It's a street-fight, with no rules honored by the opposition. So...
Guard units seeking to confiscate a cache of recently banned
assault weapons were ambushed on April 19 by the elements of a paramilitary
extremist faction. Military and law-enforcement sources estimate that 72 were
killed and more than 200 injured before government forces were compelled to
withdraw.
Speaking after the clash, the Massachusetts governor declared that
the extremist faction, which was made up of local citizens, has links to the
radical right wing tax protest movement. The Governor blamed the extremists for
recent incidents of vandalism directed against internal revenue offices. The
governor described the group's organizers as criminals, and issued an executive
order authorizing the summary arrest of any individual who has interfered with
the government's efforts to secure law and order.
The military raid on the extremist arsenal followed widespread
refusal by the local citizenry to turn over recently outlawed assault weapons.
The governor issued a ban on military style weapons and ammunition
earlier in the week. This decision followed a meeting earlier this month
between government and military leaders at which the governor authorized
forcible confiscation of illegal arms. One government official, speaking on
condition of anonymity, pointed out that none of these people would have been
killed had the extremists obeyed the law and turned over their weapons.
Government troops initially succeeded in confiscating a large supply of outlawed
weapons and ammunition elsewhere in the state.
However, troops attempting to seize arms and ammunition in
Lexington met with resistance from heavily armed extremists who had been tipped
off regarding the government's plan. During an intense standoff in Lexington's
town park, National Guard Colonel Francis Smith, commander of the government
operation, ordered the armed group to surrender their weapons and return to
their homes.
The impasse was broken by a single shot, which was reportedly fired
by one of the right wing extremists. Eight civilians were killed in the ensuing
exchange.
Ironically, the local citizenry blamed the government forces rather
than the extremists for the civilian deaths. Before order could be restored,
armed citizens from surrounding areas had descended upon the guard units. Col.
Smith, finding his forces over matched by the armed mob, ordered a retreat.
The governor has called upon citizens to support the state and
national joint task force in its effort to restore law and order. The governor
also demanded the surrender of those responsible for planning and leading the
attack against government troops. Samuel Adams, Paul Revere, and John Hancock,
who have been identified as the ring leaders of the extremist faction, remain at
large.

Are You Counting On The 2022 Elections To Set
Things Right? Don't Be Naive.
Those trying to conquer and subdue you are doing everything
in their power to make themselves incapable of being dislodged, no
matter how large a majority wants to dislodge them.
I HAVE BEEN TROUBLED TO SEE increasingly common expressions
by opponents of those currently huddled behind the barbed wire and
troops in Washington and many statehouses suggesting a belief that 2022
will see everything mended. This is the notion that the folks who:
unhesitatingly issued-- and have since
maintained-- a broad swath of
completely illegal edicts resulting in
the collapse of much of the American economy;
encouraged and facilitated widespread, unhindered and
unpunished rioting, looting, property destruction, assault and
murder by their supporters and allies--
all precisely meeting the
statutory definition of domestic terrorism-- throughout last summer
(and again, more sporadically, on numerous occasions since);
have exploited their command
of the journalistic mainstream to bury any airing of
election fraud
evidence;
systematically deplatform any voices challenging any part of
their self-serving narratives-- even political figures representing
large numbers of Americans;
and who have spent the last four months rushing to seize
control of the voting laws in every state, culling non-supporters of
their agendas from the military, enacting infringements on their
civilian political opponents' Second Amendment-secured ability to
resist other unconstitutional assaults on liberty and the rule of
law, encouraging an invasion of the country by aliens whom they intend
to enfranchise on their behalf, perpetuating a menacing social unrest
throughout the country, and are undertaking to pack the Supreme
Court (or use the threat of doing so to bend the current majority on
the court into acquiescence to the "new normal" agenda)...
...are going to let election day 2022 arrive without having
used all the control they currently enjoy to set themselves up another
apparent victory at the polls.
Even after having already demonstrated
their willingness to do so, and their ability to do so even without
having control of the Senate and the Presidency.
Sure they are.
LET ME POINT SOMETHING OUT about the behavior of the
Democrats and their allies in the media over the last four months. As
noted in my final bullet-point above, everything has been rush-rush.
There's only one reason for that kind of franticness, and that is the
nervous knowledge that all of the new impositions are being done on
stolen time.
That is, when your agenda is actually supported by a
majority, there is no need for frantic haste. Things can and will be
done at a calmer, more deliberate pace, and with some consideration of
the sensibilities-- even if not the wishes-- of the minority.
Haste is only needed when imposing an agenda which is NOT
supported by a majority of the American people. Now, think about the
implications of this point and the behavior we have been witnessing by
the Biden administration.
These folks-- Biden and those behind him--
engineered their acquisition of power,
and did so by the commission of many crimes. They are not going to take
the slightest chance on their enemies gaining control of the apparatus
of the state and undoing their enactments and possibly punishing them
for their offenses, as well.
These are desperate and completely unscrupulous people with
an awful lot on the line, and with a taste of what shamelessness can do
for them rolling around in their mouths. They will do all they can to
secure their gains, by any means necessary.
THINK ABOUT ALL OF THIS, and then make it your business to
disabuse anyone clinging to pipe dreams about "off-year Republican
control of the House" and the like. Just as the "Q-Anon" fraud kept many
Americans on their sofas waiting for a mythical someone else to leap out
of the bushes with the fix for all the badness, the delusion about 2022
will keep a lot of good folks sitting around doing nothing, or uselessly
focused on party political activity.
This is not the time for complacency and confidence in your
chances "next time". There isn't going to be a "next time".
Waiting for "next time" is Gulliver laying down for a nap
only to awaken helplessly lashed to the ground by a thousand cords
slipped upon him by thousands of tiny assailants, all of whom he could
have swept away with one blow had he been alert to the need.
Waiting for "next time" is the foolishness against which
Patrick Henry warns in his justly-famous "Liberty or Death" speech:
They tell us, sir, that we are weak; unable to
cope with so formidable an adversary. But when shall we be stronger?
Will it be the next week, or the next year? Will it be when we are
totally disarmed, and when a British guard shall be stationed in every
house? Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we
acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs
and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have
bound us hand and foot?
Sir, we are not weak if we make a proper use of
those means which the God of nature hath placed in our power. The
millions of people, armed in the holy cause of liberty, and in such a
country as that which we possess, are invincible by any force which our
enemy can send against us.
Besides, sir, we shall not fight our battles
alone. There is a just God who presides over the destinies of nations,
and who will raise up friends to fight our battles for us. The battle,
sir, is not to the strong alone; it is to the vigilant, the active, the
brave.
Besides, sir, we have no election. If we were base enough to
desire it, it is now too late to retire from the contest. There is no
retreat but in submission and slavery! Our chains are forged! Their
clanking may be heard on the plains of Boston! The war is
inevitable--and let it come! I repeat it, sir, let it come.
It is in vain, sir, to extenuate the matter.
Gentlemen may cry, Peace, Peace-- but there is no peace. The war is
actually begun! The next gale that sweeps from the north will bring to
our ears the clash of resounding arms! Our brethren are already in the
field! Why stand we here idle? What is it that gentlemen wish? What
would they have? Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased
at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God! I know not
what course others may take; but as for me, give me liberty or give me
death!
FIGHTING THIS BATTLE BEGINS with measuring and marshaling
our strength, and this, I think, is best done by eschewing the silence
desperately wanted by the bad guys and disturbingly embraced by
brow-beaten folks who should know better. For instance, have you noticed
how the obvious election fraud of last November has been glared and
shushed out of the public dialogue?
This should not be the case. The fraud should be a constant
buzz in the public square, with the evidence being steadily accumulated,
assembled and polished This crime should be a relentlessly-bleeding
wound by which its perpetrators are forced into paralysis or the ruinous
overplay of their hand.
LIKEWISE, THE FALSE C19 narrative is being allowed to
persist-- in Democrat-controlled states, especially-- by mere politeness
and timidity. It should not be.
Opposition politicians and officials who recognize the C19
narrative as a weapon being used to subvert the rule of law are each
able to command some kind of public attention. Why are these people not
holding town hall meetings urging their constituents to stop maintaining
a nurturing environment for their enemies by wearing masks and all the
rest, at the mindless and self-destructive expense of their immune
system health (and, especially, the physical and mental health of their
children)?
Further, these people should be calling with one voice for
business-owners to defy all forms of "lockdown" edicts, whether partial
or otherwise-- every one of which is both destructive
and flatly illegal--
and to fully and unqualifiedly open their businesses,
right now!
This is not a partisan issue by its nature-- it is just
those in favor of liberty and the rule of law versus tyranny. But in
fact, there is a divide on this subject on party lines, so why haven't
Republican party organizations in each edict-ridden state arranged for
the formation and funding of legal teams to defend any and every such
business-owner from threatened fines and other sanctions for exercising
their rights? They ought to do so, right now!
HERE'S SOMETHING ELSE: Governors in border states should be
sending troops to the border-- nominally in defense of property rights
against trespass, if nothing else-- while heading loudly to courts with
complaints of a federal government not only not defending the country
from invasion but actively
encouraging the invasion.
The complaints might be turned away with a judicial dodge
about such things being "political matters", but no matter. Making the
effort-- and persisting at it-- keeps the pot importantly boiling.
THESE ARE JUST A FEW of the fields of battle from which too
many of the good guys are absent. But they illustrate the point that
much can, and needs to be, done right now. At the same time, each of
these examples should underscore the fact that waiting for "next time"
is to wait while your enemies bind you hand and foot so that there will
be no "next time".

not too late to wake up and save ourselves-- if we do it
right now.

Don't you think you should be asked before your money is
used to bring that about?
NOTHING LEFT OF MANY OF US but our shadows burned into the
rubble... Personally, I think the virtues of aggression by the
coup-installed regime in power in Ukraine against the
overwhelming-majority ethnic Russian population of Crimea-- which voted
to rejoin Russia in 2014-- is not worth that candle. What about you?
For no reason other than to mindlessly persist in a
long-since plainly futile pipe-dream of world hegemony, neo-con nutcases
infesting Washington (with the support of blindly-money-hungry arms
makers) have been pushing for years toward war with Russia. Since 2014,
the lunatic ambitions and delusions of the neo-Nazis put into power in
Ukraine by the Obama administration in February of that year have been
the point of the spear in this belligerence.
Recently, the Biden administration has taken the extremely
dangerous step of
encouraging the Kiev regime to go to war with Russia over Crimea,
even going so far as to issue a guarantee of United States support.
Unless the nut-cases back down, or are denied the ability to persist,
this will not end well.
The Russian claim to Crimea is as sound as such a thing can
be, both from historical fact and the plainly-declared preferences of
Crimea's inhabitants. Further, Russia's interest there is viewed quite
reasonably as one of existential national security. Russia
will not back down in this matter.
GIVEN THESE FACTS, any move by Kiev to act as encouraged by
the Biden people will result in war, and by virtue of the guarantee so
promiscuously given, this means war between Russia and the United
States. Kiev and the US cannot win by conventional means-- Russia will
conquer Ukraine in a week's time, if that, and if faced with stiff
resistance by virtue of US-supplied weapons, may well just reduce
western Ukraine to a smoking ruin in the process.
What then will the US do? More importantly, what then will
Russia imagine the US will do, and how will it feel compelled to act
pre-emptively? Without presuming to answer those questions, it is easy
to predict that two extremely-heavily-nuclear-armed states will go on
high, hair-trigger alert, and with the US already having military forces
within just a stones-throw of major Russian cities, that hair-trigger
will really have zero reflection time available on the Russian side, at
least.
And really, the same is true for the US side, despite the
geographical difference, since Russia's latest
hypersonic missiles can
deliver total destruction to the continental USA in an astonishingly
short time even if launched from the Russian interior, much less from
submarines.
IN MY VIEW, NONE OF THIS is a good thing. In my view, the
American people have a definite interest in thwarting the administration
in any further steps of this suicidal insanity. But what to do?
The American political system is broken. Does anyone
actually believe that contacting his or her members of Congress on a
matter like this will result in the abandonment of the policy? Those
making decisions in Washington don't give a damn about what average
Americans think or want unless those things align with their own agendas
or those of their party and its owners.
This cold reality can be seen by the simple fact that you
were never asked how you felt about poking Russia in the eye on this
matter or any of the previous insults, provocations and encroachments
that Washington has been hazarding for years now, to the ever-increasing
peril of the human race.
However, there is another solution. In their wisdom, the
Founders and Framers equipped the American people with a safety feature
hard-wired into the US Constitution by which rogue, out-of-control
corruption in the political structure can be nullified and brought to
heel through independent action by each concerned man and woman.
That mechanism is one which the American political class
has striven hard to keep obscured and misunderstood, even to the point
of practicing massive deceptions over many decades on an institutional
scale. But once knowledgeably laid-out, the mechanism is surprisingly
obvious and very easy to deploy.
It's effect is to choke off the resources by which a
corrupt state commits its undesirable behaviors, while leaving the core
structure of desirable state capabilities fully intact and functioning.
Share these all, everywhere you can. Be your most
creative self in sending and "selling" these links. Do memes; make
gifs; respond to everything in the news that would be or have been
better had the state been small, or if Americans kept their money
for their own uses.
If you pay attention to the news and train yourself to
apply these perspectives, you will see a dozen things of which you
can make use in awakening other Americans to the virtues of having
the income tax correctly administered. Please, for my sake, for your
own sake, for the sake of your children and their future, make that
use.

Not Letting This "Crisis" Go To Waste...
...an important action item opportunity.
FRIENDS, THE SPORADIC BITS OF EASING of the despotic measures to
which most of the country has been subjected this year should not be
allowed to bleed off the head of steam you probably had been developing.
The offenses happened, and they're far from over. Stay hot.
And while you are all warmed up, and while others, if
they're smart, are just as hot, I'd like you to send an email (and
Facebook post, or whatever) with the following content to everyone you
can (with a request that they pass it along, in turn):
[Name], over the last several months you've
watched as over-fed state power has been used to literally destroy
classical Western civilization and impose a new despotic paradigm. No
dissent or debate permitted-- no permission or agreement sought.
YOU KNOW where this will end up if the arrogant
state power being used to make this happen isn't radically diminished in
size, influence, resources and popular support, and exposed as an
opportunistic exploiter of legal ignorance (an ignorance which it has
been nurturing in the average mind for decades).
Those things having not yet happened, you
should be quaking in your boots-- and you probably are.
Isn't it time-- and past time-- for you to
begin helping to make those desperately-needed defensive changes take
place? There is only one way these things can happen short of a
who-knows-what we'll-end-up-with explosion of violence. I'm going to
show it to you.
When you're done with that reading, you'll know
what to do next.
BTW, REMEMBER, ALSO, THAT EVERY AMERICAN has lately been given a stark lesson in the fact
that government officials at all levels will lie to you and violate the
law without batting an eye. They will do so any time it serves their agenda, and
you don't call them out for it.
If you know anyone who has been persisting in denial on the
truth about the income tax, you know such nonsense is usually be
grounded in some version or another of, "That can't be true..." or "They
would never do something like that...". Now's the time to put a pin in
that delusional bubble.

FOR ALL THE YEARS SINCE 2003 when
CtC was first published, the government has engaged in a
concerted effort to frighten people away from its truths. This
effort involves official government websites and press releases
touting an occasional court ruling that appears to be at odds
with some
CtC-revelation (but without details sufficient to expose the
real substance of the ruling)--
and sometimes even more mendacious behavior.

on YouTube regarding donations. I didn't know what to do about
it to begin with; I don't do what I do intending for anyone to
feel obligated in any way.
But of course, no one IS obligated. I will continue
to make my work freely-available here, and in my books for only
the cost of a cheap paperback.
Thus, even though I post it here below, Tim's very
thoughtful personal resolution and encouragement to others is
just an invitation for consideration by those who may not be
conscious of the fact that I can't do what I do without support.

All-in-all, just be the sort of person for others
that you would go to yourself for trustworthy leadership.

Are You Having Trouble Spreading The
Word?
SKEPTICISM (SOMETIMES INVOKED BY FEAR) IS TO BE
EXPECTED when you're trying to explain to someone that
everything they've been encouraged their whole lives to
believe about something as entrenched and significant as the
income tax is basically nonsense. So here's a way to help
cut through the resistance:
Ask your listener how he or she would react if
you were to show an announcement from the Commissioner of
Internal Revenue admitting that the tax doesn't apply to the
earnings of most Americans and is misapplied most of the
time because people don't understand how it works? Or how
about if you showed a ruling from the Supreme Court saying
the same?
Now you just have to explain that
you're going to show exactly those things-- but because
the state really doesn't want people to know this, these
things haven't been said quite as forthrightly as we would
all wish. It's going to take a bit more work to take these
admissions in than is sufficient for just reading a press
release. But it'll be worth the effort...
IF YOU'RE NOT SPREADING THIS LINK with every bit of
energy you can, to school libraries, homeschool
families and community groups, your neighbors, your
family members, your pastors and
co-congregationalists, journalists, lawyers, CPAs,
members of congress, tax-agency workers, Wikipedia,
Anonymous, WikiLeaks, the Tax Foundation, everyone
in the "tax honesty" movement, the 9/11 truth
movement, other activist movements and everyone
else,
you have only yourself to blame for your
troubles with the tax, and a whole lot else of which
you might complain. It's on you.

explaining what will be seen at the link-- cryptic
is bad; excited is good-- and then send this WMI
(weapon of mass instruction) far and wide.

truth and the law, come what may, knowing that it is only by setting the bar

Supporters of lockdown want us to forget that we once lived
freely.

We have now spent over a year in lockdown limbo.
Vaccines were supposed to release us by ‘early
spring’. Matt Hancock promised that after the vulnerable had been
vaccinated, the government would ‘cry
freedom’. Well, it’s early spring, and the vulnerable have more or less all
been vaccinated. But Chris Whitty has been back on the airwaves to tell
us that there will ‘definitely’ be a third wave of infections. Meanwhile,
the head of Public Health England thinks nothing of saying that
we will be wearing masks and obeying social distancing rules for ‘years’ – and
might as well since, according to her, we have all grown used to it anyway.
Normal life – the pub, the real pub, where you
did not have to wear a mask or produce a certificate to get in; meeting
friends for a casual coffee; going to work; going to an art gallery or a
football match – already seems like a dimly remembered dream. What will
be left of those memories if all this really does go on indefinitely?
Particularly if there is an ‘escape variant’ that evades vaccination –
or if another pandemic comes along?
The Czech author Milan Kundera begins one of
his novels with the observation that
‘The struggle of man against power is the struggle of memory against
forgetting’. He wrote this specifically about a tactic of leaders behind
the Iron Curtain: ‘airbrushing’ inconvenient people from photographs so
as to cleanse them from public record. More generally, he was making the
point that ideologies – all ideologies – rely on the obliteration of history.
An ideology simplifies all of the complexity of the world to a few trite
principles. Because history is messy and complicated and almost never
conforms to this kind of exercise in reduction, the solution is to
forget history altogether. This is why so many ideologies have a ‘Year
Zero’ component in their makeup. They are about ripping things up and
starting afresh on a blank slate.
Lockdownism, the ideology that now dominates
public life, is no different. One of its central elements is forgetting
the past, including the very recent past. Before 2020, nobody spoke
about ‘lockdown’, ‘social distancing’, ‘the R-rate’, ‘self-isolation’
and so on. Yet we now talk about these concepts as though they have
existed for decades – almost as though they are immutable facts about
how we have always dealt with infectious disease, rather than a series
of ideas dreamed up on the spur of the moment and imposed in a panic. We
are encouraged to forget that things used to be different and that we
used to live our lives freely, accepting that there were nasty diseases
out there that might kill you if you did, but this was a risk worth
taking because the alternative was worse.
Imagine going back in time to this moment two
years ago, April 2019, and asking somebody whether it would be
acceptable to pause children’s education, put an end to live music and
live sport, prevent people from meeting family members or hugging at a
funeral, and close businesses for an indefinite period, all in response
to a virus which more than 99 per cent of people survive. There would
have been only one answer. We all know this. That wasn’t how we used to
think about these things. But now, we are forced to forget.
I have a personal perspective on this, because
my father died of complications arising from flu – back in 2015, when
things were different. He was 70 and had been suffering from a rare
degenerative brain condition. He had, for some months, been effectively
unable to eat, speak, or move; he was extremely frail and the flu was
simply too much for him. He developed pneumonia and died very shortly
afterwards. This is not at all uncommon. Over 25,000 people die from pneumonia in
a normal year in the UK. If you are in my father’s position – elderly
and already very ill – the chances are high that it is what will finish
you off.
I was very sad about my father’s death, of
course. I loved him and he was my dad. What I do not remember is feeling
any sense of anger or injustice about the fact that somebody (who knows
who?) had evidently passed the flu virus on to him and thereby ‘killed’
him. In those days – 2015 feels like an aeon ago – we did not think of
death in this way. It was just something that happened. Yes, I suppose
we all knew in an abstract sense that people can die from viruses they
catch from others. But if I had gone around after my father’s death,
ranting about the irresponsibility of young people going out socialising
and of allowing children to go to school and contribute to the spread of
flu, I would – rightly – have been told to seek help.
My father died because somebody passed a virus
on to him. I loved him, but it was his time. And I would not have
dreamed of expecting the whole of human society to put itself on hold in
order to save him. Yet this is now how we are enjoined and encouraged to
think about the current pandemic. We must all sacrifice our social
lives, our jobs, our communities, even our family life, in order to
refrain from spreading a virus and thereby inadvertently killing
somebody’s granny.
ISN'T THIS A WONDERFUL and important perspective on the insanity of
the C19 narrative being offered by David McGrogan? His reminder of the mature,
philosophical manner in which we all viewed illness prior to the C19 hysteria
engineered by a monolithic media and "official health-science" bureaucracy is a
much-needed slap in the face for anyone in the grip of the Kool-Aid.
As well, McGrogan's plain statement of the demented and
destructive attitude now demanded of everyone as a supposedly "caring"
response to the circulation of a virus serves as a particularly
effective means of exposing the utter irrationality-- indeed, the
not-credibly-sincere character-- of the panic-mongering and threat
against which it is deployed. That dictated response is in no way a
real, considered and well-meaning answer to a real problem. The
over-the-top tone of that response underscores that the purported threat
is just a pretense by which a lust for power is seeking satisfaction.
That there is a respiratory-illness-causing virus going
around (or had been, anyway, with perhaps another circulating now, as
has been true every year forever) need not be disputed. Nor need it be
disputed that respiratory diseases bring on death in certain segments of
vulnerable populations-- they always have done so.
Here, though, we have a disease which even its most
hyperbolic fear-mongers admit (if rarely other than when forced or in
the softest of voices) is
no real threat at
all to the vast majority of any given population. Further, those to
whom the disease IS a threat can, in many cases, render themselves safe
by simple practices like
losing weight, maintaining
prophylactic levels of zinc in their systems, and self-isolation
with
the use of personal protective equipment when appropriate.
Simple common sense indicates
that not by the wildest but sane imagination does such a disease merit
any response at all by most people, and certainly not the surrender of
rights, destruction of the economy, or a "Great Reset" or "New Normal".
And yet that is what we are being shepherded toward with
all deliberate speed. Why?
Plainly it's not the real danger of the C19 disease (or its
variants or any other moving goal-post bugaboos). So what is the real
reason?
Read between the lines of the narrative. At the end of the
path down which we are being led are things which you could not be
persuaded to seek of your own free will and without the impetus of a
hobgoblin scare.
Maybe what lies at the end of that path are impoverishment,
chains or an abattoir. Maybe what lies there is not so dramatic, but in
any event, what does NOT lie at the end of that path is liberty.
EVEN AS ARDENT A STATIST as Abraham
Lincoln, in announcing his willingness to burn the Southern states to the ground in order to
keep them paying the tariff for the benefit of Northern interests in
his first inaugural address on March 4, 1861, paid at least lip
service to the Founders design of leaving control over the fuel
available to feed the fires Washington wants to light in the hands
of the individual citizenry when he said, "Doing this I deem to
be only a simple duty on my part; and I shall perform it, unless my
rightful masters, the American people, shall withhold the requisite
means..."

Hendrickson is also a widely-read essayist on
matters of politics, public policy and law; many of these works
are collected in his second book, ‘Upholding
the Law And Other Observations’. He is a member of Mensa;
an
award-winning artist; and has paid his dues as a youth
soccer coach. He is a long-time political activist as well, and
has served as co-chair and platform convention delegate of
Michigan’s largest county Libertarian Party organization; as a
consultant to the National Right to Work Foundation and Citizens
for a Sound Economy; as a member of the Heartland Institute; and
as a member of the International Society for Individual
Liberty. He is a frequent radio-show guest on stations across
the country.
Hendrickson's business career has included nearly a
decade-and-a-half at the leading edge of the renewable-energy
industry, both as Director of Purchasing and Materials
Management and member of the R&D board at Starpak Energy
Systems, the mid-west's then-largest solar heating and
energy-recovery-and re-utilization company; and as founder and
president of AFJ Inc., a high-efficiency lighting design,
manufacture and installation firm.
Beginning in the mid-1990s and continuing for the
twelve years before his present full-time focus on the
restoration of the rule of law in America, Hendrickson directed
purchasing activities for the $84 million-a-year
multi-family-housing division of the Farmington Hills, Michigan
branch of Edward Rose and Sons, with responsibility for 18,000+
apartments, direct supervision of 35 technicians and agents, and
incidental authority over several hundred divisional workers.
He also ran the division's 10 cable television earth-station and
distribution systems in four states, and designed and
administered the company's website.
On rather the other end of the spectrum, amidst
these more mundane pursuits Hendrickson co-founded and was the
primary creative force behind a small
board- and
card-game company that enjoyed a modest success for several
years.
Hendrickson makes his home in southeast Michigan,
with his wife and two children. He is currently working on his
next book.
