lawful basis for keeping it, through its agreement that Derek received
no IRC-defined "wages" upon which FICA taxes arise.

The Fauci Emails Are Being Furiously Spun By The
Usual Suspects
Antennae up, people...
LAST WEEK SAW A SUDDEN ERUPTION OF ARTICLES accompanying
the release by The Washington Post and Buzzfeed-- two deeply-embedded
Establishment tools-- of emails to and from Anthony Fauci during the
first six months of 2020. All the emails were secured by FOIA requests
(and another batch has been subsequently secured by Del Bigtree's
Informed Consent Action Network).
The emails are, in many cases, heavily redacted (and one
has to wonder why this is...). Buzzfeed's highly-redacted
collection has been released to the public in full. The Washington
Post is being more cagey, only revealing selections.
All-in-all, it appears that whether through redactions or
omissions, care is being taken to keep some matters obscure or outright
concealed. This is particularly true in regard to the matter of Fauci's
funding of gain-of-function modifications of what became the C19 virus
at the Wuhan Institute of Virology by way of the Peter Daszak's
intermediary organization, EcoHealth Alliance.
IT'S IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND that the email releases, and
especially the MSM discussions thereof, are an effort to get out ahead
of the "lockdown"-rationale train-wreck-in-progress which was begun (or
accelerated) by the journalism discussed
here, and by
Nicholas Wade's deep dive published May 5 in The Bulletin of the
Atomic Scientists.
These investigations have cracked open the scandal of C19's
creation. Those directly responsible, and those responsible for fanning
and exploiting the virus panic and/or foregoing any investigation into
its origins (and thus leaving Tony Fauci in place as a leading "pandemic
response" official) are scrambling to cover their asses by spinning the
emails as containing no evidence of anyone's wrongdoing. This is clearly
in the hope that getting this narrative in place will keep the public
from looking into the evidence for themselves.
As a side spin, some voices in the pandemic cabal and some
useful idiots who are seemingly in the opposition are laying out the
sub-narrative that any nefarious engineering of the virus was done by
and for the Chinese government, and that's where blame and anger should
be focused.
I HAVE HAD ONLY A VERY LITTLE bit of time in which to dig
through the emails myself. I will therefore leave detailed presentations
on their contents to others, for the moment.
My purpose in bringing the subject up at this point is to
encourage everyone to slap back the spin-doctoring. Blows need to be
directed at both the, "There nothing to see here... just move along..."
nonsense, and also the subtler effort meant to divert attention from the
culpability of US actors (official and private-sector, such as all those
with a financial stake in a panic-stricken American population) and turn
it toward the Chinese government instead (whether done as a measure of
personal protection over crimes committed or in service to mundane
belligerence and war-mongering).
At the same time, I want to encourage everyone to also
reflect upon the implications of the C19 virus as an engineered (which
is to say, deliberate) construct of US actors, and the subsequent use of
the virus as a hobgoblin for the destabilization of America and
exploitation of the ensuing panic and chaos (as discussed, in part,
here).
I am still prepared to keep an open mind on the question of
whether the development of the virus was specifically for the purpose of
that destabilization and the exploitation thereof. Or was the
exploitation simple opportunism-- an application of the "Never let a
crisis go to waste" concept?
Regardless, which of these may be true is beside the point.
The exploitation-- and the gaming of an American election which was its
object, as well as the ruin visited upon the country by way of the
attendant "lockdown" insanity-- were massive criminal acts in their own
right. Heads should roll (metaphorically speaking), and thus we must
keep focused on this aspect of the unfolding revelations as well as the
other considerations mentioned above.
FINALLY, I want to be sure that one additional lesson being
offered to us all by these recent and ongoing revelations about Fauci
and his ilk is taken in: All pronouncements by government
officials should always and automatically be presumed false unless and
until proven otherwise to the satisfaction of skeptical, grown-up
sensibilities couched in a jealous regard for our liberties.
The American People have too long slept at the wheel in
naive faith that their "public servants" are of good will. This hasn't
been meaningfully true for a very long time, and this past year we have
caught a good glimpse of just how destructive that disengagement and
misplaced faith can be. Let's not forget what we have just been shown.
Share these all, everywhere you can. Be your most
creative self in sending and "selling" these links. Do memes; make
gifs; respond to everything in the news that would be or have been
better had the state been small, or if Americans kept their money
for their own uses.
If you pay attention to the news and train yourself to
apply these perspectives, you will see a dozen things of which you
can make use in awakening other Americans to the virtues of having
the income tax correctly administered. Please, for my sake, for your
own sake, for the sake of your children and their future, make that
use.

Not Letting This "Crisis" Go To Waste...
...an important action item opportunity.
FRIENDS, THE SPORADIC BITS OF EASING of the despotic measures to
which most of the country has been subjected this year should not be
allowed to bleed off the head of steam you probably had been developing.
The offenses happened, and they're far from over. Stay hot.
And while you are all warmed up, and while others, if
they're smart, are just as hot, I'd like you to send an email (and
Facebook post, or whatever) with the following content to everyone you
can (with a request that they pass it along, in turn):
[Name], over the last several months you've
watched as over-fed state power has been used to literally destroy
classical Western civilization and impose a new despotic paradigm. No
dissent or debate permitted-- no permission or agreement sought.
YOU KNOW where this will end up if the arrogant
state power being used to make this happen isn't radically diminished in
size, influence, resources and popular support, and exposed as an
opportunistic exploiter of legal ignorance (an ignorance which it has
been nurturing in the average mind for decades).
Those things having not yet happened, you
should be quaking in your boots-- and you probably are.
Isn't it time-- and past time-- for you to
begin helping to make those desperately-needed defensive changes take
place? There is only one way these things can happen short of a
who-knows-what we'll-end-up-with explosion of violence. I'm going to
show it to you.
When you're done with that reading, you'll know
what to do next.
BTW, REMEMBER, ALSO, THAT EVERY AMERICAN has lately been given a stark lesson in the fact
that government officials at all levels will lie to you and violate the
law without batting an eye. They will do so any time it serves their agenda, and
you don't call them out for it.
If you know anyone who has been persisting in denial on the
truth about the income tax, you know such nonsense is usually be
grounded in some version or another of, "That can't be true..." or "They
would never do something like that...". Now's the time to put a pin in
that delusional bubble.

certainly WOULD do something
like that.

FOR ALL THE YEARS SINCE 2003 when
CtC was first published, the government has engaged in a
concerted effort to frighten people away from its truths. This
effort involves official government websites and press releases
touting an occasional court ruling that appears to be at odds
with some
CtC-revelation (but without details sufficient to expose the
real substance of the ruling)--
and sometimes even more mendacious behavior.
Are the presentations and
resources offered on this site and in my other work of any value to you?
Tim Kendrick has posted
a video
on YouTube regarding donations. I didn't know what to do about
it to begin with; I don't do what I do intending for anyone to
feel obligated in any way.
But of course, no one IS obligated. I will continue
to make my work freely-available here, and in my books for only
the cost of a cheap paperback.
Thus, even though I post it here below, Tim's very
thoughtful personal resolution and encouragement to others is
just an invitation for consideration by those who may not be
conscious of the fact that I can't do what I do without support.
No one is to feel any pressure from it; if it moves anyone to
act let it be solely because it seems right.
All-in-all, just be the sort of person for others
that you would go to yourself for trustworthy leadership.
Leadership is a challenge. But it's not

Are You Having Trouble Spreading The
Word?
SKEPTICISM (SOMETIMES INVOKED BY FEAR) IS TO BE
EXPECTED when you're trying to explain to someone that
everything they've been encouraged their whole lives to
believe about something as entrenched and significant as the
income tax is basically nonsense. So here's a way to help
cut through the resistance:
Ask your listener how he or she would react if
you were to show an announcement from the Commissioner of
Internal Revenue admitting that the tax doesn't apply to the
earnings of most Americans and is misapplied most of the
time because people don't understand how it works? Or how
about if you showed a ruling from the Supreme Court saying
the same?
Now you just have to explain that
you're going to show exactly those things-- but because
the state really doesn't want people to know this, these
things haven't been said quite as forthrightly as we would
all wish. It's going to take a bit more work to take these
admissions in than is sufficient for just reading a press
release. But it'll be worth the effort...
IF YOU'RE NOT SPREADING THIS LINK with every bit of
energy you can, to school libraries, homeschool
families and community groups, your neighbors, your
family members, your pastors and
co-congregationalists, journalists, lawyers, CPAs,
members of congress, tax-agency workers, Wikipedia,
Anonymous, WikiLeaks, the Tax Foundation, everyone
in the "tax honesty" movement, the 9/11 truth
movement, other activist movements and everyone
else,
you have only yourself to blame for your
troubles with the tax, and a whole lot else of which
you might complain. It's on you.

explaining what will be seen at the link-- cryptic
is bad; excited is good-- and then send this WMI
(weapon of mass instruction) far and wide.

Hollywood celebrities recently honored Dr.
Fauci with an award for “courage” during a virtual gala for the AIDS
Foundation. The glitterati heaped praises on the doctor, best summed up
by actor Morgan Freeman who thanked him “for all of his efforts to keep
as many of us alive as possible.”
So much for Hollywood virtue signalers. Now
let’s do some fact-checking to determine exactly what we can thank Dr.
Fauci for:
Funding outlawed gain-of-function research
at the
Wuhan Institute of Virology where fiendish scientists figured
out how to make bat viruses “species-jump” to humans, and without
which the pandemic of 2019-2020 would never have happened. Think
about that. And see the recent article by
Nicholas Wade.
Dictating the draconian lockdown of
America, putting the public under virtual house arrest, destroying
the livelihoods of millions of our citizens, and driving many to
despair and some to suicide, while killing others via denial of
normal medical care to “make room” for the millions of
Covid hospitalizations that never materialized.
Declaring
hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) “ineffective,” thereby condemning
thousands to death who never got this highly successful treatment.
Pimping for Moderna and Pfizer experimental
mRNA “vaccines” that have already resulted in thousands of
deaths–3,848 listed in VAERS as of April 2021—and an additional
44,606 “adverse events," including stroke and paralysis.
WHAT DID FAUCI KNOW AND HOW DID HE KNOW
IT?
Interestingly, as the keynote speaker at
Georgetown University’s forum on January 10, 2017, just days before
Trump’s inauguration, Dr. Fauci chose as his topic:
Pandemic Preparedness in the Next Administration. Here are a couple
of quotes:
“There is no question that there will be a
challenge to the coming administration in the arena of infectious
diseases…but also there will be a surprise outbreak.”
“The thing we’re extraordinarily confident
about is that we are going to see this [outbreak] in the next few
years.”
Um…Tony…just curious: If this pandemic outbreak
would come as a complete surprise to President Trump, how did you happen
to know about in advance? That wouldn’t have anything to do with your
agency’s sneaking around Congress to fund “gain-of-function”
virus research in Communist China’s Wuhan bioweapons lab now, would
it?
THIS IS MY FIRST TIME reading anything by Cherie Zaslawsky and I
have to say I enjoy the vigor of her snark. This woman knows how seriously and
self-servingly we have been damaged by the pandemic-mongers, and she is
energized thereby.
At the same time, Zaslawsky manages to keep her wit about
her. That can't have been easy, under the circumstances. I usually
struggle with that sort of control, and tend toward the frostier pole,
so I admire the balance we see in this article.
HAPPY STYLE-POINTS ASIDE, Zaslawsky's substantive points
are all well-taken. They deliver plenty of serious-minded chill to
anyone who is paying attention and thinking it through, and especially
anyone who follows the generously-provided links and see that the point
in question isn't just an assertion.
The fact is, Anthony Fauci and his fellow-travelers are
monsters who have betrayed America's trust and badly need to be called
out for it. All of what has gone on over the past year must be deeply
cut into our collective memory so that we can now step up in its raggedy
aftermath and not only turn to setting things right materially but also
to seeing all that made the insanity possible ripped out by the roots
and thrown into the fire.
SO, WE NEED ACCOUNTABILITY for the crimes committed this
past year and more in the name of the "pandemic". At the same time, we
need to re-order things to ensure that the sociopaths who inevitably end
up in official positions are denied the means to perpetrate such
offenses even if our attention has returned from closely supervising
such officials to our own pursuits of happiness, as it always will.
Toward that larger issue, I urge everyone to recognize
the CtC solution, and
help others do so, as well.

Lincoln, in announcing his willingness to burn the Southern states to the ground in order to
keep them paying the tariff for the benefit of Northern interests in
his first inaugural address on March 4, 1861, paid at least lip
service to the Founders design of leaving control over the fuel
available to feed the fires Washington wants to light in the hands
of the individual citizenry when he said, "Doing this I deem to
be only a simple duty on my part; and I shall perform it, unless my

Do you

someone who finds it easier to believe that the far-better-educated,
far-more-suspicious-of-government Americans of a hundred years ago were
complete morons who granted authority to the state to take whatever it

June 8- In 1789, James Madison
introduces a proposed Bill of Rights to the House of Representatives. In 1861,
Tennessee secedes from the union. In 1949, George Orwell's '1984' is
published. In 1967, the USS Liberty, a plainly-marked Navy intelligence ship
flying a U.S. flag deep in international waters, was strafed and torpedoed by
Israeli warplanes and ships for more than an hour, killing 34 crewmembers and
wounding 171. Israel claims the attack was a case of mistaken identity, and
Admiral John McCain Jr. (father of current U.S. Senator McCain) convened a
10-day investigation of the incident within a week of its occurrence, which
endorsed this explanation and declared the matter closed. However, internal
White House documents indicate that the Johnson administration knew better.
Johnson himself ordered that no rescue ships were to be dispatched from the
carrier group closest to the stricken ship during the attack. The survivors
have been demanding a new investigation for years without success.

martial law in Massachusetts, and calls on all rebels to give up their
firearms. Amnesty is promised to all who will do so, with the exception of

apprehended. The Americans (all still technically British subjects) tell
the government to go pound sand. In 1776, the Virginia Convention of

Katharina von Bora. In 1774, Rhode Island became the first British colony to
ban the importation of slaves, and then went on to become the first of the
colonies to declare independence and the last of the several states to ratify
the reform of the Articles of Confederation by means of the current United
States Constitution. In 1777, France's Marquis de Lafayette lands in South

Hendrickson is also a widely-read essayist on
matters of politics, public policy and law; many of these works
are collected in his second book, ‘Upholding
the Law And Other Observations’. He is a member of Mensa;

award-winning artist; and has paid his dues as a youth
soccer coach. He is a long-time political activist as well, and
has served as co-chair and platform convention delegate of
Michigan’s largest county Libertarian Party organization; as a
consultant to the National Right to Work Foundation and Citizens
for a Sound Economy; as a member of the Heartland Institute; and
as a member of the International Society for Individual
Liberty. He is a frequent radio-show guest on stations across
the country.
Hendrickson's business career has included nearly a
decade-and-a-half at the leading edge of the renewable-energy
industry, both as Director of Purchasing and Materials
Management and member of the R&D board at Starpak Energy
Systems, the mid-west's then-largest solar heating and
energy-recovery-and re-utilization company; and as founder and
president of AFJ Inc., a high-efficiency lighting design,
manufacture and installation firm.
Beginning in the mid-1990s and continuing for the
twelve years before his present full-time focus on the
restoration of the rule of law in America, Hendrickson directed
purchasing activities for the $84 million-a-year
multi-family-housing division of the Farmington Hills, Michigan
branch of Edward Rose and Sons, with responsibility for 18,000+
apartments, direct supervision of 35 technicians and agents, and
incidental authority over several hundred divisional workers.
He also ran the division's 10 cable television earth-station and
distribution systems in four states, and designed and
administered the company's website.
On rather the other end of the spectrum, amidst
these more mundane pursuits Hendrickson co-founded and was the
primary creative force behind a small
board- and
card-game company that enjoyed a modest success for several
years.
Hendrickson makes his home in southeast Michigan,
with his wife and two children. He is currently working on his
next book.
