November 28- In 1895, the first
American automobile race is run-- 54 miles of thunder and speed. The winner hit
the finish line after approximately 10 hours of hard driving. In 1907,
scrap-metal dealer Louis B. Mayer opens his first movie theater. In 1979, an
Air New Zealand DC 10 crashes at full speed into Mt. Erebus, Antarctica, due to
a navigation error, killing all 257 on board. As can be plainly seen from the
image below, actual high-speed large-commercial-aircraft crashes leave a whole
lot of obvious wreckage:

'Tis The Season For
Victories By The Good Over The Bad...
...and I have a very pleasing such
victory to share!
IN MARCH OF 2121, the excellent Ruben
of California was minding his own business like
every good American should when there appeared
before him an unexpected sight. It was a ghost of
Christmases past-- the spittle-flecked,
chain-rattling specter of a junk-yard dog whose tag
bore the cryptic runes: IRS.
Ruben remembered well the years gone by
in which the sight of this crooked and mangy beast
had struck fear into his heart.
This time, however, even though in its
yellowed and carious fangs the grim and grimy cur
clutched a paper titled "Notice of Deficiency":
Not quite a year-and-a-half later, a
new vision had appeared. This time Ruben was visited
by a right jolly old elf, laden with gifts. The
government effort to scam thousands of dollars from
Ruben to which it had no claim collapsed into an
admission that no deficiency existed, yielding a Tax
Court ruling in Ruben's favor, last month:
Merry Christmas, Ruben!!
ONE IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION needs to be
made so no
one is misled by the "nor overpayment due to"
portion of the ruling above. Ruben has already
received the overpayment he had claimed in
the
filing involved:
As seen, the refund had been diverted as a credit
against an alleged balance owed for another year,
which Ruben disputes. In addition to petitioning for
the voiding of the deficiency allegation, Ruben had
asked the court to order his "collected" overpayment
converted to a check.
The government had argued in response
that recovery of that already-refunded-but-diverted
overpayment had to be by a legal action specifically
addressing the prior year "balance due" allegation,
which was not relevant to the notice of deficiency
at issue in the instant case (and which therefore
would not be within the Tax Court's jurisdiction in
this case). In conference with the government's
attorney upon announcing its intention to surrender
its deficiency claim,
Ruben recognized the merits of that argument and
agreed to take the overpayment issue off the table
on which it never really belonged in the first place.
OF MATERIALS IN THE CASE, I think
those of broadest interest and usefulness to this
audience are Ruben's Petition (find
it here); his January 10, 2022 Motion for
Default and Entry of Decision in Petitioner's Favor,
and Motion to Order Refund of Amount Collected (find
it here); and his April 5, 2022 Declaration of
Facts (in the end never filed, but informative,
nonetheless--
find
it here). Exhibits to these pleadings have been
omitted, but their nature and contents are specified
in the citing documents.
All-in-all I think we can say that
Ruben has stuck in his thumb and pulled out a plum,
leaving the junk-yard dog to gnaw on coal this year.
Each outcome couldn't have happened to a more
deserving party.

I THINK WE'D ALL AGREE that sometimes
the truth can be a pesky thing-- demanding,
disturbing, and seriously inconvenient. The fact is,
when you know the truth, you have to act on it, or
be party to a lie; and when that lie is old,
entrenched, vigorously defended and comfortingly
familiar, the correcting truth can be very hard to
learn, and even harder to act upon.
Learning the truth about the income tax
means setting aside misconceptions nurtured for a
lifetime. Acting on that truth means abandoning
lifelong servility to the state through the offices
of the IRS-- the one organization whose carefully
cultivated reputation as a rabid junkyard dog is
feared by everyone in America.
Both of those things are really
hard!
However, those very same challenges
also make
'Cracking the Code-...' the most rewarding gift
to get or give this holiday season.
After all, how better could you
communicate to those you love the high degree of
esteem in which you hold them? How more certain of
your high regard could they be made, after such a
display of your faith in their character?
(Helping them stop unnecessary losses
of up to 40% or more of their earnings each year
goes over pretty well, too, by the way...)
So, pass out a little panic
this year.
Then stand back and
watch your special someone standtall,
like the real American he or she was born to be.

BECAUSE THIS ONE HAS REARED its ugly
head again recently-- most prominently with some
plumping for it by Britain's new Prime Minister-- let
me say here in the most certain terms possible:
Advocacy of a "central bank digital currency" (CBDC)
should be made the death knell for any political or
business career. Such advocates should immediately
lose any position of trust and honor, if not their
place in society itself.
Indeed, advocacy for CBDC is tantamount
to treason-- and I mean that very seriously.
The US Constitution is grounded in the
principle of decentralization. This is expressed,
for instance, in federalism, the tripart division (trivision?)
of government institutional structure, the role of
juries, the limitations on direct taxation, the
sacred places given to freedom of speech, the
people's ability to resist and overcome central
government oppression and personal privacy, and the
fundamental residence of ultimate power in all
things and at every level in each of hundreds of
millions of citizens. Diffusion of power as the
American organizing principle is expressed in many
specific statements to this effect by the Founders
and Framers, as well.
CBDC has centralization as its primary
characteristic. It is designed to remove money from
individual ownership and control as a practical
matter (regardless of any soothing associated
rhetoric, whether in the form of statutes or
otherwise) and transferring that control (and hence,
real ownership, and almost unimaginable tyrannical
power-- see Part III of
this discussion for a quick sketch of this
horror) to a central bank and those to whom it
answers.
Thus, CBDC is a
concept, and has a purpose, which serve to give aid
and comfort to the enemies of the United States. Its
advocates should be treated accordingly.
(Interestingly, the recent revival of
advocacy for CBDC comes in the wake of digital
currency trader FTX's dramatic and widely-noted
collapse just after the mid-terms.
Any possible rationale linking the CBDC
advocacy and the FTX collapse escapes me. But
observing that coincidence gives me an excuse for
also observing that discussion of the use of FTX as
a money-laundering operation feeding back "aid to
Ukraine" to the members of Congress responsible for
its appropriation--
as
explained here in general terms but with the
custom feature of Ukraine first "investing" the aid
money in FTX, which then distributed it to friendly
lawmakers as campaign donations-- has disappeared
from public discourse at the same time. It should
not have.)

WHILE WE'RE ON THE SUBJECT of bad
policies which are endangering (or actively
assaulting) American liberty and the rule of law, I
have to wonder how it is that no one has yet
formulated a criminal case against Klaus Schwab and
all his World Economic Forum co-conspirators and
agents here in the USA and throughout the world.
There is good reason to suspect that Schwab and
company are responsible for the
unprecedentedly-destructive C19 hype and the
"mitigation" policies enabled by that fabricated
hype, to name just one likely crime of global
proportions.
Further, and in any event,
the
WEF cabal's declared purposes and its success at
damaging the world's
energy and
food security are horrific enough to merit the
close attention of prosecutors and other concerned
and angry people around the world. The hue and cry
should begin at the grass roots, at least, and
should be loud and sustained until the offenses
cease or are made to cease.

FRIENDS, THE SPORADIC BITS OF EASING of the despotic measures to
which most of the country has been subjected under
the fraudulent mantle of
COVID-19 mitigation should not be
allowed to bleed off the head of steam you probably had been developing.
The offenses happened, and they're far from over. Stay hot.
And while you are all warmed up, and while others, if
they're smart, are just as hot, I'd like you to send an email (and
Facebook post, or whatever) with the following content to everyone you
can (with a request that they pass it along, in turn):
[Name], since March of 2020 you've
watched as over-fed state power has been used to literally destroy
classical Western civilization and impose a new despotic paradigm. No
dissent or debate permitted-- no permission or agreement sought.
YOU KNOW where this will end up if the arrogant
state power being used to make this happen isn't radically diminished in
size, influence, resources and popular support, and exposed as an
opportunistic exploiter of legal ignorance (an ignorance which it has
been nurturing in the average mind for decades).
Those things having not yet happened, you
should be quaking in your boots-- and you probably are.
Isn't it time-- and past time-- for you to
begin helping to make those desperately-needed defensive changes take
place? There is only one way these things can happen short of a
who-knows-what we'll-end-up-with explosion of violence. I'm going to
show it to you.
When you're done with that reading, you'll know
what to do next.
BTW, REMEMBER, ALSO, THAT EVERY AMERICAN has lately been given a stark lesson in the fact
that government officials at all levels will lie to you and violate the
law without batting an eye. They will do so any time it serves their agenda, and
you don't call them out for it.
If you know anyone who has been persisting in denial on the
truth about the income tax, you know such nonsense is usually be
grounded in some version or another of, "That can't be true..." or "They
would never do something like that...". Now's the time to put a pin in
that delusional bubble.
As the C19 hoax has starkly shown, "that" certainly CAN be true, and they
certainly WOULD do something
like that.
Use this evidence in all your
outreach efforts.

FOR ALL THE YEARS SINCE 2003 when
CtC was first published, the government has engaged in a
concerted effort to frighten people away from its truths. This
effort involves official government websites and press releases
touting an occasional court ruling that appears to be at odds
with some
CtC-revelation (but without details sufficient to expose the
real substance of the ruling)--
and sometimes even more mendacious behavior.

Tim Kendrick has posted
a video
on YouTube regarding donations. I didn't know what to do about
it to begin with; I don't do what I do intending for anyone to
feel obligated in any way.
But of course, no one IS obligated. I will continue
to make my work freely-available here, and in my books for only
the cost of a cheap paperback.
Thus, even though I post it here below, Tim's very
thoughtful personal resolution and encouragement to others is
just an invitation for consideration by those who may not be
conscious of the fact that I can't do what I do without support.
No one is to feel any pressure from it; if it moves anyone to
act let it be solely because it seems right.
All-in-all, just be the sort of person for others
that you would go to yourself for trustworthy leadership.
Leadership is a challenge. But it's not
complicated, and you can do it.

Are You Having Trouble Spreading The
Word?
SKEPTICISM (SOMETIMES INVOKED BY FEAR) IS TO BE
EXPECTED when you're trying to explain to someone that
everything they've been encouraged their whole lives to
believe about something as entrenched and significant as the
income tax is basically nonsense. So here's a way to help
cut through the resistance:
Ask your listener how he or she would react if
you were to show an announcement from the Commissioner of
Internal Revenue admitting that the tax doesn't apply to the
earnings of most Americans and is misapplied most of the
time because people don't understand how it works? Or how
about if you showed a ruling from the Supreme Court saying
the same?
Now you just have to explain that
you're going to show exactly those things-- but because
the state really doesn't want people to know this, these
things haven't been said quite as forthrightly as we would
all wish. It's going to take a bit more work to take these
admissions in than is sufficient for just reading a press
release. But it'll be worth the effort...
IF YOU'RE NOT SPREADING THIS LINK with every bit of
energy you can, to school libraries, homeschool
families and community groups, your neighbors, your
family members, your pastors and
co-congregationalists, journalists, lawyers, CPAs,
members of congress, tax-agency workers, Wikipedia,
Anonymous, WikiLeaks, the Tax Foundation, everyone
in the "tax honesty" movement, the 9/11 truth
movement, other activist movements and everyone
else,
you have only yourself to blame for your
troubles with the tax, and a whole lot else of which
you might complain. It's on you.
WRITE A NICE, FRIENDLY AND BRIEF introductory note
explaining what will be seen at the link-- cryptic
is bad; excited is good-- and then send this WMI
(weapon of mass instruction) far and wide.
Remember: Real Americans don't accommodate fog, lies and a sliding scale of
adherence to the rule of law. Real American men and women stand up for the
truth and the law, come what may, knowing that it is only by setting the bar
at the top and enforcing it, come what may, that liberties are secured.

It feels like it’s finally over, doesn’t it, the
whole “apocalyptic pandemic” thing? I mean, really,
really over this time. Not like all those other
times when you thought it was over, but it wasn’t
over, and was like the end of those Alien movies,
where it seems like Ripley has finally escaped, but
the alien is hiding out in the shuttle, or the
escape pod, or Ripley’s intestinal tract.
But this time doesn’t feel
like that. This time it feels like it’s really,
really over. Go out and take a look around. Hardly
anyone is wearing masks anymore (except where masks
are mandatory) or being coerced into submitting to
“vaccinations” (except where “vaccination” is
mandatory), and the hordes of hate-drunk New Normal
fanatics who demanded that “the Unvaccinated” be
segregated, censored, fired from their jobs, and
otherwise demonized and persecuted, have all fallen
silent (except for those who haven’t).
Everything is back to normal, right?
Wrong. Everything is not back to normal. Everything
is absolutely New Normal. What is over is the
“shock-and-awe” phase, which was never meant to go
on forever. It was always only meant to get us here.
Where, you’re probably asking, is “here”? “Here” is
a place where the new official ideology has been
firmly established as our new “reality,” woven into
the fabric of normal everyday life. No, not
everywhere, just everywhere that matters. (Do you
really think the global-capitalist ruling classes
care what people in Lakeland, Florida, Elk River,
Idaho, or some village in Sicily believe about
“reality”?) Yes, most government restrictions have
been lifted, mainly because they are no longer
necessary, but in centers of power throughout the
West, in political, corporate, and cultural spheres,
in academia, the mainstream media, and so on, the
New Normal has become “reality,” or, in other words,
“just the way it is,” which is the ultimate goal of
every ideology.
For example, I just happened upon this “important
COVID-19 information,” which you need to be aware of
(and strictly adhere to) if you want to attend a
performance at
this Off-Broadway theater in New York City,
where “everything is back to normal.”
I could pull up countless further examples, but I
don’t want to waste your time. At this point, it
isn’t the mask and “vaccination” mandates themselves
that are important. They are simply the symbols and
rituals of the new official ideology, an ideology
that has divided societies into two irreconcilable
categories of people: (1) those who are prepared to
conform their beliefs to the official narrative of
the day, no matter how blatantly ridiculous it is,
and otherwise click heels and follow the orders of
the global-capitalist ruling establishment, no
matter how destructive and fascistic they may be;
and (2) those who are not prepared to do that.
Let’s go ahead and call them “Normals” and
“Deviants.” I think you know which one you are.

HOPKINS STRUGGLES TO KEEP his wry wit alive in this
piece, because the picture he paints is too dark for even
the driest of humor. Unfortunately, his artistic instinct has the right
of it. Things ARE pretty dark on the "new normal" front.
Indeed, the relentlessness of the
transformational effort is so heavy and sustained
that it is becoming unnoticeable-- like the sound of
a nearby train rolling past your home so regularly
that after a week or two of exposure you no longer
even notice it. But still, it rumbles by, over and
over.
I have observed many times on these
pages that corruption, like rust, never sleeps, and
therefore, neither can we. Accompanying that
observation is this: Corruption is able to never
sleep, and instead assaults us all relentlessly,
because it has access to massive resources allowing
it to finance full-time assailants and trolls and
propagandists. This is true, in turn, because too
few Americans know their power over the resources
available to those bad actors.
The ugly fact is, we are not just the victims of these
malefactors. We are their enablers, as well-- if we have
not stood up and taken control of how much of our
wealth facilitates their offices and their actions.
Happily we CAN stand up and take
control. We can boycott private sector trolls and
propagandists. We can also defund the state from
which the rot most often spreads, using
a Founder-provided means for imposing a much-needed
corrective on those who do bad things in our names
and with our resources.
One simple act by each individual
American will do the trick, and it needs no approval
or agreement from any institutional authority. That one
simple thing will function as a catalyst, compelling
the beneficial reorganization of our whole societal
and political structure as a natural and inevitable
process.

states. In 1963, the Warren Commission is established to investigate the

portions of the administration buildings at UC Berkley in protest over
university policies prohibiting unfettered political activity on campus.
The arrests lead to even more massive protests, which ultimately shut down
the campus until the offensive policies are rescinded.

Hendrickson is also a widely-read essayist on

Michigan�s largest county Libertarian Party organization; as a

Hendrickson's business career has included nearly a
decade-and-a-half at the leading edge of the renewable-energy
industry, both as Director of Purchasing and Materials
Management and member of the R&D board at Starpak Energy
Systems, the mid-west's then-largest solar heating and
energy-recovery-and re-utilization company; and as founder and
president of AFJ Inc., a high-efficiency lighting design,
manufacture and installation firm.
Beginning in the mid-1990s and continuing for the
twelve years before his present full-time focus on the
restoration of the rule of law in America, Hendrickson directed
purchasing activities for the $84 million-a-year
multi-family-housing division of the Farmington Hills, Michigan
branch of Edward Rose and Sons, with responsibility for 18,000+
apartments, direct supervision of 35 technicians and agents, and
incidental authority over several hundred divisional workers.
He also ran the division's 10 cable television earth-station and
distribution systems in four states, and designed and
administered the company's website.
On rather the other end of the spectrum, amidst
these more mundane pursuits Hendrickson co-founded and was the
primary creative force behind a small
board- and
card-game company that enjoyed a modest success for several
years.
Hendrickson makes his home in southeast Michigan,
with his wife and two children. He is currently working on his
next book.
