New Evidence Emerges Of Election Fraud In
Georgia
...and underscores the critical importance of vigorous,
further investigation there and in the other locations where bizarre,
late-night reversals in favor of Joe Biden and other Democrat candidates
took place, like Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania.
LAST WEDNESDAY EVENING, Tucker Carlson reported on recently
discovered, indisputable evidence of large-scale vote fraud in
Fulton County, Georgia. That ~7 minute report can be seen
here.
IN MICHIGAN, the
Court of Claims has ruled that Democrat Secretary of State Jocelyn
Benson's October, 2020 instruction to city clerks throughout the state
to "presume" the validity of signatures on absentee ballot return
envelopes (rather than verify those signatures against the qualified
voter files,
as required by law) was illegal. Hence, every vote tallied from most
absentee ballots in Michigan last November was illegally counted, and
the state's actual, valid election results are dramatically different
from those certified in December and January.
(I strongly urge any qualified Michigan witness who has not
yet done so to send me the affidavits in connection with the foregoing
for which I have asked you through Shane, Rosanne, Marian, Tim and
Patrick. Time's a wastin'.)
ALTHOUGH DEFINITIVE INFORMATION is so far unavailable, it
appears that the forensic audit in Maricopa County, Arizona has uncovered
a very large difference in the actual election outcome from what had
been previously declared and certified. Even a relative handful of
corrections would easily reverse the mere 11,000-vote margin purportedly putting the state in the
Biden/Harris column.
The Democrat-run county continues to obstruct the audit in
every way possible (in a pretty clear indication of guilt), and has so
far prevented a final report of the results. But in addition to the
obstruction, the indisputable fraud caught on video in Fulton County,
Georgia, which was committed by those sharing the interests of the folks
running the election in Maricopa County (and Detroit, Michigan, and
Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) supports the
reasonable expectation that in the end, the audit results will not favor
those interests.
SPEAKING OF PENNSYLVANIA, a forensic audit
is about to begin there, as well. Pennsylvania is notable for having
counted a huge number of absentee ballots purportedly received well after election
day, along with many other "irregularities" (read: indicators of
systemic fraud).
The Democrat rationale for the supposedly late-arriving
ballots is simply that a bunch of post offices throughout the state
screwed up (unlike in pretty-nearly every other place in the country)--
and that, in Ben Franklin's home state, no less! Far more likely, all
things considered, is that Pennsylvania Democrats realized at the end of
the counting on Election Day that Biden was losing, and more "votes" in
his favor had to appear. Or so concludes the well-educated cynic in me.
ALL-IN-ALL, IT IS INCREASINGLY CLEAR that there are more
Americans who didn't want Joe Biden and Kamala Harris in the White House
and Democrats in control of Congress than did, in November. And I think
I can safely say that the number of Americans who don't want
Biden/Harris in the White House and Democrats in control of Congress has
been growing every day since January 20, as the the lunatic policies of
these corruptocrats are rolled out.

The Assault On Liberty And The Rule Of Law Under
The Pretext Of COVID-19 Accelerates
Those just watching had best wake up and get onto the
field, because it's all on the line now.
NOTHING COULD BE MORE CHILLING and more frankly corrupt
than the skin-crawlingly-casual announcement by the Biden administration
that it is specifying speech and speakers for censorship by social media
platforms:
Make no mistake. Identifying speech as "misinformation" is
a directive to the social media administrators to suppress the
disfavored posts and/or deplatform the speakers.
Make no mistake. The pretense of a "public health"
dimension to the targeting will be used to suggest an especially-urgent
and compelling imperative to the practice, and to invite scorn and even
demonization for the disfavored speech and speakers (whose
"disinformation" is not only at odds with "the science"-- goes the
insinuation-- but promotes danger to us all). But that "logic", once
accepted in the context of the "pandemic", will inexorably be
extended, in time, to any other
hobgoblin trotted out by those in command of the mainstream media
(among which must now be included much of what is called "social
media").
The state and media moguls are NOT valid (or even
trustworthy) authorities on what is and what is not "misinformation". In
fact, the state is prohibited from acting as though it is, or can be,
such an authority, and from co-opting private actors into doing so on
its behalf:
"[W]e cannot improve upon what Justice Jackson wrote for
the Court 70 years ago: "If there is any fixed star in our
constitutional constellation, it is that no official, high or petty,
can prescribe what shall be orthodox in politics, nationalism, religion,
or other matters of opinion or force citizens to confess by word or act
their faith therein." Barnette, 319 U. S., at 642."

This prohibition extends to opinions about what is or is
not "the science" as much as to any other subject, and the pretense that
if we all don't get on the same page everyone is going to die!
changes nothing.
Indeed, the state is a notorious purveyor of
disinformation-- think "Russiagate", Iraqi WMDs, Gulf of Tonkin; Pearl
Harbor and
the Lusitania, just to name a few prominent examples.
I urge everyone to SCREAM adamant opposition to this
"disinformation" policy. It is meant to be a fatal blow to liberty.

REGARDING "OFFICIAL" POSITIONS about vaccination and the
what is and what is not "disinformation", let me offer a few items that
might be helpful in sorting things out:
82 out of every 100 women who become pregnant within 30
days after getting the "vaccine"-- or are within their first 20
weeks of pregnancy when being "vaccinated"-- will lose their baby to
miscarriage.
(This assertion-- based on a careful analysis of a New
England Journal of Medicine report-- has seen a blizzard of adverse
"fact-checks" posted on the net. All of the "fact-checks" seem to skip
past the substance of the analysis.
That substance is that while the overall cohort of 827
pregnancies examined for the report had a miscarriage rate of ~13%-- a
figure heavily emphasized by the "debunkers"-- the majority of those
miscarriages occurred in the 127 women who were vaccinated in the 30
days prior to becoming pregnant or within the first 20 weeks of
pregnancy. THAT group had an 82% miscarriage rate.

Not a single person below the average age of mortality
(75 or so) and not obese or afflicted with existing serious
respiratory or cardio illness is in any substantial danger whatever
from COVID-19 or any variant. The vast, vast majority of such folks
will never become seriously ill from the virus, and those who do can
be readily cured with Hydroxychloroquine/Azithromycin/zinc or
Ivermectin. All of these folks, whether sickened or not, will end up
with durable and comprehensive immunity, unlike those who get the
"vaccine". See this

No one has any valid rationale for insisting that
anyone else get vaccinated.
If you are fearful of the disease, YOU get vaccinated. I
don't need to be vaccinated in order for you to be as safe as you can be
made from anyone getting the jab; further, as shown in the Israeli
report above, my getting the "vaccines" wouldn't keep me from getting
infected and being able to spread the disease to you, anyway. See your
own damn common sense for additional bases for this point.
Finally, regarding the "variants" ("Delta" or otherwise)
and the effort to make them the perpetuation of the "pandemic" panic:
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.
DESPITE ALL THE FOREGOING FACTS (or perhaps in a nod to
their accuracy) those with an interest in seeing other people injected
(an interest somehow never explained) are escalating pressure tactics

I READ
AN OPINION PIECE the other day on the renaming of a school in Falls Church,
Virginia from Thomas Jefferson Elementary to 'Oak Street Elementary'.
The change is
a now-typical effort to appease vicious narcissists who imagine
themselves the sole legitimate arbiters of what is worthy of public
acknowledgement, much less admiration.
In the course of my reading, I was afflicted with several
references to Thomas Jefferson as a "rapist". The slur is based on the
proposition that Jefferson fathered children with Sally Hemings, one of
his slaves (with the subtext being that "consent" is impossible of the
subordinate in a power relationship, therefore any relations between the
two was automatically rape of Hemings).
There are several problems with this reflexive calumny.
THE FIRST PROBLEM with the Thomas Jefferson-Sally Hemmings
assertion is that the evidence regarding the fatherhood of Sally
Hemming's Jefferson-related children has always pointed strongly toward
Randolph Jefferson, Thomas's brother. Randolph was a regular and welcome
guest in Thomas Jefferson's slave quarters, which by all accounts were
warm and lively spots for evenings of music, fun, and good company.
All of Hemings' children were born during the period
between Randolph becoming a widower and his eventual remarriage in 1809,
and only after Hemings had returned from France, where she had traveled
with Thomas Jefferson as caretaker of his young daughters. Three of
Hemings' children were given names from within Randolph's family--
Harriet, Beverly and Eston. And, of course, the much-ballyhooed DNA link
purporting to show a connection between the Hemmings children and a
Jefferson does not establish which Jefferson may have been the
father.
THE SECOND PROBLEM is the fact that Thomas Jefferson was
devoted to his wife, and grief-stricken to the point of near-paralyzing
depression upon her untimely death in 1782. He was also a gentleman.
At the same time, the prospect that Jefferson would have
lacked for enthusiastic female companionship from whatever quarter he
may have sought it (or been found within, to be the one sought, rather
than the other way around), is absurd. Jefferson was a man of staggering
accomplishment and the highest possible manner, as well as very
affluent, and famous throughout the Western world.
Jefferson would have had his pick of any woman or women he
wished and been pursued by a multitude whether he willed it or not. He
had no need to have his way by coercion, whether situational or
otherwise.
Sally Hemmings was apparently very well-regarded by
Jefferson, and very likely felt much affection for Jefferson, as well.
The odds are very high, it would seem, that if, indeed, any children of
Sally Hemmings were in fact by Thomas Jefferson, and not Randolph, it is
only because an affectionately-disposed Sally Hemmings took him to her
bed, rather than the other way around.
Worthy of note is the fact that while in France with
Jefferson, Sally Hemmings was a free young woman. She negotiated an
agreement with Jefferson to return to America as his slave in exchange
for a promise of personal privileges and the emancipation of any
children she might have (by whatever father)-- a promise faithfully kept
by Jefferson. Clearly, Hemmings recognized Jefferson as an honorable man,
not a rapist, and clearly her time as his slave prior to France was
anything but intolerable or cruel.
ALL TOLD, the appellation of "rapist" in regard to Thomas
Jefferson is a despicable effort to dethrone a giant among historical
figures of America and indeed, the world. The object is to tarnish and
erode the structure of liberty and rule of law serving sovereign
individuals loosely organized in a constitutionally-limited republic
that comprises the great American Experiment to which we was so
significant a contributor.
Those responsible for deploying the slur are the lowest of
the low. Those guilty of buying into the slur, and acting to erase
Jefferson from America's memory with the renaming of buildings and such,
are ignorant fools who shouldn't be in charge of naming their own pets,
much less public property.
Share these all, everywhere you can. Be your most
creative self in sending and "selling" these links. Do memes; make
gifs; respond to everything in the news that would be or have been
better had the state been small, or if Americans kept their money
for their own uses.
If you pay attention to the news and train yourself to
apply these perspectives, you will see a dozen things of which you
can make use in awakening other Americans to the virtues of having
the income tax correctly administered. Please, for my sake, for your
own sake, for the sake of your children and their future, make that
use.

Not Letting This "Crisis" Go To Waste...
...an important action item opportunity.
FRIENDS, THE SPORADIC BITS OF EASING of the despotic measures to
which most of the country has been subjected this year should not be
allowed to bleed off the head of steam you probably had been developing.
The offenses happened, and they're far from over. Stay hot.
And while you are all warmed up, and while others, if
they're smart, are just as hot, I'd like you to send an email (and
Facebook post, or whatever) with the following content to everyone you
can (with a request that they pass it along, in turn):
[Name], over the last several months you've
watched as over-fed state power has been used to literally destroy
classical Western civilization and impose a new despotic paradigm. No
dissent or debate permitted-- no permission or agreement sought.
YOU KNOW where this will end up if the arrogant
state power being used to make this happen isn't radically diminished in
size, influence, resources and popular support, and exposed as an
opportunistic exploiter of legal ignorance (an ignorance which it has
been nurturing in the average mind for decades).
Those things having not yet happened, you
should be quaking in your boots-- and you probably are.
Isn't it time-- and past time-- for you to
begin helping to make those desperately-needed defensive changes take
place? There is only one way these things can happen short of a
who-knows-what we'll-end-up-with explosion of violence. I'm going to
show it to you.
When you're done with that reading, you'll know
what to do next.
BTW, REMEMBER, ALSO, THAT EVERY AMERICAN has lately been given a stark lesson in the fact
that government officials at all levels will lie to you and violate the
law without batting an eye. They will do so any time it serves their agenda, and
you don't call them out for it.

grounded in some version or another of, "That can't be true..." or "They
would never do something like that...". Now's the time to put a pin in

FOR ALL THE YEARS SINCE 2003 when
CtC was first published, the government has engaged in a
concerted effort to frighten people away from its truths. This
effort involves official government websites and press releases
touting an occasional court ruling that appears to be at odds
with some
CtC-revelation (but without details sufficient to expose the
real substance of the ruling)--
and sometimes even more mendacious behavior.

it to begin with; I don't do what I do intending for anyone to

Are You Having Trouble Spreading The
Word?
SKEPTICISM (SOMETIMES INVOKED BY FEAR) IS TO BE
EXPECTED when you're trying to explain to someone that
everything they've been encouraged their whole lives to
believe about something as entrenched and significant as the
income tax is basically nonsense. So here's a way to help
cut through the resistance:
Ask your listener how he or she would react if
you were to show an announcement from the Commissioner of
Internal Revenue admitting that the tax doesn't apply to the
earnings of most Americans and is misapplied most of the
time because people don't understand how it works? Or how
about if you showed a ruling from the Supreme Court saying
the same?
Now you just have to explain that
you're going to show exactly those things-- but because
the state really doesn't want people to know this, these
things haven't been said quite as forthrightly as we would
all wish. It's going to take a bit more work to take these
admissions in than is sufficient for just reading a press
release. But it'll be worth the effort...

co-congregationalists, journalists, lawyers, CPAs,

Covid 19 was and is a pseudopandemic. It was
the gross exaggeration of the threat posed by a low mortality respiratory
illness, comparable to influenza.
The pseudopandemic was a psychological
operation (psy-op) designed to terrorise the public. The objective was
to accustom the people to draconian system of government oppression by
familiarising them with the mechanisms of a biosecurity state.
The pseudopandemic was based upon an
influenza like illness which, regardless of its origin, was not and is
not a disease which can legitimately be considered the cause of a “pandemic.” The
only way it could ever be described as such was by the removal of any
reference to mortality from the World Health Organisation’s definition.
COVID 19 is a disease which has a mortality age
distribution profile indistinguishable from standard mortality. Unlike
influenza, which disproportionately impacts the young, in terms of
threat to life, COVID 19 was and is a wholly unremarkable illness.
Were it not for political theatrics and
mainstream media propaganda, which began in China, no one, outside of
the medical profession and COVID 19 sufferers, would have remarked on
this disease.
The illusion of overwhelmed health services was
created by massively reducing their capacity and staffing levels while
simultaneously reorienting healthcare to treat everyone who presented
with a respiratory illness as viral plague carriers.
In reality the pseudopandemic saw
unusually low levels of hospital bed occupancy. However, due to the
additional policies and procedures heaped upon them, healthcare services
were thrown into into disarray.
This was combined with the use of tests,
incapable of diagnosing anything, as proof of a COVID 19 “case.”
This enabled governments around the world to make absurd claims about
the threat level. They relied upon fake science and junk data
throughout. As symptomatic illness and resultant disease mortality was
relatively low, they asserted that people without any signs of illness
(the asymptomatic)
were spreading the contagion.
This was abject nonsense. There was no evidence
that the asymptomatic infected anyone. Those at risk of severe
illness were the small minority of people who already had serious
comorbidities, often due to their age.
The mass house arrests (lockdowns) and other
measures, such as wearing face masks, were then used to increase the
infection risk, to reduce broad levels of population immunity and give
the false impression of an extraordinary public health threat.
The removal of health care for every other disease, including cancer and ischaemic heart disease, coupled with the health costs of increasing
deprivation and immunosuppressant policies, were then exploited to
bolster the illusion of a pandemic.
This does not mean that COVID 19 didn’t kill
people but those who died of the disease were a small percentage of the
total numbers claimed. COVID 19 had no discernible impact upon all-cause
mortality. The increase above one of the lowest ever 5 year mortality
averages was mainly caused by the withdrawal of health services, as
increasing numbers of people died in their own homes or in overburdened
care settings, without receiving normal medical attention.
Despite these efforts, mortality in 2020 was
still only the 9th highest in the first two decades of the 21st century
and one of the lowest age-standardised mortality rates in the last 50
years.
IAN DAVIS hits the nail on the head in his observations about the
C19
hobgoblin. Validation of all he says about real threat levels and
such can be found in the data here
and here.
The one thing that Davis leaves unremarked (likely due to
him being a Brit and thus not directly affected) is the manner in which
the C19 pseudopandemic was a deliberately nurtured and
exploited mechanism of political destabilization in America for the
purpose of accomplishing a stolen election in November, 2020.
See this for some
observations on this point. At first glance, I may seem a bit overheated
in my analysis, but read it all through and let it percolate.
I think that this issue of the pseudopandemic
exploitation in American politics is a very important part of the
picture. The success of all of the other grim and ugly agenda items of
which Davis does speak hinges on the subversion of the USA into
co-operation with them all, as promised by Joe Biden's "Build Back
Better" program.
It is for this reason that focus on events surrounding last
year's general election, and correction of improprieties and errors
therein (as discussed above), is so
vital.
AT THE SAME TIME, Americans need to recognize that the
greatest threat to their well-being, now more than ever before, is from
those in control of the state, due to the power this control puts into
their hands. The answer is to reduce that power dramatically, by
shrinking the state dramatically
Happily, the Founders prepared against this precise need, knowing that all governments inevitably lurch toward the
accretion of power unto themselves and the corruption which accompanies
all accretions of state power. They put into place a solution ready to
the hand of individual Americans, entirely bypassing all supervision or
approval of the state.
The only requirements to implement that solution are eyes
with which to see the problem, reasoning with which to recognize the
truth and rightness of the solution, and courage, confidence and clarity
of mind enough to pull the trigger in the face of the natural and
predictable effort of the targeted rogue state to discourage doing so.

EVEN AS ARDENT A STATIST as Abraham
Lincoln, in announcing his willingness to burn the Southern states to the ground in order to
keep them paying the tariff for the benefit of Northern interests in
his first inaugural address on March 4, 1861, paid at least lip
service to the Founders design of leaving control over the fuel
available to feed the fires Washington wants to light in the hands
of the individual citizenry when he said, "Doing this I deem to
be only a simple duty on my part; and I shall perform it, unless my
rightful masters, the American people, shall withhold the requisite
means..."

Do you

someone who finds it easier to believe that the far-better-educated,
far-more-suspicious-of-government Americans of a hundred years ago were
complete morons who granted authority to the state to take whatever it
wished from themselves and their posterity than to imagine that they
themselves simply misunderstand the true nature of the income tax? Even
while knowing that their beliefs about the tax are derived entirely from
the representations of those who profit from those beliefs (like tax
bureaucrats and "tax professionals")?

July 20- In 1903, Ford Motor Co. ships
its first car. In 1945, Congress ratifies the Bretton Woods agreement, making
the U.S. dollar (still redeemable on demand in gold for foreign holders at $35
to the ounce) the reserve currency of the modern world. In 2003, two bombs
explode outside a tax office in Nice, France. In 2012, a gunman opens fire in a
theater in Aurora, Colorado during a showing of 'The Dark Knight Rises', killing
12 and injuring 58. The theater chosen was
the only one in the area with a posted policy prohibiting weapons, thereby
ensuring that unlike people in other theaters in the area, several of which were
closer to the gunman's home, and were showing the same film, the victims of the
attack would be unable to defend themselves. (The gunman entered through an
emergency exit, thus evading the detection of his weapons.) In 2015, The United
States abandoned its 50-year-long campaign to oust the government of Fidel
Castro from Cuba by embargo, a policy which trampled on the rights of Americans
and impoverished generations of Cubans, all for nothing (actually, not quite for
nothing-- the policy prevented the kind of engagement between Cubans and
Americans that would have prompted organic change within Cuba and almost
certainly helped perpetuate the Castro regime for many more years then it would
have otherwise lasted).

seven-days-a-week schedule in New York City. In 1954, Vietnam is partitioned
into North and South by the Geneva Accords. In 1969, Neil Armstrong takes "one
small step". In 2005, four terrorist bombings were allegedly attempted in the
London subway system two weeks after those discussed

discourage people from rebutting allegations that
they had done things I can tax, and wanted to keep them from
successfully reclaiming withheld or paid-in money, I
would salt the "tax honesty" community with
passionate-seeming "legal researchers" who would

1040 is a bad idea for one reason or another...

July 22- In 1937, the Senate votes down FDR's scheme to add
more justices to the U.S. Supreme Court in order to start getting favorable
rulings on New Deal legislation after having his socialist programs ruled
unconstitutional over and over. (Roosevelt soon replaced enough retiring
justices with his own men to start getting more congenial readings of the
"living Constitution" anyway...) In 2011, a terrorist bombing of government
offices and shooting attack on schoolchildren is committed in Norway by a man
apparently filled with a mindless hatred of Muslims.
If you're not talking this one up everywhere and

Hendrickson is also a widely-read essayist on
matters of politics, public policy and law; many of these works
are collected in his second book, ‘Upholding
the Law And Other Observations’. He is a member of Mensa;
an
award-winning artist; and has paid his dues as a youth
soccer coach. He is a long-time political activist as well, and
has served as co-chair and platform convention delegate of
Michigan’s largest county Libertarian Party organization; as a
consultant to the National Right to Work Foundation and Citizens
for a Sound Economy; as a member of the Heartland Institute; and
as a member of the International Society for Individual
Liberty. He is a frequent radio-show guest on stations across
the country.
Hendrickson's business career has included nearly a
decade-and-a-half at the leading edge of the renewable-energy
industry, both as Director of Purchasing and Materials
Management and member of the R&D board at Starpak Energy
Systems, the mid-west's then-largest solar heating and
energy-recovery-and re-utilization company; and as founder and
president of AFJ Inc., a high-efficiency lighting design,
manufacture and installation firm.
Beginning in the mid-1990s and continuing for the
twelve years before his present full-time focus on the
restoration of the rule of law in America, Hendrickson directed
purchasing activities for the $84 million-a-year
multi-family-housing division of the Farmington Hills, Michigan
branch of Edward Rose and Sons, with responsibility for 18,000+
apartments, direct supervision of 35 technicians and agents, and
incidental authority over several hundred divisional workers.
He also ran the division's 10 cable television earth-station and
distribution systems in four states, and designed and
administered the company's website.
On rather the other end of the spectrum, amidst
these more mundane pursuits Hendrickson co-founded and was the
primary creative force behind a small
board- and
card-game company that enjoyed a modest success for several
years.
Hendrickson makes his home in southeast Michigan,
with his wife and two children. He is currently working on his
next book.
