARS SINCE 2003 when
CtC was first published, the government has engaged in a
concerted effort to frighten people away from its truths. This
effort involves official government websites and press releases
touting an occasional court ruling that appears to be at odds
with some
CtC-revelation (but without details sufficient to expose the
real substance of the ruling)--
and sometimes even more mendacious behavior.

on YouTube regarding donations. I didn't know what to do about
it to begin with; I don't do what I do intending for anyone to
feel obligated in any way.
But of course, no one IS obligated. I will continue
to make my work freely-available here, and in my books for only
the cost of a cheap paperback.
Thus, even though I post it here below, Tim's very
thoughtful personal resolution and encouragement to others is
just an invitation for consideration by those who may not be
conscious of the fact that I can't do what I do without support.
No one is to feel any pressure from it; if it moves anyone to
act let it be solely because it seems right.
All-in-all, just be the sort of person for others
that you would go to yourself for trustworthy leadership.
Leadership is a challenge. But it's not

Are You Having Trouble Spreading The
Word?
SKEPTICISM (SOMETIMES INVOKED BY FEAR) IS TO BE
EXPECTED when you're trying to explain to someone that
everything they've been encouraged their whole lives to
believe about something as entrenched and significant as the
income tax is basically nonsense. So here's a way to help
cut through the resistance:
Ask your listener how he or she would react if
you were to show an announcement from the Commissioner of
Internal Revenue admitting that the tax doesn't apply to the
earnings of most Americans and is misapplied most of the
time because people don't understand how it works? Or how
about if you showed a ruling from the Supreme Court saying
the same?
Now you just have to explain that
you're going to show exactly those things-- but because
the state really doesn't want people to know this, these
things haven't been said quite as forthrightly as we would
all wish. It's going to take a bit more work to take these
admissions in than is sufficient for just reading a press
release. But it'll be worth the effort...
IF YOU'RE NOT SPREADING THIS LINK with every bit of
energy you can, to school libraries, homeschool
families and community groups, your neighbors, your
family members, your pastors and
co-congregationalists, journalists, lawyers, CPAs,
members of congress, tax-agency workers, Wikipedia,
Anonymous, WikiLeaks, the Tax Foundation, everyone
in the "tax honesty" movement, the 9/11 truth
movement, other activist movements and everyone
else,
you have only yourself to blame for your
troubles with the tax, and a whole lot else of which
you might complain. It's on you.
WRITE A NICE, FRIENDLY AND BRIEF introductory note
explaining what will be seen at the link-- cryptic
is bad; excited is good-- and then send this WMI
(weapon of mass instruction) far and wide.
Remember: Real Americans don't accommodate fog, lies and a sliding scale of
adherence to the rule of law. Real American men and women stand up for the
truth and the law, come what may, knowing that it is only by setting the bar
at the top and enforcing it, come what may, that liberties are secured.

A year ago, the idea that Covid-19 leaked from a lab in
Wuhan – a short distance from the wet market that is usually claimed to be the
source of the virus – was dismissed as a crackpot theory, supported only by
Donald Trump, QAnon and hawks on the right looking to escalate tensions
dangerously with China.
Now, after what has been effectively a
year-long blackout of the lab-leak theory by the corporate media and the
scientific establishment, President Joe Biden has
announced an
investigation to assess its credibility. And as a consequence, what was
treated until a few weeks ago as an unhinged, rightwing conspiracy is
suddenly being widely aired and seriously considered by liberals.
Every media outlet is running prominent stories
wondering whether a pandemic that has killed so many people and
destroyed the lives of so many more can be blamed on human hubris and
meddling rather than on a natural cause.
For many years, scientists at labs like
Wuhan’s have conducted Frankenstein-type experiments on viruses. They
have modified naturally occurring infective agents – often found in
animals such as bats – to try to predict the worst-case scenarios for
how viruses, especially coronaviruses, might evolve. The claimed purpose
has been to ensure humankind gets a head start on any new pandemic,
preparing strategies and vaccines in advance to cope.
Viruses are known to have escaped from labs
like Wuhan’s many times before, and leaked US cables show Washington was
concerned about
safety procedures and security at the Wuhan lab two years before the
emergence of Covid-19. There are now
reports, rejected
by China, that
several staff at Wuhan got sick in late 2019, shortly before Covid-19
exploded on to the world stage. Did a human-manipulated novel
coronavirus escape from the lab and spread around the world?
No interest in truth
Here we get to the tricky bit. Because nobody
in a position to answer that question appears to have any interest in
finding out the truth – or at least, they have no interest in the rest
of us learning the truth. Not China. Not US policy-makers. Not the World
Health Organisation. And not the corporate media.
The only thing we can state with certainty is
this: our understanding of the origins of Covid has been narratively
managed over the past 15 months and is still being narratively managed.
We are being told only what suits powerful political, scientific and
commercial interests.
We now know that we were misdirected a year ago
into believing that a lab leak was either fanciful nonsense or evidence
of Sinophobia –
when it was very obviously neither. And we should understand now, even
though the story has switched 180 degrees, that we are still being
misdirected. Nothing that the US administration or the corporate media
have told us, or are now telling us, about the origins of the virus can
be trusted.
No one in power truly wants to get to the
bottom of this story. In fact, quite the reverse. Were we to truly
understand its implications, this story might have the potential not
only to hugely discredit western political, media and scientific elites
but even to challenge the whole ideological basis on which their power
rests.
Which is why what we are seeing is not an
effort to grapple with the truth of the past year, but a desperate bid
by those same elites to continue controlling our understanding of it.
Western publics are being subjected to a continuous psy-op by their own
officials.
JONATHAN COOK DELIVERS a great lesson in exercising a clear-eyed
recognition of agenda-driven narratives (especially the cover-your-ass and
keep-'em-in-the-dark varieties). Eyewash is the order of the day from those
responsible for the "C19 pandemic" attack on the rights and well-being of all
the rest of us.
To sum up, or identify a take-away bottom line, don't let
anyone get away with making this into an "evil China" thing (or "evil
Communist Party of China" thing), as the real guilty parties-- and many
(to them) useful idiots in the punditry-- are trying hard to do. If
China is culpable in this, it is only insofar as it cooperated with Tony
Fauci and officials at the WHO (and likely those involved in 'Event
201'-- the dry-run for the pandemic which was waiting in the wings).
THE ONLY DISAPPOINTING THING about Cook's observations is
the pessimism he displays in his conclusion, that "no meaningful lesson
will be learnt about what really happened in Wuhan" (and therefore we
are doomed to continue to be jerked around by the usual suspects...). I
disagree.
At least, I disagree with the pessimism. We absolutely can
get to the bottom of this, and expose the perps--indeed, the perps stand
exposed right now. The only real problem is not in learning what
happened but in holding those responsible accountable so as to take
known threats against the public well-being out of play and deterring
the next batch of wannabe masters of the universe.
To accomplish that accountability, Americans need to shift
power from the professional political class-- which is long-since
co-opted into common interest with the bad guys, if not outright
participation in the crimes-- back to themselves. When the apparatus of
the State has shrunk to its Constitutionally-intended proportions, it
will be incapable of shielding bad actors of the sort responsible for
the C19 assault, as it now does easily with well-practiced narrative
management techniques.
Toward that end, I urge everyone to recognize
the CtC solution, and
help others do so, as well.

Lincoln, in announcing his willingness to burn the Southern states to the ground in order to
keep them paying the tariff for the benefit of Northern interests in
his first inaugural address on March 4, 1861, paid at least lip
service to the Founders design of leaving control over the fuel
available to feed the fires Washington wants to light in the hands
of the individual citizenry when he said, "Doing this I deem to
be only a simple duty on my part; and I shall perform it, unless my
rightful masters, the American people, shall withhold the requisite
means..."

Hendrickson is also a widely-read essayist on
matters of politics, public policy and law; many of these works
are collected in his second book, ‘Upholding
the Law And Other Observations’. He is a member of Mensa;
an
award-winning artist; and has paid his dues as a youth
soccer coach. He is a long-time political activist as well, and
has served as co-chair and platform convention delegate of
Michigan’s largest county Libertarian Party organization; as a
consultant to the National Right to Work Foundation and Citizens
for a Sound Economy; as a member of the Heartland Institute; and
as a member of the International Society for Individual
Liberty. He is a frequent radio-show guest on stations across
the country.
Hendrickson's business career has included nearly a
decade-and-a-half at the leading edge of the renewable-energy
industry, both as Director of Purchasing and Materials
Management and member of the R&D board at Starpak Energy
Systems, the mid-west's then-largest solar heating and
energy-recovery-and re-utilization company; and as founder and
president of AFJ Inc., a high-efficiency lighting design,
manufacture and installation firm.
Beginning in the mid-1990s and continuing for the
twelve years before his present full-time focus on the
restoration of the rule of law in America, Hendrickson directed
purchasing activities for the $84 million-a-year
multi-family-housing division of the Farmington Hills, Michigan
branch of Edward Rose and Sons, with responsibility for 18,000+
apartments, direct supervision of 35 technicians and agents, and
incidental authority over several hundred divisional workers.
He also ran the division's 10 cable television earth-station and
distribution systems in four states, and designed and
administered the company's website.
On rather the other end of the spectrum, amidst
these more mundane pursuits Hendrickson co-founded and was the
primary creative force behind a small
board- and
card-game company that enjoyed a modest success for several
years.
Hendrickson makes his home in southeast Michigan,
with his wife and two children. He is currently working on his
next book.
