The COVID-19 - Election Fraud Connection
A lot of folks are letting themselves be spun into
perpetual ineffectiveness against the coup by failing to recognize the
"pandemic" as a contrivance in service to that crime against democracy.
SO, IT HAS RECENTLY BEEN REVEALED that the "kidnap plot"
targeting Michigan governor Gretchen Whitmer, of which much was made
last October smearing Donald Trump as the supposedly responsible party,
was actually a false flag affair concocted by the FBI and clearly for
the benefit of the Biden campaign. (See more about that in the 'Other
Voices' feature of this newsletter.) As such, that Deep State
pretense, and all the exploitation of the fiction by the MSM, amounts to
a kind of election fraud.
Likewise, the suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story
by "big tech" prior to the election (and the cooperation of the MSM in
that suppression) with false assertions that the story was "Russian
disinformation"-- after nearly a year of the FBI keeping the story under
wraps before the New York Post got ahold of the information in October
and attempted to get it out to what would clearly be a very interested
electorate (see the reporting
here)-- was a form of election fraud.
The intimidation of election certification officials with
threats of violence, such as happened in Michigan (see
here and
here for some examples)-- which were given menacing substance by the
calculated refusal of city governments to enforce the law against
violent Democrat-supporting rioters during the summer-- was a form of
election fraud.
In short, "election fraud" is not confined in its meaning
to the falsifying of votes. In its broader sense, "election fraud"
includes any deliberate interference with free, informed and independent
decision-making by the electorate, such as through fraudulent ascription
of responsibility for a domestic terrorist plot to one candidate,
keeping real information that is likely to diminish support for another
candidate hidden, and securing election certification through threats.
But these are not the only examples of this sort of
election fraud in the 2020 vote.

IN EARLY 2020, a long-game set-up of Donald Trump began
with the mainstream media waxing ever-more hyperbolic about the
purported threat of COVID-19 (C19). Trump, predictably, reacted
without great urgency.
Frankly, though I generally have little good to say about
Donald Trump, his restrained response to what was ridiculously trumpeted
as "the Black Death come again" was admirable. I have no idea how
well-equipped the Trump team may have been with insight into the long
record of grossly over-blown pandemic mortality projections by the likes
of
Neil Ferguson, the Imperial College prognosticator of millions of
deaths on whom the MSM depended for its frothy warnings, but hindsight
reveals that the White House take on the situation was far more
appropriate than the hysterical lockdown responses adopted and
encouraged by Democrats and their media allies.
Nonetheless, as the panic-mongering gained traction with
the public, Trump, and many Republican governors and legislators taking
similarly measured (or, at least, calmer) positions in response were
successfully portrayed by the media as irresponsibly disengaged.
Democrats-- and in particular, the Joe Biden campaign-- were portrayed
by the same plainly co-opted (or co-conspiring) media as
the side taking the allegedly existential threat of C19 seriously, and
championing policies which would save everyone's lives (in contrast to
the Trump Republicans, whose policies would kill us all).
A major element of these characterizations was the
persistent beating of the hysteria drums over C19 in the media and from
certain officials, fortified and buttressed by big-tech suppression of
any well-informed and well-credentialed voices which might nurture
calmer and wiser perspectives on the nature and severity of the threat.

hard to keep you from hearing other views on the proper course, you can
be sure you're getting a bum steer..."
All of those calmer and wiser voices have since proven to
have been correct, and have quietly been acknowledged as such even by
organs of the hysteria like the CDC and WHO (see
here and
here, for
example).
TAKEN AS A WHOLE, it becomes apparent that C19 was
fraudulently made
into a major hobgoblin to accomplish a dramatic distortion of the vote
in 2020 by falsely coloring Donald Trump and Republicans generally as
those to whom another term in office could not be safely entrusted.
Anyone who followed the course of the campaigns throughout 2020 observed
this dynamic play out.
Joe Biden hid in his basement and invariably "masked up"
whenever on camera or at one of his largely empty campaign events. Trump
enjoyed huge crowds while consistently and prominently eschewing
expressions of fear-- both monolithically denounced by the MSM which,
with its partners in big tech, kept expert opinions supportive of
Trump's behavior out of public view.
Even with the C19 fraud and the other broad-form fraud
mentioned above, it still appears that a great deal of outright false
voting proved necessary to overcome Trump's greater popularity (or more
accurately, perhaps, the greater disdain of the Biden ticket).
But even while those more mundane crimes need to be brought
to the light of day, and
all the forensic auditing that is going on right now-- or is soon to
begin-- in select counties around the country is extremely important, we
must not forget the C19 fraud itself. The fact is, that one is still in
play.
Every ongoing anxiety about the virus being harbored in any
American breast is a stumbling block in front of someone who otherwise
might be waking up to the national ruination that is the Biden agenda.
Everyone persisting in fear is unable to perceive reality with objective
eyes.
MY MESSAGE, then, is that all who deem the preservation of
liberty and the rule of law to be important should be doing all that can
be done to dismiss the C19 hobgoblin from the minds of their fellow
citizens. For some of you, this means dismissing the fear from your own
minds, I know. But it needs to be done.
Btw, none of this is about Donald Trump. And just as it is
important that fear of C19 be banished from American consciousness, so,
too, must be the making of opposition to Biden about devotion to Donald
Trump.
Just as allowing fear of C19 to persist helps shield the
Biden wrecking ball from proper consideration by the eyes of many
Americans, so, too, does the notion that criticism of Biden comes from
adulation for Donald Trump. Trump deserves no adulation-- he is no
saint, and is merely somewhat less of a sinner than Hillary Clinton and
Joe Biden (or less broadly dangerous a sinner, anyway).
Keep this about election integrity, period, just as it
properly is. Frankly, if the majority of a properly-informed electorate
had actually wanted Joe Biden as president, I would just hold my nose
and quiet my voice.

because no majority of a properly-informed electorate chose Biden that I
raise my voice now. The same should be true for you, and you really
should be raising that voice, in a very big way.

LES & PATRICIA V. have stood up like real adults and proper
spiritual heirs of the Founders. Les & Patricia have reclaimed
everything withheld from them during 2020 against the possibility that
they had engaged in taxable activities and given over to the feds--
Social security taxes, Medicare taxes, and all. A quietly-law-abiding
IRS issued that refund with only minimal delay, adding in an appropriate
and statutorily-specified amount of interest:

theorists to the point of criminal charges and imprisonment, but who

and for years now has watched while the refunds he claims of federal
withholdings have been zeroing-out the restitution ordered by the
sentencing court in his case (as
discussed and documented here), has secured a complete refund from
New York of everything withheld from him and given over to the state
during 2020:

THE CDC AND A SELECTION OF its fellow travelers have now--
to some extent explicitly and to some extent implicitly-- admitted that
the "vaccines" are not fit for purpose, yielding no reliable immunity
from being sickened by C19 and hence becoming a carrier/spreader of the
virus.
Btw, to the extent that this failure of function is
attributed to the arising of "variants", keep this in mind: IF the
vaccine is/was "97% effective" against the original virus (as we had
been assured), it can only NOT be just as effective against any variant
if that variant lacks the "spike protein" at which the "vaccines" are
singularly targeted. (And any variant lacking the spike protein is
essentially harmless.) As I said last week in regard to "variants"
("Delta" or otherwise): Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame
on me.

IN "TESTIMONY" BEFORE THE House committee purportedly
investigating the events of January 6 at the Capitol building, black
Capitol Police officer Harry Dunn claimed (assumedly under oath) that
part of the crowd on hand that day to encourage a fair hearing of
election fraud evidence prior to voting on certification of the November
2020 election results chanted angrily at him, with repeated use of the
"n" word, after learning that he had voted for Joe Biden. I'm not
prepared to directly accuse Mr. Dunne of perjury, but I am very
skeptical of this claim.
It is easy to see why a claim like Dunn's would serve the
interests of the Democrats who brought him in to address the committee,
who would thus have a reason to encourage false testimony.
No evidence of any Trump supporters ever doing the same to
any other of the millions of black voters who backed Biden has ever
appeared or even been alleged.
The people Dunn smeared with his assertion were/are ardent
supporters of black candidates and officeholders such as John James, Tim
Scott and Ben Carson, and are avid fans of black pundits Candace Owens,
Larry Elder, Thomas Sowell and the late Walter Williams.
Many of the Trump supporters on hand at the Capitol on
January 6 are themselves black.
Dunn's story is simply not credible, without serious
evidence in support, and this conclusion is emphasized by the fact that
were Dunn's claims true, there would be video able to prove it. Every
square foot of the Capitol and its environs is surveilled 24 hours a day
by cameras, with an aggregated 14,000 hours of video just from January 6
alone currently sitting in official hands. A great deal more video was
recorded privately that day.
If what Dunn claims is true, there would be video, and we
would already have seen it. Video of Trump supporters chanting the "n"
word at a black cop would be so beneficial to the absurd Democrat
narrative alleging that Biden opponents are "white supremacists" that we
would all be long since sick of endless replays on CNN, MSNBC, NBC and
so forth.
That we have NOT seen such video is strong evidence that
Dunn is lying, and was deliberately brought in the committee hearing
in order to air the lies. Again, this is not an accusation, and I
certainly could be wrong... You decide.

I'VE HAD THIS NOTION SINCE last Friday when the Olympics
began: Next time, American athletes should participate as
representatives of the home states, rather than of the USA. This would
be just as legitimate as athletes of the European Union competing in the
names of their home countries, and would remind Americans that the USA
is actually a federation of independent countries, not a single big
country divided into 50 provinces, as often appears to be imagined in
Washington.
Btw, I'll also take this opportunity to air a long-running
complaint about Olympic coverage on television-- the omission from that
coverage of pretty much all events in which no American is expected to
do well. I want to see the athletics, not participate in a jingoistic
flag-waving rally. I want to see judo, and table tennis, and shooting
sports, and trampoline. I DON'T want to see five hours in prime-time of
beach volleyball.
Maybe I'm the only one who feels this way. But I doubt
it... Perhaps if we all write to NBC and complain, something will be
done. But, I'm sorry to say, I doubt that, too.
Share these all, everywhere you can. Be your most
creative self in sending and "selling" these links. Do memes; make
gifs; respond to everything in the news that would be or have been
better had the state been small, or if Americans kept their money
for their own uses.
If you pay attention to the news and train yourself to
apply these perspectives, you will see a dozen things of which you
can make use in awakening other Americans to the virtues of having
the income tax correctly administered. Please, for my sake, for your
own sake, for the sake of your children and their future, make that
use.

Not Letting This "Crisis" Go To Waste...
...an important action item opportunity.
FRIENDS, THE SPORADIC BITS OF EASING of the despotic measures to
which most of the country has been subjected this year should not be
allowed to bleed off the head of steam you probably had been developing.
The offenses happened, and they're far from over. Stay hot.
And while you are all warmed up, and while others, if
they're smart, are just as hot, I'd like you to send an email (and
Facebook post, or whatever) with the following content to everyone you
can (with a request that they pass it along, in turn):
[Name], over the last several months you've
watched as over-fed state power has been used to literally destroy
classical Western civilization and impose a new despotic paradigm. No
dissent or debate permitted-- no permission or agreement sought.
YOU KNOW where this will end up if the arrogant
state power being used to make this happen isn't radically diminished in
size, influence, resources and popular support, and exposed as an
opportunistic exploiter of legal ignorance (an ignorance which it has
been nurturing in the average mind for decades).
Those things having not yet happened, you
should be quaking in your boots-- and you probably are.
Isn't it time-- and past time-- for you to
begin helping to make those desperately-needed defensive changes take
place? There is only one way these things can happen short of a
who-knows-what we'll-end-up-with explosion of violence. I'm going to
show it to you.
When you're done with that reading, you'll know
what to do next.
BTW, REMEMBER, ALSO, THAT EVERY AMERICAN has lately been given a stark lesson in the fact
that government officials at all levels will lie to you and violate the
law without batting an eye. They will do so any time it serves their agenda, and
you don't call them out for it.

grounded in some version or another of, "That can't be true..." or "They
would never do something like that...". Now's the time to put a pin in

(Deceitful efforts to discourage Americans from
learning the truth about the "income tax")
FOR ALL THE YEARS SINCE 2003 when
CtC was first published, the government has engaged in a
concerted effort to frighten people away from its truths. This
effort involves official government websites and press releases
touting an occasional court ruling that appears to be at odds
with some
CtC-revelation (but without details sufficient to expose the
real substance of the ruling)--
and sometimes even more mendacious behavior.

on YouTube regarding donations. I didn't know what to do about
it to begin with; I don't do what I do intending for anyone to
feel obligated in any way.
But of course, no one IS obligated. I will continue

Thus, even though I post it here below, Tim's very
thoughtful personal resolution and encouragement to others is
just an invitation for consideration by those who may not be
conscious of the fact that I can't do what I do without support.

Are You Having Trouble Spreading The
Word?
SKEPTICISM (SOMETIMES INVOKED BY FEAR) IS TO BE
EXPECTED when you're trying to explain to someone that
everything they've been encouraged their whole lives to
believe about something as entrenched and significant as the
income tax is basically nonsense. So here's a way to help
cut through the resistance:
Ask your listener how he or she would react if
you were to show an announcement from the Commissioner of
Internal Revenue admitting that the tax doesn't apply to the
earnings of most Americans and is misapplied most of the
time because people don't understand how it works? Or how
about if you showed a ruling from the Supreme Court saying
the same?
Now you just have to explain that
you're going to show exactly those things-- but because
the state really doesn't want people to know this, these
things haven't been said quite as forthrightly as we would
all wish. It's going to take a bit more work to take these
admissions in than is sufficient for just reading a press
release. But it'll be worth the effort...
IF YOU'RE NOT SPREADING THIS LINK with every bit of

families and community groups, your neighbors, your
family members, your pastors and
co-congregationalists, journalists, lawyers, CPAs,
members of congress, tax-agency workers, Wikipedia,

media as deranged. But only ignorance about the FBI or a desire to
deceive could produce such a reaction.

The narrative that domestic anti-government
extremism is the greatest threat to U.S. national security — the
official position of the U.S. security state and the Biden administration —
received its most potent boost in October 2020, less than one month before the
2020 presidential election. That was when the F.B.I. and Michigan state
officials
announced the arrest of thirteen people on terrorism, conspiracy and weapons
charges, with six of them accused of participating in a plot to kidnap
Michigan’s Democratic Governor Gretchen Whitmer, who had been a particular
target of criticism from President Trump for her advocacy for harsh COVID
lockdown measures.
The headlines that followed were dramatic and
fear-inducing: “F.B.I. Says Michigan Anti-Government Group Plotted to
Kidnap Gov. Gretchen Whitmer,”
announced The New York Times. That same night, ABC News
began its
broadcast this way: "Tonight, we take you into a hidden world, a
place authorities say gave birth to a violent domestic terror plot in
Michigan — foiled by the FBI.”
Democrats and liberal journalists instantly
seized on this storyline to spin a pre-election theme that was as
extreme as it was predictable. Gov. Whitmer herself blamed Trump,
claiming that the plotters “heard the president’s words not as a rebuke
but as a rallying cry — as a call to action.” Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA)
claimed that “the president is a deranged lunatic and he’s inspired
white supremacists to violence, the latest of which was a plot to kidnap
Gov. Whitmer,” adding: “these groups have attempted to KILL many of us
in recent years. They are following Trump’s lead.” Vox’s paid
television-watcher and video-manipulator, Aaron Rupar,
drew
this inference: “Trump hasn't commended the FBI for breaking up
Whitmer kidnapping/murder plot because as always he doesn't want to
denounce his base.” Michael Moore
called
for Trump's arrest for having incited the kidnapping plot against
Gov. Whitmer. One viral tweet from a popular Democratic Party activist
similarly
declared: “Trump should be arrested for this plot to kidnap Governor
Whitmer. There’s no doubt he inspired this terrorism.”
New York Governor Andrew Cuomo
instantly declared it to be a terrorist attack on America: “We must
condemn and call out the cowardly plot against Governor Whitmer for what
it is: Domestic terrorism.” MSNBC's social media star Kyle Griffin
cast it as a coup attempt: “The FBI thwarted what they described as
a plot to violently overthrow the government and kidnap Michigan Gov.
Gretchen Whitmer.” CNN's Jim Sciutto
pronounced it “deeply alarming.”
A
lengthy CNN article — dressed up as an investigative exposé that was
little more than stenography of FBI messaging disseminated from behind a
shield of anonymity — purported in the headline to take the reader
“Inside the plot to kidnap Gov. Whitmer.” It claimed that it all began
when angry discussions about COVID restrictions “spiraled into a
terrorism plot, officials say, with Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer the
target of a kidnapping scheme.” CNN heralded the FBI's use of informants
and agents to break up the plot but depicted them as nothing more than
passive bystanders reporting what the domestic terrorists were plotting:
The Watchmen had been flagged to the FBI in
March, and one of its members was now an informant. That informant,
others on the inside, as well as undercover operatives and recordings,
allowed the bureau to monitor what was happening from then on.
The article never once hinted at let alone
described the highly active role of these informants and agents
themselves in encouraging and designing the plot. Instead, it depicted
these anti-government activists as leading one another — on their own —
to commit what CNN called “treason in a quaint town.” The more honest
headline for this CNN article would have been: “Inside the FBI's tale of

AS USUAL, GLENN GREENWALD is incisive and informative. What a
blessing that he has managed to free himself from the straitjacket of the
thoroughly-corrupted Intercept and resume his former and long-time role
as a real journalist!
I have nothing to add to, or about, the content of
Greenwald's article (save only to observe that as usual, Glenn is too
much the gentleman, and strikes his blows against the perps he exposes
too gently). But no one reading the material can be missing the story,
so Greenwald's professional restraint does no harm.
WHAT I WILL SAY is that Americans need to take in
the implications of the consistent rogue behavior of the FBI (and other
"establishment" and "official" malefactors) and face the fact that only
the dramatic diminishment of the power and footprint of these criminals
can shield the rest of us from their evil.
Happily, the Founders prepared against this precise need, knowing that all governments inevitably lurch toward the
accretion of power unto themselves and the corruption which accompanies
all accretions of state power. They put into place a solution ready to
the hand of individual Americans, entirely bypassing all supervision or
approval of the state.
The only requirements to implement that solution are eyes
with which to see the problem, reasoning with which to recognize the
truth and rightness of the solution, and courage, confidence and clarity
of mind enough to pull the trigger in the face of the natural and
predictable effort of the targeted rogue state to discourage doing so.

Hendrickson is also a widely-read essayist on

has served as co-chair and platform convention delegate of
Michigan’s largest county Libertarian Party organization; as a

Hendrickson's business career has included nearly a
decade-and-a-half at the leading edge of the renewable-energy
industry, both as Director of Purchasing and Materials
Management and member of the R&D board at Starpak Energy
Systems, the mid-west's then-largest solar heating and
energy-recovery-and re-utilization company; and as founder and
president of AFJ Inc., a high-efficiency lighting design,
manufacture and installation firm.
Beginning in the mid-1990s and continuing for the
twelve years before his present full-time focus on the
restoration of the rule of law in America, Hendrickson directed
purchasing activities for the $84 million-a-year
multi-family-housing division of the Farmington Hills, Michigan
branch of Edward Rose and Sons, with responsibility for 18,000+
apartments, direct supervision of 35 technicians and agents, and
incidental authority over several hundred divisional workers.
He also ran the division's 10 cable television earth-station and
distribution systems in four states, and designed and
administered the company's website.
On rather the other end of the spectrum, amidst
these more mundane pursuits Hendrickson co-founded and was the
primary creative force behind a small
board- and
card-game company that enjoyed a modest success for several
years.
Hendrickson makes his home in southeast Michigan,
with his wife and two children. He is currently working on his
next book.
