January 2- In 1788, Georgia becomes the
fourth of the several states to ratify the United States Constitution and
authorize the new version of the federal government. In 1793, Russia and
Prussia partition Poland, preliminary to Poland's disappearance from the maps of
Europe two years later, with all it's territory divided between Russia, Prussia
and Austria. In 1882, John D. Rockefeller combines his oil concerns into the
Standard Oil trust. In 1920, the "Palmer Raids"-- federal assaults on political
groups targeted for their opposition to conscription and other abuses of the
Wilson administration during World War I-- ratchet up into the capture of
thousands of what Wilson had described as "Hyphenated Americans (who) have
poured the poison of disloyalty into the very arteries of our national life".
In 1974, Richard Nixon signs a bill setting 55 MPH as the maximum speed limit on
U.S. Highways, and coercing state governments to do the same or risk loss of
grant money.

A semi-annual "wake-up" call for today's real American men and
women. You
may have seen this before, but no matter. Read it again. It's that
important.
RESOLUTION DAY.
That is,
"NO MORE PARALYSIS Day"
"NO MORE DENIAL Day"
"NO MORE, "I DON'T DARE..." Day"
"NO MORE, "THE BAD MEN WILL NOTICE
ME SO I'D BETTER NOT!" Day"
"NO MORE, "I'LL WAIT FOR SOMEONE
ELSE TO GO FIRST..." Day"
In short, here we are at,
"GET OFF YOUR ASS Day"
"GET LOUD AND PROUD AND UN-COWED
Day"
I'm talking about,
"DON'T STOP 'TIL YOU'VE GOT LIBERTY
AND THE RULE OF LAW Day"

MORE THAN ANYTHING, here we are at "PUT
ASIDE DELUSIONS Day" That's what the original
"Resolution day" was all about. It was the day the
American colonists finally acknowledged that the
people they had been entreating to respect their
rights actually didn't want them to have
their rights.
It was the day the American colonists
finally acknowledged that the government operatives
they had been petitioning and politicking and
lobbying and arguing with weren't misled or mistaken
or suffering from misunderstanding, needing only to
have things explained a bit better, or argued a bit
more authoritatively. Instead, as the colonists
realized and finally admitted by way of the
Declaration of Independence, those operatives were their
competitors. Those operatives were the
colonists' opponents. Efforts to persuade
them were pointless-- they admitted to no limits on
their power and had no interest in curbing its
abuse, which was being practiced for their
benefit.
IT WAS HARD for the colonists to reach
that epiphany about their government. Because states
exercise power (and partly also because they
maintain an elaborate apologia dedicated to
justifying that exercise as being for the good of
the citizenry, or at least the way things must or
are supposed to be), they come to be viewed as
virtual parents in the hind-brains of those subject
to that power. It is very hard for people to
recognize and acknowledge that actual Mom and Dad
are bad people. It is nearly as hard for people to
recognize that the state under the influence of
which they have been raised is corrupt and
malicious.
But of course, sometimes Mom and Dad
are indeed bad, and states usually are. And while
Mom and Dad can and often do become remorseful, and
proceed to reform and redemption, states are
institutionally-incapable of remorse. The only
remedy against a bad state is taking away its power.
Eventually, after wasting all that time and effort
on petitioning, politicking, lobbying and arguing,
the American colonists admitted this truth on
their Resolution Day and said, "No more talking-- it's
time for walking!"
Bless them for abandoning their
child-like view of the state and becoming grown-ups
at last.
IT REMAINS TO BE SEEN if we modern
Americans are equally deserving of blessings. We
should be up to the task; after all, we have a much
easier row to hoe than the colonists did.
While we, too, must adopt a grown-up
understanding of the true character of the dangerous
servant against which we have been wisely warned,
our state is already bound down by the written law,
thanks to the blood and sacrifices of our ancestors.
All we have to do is recognize that the state is
constantly struggling to escape any limitations
placed upon it by that law, and to suppress and
marginalize anyone revealing its bad behavior and
anything showing how it can be put back into its
chains.
Particularly, we have to recognize that
the biggest and most important limitation put upon
the state concerns its ability to take resources
from individual citizens for its own use. It's this
simple-- the one who controls the disposition of
property is the one in charge.
Because it is so important, for decades
the United States has been engaged in the
cultivation and exploitation of myths about what
limitations are placed upon it in regard to resource
acquisition. Sadly, for most of those decades most
Americans have fallen for the fictions.
Chief among these state-serving,
people-harming myths is the truly absurd proposition
that our grandparents amended the Constitution in
1913 to authorize the state's exploitation of their
resources at its will, in defiance and rejection of
the previous tax-limiting Constitutional rules under
which the American people had become the freest and
most prosperous in the history of the world.
THIS IS A MYTH! It never
happened, and even the premier organs of the state
itself have said so endlessly-- but quietly, so as
to preserve the on-the-books harmony of the law
while allowing the state (and its clients and
cronies) to ruthlessly exploit anyone who doesn't
know to look and remains in ignorance.

Supreme Court's unanimous conclusions about the
Sixteenth Amendment. See what Department of Treasury
experts admit about the income tax. See what the
Supreme Court continues to say about the amendment
and the tax over the decades. Learn the real history
of the tax and its antecedents.
Then go
here and see how the state has been struggling
to keep you from knowing any of this.
After you take these enlightening
excursions, recognize that every single
person or institution that would lose prestige,
power or profits by acknowledging the truth about
the tax can be expected to lie about the subject if
queried. So will every interest that sees itself
benefitting from the existence of a mammoth state
(which might even include those who make their
living complaining about the mammoth state, or the
supposed evils of the income tax).
Every one of
these persons and interests are today's equivalents of the invested
promoters and defenders of the "divine right of
kings" myth that kept people enthralled and
exploited in the colonists' time.
But also recognize that now knowing the
truth, the power is in your hands. The
responsibility is, too.

A CABAL OF OFFICE-HOLDING SWINE IN
CONGRESS has undertaken to disenfranchise the
American people by way of an "Omnibus Spending Bill"
just signed by vacationing Joe Biden a few days ago.
The measure usurps the authority of a newly-elected
House of Representatives by cementing into place for
the next year the ruinous priorities of the
Democrats from whom the American people withdrew
such power in the November election.
Unsurprisingly, the heinous assault on
democracy was embraced by pretty much every Democrat
currently befouling a seat in the House and the
Senate. This deeply dark expression of contempt for
the sovereignty of the People was given comfort by
nominally-Republican House members Liz Cheney, Adam
Kinzinger, Rodney Davis, Fred Upton, Chris Jacobs,
John Katko, Brian Fitzpatrick, Jaime Herrera Butler
and Steve Womack, although their collusion was
purely perverse "virtue-signaling", since those
votes made no difference in the outcome.
More serious was the collusion of
Mitch McConnell, Roy Blunt, John Boozman, Shelley
Capito, Susan Collins, John Cornyn, Tom Cotton,
Lindsey Graham, Jim Inhofe, Jerry Moran, Lisa
Murkowski, Rob Portman, Mitt Romney, Mike Rounds,
Richard Shelby, John Thune, Roger Wicker and Todd
Young in the Senate. The crimes of these eighteen
people were actually necessary for the lame-duck
session usurpation to go forward.
The pretext for the offense, expressed
explicitly in some quarters and implicitly in
others, is that the new Congress couldn't be relied
upon to spend on the military-- and especially on
belligerence against Russia (by way of
the
US-instigated proxy war in Ukraine)-- in the
fashion the conspirators feel is appropriate. The
proposition is that these perps know better what is
good for us than we do ourselves, and are authorized
to make that call.
They are NOT authorized to make that
call, of course, and this is plainly an invalid
justification for subverting the will of the
American people (as ANY "justification" would
be...).
It is also remarkably, and very
disturbingly, akin to what is generally understood
to be the unspoken pretext for the Kennedy
assassination just over 59 years ago. (See
the "Other Voices"
afterword further down on this page for more on
that...)
Every American who cares about the rule
of law should pin these names on the refrigerator
door and keep them in mind. This will facilitate
punishing these villains over the years going
forward, at the ballot-box and in any other lawful
and proper way.
RETRIBUTION FOR CRIMES AGAINST the core
American principle of popular sovereignty aside,
there is another aspect of this sordid affair to be
considered. This one is of a more pleasing demeanor.
As noted, the crime here takes the form
of a spending bill. That spending binge includes not
only a vast amount for the military-industrial
complex and the proxy war against Russia through the
puppet regime installed in Ukraine, but also many,
many other agenda items. These range from the
frivolous and corrupt to the culturally and
civilizationally ruinous.
Included are some which are simply
insulting-- the best example of which being the
$400 million allocated for a new FBI headquarters
building. Over the course of the last two months,
the Twitter files revealed by Elon Musk through the
postings of Matt Taibbi, Bari Weiss, Michael
Shellenberger and others have proven that the FBI
has been deliberately subverting the American
political landscape, rigging elections and deceiving
the American people on a massive scale with
selective disinformation and censorship campaigns.
This comes on top of the more slowly
but steadily trickling-out revelations from various
quarters of frauds upon courts and other crimes
related to the FBI "Russiagate" collusion scheme by
which the 2016 presidential election was neutralized
to a very great extent and the stage was set for a
takeover of Congress in 2018 and of the White House
in 2020 (helped in great part by another
agency-nurtured fraud involving the "COVID-19
pandemic").
All told, the FBI has lately been
starkly exposed as a relentless enemy of the
American people and of the Constitutional structure
we erected for the exercise of our sovereignty
and the securing of our rights, and hence, this
observation's title question: Do you think the FBI deserves
a new HQ?
I think most Americans would answer
that first question with a resounding "NO!" This, of
course, prompts the next question: Why, then, are you volunteering to
pay for a new HQ for the FBI, or why are
you letting others do so-- unwillingly, but also
unwitting of the fact that it is within their lawful
power to refuse?
WE HAVE JUST ENTERED A NEW YEAR, and
are, as noted in the opening article to this
newsletter, in the time for resolutions and
declarations. More than in any year prior, this
is that time in regard to our political lives.
We have reached a point in America's
history in which corruption has become so widespread
and so deep as to see our foundational principles
subverted and spat upon by government agencies like
the FBI with a majority of our purported
representatives in elected office cheering on the
criminals. We can no longer plausibly rely on the
momentum of our virtuous past to keep us squeaking
along with a semblance of critical liberties and
only tolerable and sustainable levels of parasitic
exploitation of our complacency or co-option by the
burgeoning army of predators we have let grow up
within our midst.
We no longer have the luxury to
patiently wait for white knights to finally appear
on the political stage and look after the
interests-- OUR interests-- which we ourselves have
been neglecting in timidity or misplaced confidence
in a system said even by those who erected it to not
be self-sustaining, but rather to need constant and
jealous maintenance and guardianship against
subversion.
The now revealed long-running and
systematic illegal actions of the FBI (and by plain
implication, the overall Deep State of which it is a
part)-- and the revelation of the embedded rot
within the dominating political and media structures
upon which we would normally rely for a remedy-- has
made continued half-heartedness in defense of the
liberties and the rule of law upon which our
happiness and indeed, our very survival depends, no
longer a viable option. We must turn to a
whole-hearted effort, and we must do so
now.
The whole-heartedness we must embrace
may well be forced to become "kinetic" at some
point, and no good American should shy away from
that possibility. In the end, all political power
rests on physical power. The ballots we use for
determining who will be represented in positions of
authority and decision-making are, at bottom, used
simply as a much-preferred substitute for the
bullets which otherwise would be called upon to
prove whose positions are embraced by the majority.
I know that I sound like a broken
record in saying what I have just said. I say the
same thing constantly.
Every single "Other Voices" column on
these pages says that same thing, applying it to
various different issues in the news each time, but
always with the same underlying message. But I do
this because really, as much as many of you reading
these words may have yourselves embraced the truth
and the power of which I speak, that liberating,
state (and Deep State)-restraining truth remains the
most deeply-hidden enormous secret in America.
No matter how much I continue to
demonstrate and prove in every manner possible the
truth of what I have shared in
CtC and on this website for now just shy of
twenty years, that astonishing information has no
foothold in even alt-media, much less any place in
the mainstream. Have you ever wondered why that is?
Have you ever thought about what YOU
could do to change that, and have you been thinking
lately about how critically-important it is-- now
more than ever-- that such a change be accomplished?
I wish you would.
Even the most crazy notions embraced by
the lunatic fringe, based on readily-demonstrated
fallacies or delusions and with no practical
evidence to show of their soundness get a thousand
well-produced, earnestly-promoted videos posted on
their behalf. Where is even ONE such video on behalf
of the thoroughly-supported and
endlessly-demonstrated truth of
CtC other than the meager few my poor talents
and resources in that regard are able to produce,
all of which end up with a pathetic paucity of views
and likes even after years online?
Even the most crazy notions are
promoted in vigorously-made-seconded posts and
comments on posts in social media and elsewhere
online, exposing others to those notions and
garnering visibility boosts from the platforms on
which they appear, furthering their reach and impact
in a snowball effect. My own posts sharing and
showing the veracity of
CtC to anyone who finds them get no comments at
all, much less any conversations going, and thus
enjoy none of those visibility benefits.
DON'T GET ME WRONG, I'm not
complaining. All that I have just said about
CtC's lack of visibility has been true for more
than ten years, since
the efforts to suppress its revelations
escalated to my contrived prosecution in 2009, and
yet I have continued to plug along. I will continue
to do so.
But I don't think we have the luxury of
just moseying at that kind of pace out of the peril
we face today.

everyone in the country who is not part of the
problem active in being part of the solution by
bleeding the monster dry-- which is the only thing
that will now do the job, as should be obvious to
all in light of the institutional and political
corruption now on display with the recent
revelations of FBI malfeasance and the cover it is
being given by the dominant political and media
organizations.
Please! Start speaking with one voice,
loudly and incessantly, brooking no distractions or
divergences.

Not Letting This "Crisis" Go To Waste...
...an important action item opportunity.
FRIENDS, THE SPORADIC BITS OF EASING of the despotic measures to
which most of the country has been subjected under
the fraudulent mantle of
COVID-19 mitigation should not be
allowed to bleed off the head of steam you probably had been developing.
The offenses happened, and they're far from over. Stay hot.
And while you are all warmed up, and while others, if
they're smart, are just as hot, I'd like you to send an email (and
Facebook post, or whatever) with the following content to everyone you
can (with a request that they pass it along, in turn):
[Name], since March of 2020 you've
watched as over-fed state power has been used to literally destroy
classical Western civilization and impose a new despotic paradigm. No
dissent or debate permitted-- no permission or agreement sought.
YOU KNOW where this will end up if the arrogant
state power being used to make this happen isn't radically diminished in
size, influence, resources and popular support, and exposed as an
opportunistic exploiter of legal ignorance (an ignorance which it has
been nurturing in the average mind for decades).
Those things having not yet happened, you
should be quaking in your boots-- and you probably are.
Isn't it time-- and past time-- for you to
begin helping to make those desperately-needed defensive changes take
place? There is only one way these things can happen short of a
who-knows-what we'll-end-up-with explosion of violence. I'm going to
show it to you.
When you're done with that reading, you'll know
what to do next.
BTW, REMEMBER, ALSO, THAT EVERY AMERICAN has lately been given a stark lesson in the fact
that government officials at all levels will lie to you and violate the
law without batting an eye. They will do so any time it serves their agenda, and
you don't call them out for it.
If you know anyone who has been persisting in denial on the
truth about the income tax, you know such nonsense is usually be
grounded in some version or another of, "That can't be true..." or "They
would never do something like that...". Now's the time to put a pin in
that delusional bubble.

certainly WOULD do something
like that.

FOR ALL THE YEARS SINCE 2003 when
CtC was first published, the government has engaged in a
concerted effort to frighten people away from its truths. This
effort involves official government websites and press releases
touting an occasional court ruling that appears to be at odds
with some
CtC-revelation (but without details sufficient to expose the
real substance of the ruling)--
and sometimes even more mendacious behavior.

resources offered on this site and in my other work of any value to you?
Tim Kendrick has posted
a video
on YouTube regarding donations. I didn't know what to do about
it to begin with; I don't do what I do intending for anyone to
feel obligated in any way.
But of course, no one IS obligated. I will continue
to make my work freely-available here, and in my books for only
the cost of a cheap paperback.
Thus, even though I post it here below, Tim's very
thoughtful personal resolution and encouragement to others is
just an invitation for consideration by those who may not be
conscious of the fact that I can't do what I do without support.
No one is to feel any pressure from it; if it moves anyone to
act let it be solely because it seems right.
All-in-all, just be the sort of person for others
that you would go to yourself for trustworthy leadership.
Leadership is a challenge. But it's not

Are You Having Trouble Spreading The
Word?
SKEPTICISM (SOMETIMES INVOKED BY FEAR) IS TO BE
EXPECTED when you're trying to explain to someone that
everything they've been encouraged their whole lives to
believe about something as entrenched and significant as the
income tax is basically nonsense. So here's a way to help
cut through the resistance:
Ask your listener how he or she would react if
you were to show an announcement from the Commissioner of
Internal Revenue admitting that the tax doesn't apply to the
earnings of most Americans and is misapplied most of the
time because people don't understand how it works? Or how
about if you showed a ruling from the Supreme Court saying
the same?
Now you just have to explain that
you're going to show exactly those things-- but because
the state really doesn't want people to know this, these
things haven't been said quite as forthrightly as we would
all wish. It's going to take a bit more work to take these
admissions in than is sufficient for just reading a press
release. But it'll be worth the effort...

families and community groups, your neighbors, your
family members, your pastors and
co-congregationalists, journalists, lawyers, CPAs,
members of congress, tax-agency workers, Wikipedia,

“too crazy” to recruit.
One gets the impression that has as much to do with
managing propaganda positioning over the war in
Ukraine as anything else. Either way, it's a
ridiculously transparent attempt to reinforce the
"lone wolf" lie.
"He was too crazy and unstable even for the
Russians!"
Laughable.
Further, one particular
"secret" memo claims…
"the Central Intelligence Agency has no indication
that Ruby and Lee Harvey Oswald ever knew each
other, were associated, or might have been connected
in any manner".
Yes, before Jack Ruby killed Lee Harvey Oswald they
were apparently "not connected in any manner".
He had never met Oswald before the assassination,
and barely had any idea who he was when he shot him
on November 24th.
This means the current "official story" is that Ruby
randomly chose to
attend the press conference where Oswald spoke
on the evening of November 22nd, despite not being a
member of the press.
During this press conference, Ruby correctly pointed
out Oswald had joined the "fair play for Cuba
committee" (presumably an inspired guess, seeing as
they did not know one another).
Then, two days later and on a complete whim, he
decided to sneak back into the police station
carrying a gun and shoot a man he had never met
for no reason at all, in the parking lot of
a police station, while surrounded by police
officers.
That’s what these "secret files" tell us…the same
ridiculous story as the very unsecret
Warren Commission.
So, yet again, we see just how pointless these
long-awaited government releases are, and how they
are only ever used to reinforce the official
narrative.

I DON'T OFTEN WRITE ABOUT the JFK assassination, even
though it was a profoundly significant event in my life. The murder took
place when I was an eight-year-old child being raised in a very Catholic
environment by ardent Kennedy supporters and even being in class in my
Catholic school when the assassination was announced by horrified and
grief-stricken nuns. (For those unaware, Kennedy was the first Catholic
president of a country in which Catholics had been broadly discriminated
against since its founding, as well as being young, charismatic to an
extreme, and, at that point, appeared firmly set on a widely-popular
course of dampening the increasingly ugly and dangerous Cold War while
also beginning to indicate an intention to withdraw the US from the
escalating Viet Nam conflict.)
In fact, the last time I had really
touched on the subject in any depth was all the way
back in 2018 in
this
speculation regarding possible LBJ culpability
in both John Kennedy and Robert Kennedy's murders
(which was then followed by
this
commentary, which I recommend to everyone,
especially now that the JFK matter is back in the
public mind). Otherwise the assassination is only
touched upon in a few posts
like
this one concerning repeated presidential
derelictions of their duty to faithfully execute the
law at 22 U.S.C. §§ 2799aa and 2799aa-1.
Now, however, the renewed evidence of
Deep State (CIA division) assassination and cover-up
culpability offered by its continuing refusal to
release all the relevant documents must be
considered in light of the revelations of
long-running heinous FBI subversions and crimes
which are dropping right and left. Taken together,
both serve as stark and ominous illuminations of the
present-day peril the rest of us face for allowing
these venomous serpents to grow large within our
midst.
That peril is dire, indeed, and fatal
if allowed to persist.
HOWEVER, AT THE SAME TIME that we
muster anger at those who have abused large-scale
public power we must also look in the mirror. The ugly fact is, we are not just the victims of these
malefactors. We are their enablers, as well-- if we have
not stood up and taken control of how much of our
wealth facilitates their offices and their actions.
Happily we CAN stand up and take
control. We can defund the state from
which the rot most often spreads, using
a Founder-provided means for imposing a much-needed
corrective on those who do bad things in our names
and with our resources.
One simple act by each individual
American will do the trick, and it needs no approval
or agreement from any institutional authority. That one
simple thing will function as a catalyst, compelling
the beneficial reorganization of our whole societal
and political structure as a natural and inevitable
process.

Hendrickson is also a widely-read essayist on

Hendrickson's business career has included nearly a

Beginning in the mid-1990s and continuing for the
twelve years before his present full-time focus on the
restoration of the rule of law in America, Hendrickson directed
purchasing activities for the $84 million-a-year
multi-family-housing division of the Farmington Hills, Michigan
branch of Edward Rose and Sons, with responsibility for 18,000+
apartments, direct supervision of 35 technicians and agents, and
incidental authority over several hundred divisional workers.
He also ran the division's 10 cable television earth-station and
distribution systems in four states, and designed and
administered the company's website.
On rather the other end of the spectrum, amidst
these more mundane pursuits Hendrickson co-founded and was the
primary creative force behind a small
board- and
card-game company that enjoyed a modest success for several
years.
Hendrickson makes his home in southeast Michigan,
with his wife and two children. He is currently working on his
next book.
