What A REAL "Existential
Threat" Looks Like
A picture is worth a thousand words...but only if it's being seen.
MANY OF THOSE READING THIS PAGE arrive
at the articles directly by way of the links
provided in the notification emails, forum posts and
GAB posts I send out announcing each fresh
newsletter. Those same folks often will not ever
make it to the actual top of the page where each edition
begins with a graphic I think relevant to current events at the time of
publication.
Because of the dynamic thus described,
and because I see no evidence of any appropriate
uptick in efforts by those already
CtC-educated to
enlighten others to
the individual-empowering,
state-restraining truth about the income tax,
it occurs to me that folks arriving here from the
posted notifications have missed the rather
important opening graphic that has been featured for
a number of months now:
This conclusion troubles me
considerably.
FOR FIVE MONTHS NOW, resources yielded
to the nutcases by victims of the "ignorance
tax" have facilitated the insanely reckless
escalation of provocations of a very robustly
nuclear-equipped Russia. More specifically and
relevantly, a Russia which possesses
a very distinct, and even dramatic-- but also very temporary--
technological advantage in warhead delivery by way
of its hypersonic missile systems (and is thus prone
to a "use it or lose it" calculation under
appropriate circumstances).
This escalation of hostile behavior--
on the military front, by way of weapons and intel
supplied to
the neo-Nazi, coup-installed regime in
Kiev; on the propaganda front, by way of the
relentless one-sided and almost entirely false
information spin from
the mockingbird media; on the economic front by
way of cringe-worthily-hypocritical (and backfiring)
"sanctions"; and on the diplomatic-political? front
by encouraging
provocations from others-- is relentlessly and
substantially raising the temperature of the pot in
which the Russian frog sits. When that frog decides
it must jump out, it will do so
by substantially raising the temperature of the
United States (and elsewhere).
Allowing these
grossly corrupt and hypocritical
false-narrative-fueled provocations to continue
is madness of the most serious sort, from which
Americans are already suffering considerable adverse
consequences (both insofar as the Ukraine situation
is used to excuse the implementation of the "Green
New Deal" and
other
bad and destructive policies and by way of of
real disruptions to world trade, most notably in
fertilizer and other agricultural inputs and
products). Waiting in the wings is the risk of
annihilation.
Please, everyone, get vocal and
vigorous. SEND THIS SIMPLE WAKE-UP CALL AROUND LIKE
YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT.

A Showcase Of Today's
Republican Political Spectrum
...and a window into one of the very
important contests in this upcoming mid-term
election.
EVERY UPCOMING MID-TERM ELECTION
CONTEST is important. But the top-of-the-ticket
state-office contests in Michigan are particularly
so.
Like only a few others, Michigan is a
large-population swing state. It was one of five
particularly targeted for massive vote fraud in the
2020 election (as shown in the powerful documentary
exposé, '2000
Mules', among other compelling bodies of
evidence, none of which-- contrary to the
propagandistic spin of Democrats and
fellow-travelling voices in the media, have ever
been examined in any court proceeding).
Dana Nessel is most recently famous for
having declared that
every public elementary school should suffer
drag-queen events. She also played her part in
the COVID-coup, supporting Whitmer's manifestly
invalid "work-around" of the Michigan Supreme Court
ruling on her COVID measures of simply having the
same prohibited edicts issued by Whitmer's
subordinate public-health director and threatening
and otherwise harassing everyone seeking to gather
and present evidence of the widespread vote fraud
conducted in Democrat-stronghold precincts.
Jocelyn Benson is famous for having
illegally instructed city clerks throughout Michigan
to disregard voter signature-verification
requirements required by Michigan law,
as found in March, 2021 by the Michigan Court of
Claims.
In short, Whitmer, Nessel and Benson
are very bad people, and all need to be replaced.
THE REPUBLICAN CHOICES to replace Dana
Nessel and Jocelyn Benson have already been
determined, by state party vote in convention. The
challenger to Gretchen Whitmer will be determined in
the August 2nd primary. Current ballot choices are
Ryan Kelley, Garret Soldano, Kevin Rinke, Tudor
Dixon and Ralph Rebandt.
Each of these gubernatorial prospects
have participated in several debates. Unfortunately,
these debates have been only regionally broadcast,
and with little advance notice and limited
opportunity to be viewed live either in person or
via a streaming service.
I'm guessing many Michigan readers have missed the debates
and would like the
opportunity to get a good feel for the pluses and
minuses of each of these candidates, especially in
the sense of how each would faithfully represent a
principled constituency and how each would fare in
upcoming debates with Whitmer. Accordingly, I have located,
and posted below, YouTube videos of debates
conducted June 30th and July 6th (in the latter of
which Ralph Rebandt does not appear due to poll
numbers too low to qualify).
Those in other states might still find
these debates of interest, and I recommend them to
everyone. In this field of candidates we have
representation of a wide spectrum of Republican
political demeanors, from the DeVos-family-supported
Tudor Dixon through the multi-millionaire Kevin
Rinke to the accused January 6 attendee and
anti-lockdown, anti election-fraud firebrand Ryan
Kelley.

Not Letting This "Crisis" Go To Waste...
...an important action item opportunity.
FRIENDS, THE SPORADIC BITS OF EASING of the despotic measures to
which most of the country has been subjected under
the fraudulent mantle of
COVID-19 mitigation should not be
allowed to bleed off the head of steam you probably had been developing.
The offenses happened, and they're far from over. Stay hot.
And while you are all warmed up, and while others, if
they're smart, are just as hot, I'd like you to send an email (and
Facebook post, or whatever) with the following content to everyone you
can (with a request that they pass it along, in turn):
[Name], since March of 2020 you've
watched as over-fed state power has been used to literally destroy
classical Western civilization and impose a new despotic paradigm. No
dissent or debate permitted-- no permission or agreement sought.
YOU KNOW where this will end up if the arrogant
state power being used to make this happen isn't radically diminished in
size, influence, resources and popular support, and exposed as an
opportunistic exploiter of legal ignorance (an ignorance which it has
been nurturing in the average mind for decades).
Those things having not yet happened, you
should be quaking in your boots-- and you probably are.
Isn't it time-- and past time-- for you to
begin helping to make those desperately-needed defensive changes take
place? There is only one way these things can happen short of a
who-knows-what we'll-end-up-with explosion of violence. I'm going to
show it to you.
When you're done with that reading, you'll know
what to do next.
BTW, REMEMBER, ALSO, THAT EVERY AMERICAN has lately been given a stark lesson in the fact
that government officials at all levels will lie to you and violate the
law without batting an eye. They will do so any time it serves their agenda, and
you don't call them out for it.
If you know anyone who has been persisting in denial on the
truth about the income tax, you know such nonsense is usually be
grounded in some version or another of, "That can't be true..." or "They
would never do something like that...". Now's the time to put a pin in
that delusional bubble.
As the C19 hoax has starkly shown, "that" certainly CAN be true, and they
certainly WOULD do something
like that.

outreach efforts.

FOR ALL THE YEARS SINCE 2003 when
CtC was first published, the government has engaged in a
concerted effort to frighten people away from its truths. This
effort involves official government websites and press releases
touting an occasional court ruling that appears to be at odds
with some
CtC-revelation (but without details sufficient to expose the
real substance of the ruling)--
and sometimes even more mendacious behavior.
Are the presentations and
resources offered on this site and in my other work of any value to you?
Tim Kendrick has posted
a video
on YouTube regarding donations. I didn't know what to do about
it to begin with; I don't do what I do intending for anyone to
feel obligated in any way.
But of course, no one IS obligated. I will continue
to make my work freely-available here, and in my books for only
the cost of a cheap paperback.
Thus, even though I post it here below, Tim's very
thoughtful personal resolution and encouragement to others is
just an invitation for consideration by those who may not be
conscious of the fact that I can't do what I do without support.
No one is to feel any pressure from it; if it moves anyone to
act let it be solely because it seems right.
All-in-all, just be the sort of person for others
that you would go to yourself for trustworthy leadership.
Leadership is a challenge. But it's not
complicated, and you can do it.

Are You Having Trouble Spreading The
Word?
SKEPTICISM (SOMETIMES INVOKED BY FEAR) IS TO BE
EXPECTED when you're trying to explain to someone that
everything they've been encouraged their whole lives to
believe about something as entrenched and significant as the
income tax is basically nonsense. So here's a way to help
cut through the resistance:
Ask your listener how he or she would react if
you were to show an announcement from the Commissioner of
Internal Revenue admitting that the tax doesn't apply to the
earnings of most Americans and is misapplied most of the
time because people don't understand how it works? Or how
about if you showed a ruling from the Supreme Court saying
the same?
Now you just have to explain that
you're going to show exactly those things-- but because
the state really doesn't want people to know this, these
things haven't been said quite as forthrightly as we would
all wish. It's going to take a bit more work to take these
admissions in than is sufficient for just reading a press
release. But it'll be worth the effort...
IF YOU'RE NOT SPREADING THIS LINK with every bit of
energy you can, to school libraries, homeschool
families and community groups, your neighbors, your
family members, your pastors and
co-congregationalists, journalists, lawyers, CPAs,
members of congress, tax-agency workers, Wikipedia,
Anonymous, WikiLeaks, the Tax Foundation, everyone
in the "tax honesty" movement, the 9/11 truth
movement, other activist movements and everyone
else,
you have only yourself to blame for your
troubles with the tax, and a whole lot else of which
you might complain. It's on you.

explaining what will be seen at the link-- cryptic
is bad; excited is good-- and then send this WMI
(weapon of mass instruction) far and wide.
Remember: Real Americans don't accommodate fog, lies and a sliding scale of
adherence to the rule of law. Real American men and women stand up for the
truth and the law, come what may, knowing that it is only by setting the bar
at the top and enforcing it, come what may, that liberties are secured.

What is Congress doing as a growing chorus of
Americans think these and other economic issues are
the
most important problems facing the nation today?
They’re planning to give military contractors the
biggest payday they’ve ever seen.
This week, at a time when
Americans are fighting to keep roofs over their
heads and feed their families, Congress’s plan is to
authorize a record-setting
$838.8 billion in spending, not to the American
people, but to the Pentagon. As happens nearly every
year,
more than half of this sum will likely go to
Pentagon contractors, whose CEOs
make tens-of-millions of dollars while
telling their shareholders that war and rising
global tensions are good for business.
Yet this week Congress is
on track to give the Pentagon
$37 billion more than the military even asked
for. Instead of funding pork-barrel projects across
the country -— such as the Littoral Combat Ship,
known in U.S. Navy circles as the “little
crappy ship” that
reportedly can’t travel half its maximum speed
without cracking its hull — Congress could use this
money to pay for a variety of things Americans
desperately need right now, like school
lunches, affordable
housing, and
utility assistance programs.
Even just lowering taxes by
$37 billion or giving this money directly to the
American people could put more than $100 in the
pocket of
every single American at a time when they
desperately need it.
Not only would spending in
such ways benefit the individuals and communities
that receive them, it would also help revitalize the
U.S. economy — and make it more equitable to boot.
As has
been
well
documented, defense spending is one of the least
economically productive ways the government can
spend its money. Spending on education, health care,
and lowering taxes, for example, have all been shown
to create more — and higher paying — jobs.
In addition to the economic
costs of funneling ever more money into the
Pentagon, contractors that win the lion’s share of
the Pentagon pie have left less and less money for
the actual members of the U.S. military. Our troops
and their families are now facing the same problems
of affordable housing and inflation that plague the
rest of the nation, all while doing their part to
defend the country. As our colleague, Tevah Gevelber,
documented in Responsible Statecraft last month,
increases in rents and inflation have forced many
military families to move further and further away
from bases and, in some cases, to live paycheck to
paycheck.
With military families and
other hard-working Americans struggling to make ends
meet, why is Congress poised to give government
contractors the biggest taxpayer-funded payday
they’ve ever received? In short, Pentagon
contractors invest heavily in efforts to get more
taxpayer money. They have spread their influence and
money around to lobbyists, PR firms, and think tanks
to ensure that a rising defense budget lifts all
boats … inside the Beltway.
The defense sector is also
one of the top spenders on campaign contributions to
members of Congress, particularly to those lawmakers
with the greatest sway over the defense budget. In
fact, members of the House Armed Services Committee
who last month approved the defense bill the House
will vote on this week have already received more
than $3.25 million in campaign contributions from
defense contractors in just the current election
cycle, according to campaign finance data compiled
by
OpenSecrets.

I NEED HARDLY POINT OUT that it is largely the insane
bellicosity toward Russia-- rationalized by the pretext of Russia's
(entirely expected and intended) response to
the very deliberate and
sustained provocations made against her by US activities in Ukraine
since late 2013-- that fuels the current excesses in the Pentagon's
budget. As noted in the
lead article today, that insane bellicosity is not only mendaciously
grounded and sustained, but also carries the risk of truly dire
consequences far beyond the mere decades-old fleecing of the American
people.
Also as noted in the lead article of
this edition, the threats and harms of which we speak arise
from one simple factor-- the enormous resources
handed over to the federal government. Those
resources pay for all of Washington's bad behavior,
and also finance the
politically-driven control of information and
inquiry, resulting in a largely ignorant or
misinformed population, vulnerable to manipulation.
One simple act by each individual
American will do the trick, and it needs no approval
or agreement from any institutional authority. That one
simple thing will function as a catalyst, compelling
the beneficial reorganization of our whole societal
and political structure as a natural and inevitable
process.

July 20- In 1903, Ford Motor Co. ships its first car. In 1945,
Congress ratifies the Bretton Woods agreement, making the U.S. dollar (still
redeemable on demand in gold for foreign holders at $35 to the ounce) the
reserve currency of the modern world. In 2003, two bombs explode outside a tax
office in Nice, France. In 2012, a gunman opens fire in a theater in Aurora,
Colorado during a showing of 'The Dark Knight Rises', killing 12 and injuring
58. The theater chosen was
the only one in the area with a posted policy prohibiting weapons, thereby
ensuring that unlike people in other theaters in the area, several of which were
closer to the gunman's home, and were showing the same film, the victims of the
attack would be unable to defend themselves. (The gunman entered through an
emergency exit, thus evading the detection of his weapons.) In 2015, The United
States abandoned its 50-year-long campaign to oust the government of Fidel
Castro from Cuba by embargo, a policy which trampled on the rights of Americans
and impoverished generations of Cubans, all for nothing (actually, not quite for
nothing-- the policy prevented the kind of engagement between Cubans and
Americans that would have prompted organic change within Cuba and almost
certainly helped perpetuate the Castro regime for many more years then it would
have otherwise lasted).

successfully reclaiming withheld or paid-in money, I
would salt the "tax honesty" community with
passionate-seeming "legal researchers" who would
warn anyone whose ear they captured that filing a
1040 is a bad idea for one reason or another...

Illuminating Anniversaries of this week:
July 21- In 1865, Wild Bill Hickock and Davis Tutt inaugurate
the "showdown". Hickock is the one that walks away. In 1925, John Scopes is
found guilty in a Dayton, Tennessee courtroom of teaching evolution, and is
fined $100. In 1931, television begins assaulting Americans on a
seven-days-a-week schedule in New York City. In 1954, Vietnam is partitioned
into North and South by the Geneva Accords. In 1969, Neil Armstrong takes "one
small step". In 2005, four terrorist bombings were allegedly attempted in the
London subway system two weeks after those discussed
here.
No bombs actually went off... In 2011, the final Space Shuttle flight landed.
If you're not talking this one up everywhere and

July 22- In 1937, the Senate votes down FDR's scheme to add
more justices to the U.S. Supreme Court in order to start getting favorable
rulings on New Deal legislation after having his socialist programs ruled
unconstitutional over and over. (Roosevelt soon replaced enough retiring

"living Constitution" anyway...) In 2011, a terrorist bombing of government

Hendrickson is also a widely-read essayist on

Hendrickson's business career has included nearly a
decade-and-a-half at the leading edge of the renewable-energy
industry, both as Director of Purchasing and Materials
Management and member of the R&D board at Starpak Energy
Systems, the mid-west's then-largest solar heating and
energy-recovery-and re-utilization company; and as founder and
president of AFJ Inc., a high-efficiency lighting design,
manufacture and installation firm.
Beginning in the mid-1990s and continuing for the
twelve years before his present full-time focus on the
restoration of the rule of law in America, Hendrickson directed
purchasing activities for the $84 million-a-year
multi-family-housing division of the Farmington Hills, Michigan
branch of Edward Rose and Sons, with responsibility for 18,000+
apartments, direct supervision of 35 technicians and agents, and
incidental authority over several hundred divisional workers.
He also ran the division's 10 cable television earth-station and
distribution systems in four states, and designed and
administered the company's website.
On rather the other end of the spectrum, amidst
these more mundane pursuits Hendrickson co-founded and was the
primary creative force behind a small
board- and
card-game company that enjoyed a modest success for several
years.
Hendrickson makes his home in southeast Michigan,
with his wife and two children. He is currently working on his
next book.
