The Antiquity Of Freedom

SHORTLY AFTER PUBLICATION OF CtC in 2003, corrupt actors in the IRS, the DOJ (sic) and in certain federal courts began their vicious decade-and-a-half effort to intimidate me into silence and to denigrate my work with contrived, fraud-based outcomes in their kangaroo courts. This, despite the facts that during all of that long assault and since, Americans in the hundreds of thousands have steadily proven me correct in both my research and analysis of the income tax and in my faith in the goodness and courage of my countrymen.

As the assault ramped up and became evident in its character my mother, God rest her beautiful soul, gave me a copy of the poem below, accompanied by this note: "Peter, I know you will love this poem. It is the best I have encountered on the subject of Freedom." She was right.

Now, as we close out a year in which liberty, the rule of law, and indeed, Western civilization itself have been under the worst assault ever waged against them, I am pleased to share this uplifting work with you. I believe that you, too, will find it compelling and heartening.

This wonderful poem was written, as near as I can determine, in 1814. Bryant would have been 20 years old at that point. He will have seen, during his young life, the unfolding of the precious liberties won by the blood, sweat and tears of his father's generation which we have seen wither away during our lifetimes.

We should listen to the wisdom of this young man and be shamed, but also inspired into redemptive action.

Some Sober Observations-- Dark And Light-- To Consider As We Go Forward

Many victims of the pandemic scam have already succumbed; many more will soon follow. This is tragic, but puts into sharp relief the nature of the challenge which lies before the rest of us, if we have the courage to be open to harsh truths.

SO, TO BEGIN WITH, deaths from all different causes were falsely ascribed to C19. This was done in order to whip up panic and hysteria and create an atmosphere in which a so-called "vaccine"-- which is actually a genetic modifier which does NOT prevent infection with the virus, nor transmission of same, nor sickness or death after infection if the conditions under which any infected person might become severely ill or dead, "vaccinated" or not (such as obesity, COPD, etc.)-- would be readily-- even gratefully-- received.

Now, with the "vaccine" widely deployed throughout the Western world, and repeat injections having been successfully made into many arms, deaths from that agent are climbing in number rapidly. In a twist that probably brings smirks to certain faces, those deaths are being ascribed by the perps to every other possible cause in a neat contortion of the narrative in order to keep the program alive until the last possible naif has been dosed.

The "vaccines" are causing heart attacks, strokes, pneumonia, neurological failures and more, all of which are being brushed out of the picture presented to the public as just the normal run and pace of mortalities. The chutzpah is remarkable, but the data tell the tale to those able to see it.

Here is a chart representing data published by the UK Office of National Statistics comparing deaths from all causes, per 100,000 persons, among "vaccinated" individuals and those who had not had the injections, aged 10 to 59, from 3 January to 24 September, 2021:

(Efforts to rebut the significance of these data have been based on the fallacious assertion of something called 'Simpson's Paradox'. The argument is that because "vaccination" is more prevalent among those over 40, and general mortality is higher in that same age group, the stats are skewed and misleading.

However, the totality of the relevant facts belies this proposition of skewed data and misleading outcomes.

Find the data here-- click on the "contents" link in the upper left and then on the "Table 4" link. Understand that the UK has had "vaccines" approved for all ages 18 and up since the 18th of June-- the mid-point of the graphic above-- with "vulnerable" adolescents, age 12 and up, added the 19th of July, and all 16 and 17-year-olds added on the 4th of August. Plainly, the "vaccinated" dead range in age in exactly the same fashion as do the unvaccinated, at least during the last six weeks of the sampled data, in which the disparity in mortality remains skewed toward those who have been injected.

Really, though, the direct-comparison starting date is even earlier. After all, just as is argued in the inaptly-referenced "paradox", far more older people die than do younger people. That is just as true in the unvaccinated cohorts as in those who are "vaccinated".

Thus, the actual direct-comparison starting date is June 18, when 18-year-olds were approved for "vaccination". And like it or not, that comparison plainly shows twice as many of the "vaccinated" dying as the unvaccinated, whether primarily from among the 40-59-year-old portions of each cohort or otherwise.)

SUPPLEMENTING THE EVIDENCE of excessive death rates among the "vaccinated" shown above, see this drill-down specifically on C19 deaths among the "vaccinated" in England compared to those among the unvaccinated, from the beginning of February, 2021 to the 12th of September.

Plainly, being "vaccinated" raises the likelihood of death from both C19 and many other causes, as well. Indeed, this has long been predicted by every competent medical professional. Dr. Vernon Coleman has been prominent among those issuing these warnings, and he offers a new and even more forcefully-supported warning in the short video here (also see this related page).

Frankly, the increased likelihood of death after injection with mRNA "vaccines" hasn't required professional medical credentials to observe. The mere fact of that genetic modifier contrivance being deployed instead of real vaccines, created with dead or weakened virus.-- is enough to shoot up the antennae of any rational person.

After all, if providing protection against a virus is actually the goal, banging out a vaccine created in the tried-and-true fashion of all prior vaccines is the obvious course of action. To have done otherwise, and produced and relentlessly flogged an mRNA manipulation instead-- especially one with a proven track record of deadly effects from the get-go (the specifics of which directly correlate to the prevalence of C19 deaths among the "vaccinated" shown in the UK stats linked above), and one which does NOT immunize against C19-- unmistakably indicates that the goal is otherwise.

The manner in which the very low-threat C19 virus was studiously made into a panic-inducing, rational-thought-destroying hobgoblin (as discussed here in great depth), complete with a deliberate corruption of the medical community in the US (and doubtless elsewhere) toward this end, as shown in the 'Other Voices' entry further down this page, says the same.

The deeply-dark, difficult to say and difficult to hear bottom line is this: The C19 "vaccines" are meant to kill people-- perhaps in service to a "green" agenda or perhaps in service to a simply selfish agenda of removing "useless eaters" and expensive social services beneficiaries. No other explanation reasonably fits the facts.

NOW, LET'S SHIFT GEARS and consider the "light" point available to us. The whole of the threats facing the American people as outlined above are rooted in the federal Leviathan state. Without that 8,000 lb. gorilla supporting the panic-mongers and co-opting and coercing state governments into doing the same, voices like Tony Fauci's would screech from far less bully pulpits, and those of real doctors and scientists would be at least as loud in the public square.

Without that 8,000 lb. gorilla, no one would be buying millions of doses of Pfizer mRNA injections, or co-opting hospitals into "treating" patients with ineffective drugs, or misclassifying illnesses. No one would be successfully suppressing or overshadowing actual treatments where actual disease existed. And so on, and so forth.

Solving this problem is within our power.

That solution is the liberating truth about the "income" tax-- and the corresponding illumination of the truly limited scope of the federal government-- which are presented in CtC.

Please, please, read this material yourself. Send it far and wide, accompanied by a statement explaining to any new viewer why it is so important that it be read.

I have been making this request of you all for a very long time, of course. But where previously the benefits were along the lines of better governance and a more principled society (and you properly retaining what belongs to you for your own disposition), now the issues are along the lines of an existential threat.

Australia is already locking the unvaccinated into so-called "quarantine camps". Austria and Germany are imposing "vaccination" mandates in the former case, and complete isolation from society for the unvaccinated in the latter, with New York City approaching that point here at home. Every incremental worsening of the situation elsewhere will be adopted in America before long, while Leviathan is big enough to make it happen.

Whether this is the implementation of the "Great Reset" or just a mob madness gone out of control is irrelevant-- your life and well-being, and the preservation of Western civilization, are at stake.

Shrink Leviathan, as only widespread deployment of CtC's uniquely effective liberating information can do, or say goodbye.

Not Letting This "Crisis" Go To Waste...

...an important action item opportunity.

FRIENDS, THE SPORADIC BITS OF EASING of the despotic measures to which most of the country has been subjected this year should not be allowed to bleed off the head of steam you probably had been developing. The offenses happened, and they're far from over. Stay hot.

And while you are all warmed up, and while others, if they're smart, are just as hot, I'd like you to send an email (and Facebook post, or whatever) with the following content to everyone you can (with a request that they pass it along, in turn):

[Name], over the last several months you've watched as over-fed state power has been used to literally destroy classical Western civilization and impose a new despotic paradigm. No dissent or debate permitted-- no permission or agreement sought.

YOU KNOW where this will end up if the arrogant state power being used to make this happen isn't radically diminished in size, influence, resources and popular support, and exposed as an opportunistic exploiter of legal ignorance (an ignorance which it has been nurturing in the average mind for decades).

Those things having not yet happened, you should be quaking in your boots-- and you probably are.

Isn't it time-- and past time-- for you to begin helping to make those desperately-needed defensive changes take place? There is only one way these things can happen short of a who-knows-what we'll-end-up-with explosion of violence. I'm going to show it to you.

FOR ALL THE YEARS SINCE 2003 when CtC was first published, the government has engaged in a concerted effort to frighten people away from its truths. This effort involves official government websites and press releases touting an occasional court ruling that appears to be at odds with some CtC-revelation (but without details sufficient to expose the real substance of the ruling)-- and sometimes even more mendacious behavior.

Are You Having Trouble Spreading The Word?

SKEPTICISM (SOMETIMES INVOKED BY FEAR) IS TO BE EXPECTED when you're trying to explain to someone that everything they've been encouraged their whole lives to believe about something as entrenched and significant as the income tax is basically nonsense. So here's a way to help cut through the resistance:

Ask your listener how he or she would react if you were to show an announcement from the Commissioner of Internal Revenue admitting that the tax doesn't apply to the earnings of most Americans and is misapplied most of the time because people don't understand how it works? Or how about if you showed a ruling from the Supreme Court saying the same?

Now you just have to explain that you're going to show exactly those things-- but because the state really doesn't want people to know this, these things haven't been said quite as forthrightly as we would all wish. It's going to take a bit more work to take these admissions in than is sufficient for just reading a press release. But it'll be worth the effort...

Biden's Bounty On Your Life: Hospitals' Incentive Payments For COVID-19

Upon admission to a once-trusted hospital, American patients with COVID-19 become virtual prisoners, subjected to a rigid treatment protocol with roots in Ezekiel Emanuel’s “Complete Lives System” for rationing medical care in those over age 50. They have a shockingly high mortality rate. How and why is this happening, and what can be done about it?

As exposed in audio recordings, hospital executives in Arizona admitted meeting several times a week to lower standards of care, with coordinated restrictions on visitation rights. Most COVID-19 patients’ families are deliberately kept in the dark about what is really being done to their loved ones.

The combination that enables this tragic and avoidable loss of hundreds of thousands of lives includes (1) The CARES Act, which provides hospitals with bonus incentive payments for all things related to COVID-19 (testing, diagnosing, admitting to hospital, use of remdesivir and ventilators, reporting COVID-19 deaths, and vaccinations) and (2) waivers of customary and long-standing patient rights by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

In 2020, the Texas Hospital Association submitted requests for waivers to CMS. According to Texas attorney Jerri Ward, “CMS has granted ‘waivers’ of federal law regarding patient rights. Specifically, CMS purports to allow hospitals to violate the rights of patients or their surrogates with regard to medical record access, to have patient visitation, and to be free from seclusion.” She notes that “rights do not come from the hospital or CMS and cannot be waived, as that is the antithesis of a ‘right.’ The purported waivers are meant to isolate and gain total control over the patient and to deny patient and patient’s decision-maker the ability to exercise informed consent.”

Creating a “National Pandemic Emergency” provided justification for such sweeping actions that override individual physician medical decision-making and patients’ rights. The CARES Act provides incentives for hospitals to use treatments dictated solely by the federal government under the auspices of the NIH. These “bounties” must paid back if not “earned” by making the COVID-19 diagnosis and following the COVID-19 protocol.

The hospital payments include:

• A “free” required PCR test in the Emergency Room or upon admission for every patient, with government-paid fee to hospital.

• Added bonus payment for each positive COVID-19 diagnosis.

• Another bonus for a COVID-19 admission to the hospital.

• A 20 percent “boost” bonus payment from Medicare on the entire hospital bill for use of remdesivir instead of medicines such as Ivermectin.

• Another and larger bonus payment to the hospital if a COVID-19 patient is mechanically ventilated.

• More money to the hospital if cause of death is listed as COVID-19, even if patient did not die directly of COVID-19.

• A COVID-19 diagnosis also provides extra payments to coroners.

CMS implemented “value-based” payment programs that track data such as how many workers at a healthcare facility receive a COVID-19 vaccine. Now we see why many hospitals implemented COVID-19 vaccine mandates. They are paid more.

Outside hospitals, physician MIPS quality metrics link doctors’ income to performance-based pay for treating patients with COVID-19 EUA drugs. Failure to report information to CMS can cost the physician 4% of reimbursement.

Because of obfuscation with medical coding and legal jargon, we cannot be certain of the actual amount each hospital receives per COVID-19 patient. But Attorney Thomas Renz and CMS whistleblowers have calculated a total payment of at least $100,000 per patient.

LET ME FIRST POINT OUT, IN FAIRNESS to the Brandon administration, that many of these incentives (if not all of them) actually began in the spring of 2020 during Donald Trump's presidency (as implied in the text, but contradicted by the title of the article). Still, Brandon has continued them, with enthusiasm, and certainly owns them now.

Blame properly distributed, the more important observation about the story in Vliet and Shultz's exposé is just how pernicious and subversive are the practices detailed, and how starkly their recital underscores the likelihood that the "C19 crisis" has always been a proper subject of deep suspicion as to its legitimacy, at best, if not an outright deliberate contrivance.

For the record, I take the latter view as the truth of the matter, as expressed most thoroughly here and here.

NOW, ADD WHAT VLIET AND SHULTZ have shared with us to the content and supporting docs in the related article above in this newsletter, and I think we can all agree that allowing this "dire pandemic" scam to continue to play out would be foolish in the extreme as well as a betrayal of our personal integrity. As grown men and women, and especially as Americans with a heritage of placing adherence to virtuous principles as the highest civic duty, we must crush this ruinous and evil lie.

As we now know, beyond doubt or denial, the perpetuation of the fraud is deliberate and everyone playing along is either deluded (and must be shaken awake or pushed out of the way) or is complicit and culpable and must be denounced and opposed accordingly.

Further, at risk (as always) of tediously repeating myself, the optimal (and only real) solution to the the REAL dire straits in which we find ourselves is to shrink the Leviathan state that has been used to create the threat against us all in the first place. That is, Americans who treasure their heritage need to face the uncomfortable fact that only the dramatic diminishment of the power and footprint of government-- the chief tool of subjugation used by those with designs upon the rest of us-- can avail us now. Nothing else will do.

Unfortunately, while remediation efforts undertaken in the political arena and in the courts are virtuous, and merit our enthusiastic support and participation... they will fail. All such efforts will look to the existing political and legal structure for their implementation. In the current climate, in which the established structures are so heavily compromised and corrupted, such reliance is more a naive hope than a certainty.

The only requirements to implement that solution are eyes with which to see the problem, reasoning with which to recognize the truth and rightness of the solution, and courage, confidence and clarity of mind enough to pull the trigger in the face of the natural and predictable effort of the targeted rogue state to discourage doing so.
