the Federal Communications Commission is established. In 1953, Julius and Ethel
Rosenberg are executed for espionage after giving the Soviet Union United States
nuclear weapons secrets. In 1964, the Civil Rights Act of 1964 is approved by
the Senate, after an 83-day effort to derail it by filibuster. In 2012,
WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange is compelled to seek asylum in the Ecuadorian
embassy in London, lest he be seized by British authorities (as happened in
2019) and turned over to the United States
for a kangaroo court trial
and long imprisonment as punishment for his role in revealing to the American
people (and the rest of the world) many of the crimes of many of the denizens of
Washington, DC.

to affirm your sense of things. I post in order to equip you with
perspectives and arguments with which to

Why Tucker Carlson Got Fired
...the message to take therefrom; and a
celebration of some good Americans who have taken
that message to heart.
IF YOU'VE BEEN PAYING ATTENTION over
the last few years, you already know this answer to
my title's implicit question: Tucker Carlson did
NOT get fired from
Fox News for telling lies. Quite the contrary. Carlson
got fired for telling the truth.
The core lesson from that fact is
usefully derived from a famous declaration
attributed (perhaps inaccurately, but surely as a
fit and well-grounded homage) to George Orwell: "In
a time of deceit, telling the truth becomes a
revolutionary act."
That lesson is that when truth draws
disapprobation and suppression from the powerful,
and is demonstrated thereby to be a threat to an
agenda, the agenda must be evil.
Further, in our particular
circumstances today, when the truth is being faced
with suppression are little more than statements and
observations of what until yesterday had been the
views of the majority (and very likely remain so, as
suggested by the relevant ratings for Carlson and
others singing from the same hymnal), it must be
recognized that it is the deceit that is
the revolutionary act-- and that is the most
important thing to understand.
We ARE in a moment of revolution. It is
a revolution being perpetrated against Western
Civilization and
its moral and legal underpinnings which had for
the past several hundred years been slowly but
surely triumphing over the barbarisms universal in
the world before its ascendancy, and producing
unprecedented liberty, security and prosperity.
To put a finer point on it, there is a
coup being perpetrated against liberty and the rule
of law, and nowhere more vigorously and dangerously
than here in America. The plotters have largely
taken control of America's schools and are
exploiting
that critical bridgehead thoroughly. Likewise,
they occupy positions of power in government and
financial institutions, and have infiltrated many
corporate boardrooms as well as mainstream media
organizations and the entertainment industry.
The corruption and co-option has
penetrated deeply and dangerously into the federal
government, especially. The FBI, CIA, NSA, DHS, DOJ
and all the administrative agencies are bent and
have become tools of the assault. The military is
subverted, with dissidents to the coup targeted or
purged. Many state and local police departments are
being similarly "tuned up", at the same time that
local district attorneys have been unraveling
painstakingly-erected safeguards of society against
crime and corruption, all with the consequence--
whether deliberate or not-- of destabilizing the
country.
Cultural madness of grittier varieties
infects large swaths of the population, with its
victims cynically embraced by the coup-regime in
order to create a cadre of mentally-broken but
fanatically-motivated and intimidating Praetorian "brownshirt"
weapons. (See
this
and
this.)
I know I am saying nothing unknown to
most of those reading these words. But I think that
these things need to be constantly repeated in order
to keep this critically-important realization in the
forefront of our minds, rather than being pushed off
the page by the endless series of distractions
thrown into the air like sand at our eyes by the
coup plotters and the not insignificant portion of
the American people who are so far somehow oblivious
to the systemic assault (or in willful denial).
We cannot afford to let anything but
this attack, and our battle against it, to be front
and center until it has been utterly defeated.
HAPPILY, FOR THE MOMENT, CARLSON, who
is a very important voice of truth,
has
landed on another platform, drawing even more
viewership than during his stint as the most-watched
cable pundit in history. I recommend all of his
presentations from that platform to everyone's
studious attention.
Still, Tucker Carlson is just one
voice, however well-grounded, fearless and
articulate. EVERYBODY on the correct side of all of
this needs to raise his or her voice and do the
counter-revolutionary act of speaking the truth.
Not everyone can draw huge audiences,
but everyone can influence someone.
Further, everyone can definitely take control of the
degree to which he or she contributes resources to
the enemies of truth.
On a small scale that withholding of
support should extend to never again having Fox News
on any screen in your home at any time. These
enemies of the truth should be driven from our
midst.
On a more profound and significant
scale, every American should make their contribution
of resources to co-opted or co-conspiring
governmental actors by participation in
the
"income" excise a conscious, well-informed
decision. Doing any less is a capitulation to an
assault on the rule of law that has been ongoing for
decades and has set the stage for today's effort to
plunge the knife into America's vitals, and it also
means mindlessly financing those wielding that
knife.
It is for each person to decide
independently whether such support for their enemies
is really their desire. But I think that few who
take the dutiful steps to inform such decisions with
the
relevant facts will choose that way. Most will
stand with the rule of law and say, "No. HELL no!!"
Such real American grown-ups are thick
on the ground, but only a relative few have the
gumption to stand up and be counted (and an
understanding of the enormous power of such
forthrightness). Let's celebrate and applaud a few
of these heroes who have recently shared victories in upholding the
law and imposing restraint on the corrupted state:
Raquel Van de Venter
RAQUEL HAS SECURED a complete refund of
everything taken from her against the possibility
that her work in 2022 was a taxable "income"
activity.
Here is Raquel's federal check:
You'll notice that the amount of the
check includes interest. This is due to the IRS delaying the refund
by first challenging the claim with two speedbumps.
The first speedbump was a "LTR12C"
trying to suggest that there was an issue with the
amount of withholding reported. This is a cheap ploy
occasionally trotted out by the IRS in the hope of
confusing and/or intimidating the filer of a return
the government would really rather not see. This
corrupt ploy is discussed more fully
here.
The second IRS speedbump came in the
form of an identity challenge by way of a "LTR5701C".

On the other hand, Raquel's refund from California arrived
on time and with no intervening nonsense:

law with Michigan, which like most states, tries to
exploit the feds' "ignorance tax" scheme and collect
money from people who have actually done nothing
taxable but who have been subjected to "withholding"
by co-opted or confused payers:

FRIENDS, THE SPORADIC EASINGS of the despotic measures to
which most of the country has been subjected under
since the onset of the
COVID-19 hobgoblin narrative should not be
allowed to bleed off the head of steam you probably had been developing.
The offenses happened, and they're far from over. Stay hot.
And while you are all warmed up, and while others, if
they're smart, are just as hot, I'd like you to send an email (and
Facebook post, or whatever) with the following content to everyone you
can (with a request that they pass it along, in turn):
[Name], since March of 2020 you've
watched as over-fed state power has been used to literally destroy
classical Western civilization and impose a new despotic paradigm. No
dissent or debate permitted-- no permission or agreement sought.
YOU KNOW where this will end up if the arrogant
state power being used to make this happen isn't radically diminished in
size, influence, resources and popular support, and exposed as an
opportunistic exploiter of legal ignorance (an ignorance which it has
been nurturing in the average mind for decades).
Those things having not yet happened, you
should be quaking in your boots-- and you probably are.
Isn't it time-- and past time-- for you to
begin helping to make those desperately-needed defensive changes take
place? There is only one way these things can happen short of a
who-knows-what we'll-end-up-with explosion of violence. I'm going to
show it to you.
When you're done with that reading, you'll know
what to do next.
BTW, REMEMBER, ALSO, THAT EVERY AMERICAN has lately been given a stark lesson in the fact
that government officials at all levels will lie to you and violate the
law without batting an eye. They will do so any time it serves their agenda, and
you don't call them out for it.
If you know anyone who has been persisting in denial on the
truth about the income tax, you know such nonsense is usually be
grounded in some version or another of, "That can't be true..." or "They
would never do something like that...". Now's the time to put a pin in
that delusional bubble.

certainly WOULD do something
like that.

FOR ALL THE YEARS SINCE 2003 when
CtC was first published, the government has engaged in a
concerted effort to frighten people away from its truths. This
effort involves official government websites and press releases
touting an occasional court ruling that appears to be at odds
with some
CtC-revelation (but without details sufficient to expose the
real substance of the ruling)--
and sometimes even more mendacious behavior.

resources offered on this site and in my other work of any value to you?

a video
on YouTube regarding donations. I didn't know what to do about
it to begin with; I don't do what I do intending for anyone to
feel obligated in any way.
But of course, no one IS obligated. I will continue
to make my work freely-available here, and in my books for only
the cost of a cheap paperback.
Thus, even though I post it here below, Tim's very
thoughtful personal resolution and encouragement to others is
just an invitation for consideration by those who may not be
conscious of the fact that I can't do what I do without support.
No one is to feel any pressure from it; if it moves anyone to
act let it be solely because it seems right.
All-in-all, just be the sort of person for others
that you would go to yourself for trustworthy leadership.
Leadership is a challenge. But it's not

Are You Having Trouble Spreading The
Word?
SKEPTICISM (SOMETIMES INVOKED BY FEAR) IS TO BE
EXPECTED when you're trying to explain to someone that
everything they've been encouraged their whole lives to
believe about something as entrenched and significant as the
income tax is basically nonsense. So here's a way to help
cut through the resistance:
Ask your listener how he or she would react if
you were to show an announcement from the Commissioner of
Internal Revenue admitting that the tax doesn't apply to the
earnings of most Americans and is misapplied most of the
time because people don't understand how it works? Or how
about if you showed a ruling from the Supreme Court saying
the same?
Now you just have to explain that
you're going to show exactly those things-- but because
the state really doesn't want people to know this, these
things haven't been said quite as forthrightly as we would
all wish. It's going to take a bit more work to take these
admissions in than is sufficient for just reading a press
release. But it'll be worth the effort...
IF YOU'RE NOT SPREADING THIS LINK with every bit of
energy you can, to school libraries, homeschool
families and community groups, your neighbors, your
family members, your pastors and
co-congregationalists, journalists, lawyers, CPAs,
members of congress, tax-agency workers, Wikipedia,
Anonymous, WikiLeaks, the Tax Foundation, everyone
in the "tax honesty" movement, the 9/11 truth
movement, other activist movements and everyone
else,
you have only yourself to blame for your
troubles with the tax, and a whole lot else of which
you might complain. It's on you.

The IRS calls the W2 an “information return,” as in
- someone informed on you. Before this happens to
you again, you need to ask yourself a a few
questions.
First, who is this person
identifying me as someone the federal government
needs to investigate? A paid asset of the IRS? A
volunteer so dedicated to the U.S. government that
he or she would donate their business services by
filling out government forms with personal financial
information and forwarding that information to an
agency known for threatening Americans with adverse
legal action for lying about financial matters?
(Nice guy, your boss.)
Also. The amounts referred
to are identified as what? Federal income? Taxable
earnings? Wages?
Now. What action(s) need I take? Do I stamp the W2
form with my imprimatur, attach it to IRS1040 and
ship it to the bean counters at IRS Headquarters?
Would it not be prudent to learn EVERYTHING you need
to know about the forms W2 and 1040, As well as the
individual “agent” acting on behalf of the
government as if he or she was a ranking officer in
the Treasury Department? After all, the IRS, through
a scheme called withholding, is planning on keeping
up to 30% or more of your yearly earnings. Once you
learn how to legally FORCE the IRS to return that
money, with interest, to you, year after year, you
will lose your fear of the IRS…FOREVER.
In the interest of brevity, I will direct you to
pertinent custom definitions within Title 26 - The
Internal Revenue Code.
Laws are written in English, using specific words to
preclude misunderstandings. (If I’m going too fast,
start at the top and read it again.)
In the I.R.C you will find phrasing similar to the
following, and you will know that CUSTOM definitions
are referred to:
For the purposes of this code section,
the TERM “wages” includes….
HOW NICE TO BE ABLE TO POST a
CtC-educated
piece as an 'Other Voices'! My policy with this section of the
newsletter is to be a bit eclectic with the guest posts-- in large part
to show in these "afterwords" how the truth about the tax offers a
solution to many general policies-and-practices complaints shared by
thoughtful observers with their own readers. In his piece, Willie takes
his readers a good long way down that path on his own, and I can kick
back a bit while writing this newsletter-- something rare and welcome.

Indeed, all I need to add as an
afterword this time is an invitation. I invite
everyone to consider how much more quickly America
could get to the educated "army to big to resist"
spoken of by Dutch Van Camp in the video posted with
the other victories at the top of this page if more
in this community begin doing as Willie has done,
sharing the individual-empowering, state-restraining
truth about the "income" tax revealed in
CtC and exhaustively proven by both
deep
and broad legal and historical scholarship as
well as
hundreds of thousands of practical applications.
How much more quickly could the whole
"ignorance tax" scheme collapse, along with all the
pathological behavior of the governments
long-suckling at that witch's teat, if thousands in
this educated community began writing and posting
and promoting such articles and commentaries?
Heck, even the
corrupt tax agency efforts to discourage or
intimidate
CtC-educated Americans prove the correctness of
that revealed truth. All that need happen is for
those who don't already know to be
intriguingly-pointed toward the information, as
Willie has done in his article above.
Articles, commentaries, comments to
these newsletter articles, and especially videos
should be flying out from this community all the
time! Remember, people, those defending the evil
status quo are legion, and relentless. Those wanting
them defeated, and their evil scheme and its evil
progeny wiped away, need to be just as much so.
At a minimum, everyone in this
community should be diligently sharing, with
suitable exhortations and persuasions to the
recipient, the materials I have written for this

ratify the United States Constitution, thus bringing the federal government into
existence insofar as New Hampshire, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Georgia,

1898, Guam is organized as a United States Territory. In 1948, Columbia Records
introduces the LP. In 2004, SpaceShipOne becomes the first privately-funded

discourage people from rebutting allegations that
they had done things I can tax, and wanted to keep them from
successfully reclaiming withheld or paid-in money, I
would salt the "tax honesty" community with
passionate-seeming "legal researchers" who would

1040 is a bad idea for one reason or another...

Hendrickson is also a widely-read essayist on
matters of politics, public policy and law; many of these works
are collected in his second book, �Upholding
the Law And Other Observations�. He is a member of Mensa;
an
award-winning artist; and has paid his dues as a youth
soccer coach. He is a long-time political activist as well, and
has served as co-chair and platform convention delegate of
Michigan�s largest county Libertarian Party organization; as a
consultant to the National Right to Work Foundation and Citizens
for a Sound Economy; as a member of the Heartland Institute; and
as a member of the International Society for Individual
Liberty. He is a frequent radio-show guest on stations across
the country.
Hendrickson's business career has included nearly a
decade-and-a-half at the leading edge of the renewable-energy
industry, both as Director of Purchasing and Materials
Management and member of the R&D board at Starpak Energy
Systems, the mid-west's then-largest solar heating and
energy-recovery-and re-utilization company; and as founder and
president of AFJ Inc., a high-efficiency lighting design,
manufacture and installation firm.
Beginning in the mid-1990s and continuing for the
twelve years before his present full-time focus on the
restoration of the rule of law in America, Hendrickson directed
purchasing activities for the $84 million-a-year
multi-family-housing division of the Farmington Hills, Michigan
branch of Edward Rose and Sons, with responsibility for 18,000+
apartments, direct supervision of 35 technicians and agents, and
incidental authority over several hundred divisional workers.
He also ran the division's 10 cable television earth-station and
distribution systems in four states, and designed and
administered the company's website.
On rather the other end of the spectrum, amidst
these more mundane pursuits Hendrickson co-founded and was the
primary creative force behind a small
board- and
card-game company that enjoyed a modest success for several
years.
Hendrickson makes his home in southeast Michigan,
with his wife and two children. He is currently working on his
next book.
