(alright, not such a significant anniversary, but what the heck...). In 1977,

second-largest economy.

to affirm your sense of things. I post in order to equip you with
perspectives and arguments with which to
educate others, and in the
expectation that you will forward my posts to other people (or

A Quiver-Full Of Common Sense
...offered in the hope of equipping an army of dissenters
to the COVID death-cult with the simple facts and clear thinking
necessary to beat back the insanity.
MY FAMILY HAS JUST had a run-in with C19 (confirmed by
multiple tests* and consultations with our primary-care physicians). With
staggered start dates over the last two weeks, we each experienced six
or seven unpleasant days of fatigue, congestion, coughing, and a few
other mild symptoms which varied amongst us.
We are all reasonably fit and healthy-of-diet and
lifestyle, and we addressed the onset of illness with nothing but daily
multivitamins supplemented with 50 mgs of zinc and 1,100 mgs of vitamin
C each day of the affliction. The sinus infection I developed early on
(and for which I ended up prescribed Azithromycin on the eighth day
after the C19 onset) was the only thing requiring any special treatment.
All five of us are now fully and robustly immunized against the
virus, much more effectively than would have been possible from the
"vaccines" currently being pushed (more on that will follow
below).
I think it's important to point out that Doreen and I are
66. Although the dangers posed by C19 are vanishingly small for any age
group, Doreen and I are in a group waved in front of everyone as those
for the protection of whom everyone else should be compelled to get
injections. Our actual mild and brief unpleasantness once infected by
the dread disease should be instructive as a response to the
fear-mongers and vaccine-mandate-boosters.
(Still haven't got my sense of smell back, though-- and
that IS a big problem. I'm married to a great cook, and I do miss
enjoying those wonderful aromas which waft into my office from Doreen's
kitchen every day...)
Nonetheless, the deployment of these tests in our cases establish that
whatever we had contracted, it was the infection
people are being told they must fear under the label 'COVID-19'. Clearly,
that fear-mongering is vastly overblown.

IT HAS OCCURRED TO ME that the C19 hobgoblin attack (that
is, the gross exaggeration of whatever medical threat existed over the
last 18 months) is a fine model of the crime of falsely shouting "Fire!"
in a crowded theater. As in the latter case, the perps in the C19
panic-mongering should be held fully liable for the evil consequences
thereof.
I hope that individual prosecutors in jurisdictions
throughout the land soon begin bringing charges against every
panic-monger in government and the media-- especially those who
suppressed contrary information which would have countered the ruinous
panic-- for the suicides, economic losses, drug addictions, harms to
children, and all the other resultant damage.

A WORD TO THOSE WRITING on the "vaccine" and/or "vaccine"
mandate issues: Stop including the expression "experimental" in your
oppositional arguments or declarations. It's use
suggests that if the C19 "vaccines" receive full approval, you will then
be okay with them and/or the mandates, and others should be, too. At the
least, making "experimental" a part of your refusal expression
carelessly imbues "officialdom" and its approvals with a completely
undeserved and dangerous mantle of virtue and significance.
It is enough to point out that the "vaccine" is
unnecessary, since almost everyone experiences nothing more than mild
sickness before naturally establishing robust, actual immunity from
further infections.
(Btw, isn't it curious that the best the "vaccines" are
said to do is prevent a "vaccinated" person from experiencing a severe
case of the disease? How would that possibly be determined, since the
vast majority of people suffer nothing but a mild sickness from an
infection anyway-- if even that?
What's more, "breakout" infections are happening regularly
now--
so much so that the CDC is trying to keep them from being reported.
Between that inconvenient fact and the "vaccine" claiming nothing but
infection outcomes no different than happen without it, it would appear
that these hugely-expensive, sometimes adverse reaction-producing
"vaccines" actually do nothing beneficial at all.
HERE'S ANOTHER CURIOUSITY: Why do we not yet have a real
vaccine for C19-- that is, a vaccine consisting of dead or weakened C19
virus, along the safe and effective lines of all other vaccines since
the term "vaccine" was coined with the invention of the smallpox
inoculation? Though I do not pretend to know the minds of everyone
unwilling to get injected with the substances currently flogged under
the C19 "vaccine" label, I think I can safely say that the objections of
many would not apply to an actual vaccine.
What's more, such a vaccine would actually convey the same
level of immunity as is acquired by those who overcome an infection--
that is, a REAL immunity, not a half-assed, "reduced severity" claim
with vulnerability to "breakthrough" re-infections.
The
very fact that such a real vaccine has not been rolled-out (or is even
in development) is strong
evidence that there is an agenda behind the relentless push for mRNA
"vaccine" injections other than protecting folks against C19.
LIKEWISE, THE STUDIED FAILURE of the C19 panic crowd to
acknowledge and incorporate into all discourse and policy
recommendations the fact of extremely-widespread naturally-acquired immunity
throughout the American population is strong evidence that achieving
immunity is NOT the agenda.
That is, every person who has had a bout with the illness
is fully-quipped with antibodies of even superior quality and durability
to any achieved by the "vaccines" being flogged. Such individuals, in
their scores of millions, should be fully accounted for in calculations
of "herd immunity" goals and all policy prescriptions regarding access
to spaces (such as workplaces, public facilities, and so forth).
Instead, we see a concerted effort to pretend these folks
don't exist, even to the point of advocacy of the heinous crime of
unnecessary medical treatment (i.e., the "vaccination" of these
already-immunized people). As though the goal of "vaccinating" everyone
has nothing whatever to do with ensuring protection from C19...

SOMEHOW IT NEEDS TO BE SAID YET AGAIN that since anyone with
any valid, credible fear of getting the virus can get "vaccinated"
and make themselves safe from the exhalations of others, there is no rational basis for any clamor by anyone for anyone
else to be compelled or coerced to get the "vaccine", or shunned or
shamed for not doing so, even in the name of others. Further, since even
those who have been "vaccinated" can still catch and spread the virus,
making someone get "vaccinated" protects no one else from anything.
It's shocking how many folks are willing to
display their utter stupidity by making that clamor and revealing that
they do not understand these simple points!
Such clamorers should be responded-to with those exact
sentences:

THERE IS AN ONGOING EFFORT TO CENSOR INFORMATION AND VOICES
competing with the "official" line in such areas of public discourse as
concern public health facts, reasoning and policy; election integrity;
police conduct; cultural matters such as sexuality; "transgender" child
abuse and so forth. Primarily the suppression is imposed by social media
operators, but with increasing control or direction of the effort by
government units,
now famously making recommendations to the social media companies as to
which speech to censor.
This censorship, especially now having crossed the line
into becoming a government program, is utterly unacceptable. Indeed, it
is a proper cause for forceful response, if not immediately amendable to
reversal by other means.
The object of such censorship is to impose the dictatorship
of a "technocracy", in which only state-approved "expert" views are
permitted visibility, and you are denied the means by which to dispute
what may very well be complete falsehoods deployed in furtherance of
private or ill-conceived agendas.
The matter is this simple: Without unhindered access to
information from all sources and perspectives, unfiltered through any
gatekeeper or curator, the sovereign individuals in whom all authority
in this country resides-- us-- cannot competently select, instruct or
correct our representatives and other elected and appointed agents, all
of whom are entrusted with offices for the sole purpose of working OUR
will.

I HOPE EVERY SINGLE AMERICAN with any kind of opportunity
to speak-- be it via a Twitter account, or Facebook, or Gab, or by letter to the
editor, or whatever-- will raise his or her voice demanding that the
Biden administration abandon its grotesque, abusive, vindictive pursuit
of Julian Assange for his courageous work exposing to the American
public the secret and illegal behavior of its supposedly subordinate government.
Freeing Julian Assange would be righteous for nothing more
than ending the moral bleed-out occasioned by the abuse to which this
good man has been subjected in our name, of course. But there's more.
Think about the revelations of hidden facts related to the
C19 hobgoblin and the manner in which it has been fabricated, nurtured
and exploited over the last 20 months which might come to light if
Assange and his organization get back into service to the world! Think,
for instance, about that batch of Fauci emails that got released in
response to a FOIA request-- but without any of the massive
redactions...

WITH AUSTRALIANS IN VARIOUS CITIES and districts being
subjected to
outright martial law conditions in the name of the C19 hobgoblin
with
no plausible rationale and with no end in sight, I have to wonder
how long it will be before angry groups of citizens begin emerging from
their homes and neighborhoods and confronting those presently keeping
them imprisoned. Not long at all, one would hope...

HAVE THOSE CLUTCHING THEIR PEARLS so vehemently over
the purported hazards of allowing kids into schools without masks ever
considered this: In 2019, and EVERY YEAR PRIOR, these children-- any one
of whom could have been carrying the flu-- attended school with nary a
mask in sight.
Indeed, in all those prior years, decade after decade,
masks never made an appearance even in the most fevered dreams of the
most fervent Chicken Little on any school board, despite the flu being
comparably contagious to C19 (see
the stats in the first portion of the comprehensive post on C19 here),
and being much more dangerous to children.
And yet, during all those decades life went on-- more
healthfully and wholesomely by far than the version of it suffered by
kids made to wear masks and to behave as though they are one wrong
breath away from a horrible death when in the company of others.
What barbarian, animal-brained thugs are these fearful and
fear-mongering hysterics who demand such outlandish and pointless
sacrifices from little children!
SPEAKING OF BARBARISM, another point widely overlooked in
these arguments over making kids wear masks is the indisputable fact
that masking will severely degrade the health of the immune systems in
these children. Indeed, I suspect it can be safely said that a
masks-in-school policy will guarantee illnesses arising in the affected
children (even if exclusively other illnesses than C19, such as the much
more dangerous flu).
In fact, it seems certain that mask policies will lead to
sickness manifesting in children-- including sickness which is very
difficult to symptomatically distinguish from what is labeled C19. This
is such an obvious certainty that one has to wonder whether promoting
such illness isn't the idea.
What better to keep the richly-exploited panic alive than
the proposition that it has become capable of infecting children as it
has previously been incapable of doing? (A tiny number of Americans
under the age of 19 have been deemed victims of C19 since early 2020,
but in nearly all cases, these children were already suffering
life-threatening disease of other kinds before being found to also have
acquired C19 in their systems.)
Nothing tugs the heartstrings and invites denunciation of
the uncooperative like the assertion that what is being asked is for the
sake of "the children".
Of course, the real lesson from all that is that those of
us on the side of rationality and common sense should be denouncing
those who insist that "the children" should degrade their immune systems
and become vulnerable to disease by wearing masks and "distancing"
themselves from the robust immune support that only comes from close
contact with others...

I'M GOING TO WRAP UP THIS recital of arguing points with
one final thought which I believe trumps all the death-cult lunacies, or
should, in any American-- or just grown-up human being-- truly worthy of
those labels (and with credit to Jonesy, my excellent cowboy friend from
Wyoming, who, back in March of 2020 when the madness was just beginning,
reminded me of these powerful words by C.S. Lewis from a 1948 essay, 'On
Living in an Atomic Age'). Slide down into these cool and invigorating
waters and let the wisdom soak in (substituting "coronavirus" for
"atomic bomb" where found):
"In one way we think a great deal too much of
the atomic bomb. “How are we to live in an atomic age?” I am tempted to
reply: “Why, as you would have lived in the sixteenth century when the
plague visited London almost every year, or as you would have lived in a
Viking age when raiders from Scandinavia might land and cut your throat
any night; or indeed, as you are already living in an age of cancer, an
age of syphilis, an age of paralysis, an age of air raids, an age of
railway accidents, an age of motor accidents.
"In other words, do not let us begin by
exaggerating the novelty of our situation. Believe me, dear sir or

survived by 99.97% of everyone who contracts it than the utter insanity
of those who pretend that everything must change in response to it?

Not Letting This "Crisis" Go To Waste...
...an important action item opportunity.
FRIENDS, THE SPORADIC BITS OF EASING of the despotic measures to
which most of the country has been subjected this year should not be
allowed to bleed off the head of steam you probably had been developing.
The offenses happened, and they're far from over. Stay hot.
And while you are all warmed up, and while others, if
they're smart, are just as hot, I'd like you to send an email (and
Facebook post, or whatever) with the following content to everyone you
can (with a request that they pass it along, in turn):
[Name], over the last several months you've
watched as over-fed state power has been used to literally destroy
classical Western civilization and impose a new despotic paradigm. No
dissent or debate permitted-- no permission or agreement sought.
YOU KNOW where this will end up if the arrogant
state power being used to make this happen isn't radically diminished in
size, influence, resources and popular support, and exposed as an
opportunistic exploiter of legal ignorance (an ignorance which it has
been nurturing in the average mind for decades).
Those things having not yet happened, you
should be quaking in your boots-- and you probably are.
Isn't it time-- and past time-- for you to
begin helping to make those desperately-needed defensive changes take
place? There is only one way these things can happen short of a
who-knows-what we'll-end-up-with explosion of violence. I'm going to
show it to you.
When you're done with that reading, you'll know
what to do next.
BTW, REMEMBER, ALSO, THAT EVERY AMERICAN has lately been given a stark lesson in the fact
that government officials at all levels will lie to you and violate the
law without batting an eye. They will do so any time it serves their agenda, and
you don't call them out for it.
If you know anyone who has been persisting in denial on the
truth about the income tax, you know such nonsense is usually be
grounded in some version or another of, "That can't be true..." or "They
would never do something like that...". Now's the time to put a pin in
that delusional bubble.

FOR ALL THE YEARS SINCE 2003 when
CtC was first published, the government has engaged in a
concerted effort to frighten people away from its truths. This
effort involves official government websites and press releases
touting an occasional court ruling that appears to be at odds
with some
CtC-revelation (but without details sufficient to expose the
real substance of the ruling)--
and sometimes even more mendacious behavior.

on YouTube regarding donations. I didn't know what to do about
it to begin with; I don't do what I do intending for anyone to
feel obligated in any way.
But of course, no one IS obligated. I will continue

Thus, even though I post it here below, Tim's very
thoughtful personal resolution and encouragement to others is
just an invitation for consideration by those who may not be

Are You Having Trouble Spreading The
Word?
SKEPTICISM (SOMETIMES INVOKED BY FEAR) IS TO BE
EXPECTED when you're trying to explain to someone that
everything they've been encouraged their whole lives to
believe about something as entrenched and significant as the
income tax is basically nonsense. So here's a way to help
cut through the resistance:
Ask your listener how he or she would react if
you were to show an announcement from the Commissioner of
Internal Revenue admitting that the tax doesn't apply to the
earnings of most Americans and is misapplied most of the
time because people don't understand how it works? Or how
about if you showed a ruling from the Supreme Court saying
the same?
Now you just have to explain that
you're going to show exactly those things-- but because
the state really doesn't want people to know this, these
things haven't been said quite as forthrightly as we would
all wish. It's going to take a bit more work to take these
admissions in than is sufficient for just reading a press
release. But it'll be worth the effort...
IF YOU'RE NOT SPREADING THIS LINK with every bit of
energy you can, to school libraries, homeschool
families and community groups, your neighbors, your
family members, your pastors and
co-congregationalists, journalists, lawyers, CPAs,
members of congress, tax-agency workers, Wikipedia,

in the "tax honesty" movement, the 9/11 truth
movement, other activist movements and everyone
else,
you have only yourself to blame for your
troubles with the tax, and a whole lot else of which

We Will Not Comply: A Campaign Against Medical
Tyranny

I have been feverishly writing lately on covid mandates
and vaccine passports issues, and I’m sure most readers understand why – We are
currently at the cusp of a great conflict against the powers that be; people who
are exploiting the (mostly manufactured) covid crisis for unprecedented
political and economic control. And when I say “manufactured”, I mean that there
is no crisis, no need for mandates, no need for lockdowns and no need for
vaccine passports.
We are dealing with a virus that
around 99.7% of people will easily survive according to the medical
establishment’s own studies and stats as well as numerous
independent studies, yet, for some reason we are being bombarded
with fear mongering from the media and from governments.
Why is the only solution being suggested to the
general public involve us giving up all of our freedoms and medical
autonomy? Why is 99.7% of the population supposed to lock down, mask up
and submit to an experimental mRNA vaccine with no long term testing
data to prove its safety? Why don’t the 0.26% of people that are truly
at risk of dying from the virus simply take precautions or stay home
while the rest of us get on with normal life? Hell, I would be fine with
contributing to a fund to help support the 0.26% at risk, to help their
families and help with their medical bills.
The Federal Reserve and other central banks
burned trillions of dollars in stimulus measures and PPP loans to keep
businesses from going completely bankrupt, and to keep jobless
“non-essential” workers from starving during the initial shutdowns. But,
we could have simply kept the economy going this entire time and paid a
fraction of that cost helping the tiny minority of people that would
actually suffer from the illness.
Yes, that’s right, I’ll say it again and again
because I STILL to this day see the media and misinformed covid cultists
continually claim the death rate of covid is much higher. It is not. The
median Infection Fatality rate of covid is
ONLY 0.26%. This is a FACT. This is the science according the vast
majority of medical studies out there on the IFR. Let me repeat: The
entire world is being locked down and told we have to give up our
inherent human liberties because 0.26% of the population might get more
than sniffles and brain fog from a covid infection. Why?
Well, that’s easy; because the covid response
and restrictions have nothing to do with public health and everything to
do with public control.
"AND THEN, WE MUST FOLLOW THROUGH ON OUR PROMISE." So ends Brandon
Smith's excellent essay, and indeed, that's what we must do.
This C19 hobgoblin-flogging has already gone well past
tolerable. As it ramps up into another wave, with rapidly-growing
censorship of challenging voices and widespread "vaccine passport"
impositions in cities and businesses, those of us not inclined to drink
the Kool-Aid, chant the chants and wear the death-cult masks must stand
up, and quickly, while we still can.
I am reminded of Patrick Henry's 'Give Me Liberty' speech:
They tell us, sir, that we are weak; unable to cope with
so formidable an adversary. But when shall we be stronger?
Will it be the next week, or the next year? Will it be
when we are totally disarmed, and when a British guard shall be
stationed in every house?
Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction?
Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on
our backs and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies
shall have bound us hand and foot?
Sir, we are not weak if we make a proper use of those
means which the God of nature hath placed in our power. The millions of
people, armed in the holy cause of liberty, and in such a country as

The biggest mistake anyone could make right now is to fail
to recognize that liberty and the rule of law are under a vicious
assault RIGHT NOW. This can be known from a proper assessment of the
insignificance of the actual threat from C19, even if one is blind to
all other indicators.
Organized enemies of liberty have infested positions of
power and influence throughout the Western world and are actively
driving fear-addled masses toward a point of imposing technocratic
totalitarianism upon themselves and the rest of us.

AMERICANS WHO TREASURE INDIVIDUAL LIBERTY need to face the
uncomfortable fact that only the dramatic diminishment of the power and
footprint of government-- the chief tool of subjugation used by those
with designs upon the rest of us--
can begin to stop the atrocities. It is the giant centralized federal
power structure that has eclipsed and prevented the vigorous, free
exchange of information and analysis which would otherwise have equipped
everyone to quickly recognize the true nature and scope of the
"pandemic" and sensibly address it on an individual basis and without
sacrificing our liberties and the rule of law. (See

Happily, the Founders prepared against this precise need, knowing that all governments inevitably lurch toward the
accretion of power unto themselves and the corruption which accompanies
all accretions of state power. They put into place a solution ready to
the hand of individual Americans, entirely bypassing all supervision or
approval of the state.
The only requirements to implement that solution are eyes
with which to see the problem, reasoning with which to recognize the
truth and rightness of the solution, and courage, confidence and clarity
of mind enough to pull the trigger in the face of the natural and
predictable effort of the targeted rogue state to discourage doing so.

Hendrickson is also a widely-read essayist on
matters of politics, public policy and law; many of these works

has served as co-chair and platform convention delegate of

Hendrickson's business career has included nearly a
decade-and-a-half at the leading edge of the renewable-energy
industry, both as Director of Purchasing and Materials
Management and member of the R&D board at Starpak Energy
Systems, the mid-west's then-largest solar heating and
energy-recovery-and re-utilization company; and as founder and
president of AFJ Inc., a high-efficiency lighting design,
manufacture and installation firm.
Beginning in the mid-1990s and continuing for the
twelve years before his present full-time focus on the
restoration of the rule of law in America, Hendrickson directed
purchasing activities for the $84 million-a-year
multi-family-housing division of the Farmington Hills, Michigan
branch of Edward Rose and Sons, with responsibility for 18,000+
apartments, direct supervision of 35 technicians and agents, and
incidental authority over several hundred divisional workers.
He also ran the division's 10 cable television earth-station and
distribution systems in four states, and designed and
administered the company's website.
On rather the other end of the spectrum, amidst
these more mundane pursuits Hendrickson co-founded and was the
primary creative force behind a small
board- and
card-game company that enjoyed a modest success for several
years.
Hendrickson makes his home in southeast Michigan,
with his wife and two children. He is currently working on his
next book.
