posts his 95 theses on the door of the Castle Church in Wittenberg. In 1864,
Nevada is admitted as the 36th of the United States of America. In 1892, Arthur
Conan Doyle publishes 'The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes'. In 1913, the first
transcontinental highway in the USA is completed. In 1968, claiming progress in
the Paris peace talks, Lyndon Johnson announces a halt to most military activity
in Vietnam in order to improve the electoral chances for the Democratic ticket
in the upcoming election. In reality, the war will go on for another
six-and-a-half years.

to affirm your sense of things. I post in order to equip you with
perspectives and arguments with which to
educate others, and in the
expectation that you will forward my posts to other people (or

that my posts are heavily suppressed. They will NOT get out
if you don't get them out.
Remember, we won't win by only YOU knowing what I
present. We will win by LOTS OF OTHERS knowing what I present.
So, Next Tuesday Is Election
Day...
...and few election days have ever been
as important as this one.
NEXT TUESDAY IS
NOT so important
because Republicans can take control of Congress.
Republicans have controlled the entirety of the
federal government many times and have done precious
little-- if anything-- worthwhile or virtuous.
Rather, next
Tuesday is so important because it is the
opportunity for the American people to strip power
from the Democrats who have been deliberately
destroying this great country and waging steady war
against Western Civilization as a whole, to boot.
Necessarily, rescuing America from Democrat sociopaths eating
away at her substance under pretended existential
threats such as "climate change", "pandemics" and
"domestic terrorism" means electing
Republicans. In the case of many candidates from
that party, this means voting for some pretty odious
characters.
After all, Mitch McConnell and Kevin
McCarthy are nominal Republicans, and as bad as they
both are, each has been found pleasing by so many of
their Republican colleagues in office as to have
been granted positions of leadership. I can think of
few more powerful indicators that the Republican
party is hardly that of the angels.
Heck, Lindsey Graham is a Republican.
Mitt Romney is a Republican. John McCain was a
Republican, along with Dick Cheney, John Bolton,
Mike Pompeo, Nikki Haley, and so on and on.
BUT... we've all got to vote
Republican. As much as it pains me to say it, voting
third party this time around would be madness.
Nothing must come before the imperative of halting
the rapid erosion of our hard-won speech rights,
property rights, and painstakingly-constructed
liberty-and-prosperity-nurturing cultural norms by
the gibbering nihilists chewing on all of it right
now in a frothy fury.
I am a life-long Libertarian,
and I have friends running for office
this year under that party's mantle. None of
them will get my vote this time around. None should
get your votes.
This time around, everyone must hold
their noses and vote so as to successfully evict
the
Democrat lunatics from every office possible. As
it happens, there is an unusually large cadre of
actually-worthwhile Republicans on the ballot this
year, so things are not as bad as they could be. But even the crappy ones need to be
supported-- this one time-- where they are the only
alternative to Democrats.
PUT NO FAITH IN POLLS, of which we have
all been hearing much these last few days. Not only
are polls unreliable in any event, but they can also
be used as weapons to hobble actual turnout, which
is all that matters. People who have been led to
believe that their side has a lock on success can
become a bit relaxed about getting to the polls and
helping make it really happen.
At the same time, polls showing one
side on the back foot can motivate the adherents of
that side to show up in greater numbers than they
otherwise might. This year every single person
awake to the harm being done to American well-being
over the last two years must turn out, no matter how
things might seem to be going.
VOTE IN
PERSON ON ELECTION DAY, if it's not already
too late for you to do that. Be part of a massive
physical presence at every polling place. This will
help intimidate and discourage anyone considering
another campaign of lies about the outcome.
If there are exit pollsters on hand,
seek them out and announce your votes.
AND ABOVE ALL, keep your powder dry. As
I posted here as long ago as April of 2021:

The 2022 Elections To Set Things Right?
Don't Be Naive.
Those trying to conquer and
subdue you are doing everything in their
power to make themselves incapable of being
dislodged, no matter how large a majority
wants to dislodge them.
I HAVE BEEN TROUBLED TO SEE
increasingly common expressions by opponents
of those currently huddled behind the barbed
wire and troops in Washington and many
statehouses suggesting a belief that 2022
will see everything mended. This is the
notion that the folks who:
unhesitatingly issued-- and
have since maintained-- a broad swath of
completely illegal edicts resulting
in the collapse of much of the American
economy;
encouraged and facilitated
widespread, unhindered and unpunished
rioting, looting, property destruction,
assault and murder by their supporters
and allies--
all precisely meeting the statutory
definition of domestic terrorism--
throughout last summer (and again, more
sporadically, on numerous occasions
since);
have exploited their
command of the journalistic mainstream
to bury any airing of
election fraud evidence;
systematically deplatform
any voices challenging any part of their
self-serving narratives-- even political
figures representing large numbers of
Americans;
and who have spent the last
four months rushing to seize control of
the voting laws in every state, culling
non-supporters of their agendas from the
military, enacting infringements on
their civilian political opponents'
Second Amendment-secured ability to
resist other unconstitutional assaults
on liberty and the rule of law,
encouraging an invasion of the country
by aliens whom they intend to
enfranchise on their behalf,
perpetuating a menacing social unrest
throughout the country, and are
undertaking to pack the Supreme Court
(or use the threat of doing so to bend
the current majority on the court into
acquiescence to the "new normal"
agenda)...
...are going to let election
day 2022 arrive without having used all the
control they currently enjoy to set
themselves up another apparent victory at
the polls.
Even after having already
demonstrated their willingness to do so, and
their ability to do so even without having
control of the Senate and the Presidency.
Sure they are.
LET ME POINT SOMETHING OUT
about the behavior of the Democrats and
their allies in the media over the last four
months. As noted in my final bullet-point
above, everything has been rush-rush.
There's only one reason for that kind of
franticness, and that is the nervous
knowledge that all of the new impositions
are being done on stolen time.
That is, when your agenda is
actually supported by a majority, there is
no need for frantic haste. Things can and
will be done at a calmer, more deliberate
pace, and with some consideration of the
sensibilities-- even if not the wishes-- of
the minority.
Haste is only needed when
imposing an agenda which is NOT supported by
a majority of the American people. Now,
think about the implications of this point
and the behavior we have been witnessing by
the Biden administration.
These folks-- Biden and those
behind him--
engineered their acquisition of power,
and did so by the commission of many crimes.
They are not going to take the slightest
chance on their enemies gaining control of
the apparatus of the state and undoing their
enactments and possibly punishing them for
their offenses, as well.
These are desperate and
completely unscrupulous people with an awful
lot on the line, and with a taste of what
shamelessness can do for them rolling around
in their mouths. They will do all they can
to secure their gains, by any means
necessary.
THINK ABOUT ALL OF THIS, and
then make it your business to disabuse
anyone clinging to pipe dreams about
"off-year Republican control of the House"
and the like. Just as the "Q-Anon" fraud
kept many Americans on their sofas waiting
for a mythical someone else to leap out of
the bushes with the fix for all the badness,
the delusion about 2022 will keep a lot of
good folks sitting around doing nothing, or
uselessly focused on party political
activity.
This is not the time for
complacency and confidence in your chances
"next time". There isn't going to be a "next
time".
Waiting for "next time" is
Gulliver laying down for a nap only to
awaken helplessly lashed to the ground by a
thousand cords slipped upon him by thousands
of tiny assailants, all of whom he could
have swept away with one blow had he been
alert to the need.
Waiting for "next time" is the
foolishness against which Patrick Henry
warns in his justly-famous "Liberty or
Death" speech:
They tell us, sir,
that we are weak; unable to cope with so
formidable an adversary. But when shall we
be stronger? Will it be the next week, or
the next year? Will it be when we are
totally disarmed, and when a British guard
shall be stationed in every house? Shall we
gather strength by irresolution and
inaction? Shall we acquire the means of
effectual resistance by lying supinely on
our backs and hugging the delusive phantom
of hope, until our enemies shall have bound
us hand and foot?
Sir, we are not
weak if we make a proper use of those means
which the God of nature hath placed in our
power. The millions of people, armed in the
holy cause of liberty, and in such a country
as that which we possess, are invincible by
any force which our enemy can send against
us.
Besides, sir, we
shall not fight our battles alone. There is
a just God who presides over the destinies
of nations, and who will raise up friends to
fight our battles for us. The battle, sir,
is not to the strong alone; it is to the
vigilant, the active, the brave.
Besides, sir, we
have no election. If we were base enough to
desire it, it is now too late to retire from
the contest. There is no retreat but in
submission and slavery! Our chains are
forged! Their clanking may be heard on the
plains of Boston! The war is inevitable--and
let it come! I repeat it, sir, let it come.
It is in vain, sir,
to extenuate the matter. Gentlemen may cry,
Peace, Peace-- but there is no peace. The
war is actually begun! The next gale that
sweeps from the north will bring to our ears
the clash of resounding arms! Our brethren
are already in the field! Why stand we here
idle? What is it that gentlemen wish? What
would they have? Is life so dear, or peace
so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of
chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God!
I know not what course others may take; but
as for me, give me liberty or give me death!

One final thought: As a general rule,
the default choice on all ballot proposals this time
around should be NO.
Though I can't speak directly to all
such proposals in every state, here in Michigan
nearly all are efforts by Democrats anticipating an
election drubbing and trying to cement some of their
bad positions into place by other means. This is
likely to be true elsewhere, as well. Read them all
carefully and warily.

Not Letting This "Crisis" Go To Waste...
...an important action item opportunity.
FRIENDS, THE SPORADIC BITS OF EASING of the despotic measures to
which most of the country has been subjected under
the fraudulent mantle of
COVID-19 mitigation should not be
allowed to bleed off the head of steam you probably had been developing.
The offenses happened, and they're far from over. Stay hot.
And while you are all warmed up, and while others, if
they're smart, are just as hot, I'd like you to send an email (and
Facebook post, or whatever) with the following content to everyone you
can (with a request that they pass it along, in turn):
[Name], since March of 2020 you've
watched as over-fed state power has been used to literally destroy
classical Western civilization and impose a new despotic paradigm. No
dissent or debate permitted-- no permission or agreement sought.
YOU KNOW where this will end up if the arrogant
state power being used to make this happen isn't radically diminished in
size, influence, resources and popular support, and exposed as an
opportunistic exploiter of legal ignorance (an ignorance which it has
been nurturing in the average mind for decades).
Those things having not yet happened, you
should be quaking in your boots-- and you probably are.
Isn't it time-- and past time-- for you to
begin helping to make those desperately-needed defensive changes take
place? There is only one way these things can happen short of a
who-knows-what we'll-end-up-with explosion of violence. I'm going to
show it to you.
When you're done with that reading, you'll know
what to do next.
BTW, REMEMBER, ALSO, THAT EVERY AMERICAN has lately been given a stark lesson in the fact
that government officials at all levels will lie to you and violate the
law without batting an eye. They will do so any time it serves their agenda, and
you don't call them out for it.
If you know anyone who has been persisting in denial on the
truth about the income tax, you know such nonsense is usually be
grounded in some version or another of, "That can't be true..." or "They
would never do something like that...". Now's the time to put a pin in
that delusional bubble.

certainly WOULD do something
like that.

FOR ALL THE YEARS SINCE 2003 when
CtC was first published, the government has engaged in a
concerted effort to frighten people away from its truths. This
effort involves official government websites and press releases
touting an occasional court ruling that appears to be at odds
with some
CtC-revelation (but without details sufficient to expose the
real substance of the ruling)--
and sometimes even more mendacious behavior.
Are the presentations and
resources offered on this site and in my other work of any value to you?
Tim Kendrick has posted
a video
on YouTube regarding donations. I didn't know what to do about
it to begin with; I don't do what I do intending for anyone to
feel obligated in any way.
But of course, no one IS obligated. I will continue
to make my work freely-available here, and in my books for only
the cost of a cheap paperback.
Thus, even though I post it here below, Tim's very
thoughtful personal resolution and encouragement to others is
just an invitation for consideration by those who may not be
conscious of the fact that I can't do what I do without support.

act let it be solely because it seems right.
All-in-all, just be the sort of person for others
that you would go to yourself for trustworthy leadership.

Are You Having Trouble Spreading The
Word?
SKEPTICISM (SOMETIMES INVOKED BY FEAR) IS TO BE
EXPECTED when you're trying to explain to someone that
everything they've been encouraged their whole lives to
believe about something as entrenched and significant as the
income tax is basically nonsense. So here's a way to help
cut through the resistance:
Ask your listener how he or she would react if
you were to show an announcement from the Commissioner of
Internal Revenue admitting that the tax doesn't apply to the
earnings of most Americans and is misapplied most of the
time because people don't understand how it works? Or how
about if you showed a ruling from the Supreme Court saying
the same?
Now you just have to explain that
you're going to show exactly those things-- but because
the state really doesn't want people to know this, these
things haven't been said quite as forthrightly as we would
all wish. It's going to take a bit more work to take these
admissions in than is sufficient for just reading a press
release. But it'll be worth the effort...
IF YOU'RE NOT SPREADING THIS LINK with every bit of
energy you can, to school libraries, homeschool
families and community groups, your neighbors, your
family members, your pastors and
co-congregationalists, journalists, lawyers, CPAs,
members of congress, tax-agency workers, Wikipedia,
Anonymous, WikiLeaks, the Tax Foundation, everyone
in the "tax honesty" movement, the 9/11 truth
movement, other activist movements and everyone
else,
you have only yourself to blame for your
troubles with the tax, and a whole lot else of which
you might complain. It's on you.

explaining what will be seen at the link-- cryptic
is bad; excited is good-- and then send this WMI
(weapon of mass instruction) far and wide.

truth and the law, come what may, knowing that it is only by setting the bar

According to what we hear from the White House and
from the television networks, the issues at stake in
the Ukraine War are simple. They concern the evil of
Vladimir Putin, who woke up one morning and chose,
whether out of sadism or insanity, to wreak
unspeakable violence on his neighbors. Putin’s
actions are described as an “unprovoked invasion” of
a noble democracy by a corrupt autocracy. How we
ought to respond is assumed to be a no-brainer. The
United States has pledged vast quantities of its
deadliest weaponry, along with aid that is likely to
run into the hundreds of billions of dollars, and
has brought large parts of the world
economy—particularly in Europe—to a standstill.
Now, whenever people in
power tell you something is a no-brainer, there’s a
good chance that it’s a brainer. And the Ukraine War
is more complicated than we’ve been led to assume.
There are reasons why the U.S. might want to project
power into the Black Sea region. But we must not
ignore that the politics of the region are
extraordinarily complex, that the Ukraine conflict
is full of paradoxes and optical illusions, and that
the theater we are entering has been, over the past
150 years, the single most violent corner of the
planet. And unless we learn to respect the
complexity of the situation, we risk turning it into
something more dangerous, both for Europeans and for
ourselves.
Historic Roots of the Conflict
Putin invaded Ukraine after the U.S. rejected his
demand for a guarantee that Ukraine not join NATO.
We don’t have to excuse Putin, but we should note
that, until quite recently, having Ukraine in NATO
was a prospect that struck even many American
foreign policy thinkers as a bad idea. These
included George Kennan, who was one of the
architects of the NATO alliance when the Cold War
began in the late 1940s. Kennan was still alert and
active, at about 90 years of age, when NATO won the
Cold War at the turn of the 1990s. And in 1997,
during the Clinton administration, he warned that
American plans to push NATO borders “smack up to
those of Russia” was the “greatest mistake of the
entire post–Cold War era.”
John Mearsheimer, a professor at the University of
Chicago, is a forceful representative of Kennan’s
viewpoint. Mearsheimer is skeptical of “idealist”
crusades, like the one in Iraq that George W. Bush
drew the country into in 2003. He thinks President
Bush dramatically overestimated the degree to which
the U.S. could spread its values and its
institutions. In light of present events, he
especially faults Bush’s push to bring the former
Soviet Republics of Georgia and Ukraine into NATO in
2008.
A lot of Americans in government at the time felt
the same. One was William Burns, then President
Bush’s ambassador in Moscow, now President Biden’s
Director of Central Intelligence. In a memo to
Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, Burns wrote the
following:
Ukrainian entry into NATO is the brightest of all
red lines for the Russian elite (not just Putin). In
more than two-and-a-half years of conversations with
key Russian players, from knuckle-draggers in the
dark recesses of the Kremlin to Putin’s sharpest
liberal critics, I have yet to find anyone who views
Ukraine in NATO as anything other than a direct
challenge to Russian interests. [It would be seen]
as throwing down the strategic gauntlet. Today’s
Russia will respond. Russian-Ukrainian relations
will go into a deep freeze. . . . It will create
fertile soil for Russian meddling in Crimea and
eastern Ukraine.
In thinking about why this would be the “brightest
of all red lines,” consider why it was that the
Ukraine problem didn’t get resolved at the end of
the Cold War.
Russia is a vast country—the largest in the world.
It’s not so much a country as an empire. Even today
it has dozens of ethnic republics in it. Maybe
you’ve heard of Chechnya or Tatarstan. But have you
heard of Tuva? Or Mari-El? Or the Republic of Sakha?
Sakha is four times the size of Texas, but it
disappears inside of Russia. Back in the day, of
course, this vast Russian empire was part of another
empire, famously referred to by Ronald Reagan as the
Evil Empire—that is, the Union of Soviet Socialist
Republics. There were 15 Soviet Republics, including
Russia, Ukraine, the Baltic states, Armenia, and
Turkestan. And that bigger empire was part of an
even bigger empire, which included the Eastern
European “captive nations” of Poland and Hungary.
When Communism collapsed in the early 1990s, all
these countries found their way to independence,
most of them peacefully, some of them bloodily. But
Ukraine, while nominally independent, remained bound
to Russia in a number of informal ways—sometimes
willingly, sometimes reluctantly. Russia kept its
Black Sea fleet in Crimea, unmolested by Ukraine.
Ukraine got cheap gas and desperately needed
financial assistance.
Why wasn’t Ukraine able to make a clean break? Not
because it forgot to. Not for lack of can-do spirit.
It was just a really hard problem. With the possible
exception of Latvia, Ukraine was the most Russian of
the non-Russian Soviet Republics. Russian has for a
long time been the language of its big cities, of
its high culture, and of certain important regions.
If you had to give a one-word answer to what this
Ukraine War is about, you would probably say Crimea.
Crimea is a peninsula jutting out into the middle of
the Black Sea. It’s where the great powers of Europe
fought the bloodiest war of the century between
Napoleon and World War I. It is a defensive
superweapon. The country that controls it dominates
the Black Sea and can project its military force
into Europe, the Middle East, and even the steppes
of Eurasia. And since the 1700s, that country has
been Russia. Crimea has been the home of Russia’s
warm water fleet for 250 years. It is the key to
Russia’s southern defenses.
Crimea found itself within the borders of Ukraine
because in 1954, the year after Stalin died, his
successor Nikita Khrushchev signed it over to
Ukraine. Historians now hotly debate why he did
that. But while Crimea was administratively
Ukrainian, it was culturally Russian. It showed on
several occasions that it was as eager to break with
Ukrainian rule as Ukraine was to break with Russian
rule. In a referendum in January 1991, 93 percent of
the citizens of Crimea voted for autonomy from
Ukraine. In 1994, 83 percent voted for the
establishment of a dual Crimean/Russian citizenship.
We’ll leave aside the referendum held after the
Russians arrived in 2014, which resulted in a
similar percentage but remains controversial.

comprises and develops the germ of every other. War
is the parent of armies; from these proceed debts
and taxes; and armies, and debts, and taxes are the
known instruments for bringing the many under the
domination of the few. In war, too, the
discretionary power of the Executive is extended;
its influence in dealing out offices, honors, and
emoluments is multiplied; and all the means of
seducing the minds, are added to those of subduing
the force, of the people. The same malignant aspect
in republicanism may be traced in the inequality of
fortunes, and the opportunities of fraud, growing
out of a state of war, and in the degeneracy of
manners and of morals engendered by both. No nation
could preserve its freedom in the midst of continual
warfare.”

GREAT SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS by Christopher Caldwell-- I hope
everyone read it all the way through. That said, there are a couple of
important points to make to round out the picture.
First of all, I want to take this
opportunity to address the seemingly reflexive
characterization of Vladimir Putin (and to a lesser
degree, Russia itself) as basically evil, even by
those arguing against US behavior in Ukraine.
Caldwell is not guilty of this calumny,
it must be said-- or at least, not in this speech.
He reminds us of its ubiquity, opening his remarks
with the observation that the demonization of Putin
is an integral part of the US propaganda package on
the Ukraine war, while not adopting that
characterization for himself.
Unfortunately, in that restraint
Caldwell is exceptional. Almost every other pundit--
again, even those critical of US actions in
Ukraine-- seems compelled to pepper their
commentaries with boilerplate condemnations of Putin
as a monster (albeit, as we learn by the end, one
with whom we must come to peaceful terms).
This practice is both tedious and
counterproductive to the pundit's own message, and
it is also false. The fact is, the evidence shows
Vladimir Putin to actually be a solid statesman and
very sober and well-intentioned leader, against whom
a relentless smear campaign has been waged for
decades-- since Putin stepped in and thwarted the
looting of Russia begun during the Yeltsin years-- by US actors with personal political and
economic interests in the
defamations.
In the enormous volume of "news" by
which Americans are inundated at all times, it is
easy to let sustained, officially-sanctioned
propaganda simply settle in to perpetual residence
in the subconscious, and this has happened in regard
to Putin. For instance, upon its mention, everyone
will remember the accusations of Putin having
poisoned the Skripals in Britain with Novichok. What
will not be remembered is that this was a manifestly
bogus story (see
this and links therein for a good dissection),
meant to poison Western minds.
Likewise, everyone will remember-- at
some varying level of consciousness, but certainly
at a level influential of a residual feeling about
Putin-- the equally bogus story about the Novichok
poisoning of so-called Putin opposition leader
Alexei Navalny.

Then let's not forget
the fake "bounty for killing American soldiers in
Afghanistan" story. And then, of course, there's
"Russiagate", and its false narrative about Russian
interference in US elections-- the big lie that has
been generating fog in way too many brains for years
now, and delivering a big side benefit to the deep
state behind all of this with its corollary
falsehood smearing Julian Assange for being a
Russian asset in furtherance of the overall
fictional scheme.

skewering of the whole thing, along with more

The point of all this is to condemn and
discourage the routine bone-throw of a Putin smear
to the neo-can nutcase crowd by every pundit writing
otherwise sensible articles criticizing US behavior
in Ukraine. Just stop that, people. It makes your
worthy and very important critiques into "two steps
forward, one step back" affairs, at best.
Even Christopher Caldwell, while not
engaging in overt Putin-bashing himself, brushes up
against the bad practice by failing to rebut the
routine demonization of Putin and Russia to which he
alludes in his opening paragraph. Not as bad an
offense as it could be, but in light of the object
of his argument, which is to encourage an American
reset into seeking a legitimate modus vivendi
with both entities, it makes the piece also not as
good an effort as it could be.
MY OTHER COMMENT ON CALDWELL'S
GENERALLY EXCELLENT speech is to observe a few more
areas of counter-productive equivocation or
omission. Among these is his hasty brushing past of
the legitimacy of the pro-annexation referenda in
the areas recently-reabsorbed in Russia proper,
which Caldwell says "remain[] controversial". The
truth is those referenda remain the object of
continuing condemnations and dismissals as
"illegitimate" by the same crowd behind the Skripal,
Navalny, "bounties" and "Russiagate" frauds, but the
actual evidence overwhelmingly supports the complete
legitimacy of those referenda and the subsequent
annexations. See

Similarly, Caldwell disturbingly and
harmfully soft-pedals the relentless corruption of
official United States behavior in and about Ukraine
(by which I mean the behavior of United States
officials). Everything the US has done in regard to
Ukraine over the last 20 years has been bad-- as
detailed
here
and
here to importantly-greater depth than Caldwell
provides-- and this fact should be the starting
point in any effort to persuade the American people
and their representatives to change course.
As long as Americans are allowed to
harbor the false notions that Putin and Russia are
bad, bad bad! and the US is a blameless white knight
doing right, arguing for a US stand-down is a very
tough sell. The bows to US pretensions of
righteousness, both directly and by denigration of
Putin and Russia, must be abandoned and all critics
of US policy must begin speaking plainly and
honestly.
As Caldwell most surprisingly fails to
discuss, a failure to change US behavior in Ukraine
very definitely means a steady escalation down the
dark path to nuclear war.
ALL-IN-ALL, I have
only this to say further: We Americans-- even those
of us not in positions of power or high offices-- have a moral
responsibility for what is done by Washington, both
in other peoples' homes and in our own. We also have
a Founder-provided means for imposing a much-needed
corrective on those who do bad things in our names.
One simple act by each individual
American will do the trick, and it needs no approval
or agreement from any institutional authority. That one
simple thing will function as a catalyst, compelling
the beneficial reorganization of our whole societal
and political structure as a natural and inevitable
process.

Welcome to the New Age,
where authority has no authority and does not
deserve to act with any authority, but will act as
if it does, anyway, and then lie to you about it.
Nowhere is this quandary more vivid than in the
racketeering operation formerly known as medicine.
As if there has not already been enough official
fuckery over the lab-birthed Covid-19 virus, the
CDC’s Vaccine Advisory Committee voted on Thursday
to add Pfizer’s and Moderna’s mRNA shots to its
childhood vaccine schedule. The vote was 15 to 0 — a
final supreme gesture of contempt for the people of
this land.
Had none of the committee members seen reports of
mRNA-vaccinated children dropping dead from
myocarditis induced by the vaccines? Or read about
the effect of the vaxxes on the reproductive organs?
Or the enhanced incidence of cancer? Or heard about
the damage that the shots instigate in human immune
systems? If not, that would be astounding. The news
is all over the place (if not in the mainstream news
media). Was any of this discussed in their
deliberations? I don’t think so, but we may never
know.
Adding the mRNA shots to the official vaccine
schedule will make permanent the liability shield
their makers enjoy under the current emergency use
authorization (EUA). Pfizer and Moderna are now
off-the-hook for any responsibility, unless fraud
over the vaxxes is proven in a court of law. Given
the vast evidence of harms done by these products,
will that be a difficult thing to do? Consider:
cases for fraud can be brought in any jurisdiction
of the USA, not just in the notoriously corrupt DC
federal district court, which does not recognize
crime for what it is (crime).
This is the first time that a pharmaceutical under
an EUA has been admitted to the childhood vaccine
schedule. The Vaccine Advisory Committee said it was
okay because it consulted with the Department of
Justice’s Office of General Counsel, and the lawyers
there said it was okay. One might ask: is it within
the purview of the DOJ’s Office of General Counsel
to review the medical criteria for such a decision?
The answer must be no. How are they qualified? You
may be certain they did not parse the drug trial
data on the mRNA products, or study the official
reports of deaths and injuries. In short, they know
nothing. Their authority in the matter is vacated.
Since many states and localities go by the CDC’s
vaccine guidelines, as well as pediatricians, then
millions of children will be required to get the
shots to attend school. So, the CDC has not only put
an as-yet-untold number of kids on the road to
disability, infertility, and death, but it may have
coincidentally destroyed public schooling in
America.
The so-called “uptake” on mRNA shots for children
has been paltry. Parents do not want their kids to
get the shots. Do you know why? I’ll tell you:
Because, unlike the experts who sit on the
CDC’s Vaccine Advisory Committee, many parents have
actually read about the serious adverse reactions in
young people who get the shots. And many more have
heard enough horrifying rumors — despite the
criminal delinquency of the major news media in
ignoring any negative news about the vaxxes —
prompting these parents to steer clear of vaxxing
their children. Other countries have officially and
altogether discontinued mRNA vaxxes for children. Do
you think that’s for no reason?
If the schools require mRNA shots, then many parents
will not send their kids to these schools. Parents
have plenty of other reasons to want to withdraw
their kids from public schools, not least the
pervasive race-and-gender hustle that is replacing
actual pedagogy in this country. The schools are now
hostage to Marxist lunatics, launched from colleges
and universities that are likewise captured by
Marxist lunatics. They seek to overturn Western
Civilization and its long train of accomplishments
in discovering how the world works. They seek to
replace all that with a set of wishful fairy tales
that don’t comport with reality. Why would any sane
parent subject their child to such a wicked regime?
Might this not provoke a rebellion against paying
the exorbitant school taxes all across America?

ANOTHER KUNSTLER PIECE ALREADY! What can I say? I'm really
enjoying this guy's insight and deftness of presentation (well-salted
with wit and well-peppered with snark).
Here Kunstler delivers a two-fer: He
focuses primarily on a proper condemnation of the
grotesque prostitution of the US public health
apparatus to the pharmaceutical industry, while also
offering an uplifting recognition of the unintended
positive side-effect of that sell-out by way of
American parents being yet further motivated to
rescue their children from government schools.
One step back, three steps forward!
As regards that latter point, let me
direct all parents reading these words (and all
readers who know parents) to my little LHC section

AS REGARDS KUNSTLER'S PRIMARY POINT, I
can only say what I always say after any commentary

behavior by American government actors: We Americans-- even those

We are not just the victims of these
folks. We are their enablers, as well-- if we have
not stood up and taken control of how much of our
wealth facilitates their offices and their actions.

incidental authority over several hundred divisional workers.
He also ran the division's 10 cable television earth-station and
distribution systems in four states, and designed and
administered the company's website.
On rather the other end of the spectrum, amidst
these more mundane pursuits Hendrickson co-founded and was the
primary creative force behind a small
board- and
card-game company that enjoyed a modest success for several
years.
Hendrickson makes his home in southeast Michigan,
with his wife and two children. He is currently working on his
next book.
