approvingly and then move on to other things. I don't post in order
to affirm your sense of things. I post in order to equip you with
perspectives and arguments with which to
educate others, and in the
expectation that you will forward my posts to other people (or
direct them to those posts). PLEASE do those things.

I Keep Saying This-- Why Don't
I Hear Anyone Saying "Amen"?
Plus, the real reason for the stand-down on the
pandemic narrative and some advice for the Michelle Malkins of the
world.
WHY DID WE JUST SUFFER two years of unprecedented corruption and
insanity under the mantle of the "C19 pandemic"? Because the success of the "ignorance tax"*
scam has generated a giant honey-pot in Washington,
DC, for control and plunder of which scheming and
unscrupulous villains will inevitably strive.
That
"ignorance tax" honey-pot lay waiting to
be tapped for $70 billion or so by Pfizer and Gilead
and J&J and the rest of the Covid Kool-Aid salesmen.
And so, they set up conditions by which the tapping
could proceed.
That honey pot is why intemperate and
outright nutcase voices in Congress are being
encouraged by the military-industrial complex to bark for confrontation with military
powerhouse Russia over Ukraine (a territory Vladimir
Putin has no interest in invading, but cannot
responsibly allow to become a staging ground for US
missiles a mere 250 miles from Moscow, any more than
Washington was prepared to allow Cuba to host Soviet
missiles in 1962).
That honey pot is being tapped to pay Americans to
sit at home instead of taking jobs and keeping
(especially) small businesses afloat and in
effective competition with large corporations.
And that honey pot is paying for the erection and
maintenance of an enormous governmental apparatus
dedicated to controlling your life.
Continuing to fund that giant honey pot when you are
under no legal obligation to do so, and when you
oppose any or all of the abuses listed above and the
host of others not mentioned here is MADNESS. It is
also grossly irresponsible and a shameful betrayal
of the interests of your children-- especially when
all that is necessary to effect a positive change is
to share
this document with others.
JUST DO THIS, people! And do it loudly!!
You need others doing it too, for your sake as well
as theirs, and nothing encourages activism like
activism. Good people
have to feed each other's fires, or suffer darkness.
*IGNORANCE TAX: An unnecessary income tax exaction
suffered out of ignorance as to lawful objects of
the tax and the means of its application by someone
too lazy, frightened or misled to
learn how it really works and to what it really
applies.

A LOT IS BEING SAID in the punditry about the sudden
abandonment of the "pandemic" trappings-- mask
mandates and "vaccine" mandates and so forth. The
general take is that this is pure politics, with the
Democrats primarily responsible for the scam having
noted that it plays increasingly poorly with the
masses, and hence would be dangerous to continue
while a mid-term election approaches.
I think this view is mistaken.
I think the real reason for the abrupt spin-down of
the panic-mongering and hard-nosed tyrannical
mandates is the steadily-growing body of evidence
that people are dying from the "vaccines",
while the risk from C19 itself, against which the
"vaccines" were purportedly injected, has been
systematically and deliberately overstated to an
enormous degree (as shown
here,
here
and
here, and recently
admitted even by chief spinmeister Anthony Fauci).
(NOTE: There's been a concerted effort by the
managers to suppress the OneAmerica report and spin
it into an observation about shocking numbers of C19
fatalities, rather than deaths from "vaccines". But
additional data from, for instance,
Israel, where the hugely-vaccinated population now
has enormous infection, hospitalization and death
rates, or from
Denmark, where the same conditions and outcomes
are being seen, make clear that the "vaccines"-- the
single variable in the picture-- are responsible,
whether through harm to organs or by the perverse
mechanism of making the injected population more
susceptible to C19 itself, either directly or
through degradation of the victims' immune systems.)
The managers realize that as long as they are
focused on pushing "vaccines" and masks and all the
rest, those opposed will also focus on the
"pandemic", which will steadily increase the
chances of these deaths (and
this kind) breaking out into headlines
(and torch-and-pitchfork parties). It is hoped (I believe) that if the burr under
the "anti" crowd's saddle is removed, it will be
possible to queue up enough distractions (like war
with Russia, for instance) to provide cover for
successful spin and suppression of this extremely
dangerous subject until everyone has moved on for
long enough to take the wind out of retributory
sails.
I COULD BE WRONG, of course, But keep in mind that Democrats have every reason to
expect a shellacking in an honestly-run election in
November.
Those Democrats bear primary responsibility for a
two-year orgy of national destruction, and even a
large percentage of their own voters want to change
horses. Getting rational on the C19 hysteria will
make none of that baggage go away within a mere
eight months.
And let's remember, these are not "bugs" to the
Democrat leadership. These are features-- they WANT
all this to continue. They're not going to abandon
all this now.
Hence, the electoral circumstances faced by
C19-mongers would normally militate in favor of
keeping the C19 scam running at full blast so as to
enable
the
same kind of frauds that tainted the 2020 election.
Dropping that proven tool at
this point is not the result of a political calculation.
Instead, I think it is, rather, the opposite.
I think the proven C19-hysteria tool-- which any
psychologist or historian will tell you could be
maintained indefinitely in the portion of the
population that's been drinking the Kool-Aid for the
last two years (note how many people you see wearing
masks while alone in their cars, to understand how
true this is)-- has become a greater danger to
those responsible than the risk of merely losing
control of Congress.
P.S. WANT TO HELP SUPPORT protests like the recent
truck convoy/blockade? Get the adverse
health effects of the "vaccines" into the public
dialogue.Nothing will be more effective at
evaporating any defense of, and support for,
"vaccine" mandates.
Think about it. It is impossible to defend forcing
someone to take a chance on a possibly fatal or
disabling outcome from a purported prophylactic
against a threat they have good reason to deem
insignificant (and especially a "prophylactic" now
well-shown to be ineffective).

HERE'S A QUESTION: When is someone suffering
discrimination for their political opinions (which
are merely the practical application of their
religious views, such as, for instance, that
individuals-- and only individuals-- are moral
agents and that the sole legitimate purpose of the
state is the securing of individuals' liberties
against all threats and incursions) going to sue a
transgressor under existing civil rights laws (as
I advocated on this page more than a year ago)?
I am prompted to this question by the recent outrage
practiced against right-wing pundit Michelle Malkin
by Air B'n'B, which has refused Malkin (and her
husband) service based on its dislike of what it
claims to be her political opinions (as
recounted here). I'm not a Malkin fan (nor a
detractor, necessarily-- frankly, I haven't read
anything by her in years, though when I last did I
found her strident and superficial), but
discriminating against her in the provision of
otherwise "open to the public" service-provision on
the basis of her views is as unacceptable as would
be refusing her service because she is a "person of
color".
Some will take issue with deploying
anti-discrimination laws, which inherently infringe
on business-owners' rights. But using them to defend
against this kind of self-righteous "cancel culture"
crap would seem a virtuous (and perhaps amusingly
ironic) way to make use of the things. And the fact
is, we simply can't have the sort of situation
so-called "progressives" seek to impose by way of
this kind of discriminatory behavior (which,
tellingly, is never done, to my knowledge, by ANY
conservative business owners).
So, sue fast, and sue BIG, Michelle. What's being
done to you is intolerable.

Not Letting This "Crisis" Go To Waste...
...an important action item opportunity.
FRIENDS, THE SPORADIC BITS OF EASING of the despotic measures to
which most of the country has been subjected this year should not be
allowed to bleed off the head of steam you probably had been developing.
The offenses happened, and they're far from over. Stay hot.
And while you are all warmed up, and while others, if
they're smart, are just as hot, I'd like you to send an email (and
Facebook post, or whatever) with the following content to everyone you
can (with a request that they pass it along, in turn):
[Name], over the last several months you've
watched as over-fed state power has been used to literally destroy
classical Western civilization and impose a new despotic paradigm. No
dissent or debate permitted-- no permission or agreement sought.
YOU KNOW where this will end up if the arrogant
state power being used to make this happen isn't radically diminished in
size, influence, resources and popular support, and exposed as an
opportunistic exploiter of legal ignorance (an ignorance which it has
been nurturing in the average mind for decades).
Those things having not yet happened, you
should be quaking in your boots-- and you probably are.
Isn't it time-- and past time-- for you to
begin helping to make those desperately-needed defensive changes take
place? There is only one way these things can happen short of a
who-knows-what we'll-end-up-with explosion of violence. I'm going to
show it to you.
When you're done with that reading, you'll know
what to do next.
BTW, REMEMBER, ALSO, THAT EVERY AMERICAN has lately been given a stark lesson in the fact
that government officials at all levels will lie to you and violate the
law without batting an eye. They will do so any time it serves their agenda, and
you don't call them out for it.
If you know anyone who has been persisting in denial on the
truth about the income tax, you know such nonsense is usually be
grounded in some version or another of, "That can't be true..." or "They
would never do something like that...". Now's the time to put a pin in
that delusional bubble.

certainly WOULD do something
like that.

FOR ALL THE YEARS SINCE 2003 when
CtC was first published, the government has engaged in a
concerted effort to frighten people away from its truths. This
effort involves official government websites and press releases
touting an occasional court ruling that appears to be at odds
with some
CtC-revelation (but without details sufficient to expose the
real substance of the ruling)--
and sometimes even more mendacious behavior.
Are the presentations and
resources offered on this site and in my other work of any value to you?
Tim Kendrick has posted
a video
on YouTube regarding donations. I didn't know what to do about
it to begin with; I don't do what I do intending for anyone to
feel obligated in any way.
But of course, no one IS obligated. I will continue
to make my work freely-available here, and in my books for only
the cost of a cheap paperback.
Thus, even though I post it here below, Tim's very
thoughtful personal resolution and encouragement to others is
just an invitation for consideration by those who may not be
conscious of the fact that I can't do what I do without support.
No one is to feel any pressure from it; if it moves anyone to
act let it be solely because it seems right.
All-in-all, just be the sort of person for others
that you would go to yourself for trustworthy leadership.
Leadership is a challenge. But it's not
complicated, and you can do it.

Are You Having Trouble Spreading The
Word?
SKEPTICISM (SOMETIMES INVOKED BY FEAR) IS TO BE
EXPECTED when you're trying to explain to someone that
everything they've been encouraged their whole lives to
believe about something as entrenched and significant as the
income tax is basically nonsense. So here's a way to help
cut through the resistance:
Ask your listener how he or she would react if
you were to show an announcement from the Commissioner of
Internal Revenue admitting that the tax doesn't apply to the
earnings of most Americans and is misapplied most of the
time because people don't understand how it works? Or how
about if you showed a ruling from the Supreme Court saying
the same?
Now you just have to explain that
you're going to show exactly those things-- but because
the state really doesn't want people to know this, these
things haven't been said quite as forthrightly as we would
all wish. It's going to take a bit more work to take these
admissions in than is sufficient for just reading a press
release. But it'll be worth the effort...
IF YOU'RE NOT SPREADING THIS LINK with every bit of
energy you can, to school libraries, homeschool
families and community groups, your neighbors, your
family members, your pastors and
co-congregationalists, journalists, lawyers, CPAs,
members of congress, tax-agency workers, Wikipedia,
Anonymous, WikiLeaks, the Tax Foundation, everyone
in the "tax honesty" movement, the 9/11 truth
movement, other activist movements and everyone
else,
you have only yourself to blame for your
troubles with the tax, and a whole lot else of which
you might complain. It's on you.

explaining what will be seen at the link-- cryptic
is bad; excited is good-- and then send this WMI
(weapon of mass instruction) far and wide.
Remember: Real Americans don't accommodate fog, lies and a sliding scale of
adherence to the rule of law. Real American men and women stand up for the
truth and the law, come what may, knowing that it is only by setting the bar
at the top and enforcing it, come what may, that liberties are secured.

You would think that the problems facing the United
States would be enough for brain-dead Biden. With massive inflation, the economy
is teetering on the brink of ruin. We face tyrannical control because of harmful
vaccine mandates. Bogus propaganda about “climate change” threatens to cripple
American industry. The government seeks to monitor all our financial
transactions. We threaten China with a new Cold War. But it isn’t enough. Now,
Biden wants to ignite a war with Russia that could easily turn nuclear and
destroy us.
Why is this happening? Biden says that Putin is
about to invade Ukraine. We can’t let this happen because that would be
“aggression.” If Putin does invade, we will impose massive sanctions on
him. But the neocons who control American foreign policy are the real
aggressors. As Larry Johnson says, “Look at this situation from Russia’s
perspective. The United States promised not to expand
NATO:
U.S. Secretary of State James Baker’s
famous ‘not one inch eastward’ assurance about NATO expansion in his
meeting with Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev on February 9, 1990, was
part of a cascade of assurances about Soviet security given by Western
leaders to Gorbachev and other Soviet officials throughout the process
of German unification in 1990 and on into 1991, according to
declassified U.S., Soviet, German, British and French documents posted
today by the National Security Archive at George Washington University.
We lied. Instead of maintaining the status quo,
we have expanded NATO towards Russia’s border. Make no mistake–Russia
considers the expansion of NATO as a direct military threat. . . the
United States has been conducting regular military exercises in
countries bordering Russia for more than 20 years. If you think these
exercises are of no concern to Russia you are worse than a damn fool.
Now we are arming the Ukraine with weapons that will be used against
Ukrainians with strong ties to Russia. This is madness that carries
a genuine risk of sparking a nuclear conflagration. Russia will not be
bullied and will not cower.”
The great expert on Russia Stephen Cohen warned us over two years
ago that trouble lay in store for us: “Ukraine is not ‘a vital US
national interest,’ as most leaders of both parties, Republican and
Democrat alike, and much of the US media now declare. On the other hand,
Ukraine is a vital Russian interest by any geopolitical or simply human
reckoning. Why, then, is Washington so deeply involved in Ukraine?. . .
The short but essential answer is Washington’s decision, taken by
President Bill Clinton in the 1990s, to expand NATO eastward from
Germany and eventually to Ukraine itself. Ever since, both Democrats and
Republicans have insisted that Ukraine is a ‘vital US national
interest.’ Those of us who opposed that folly warned it would lead to
dangerous conflicts with Moscow, conceivably even war. Imagine
Washington’s reaction, we pointed out, if Russian military bases began
to appear on Canada’s or Mexico’s borders with America. We were not
wrong: An estimated 13,000 souls have already died in the
Ukrainian-Russian war in the Donbass and some 2 million people have been
displaced.”
If Biden doesn’t want Putin to invade Ukraine,
he should remove the NATO bases around Russia and take away the
missiles. If he won’t do this, a Russian invasion can still be stopped.
All that’s required is that a pro-Russian government take power in
Ukraine. This is what Putin wants, but Biden has threatened sanctions
against him if he supports this. According to Henry Austin of NBC News,
“Britain’s accusation that the
Kremlin is seeking to install a pro-Russian regime in Ukraine is
‘deeply concerning,’ a National Security Council spokesperson said. ‘The
Ukrainian people have the sovereign right to determine their own future,
and we stand with our democratically-elected partners in Ukraine,’ the
spokesperson, Emily Horne, said in a statement late Saturday. ’This kind
of plotting is deeply concerning,’ she added.”
If Ukraine does get a pro-Russian government,
this would not be Russian “aggression.” It would restore the situation
in Ukraine before a US-backed coup overthrew a government friendly to
Russia. In February 2014, the US pushed out Ukraine President Viktor Yanukovich
by orchestrating demonstrations against him:
As Eric Zuisse noted in an article in Modern Diplomacy in June, 2018,
“If America’s
successful February 2014 overthrow and replacement of Ukraine’s
democratically elected
neutralist
Government doesn’t soon produce a world-ending nuclear war (World War
III), then there will be historical accounts of that overthrow, and the
accounts are already increasingly trending and consolidating toward a
historical consensus that it was a coup — that it was imposed by
‘somebody
from the new coalition’ — i.e., that the termination of the
then-existing democratic (though like all its predecessors, corrupt)
Ukrainian Government, wasn’t authentically a ‘revolution’ such as the
U.S. Government has contended, and certainly wasn’t at all democratic,
but was instead a coup (and a very bloody one, at that), and
totally
illegal (though backed by The West).”
If the US does become involved in Russia, the
result might be nuclear annihilation.
Eric Margolis says, “Russia has thousands of nuclear weapons
pointed at the US and its allies. No one in their right mind should
contemplate a nuclear confrontation. Russia has repeatedly made clear
that if backed into a corner, it may well use tactical nuclear weapons.”

REMEMBER WHAT I SAID ABOUT HONEY POTS in the lead article
of this newsletter (and about distractions, in the second part of that
article)? Rockwell's summary of the real history behind current
circumstances in Ukraine helps underscore that every bit of the plumping
by the DCvers is on behalf of nothing but either or both of those venal
interests.
In no way is a confrontation with
Russia in America's genuine interests-- and in fact,
all of Washington's aggressive saber-rattling toward
a thirty-year-peaceable Russia-- which is now the
fourth leading immigration destination in the world,
btw-- is frankly immoral and embarrassing.
Americans of good will need to put a
halt to this. But what do you do when those in high
office don't care what you think (and Congress
hasn't even been asked for a declaration of war,
much less given one)?
Well, the Founders and Framers thought
this one through...
Those wise and well-educated men-- knowing,
as they did, that all governments inevitably lurch
toward the accretion of power unto themselves and
the corruption which accompanies all accretions of
state power-- pre-emptively put into place a solution.
That solution is baked into the Constitutional cake
and ready to the hand of individual Americans,
entirely bypassing all supervision or approval of
any official.
The only requirements to implement that solution are eyes
with which to see the problem, reasoning with which to recognize the
truth and rightness of the solution, and courage, confidence and clarity
of mind enough to pull the trigger in the face of the natural and
predictable effort of the targeted rogue state to discourage doing so.

ENIAC, the first general-purpose electronic computer, is unveiled. In 1971, the
first celebration of Washington's Birthday takes place on the third Monday of
February, rather than the actual anniversary of February 22. Although Lincoln
idolaters have sought to mischaracterize the new schedule as somehow making the
occasion a combined celebration of Washington and Lincoln, the holiday is still
officially dedicated exclusively to Washington's Birthday. In 1989, the Soviet
Union announces that all its troops have left Afghanistan. In 2003, protests
against the impending U.S. invasion and occupation of Iraq take place in 800
cities worldwide. BBC News estimates the participation of between 6 and 10
million people in what proves to be the largest peace demonstration in history.

Hendrickson is also a widely-read essayist on

soccer coach. He is a long-time political activist as well, and
has served as co-chair and platform convention delegate of
Michigan’s largest county Libertarian Party organization; as a
consultant to the National Right to Work Foundation and Citizens
for a Sound Economy; as a member of the Heartland Institute; and
as a member of the International Society for Individual
Liberty. He is a frequent radio-show guest on stations across
the country.
Hendrickson's business career has included nearly a
decade-and-a-half at the leading edge of the renewable-energy
industry, both as Director of Purchasing and Materials
Management and member of the R&D board at Starpak Energy
Systems, the mid-west's then-largest solar heating and
energy-recovery-and re-utilization company; and as founder and
president of AFJ Inc., a high-efficiency lighting design,
manufacture and installation firm.
Beginning in the mid-1990s and continuing for the
twelve years before his present full-time focus on the
restoration of the rule of law in America, Hendrickson directed
purchasing activities for the $84 million-a-year
multi-family-housing division of the Farmington Hills, Michigan
branch of Edward Rose and Sons, with responsibility for 18,000+
apartments, direct supervision of 35 technicians and agents, and
incidental authority over several hundred divisional workers.
He also ran the division's 10 cable television earth-station and
distribution systems in four states, and designed and
administered the company's website.
On rather the other end of the spectrum, amidst
these more mundane pursuits Hendrickson co-founded and was the
primary creative force behind a small
board- and
card-game company that enjoyed a modest success for several
years.
Hendrickson makes his home in southeast Michigan,
with his wife and two children. He is currently working on his
next book.
