Mass murder in Nashville raises this disquieting question:
April 3- In 1860, the Pony Express
begins service, from Saint Joseph Missouri to Sacramento, California. In 1865,
Union forces capture Richmond, Virginia. In 1882, Jesse James is killed by
Robert Ford. In 1917, V. I. Lenin arrives in Russia to take charge of the
revolution after years in exile. In 1922, Joseph Stalin becomes General
Secretary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union. In 1936, Bruno Hauptman
is executed for the kidnap and murder of Charles Lindbergh's son. In 1968,
Martin Luther King, Jr. delivers his, "I have been to the mountaintop," speech.
In 1973, the first wireless cell-phone call is made. In 1974, 148 tornadoes
strike across the USA and in Ontario, Canada over 24 hours-- the largest such
outbreak ever recorded. In 1986, IBM unveils its first laptop computer. In
1996, a plane carrying US Secretary of Commerce Ron Brown strikes a mountain in
Croatia, leaving no survivors. In 2000, Microsoft is the victim of an
"antitrust lawsuit" ruling by a federal court, which effectively declares the
company to be "too big to succeed". Microsoft had been notable prior to this
time for its disengagement from contact with or pandering to the political
class.

Do We Have More Time Bombs
Walking Among Us?
Audrey Hale's explosive meltdown taking
six innocents with her is a warning America must
take seriously.
LAST MONDAY THERE WAS A MASS MURDER at
a private Christian school in Nashville by Audrey
Hale, a "trans" delusional man/woman. A few days
later
the Kentucky state capital was invaded by a mob
of "trans"-delusion victims for the specific purpose
of inducing an outcome in the Kentucky legislative
process by other than democratic means (and arguably
by way of intimidation). That invasion was scheduled
to be followed this past Saturday by a "Trans
Day of Vengeance" rally in Washington, D.C.
It seems time for a few more words on
this noxious subject.

LET'S START WITH THIS: The real issue
in regard to "transgenderism" is American mental health policy.
The obvious and indisputable fact is, those
suffering from Gender Confusion Disorder (GCD) are
mentally ill (albeit in most cases with an induced
affliction).
Over the last few years
it has been increasingly reported that a strong
correlation exists between autism and GCD. Further,
the very foundational concept of the disorder-- that
one is somehow in the wrong body-- coupled with the
distorted cognitive function needed to embrace the
ridiculous notion that it is possible to change
one's male or female status by surgery, or even just
by attitude alone, are inarguable indicators of a
serious mental illness.
There are several things to say about
this suicidality issue. I'll start this: Despite the
strong association of GCD with suicide, public school personnel
(and others) routinely encourage-- or at minimum,
fail to discourage-- "trans-identification" by kids
in their care.
How does this parental or custodial
irresponsibility escape being treated as child abuse
(or at least, gross negligence)?
The argument that the increased
suicidality is to some degree exacerbated by
disapproval-- and even bullying-- from peers and
others is irrelevant to this point. For one thing,
the contributions of such external factors to
suicidality do not diminish the contributions to the
problem of the mere notion in the mind of a child
that he or she is somehow afflicted with the bizarre
alleged malady of being in the wrong body-- a notion
encouraged (or not discouraged) by these
irresponsible actors.
That is, just planting, nourishing, or
not striving to excise the confusion and dysphoria
at the heart of "trans identification" generates
suicidality by itself.
At the same time, it is that planting,
nourishing, or failure to excise which sets the
stage-- and thus must be held responsible-- for all
the subsequent and attendant external pressures to
which we allude above (and at which the enthusiasts
for an expanded epidemic of GCD try to point as the
purportedly exclusive source of increased
suicidality, even though the argument is
contradicted by the insistence of the same voices
that "affirming health care" is needed to ease the
mental suffering of the supposed "trans" child).
Further, even if we leave aside the
inherent mental stress predictably arising in a
child encouraged to imagine themselves the victim of
a bizarre and cruel cosmic mismatch of mind and
body, encouraging or nourishing or failing to
discourage beliefs and behavior predictably certain
to invoke disapproval or bullying or other unwanted
reactions-- which cumulatively might contribute to
increased suicidality-- is by itself irresponsible,
cruel and abusive.
For instance, all would agree it to be
irresponsible, cruel and abusive were parents or
teachers or others to encourage-- or not
discourage-- a child in the notion that he or she
could only find happiness in public nudity, a notion
sure to result in disapproval and bullying.
Likewise, and for the same reason, all
would agree it to be irresponsible, cruel and
abusive were parents or teachers or others to
encourage-- or not discourage-- a child in acting
like a dog or a cat among other people. All would
agree it to be irresponsible, cruel and abusive were
parents or teachers or others to encourage-- or not
discourage-- a child in embracing the "natural" life
by relieving him or herself wherever they happened
to be, and in whatever company they happened to be
when the need arose.
So, too, is it irresponsible, cruel and
abusive to encourage-- or fail to vigorously
discourage-- a child from the
scorn-and-derision-inducing notion that he or she is
somehow a boy in a girl's body, or vice-versa.
For all the foregoing reasons and more,
the encouragement, nourishment or failure to
discourage "trans-identification" in a child is
irresponsible, cruel and abusive, and even
life-threatening. Those guilty of these ugly
behaviors should be discouraged accordingly, as
provided for by the child-abuse laws already to be
found in every American jurisdiction (as well as by
the new laws specifically targeting "trans"-related
child abuse which are thankfully appearing in
various states across the country).
BUT THE IRRESPONSIBILITY of all those
encouraging (or failing to discourage) the
suicide-associated mental illness of GCD and thereby
harming individual children is actually the lesser
concern for society in regard to this abusive
practice. The greater concern was made manifest last
week when the "trans" monster in Nashville declared
herself to have planned the horrific crime in part
to accomplish a "death-by-cop" suicide.
As she said to the last person to have apparently
communicated with her: "So basically that
post I made on here about you, that was basically a
suicide note. I’m planning to die today." "...I
don’t want to live. I’m so sorry. I’m not trying to
upset you or get attention. I just need to die."
How many more such time bombs are now
roaming among us, in a group more than half of whom
ideate suicide, and up to half of whom actually
attempt (successfully or not) to kill themselves? A
group, what's more, in which a significant number
are dosed with high volumes of
artificially-introduced testosterone which is
known to produce aggressive behavior and hence
seems more likely to lead to violent "expressive"
suicide plans of the sort that left three innocent
adults and three innocent children dead in
Nashville.
Adding to the volatile threat of
highly-suicidal artificially-aggressive people
embracing a fundamentally-nihilistic worldview-- as shown by
their futile struggle to remake reality in line with
their self-hating fantasies-- is an atmosphere toxic
with errant but endless assertions from all
institutional quarters, government and private,
claiming that the real source of the mental anguish
of these broken people is the refusal of the rest of
society to adopt and "affirm" their delusions.
Obviously, this drumbeat sets normal members of
society up as the villains in these GCD-victims'
minds (remember that rally title, the "Trans Day of
Vengeance"...), and thus the likely stage-prop
targets of their future dramatic suicide theatrics,
as illustrated by Audrey Hale in Nashville last
week.
For whatever reason, Americans tolerate
of hordes of mentally-ill homeless drug-addicts
infesting our cities. This indulgence is unsightly
and unhygienic, but with (so far) fairly rare
exceptions not especially unsafe for other people.
But we cannot tolerate hordes of suicidal "trans"
people waiting for their moment of not wanting to
live anymore in the madness and despair in which
they have enveloped themselves (or been enveloped by
irresponsible custodians) and choosing to go out
with a bang.

A few more "trans"-related
thoughts while I'm in this gear:
IN AN EARLIER AND HEALTHIER TIME, the
boyfriends (or fathers, or brothers) of the women against whom William
("Lia") Thompson sought to swim, and into whose
locker room he insisted on being admitted, would
have taken Thompson out behind the field house. They
would have memorably explained to Thompson that it is, shall we say, unchivalrous for a man-- even one wearing
a Buffalo Bill suit-- to compete against women
in an athletic contest.
Those boyfriends (or fathers, or
brothers) would have further explained to Thompson
that it is downright criminally
improper for a man-- even one so deluded as to think
that he is somehow exempt from such considerations--
to invade spaces set aside for women's privacy, to
view them in such private refuges, and to expose
himself to their unwilling
eyes.
Indeed, in a healthier civic
environment the women on the team themselves would
dog-pile Thompson and kick his sorry ass out of
their locker room and out of their water.
Any of these things could still happen,
of course...

FINALLY: It's time-- and past time-- for
the trans-nutcase mobs who show up to heckle and
threaten and obstruct speakers defending Western
Civilization (and civilization, period) from their
corrosive insanity to be met with twice as many
stern, resolute and ready counterparts assembled to
guard and support those speakers. Every such
speaker, or those who schedule them, should
diligently call for such support, just as the trans
mob diligently assembles itself (and its
frequently-on-hand Antifa dog packs).
The sad fact is, while the Left (and
statists in general) know it well, and act
accordingly, the conservative community in America
has forgotten that in the end, political power flows
from the barrel of a gun. Normally, America relies
on the ballot box to reveal which side of a
political debate has more guns, so that power can be
peaceably distributed accordingly.
But if a minority proves to be the only
faction willing to throw its weight around, even an
outright majority can be rendered impotent and
powerless.
How, for instance, do you imagine
judges will begin to lean in their rulings when
violent leftists mobs rage at will in the venues of
their choice (sometimes even the homes of judges),
unopposed, and in the end, unpunished? How will
corporate boards react to that national atmosphere?
Or government bureaucrats? Or even your local
sheriff or other law enforcement persons?
This is not a call for violence in
response to the kind of mob thuggery we have seen
throughout the country since the summer of
2020 (other than what is involved in enforcing the
law). But it IS a call for a show of force and will,
so that the judges and corporate actors and
bureaucrats and cops know that the good guys have
their backs when they defy the threats and do the
right thing.

SO, ANYONE WHOSE TWEETS or Facebook
posts (or the like) were censored (either through outright
deletion or through "visibility filtering" on social
media at the behest of (or due to pressure by) any
state actor or agency has suffered a civil rights
violation. The perps have committed crimes by those
violations.
But I think it's time for additions to
the federal and state codes criminalizing any such acts
by officials. Any official act meant to influence
public opinion, perceptions or perspectives or to hinder or discourage or diminish
the free flow of speech from any creator to any
consumer-- whether through censorship, deception,
prejudicial tagging or by any means or for any pretext whatever--
should land the perp in prison.
I don't think any elaboration of the
argument is really needed. This law wouldn't
compromise official secrecy classifications or
practices (howevermuch some of those practices merit
critical scrutiny). It would simply deter propaganda
and other gaslighting by government actors of the
sort by which Americans have long been herded into
the embrace or acceptance of state-agenda-serving
views.
The offenses described here should bear
the harshest of penalties, since attempts by public
servants to control
or "manage" Americans' knowledge, perceptions or
perspectives is inherently anathema to government by
and for the People, and hence is profoundly
subversive of our Constitutional structure and
principles.

One other thing...
ON ANOTHER NOTE, I expect that some
regular readers of these pages have wondered a bit
at the turn they have taken over the last couple of
years from mostly tax-related matters to an emphasis
on cultural and political matters. There are two
reasons and they are worth sharing.
First, there is little left to be said
on the tax subject. Posting new victories every now
and then continues, but as for educational material,
pretty much everything needing to be said or
explained is covered either in one or more of my
three books or in the material to be found linked
from the Site Map.
Secondly, and more importantly, it must
be understood that law is downstream from politics,
and politics is downstream from culture. What this
means is that whether we have a reliable and honest
rule of law-- the one variable in matters such as
how reliably the truth about the income tax will be
honored and upheld, among other critical things--
rests on the health of our culture.
When it is culturally acceptable for
"equitable outcome" aspirations to trump the
black-and-white letter of the law, legislative
intent and/or due process, for instance, there is no
rule of law. There is only the rule of persuasive or
overbearing politicians, officials, interest groups
and intimidating mobs in concert with compliant or
agenda-driven judges. Such circumstances render
truth, whether legal, historical, or otherwise
completely meaningless. The erosion of truth's
significance might be gradual, especially when it
had been previously well-established and accepted,
but that erosion will be certain.
All told, then, if this community-- and
Americans overall-- want to be able to rely on the
words of the law as duly enacted, in the realm of
taxes or any other, they must preserve and protect
the traditional Western Civilization culture in
which arose and flourished the principles of
individual liberty as the paramount purpose of
government and the procedural structure and
practices by which proper law is formulated and
enacted and enforced within express Constitutional
limitations.
To let that culture falter or fade
away, whether from neglect or under the assault to
which it has been subjected for the last several
decades and most intensely for the last several
years is to step into dystopian darkness in which
rights and the rule of law become empty notions
devoid of power or benefit.
In short, the culture war is the whole
war, or at least the one most needing to be fought
and won right now.
I WANT TO FINISH WITH A TANGENTIAL
broadbrush observation, which I hope will illustrate
the foregoing to some extent, and be useful for
other reasons, as well (and for what I'm sure will
seem the obviousness of which once it is said, I
apologize in advance):
The end can never justify the means--
and not only insofar as any given means are immoral,
unjust or illegal on their own merit. The end can
never justify the means because the end can never
actually be known when the means are chosen or
deployed.
The true "end" of the actor urging or
deploying any particular means can never be known by
anyone else (and even the actor himself might not
really understand it). Further, regardless of what
is intended as the "end", what will actually result
from the deployment of any means, righteous and
proper means or not, can also never be known in
advance.
Western Civilization devoted
centuries-- millennia actually-- to sorting out and
establishing such means. We let the fruit of that
long labor be assaulted and compromised at our
extreme peril.

Not Letting This "Crisis" Go To Waste...
...an important action item opportunity.
FRIENDS, THE SPORADIC BITS OF EASING of the despotic measures to
which most of the country has been subjected under
the fraudulent mantle of
COVID-19 mitigation should not be
allowed to bleed off the head of steam you probably had been developing.
The offenses happened, and they're far from over. Stay hot.
And while you are all warmed up, and while others, if
they're smart, are just as hot, I'd like you to send an email (and
Facebook post, or whatever) with the following content to everyone you
can (with a request that they pass it along, in turn):
[Name], since March of 2020 you've
watched as over-fed state power has been used to literally destroy
classical Western civilization and impose a new despotic paradigm. No
dissent or debate permitted-- no permission or agreement sought.
YOU KNOW where this will end up if the arrogant
state power being used to make this happen isn't radically diminished in
size, influence, resources and popular support, and exposed as an
opportunistic exploiter of legal ignorance (an ignorance which it has
been nurturing in the average mind for decades).
Those things having not yet happened, you
should be quaking in your boots-- and you probably are.
Isn't it time-- and past time-- for you to
begin helping to make those desperately-needed defensive changes take
place? There is only one way these things can happen short of a
who-knows-what we'll-end-up-with explosion of violence. I'm going to
show it to you.
When you're done with that reading, you'll know
what to do next.
BTW, REMEMBER, ALSO, THAT EVERY AMERICAN has lately been given a stark lesson in the fact
that government officials at all levels will lie to you and violate the
law without batting an eye. They will do so any time it serves their agenda, and

grounded in some version or another of, "That can't be true..." or "They
would never do something like that...". Now's the time to put a pin in

FOR ALL THE YEARS SINCE 2003 when
CtC was first published, the government has engaged in a
concerted effort to frighten people away from its truths. This
effort involves official government websites and press releases
touting an occasional court ruling that appears to be at odds
with some
CtC-revelation (but without details sufficient to expose the
real substance of the ruling)--
and sometimes even more mendacious behavior.

on YouTube regarding donations. I didn't know what to do about
it to begin with; I don't do what I do intending for anyone to
feel obligated in any way.
But of course, no one IS obligated. I will continue

Thus, even though I post it here below, Tim's very
thoughtful personal resolution and encouragement to others is
just an invitation for consideration by those who may not be

Are You Having Trouble Spreading The
Word?
SKEPTICISM (SOMETIMES INVOKED BY FEAR) IS TO BE
EXPECTED when you're trying to explain to someone that
everything they've been encouraged their whole lives to
believe about something as entrenched and significant as the
income tax is basically nonsense. So here's a way to help
cut through the resistance:
Ask your listener how he or she would react if
you were to show an announcement from the Commissioner of
Internal Revenue admitting that the tax doesn't apply to the
earnings of most Americans and is misapplied most of the
time because people don't understand how it works? Or how
about if you showed a ruling from the Supreme Court saying
the same?
Now you just have to explain that
you're going to show exactly those things-- but because
the state really doesn't want people to know this, these
things haven't been said quite as forthrightly as we would
all wish. It's going to take a bit more work to take these
admissions in than is sufficient for just reading a press
release. But it'll be worth the effort...
IF YOU'RE NOT SPREADING THIS LINK with every bit of
energy you can, to school libraries, homeschool
families and community groups, your neighbors, your
family members, your pastors and
co-congregationalists, journalists, lawyers, CPAs,
members of congress, tax-agency workers, Wikipedia,

in the "tax honesty" movement, the 9/11 truth
movement, other activist movements and everyone

you have only yourself to blame for your

A consortium of public and
corporate bureaucracies has institutionalized the
falsification of reality under the pretense of
saving the human race from a pack of hobgoblins led
by climate change, racism, and normal sexual
reproduction. They have been driven insane by the
actual reality of pending economic collapse, which
has only been accelerated by their own suicidal
activities. What they apparently really want to save
is their own positions, perquisites, and power.
Their enabling mechanism is the digital computer and
its many ways of assembling and controlling
information, and thus controlling people, especially
those who object to totalizing control. They do it
because they can.
You can see how bad it got
by reading the Twitter Files #19, assembled by
independent reporter Matt Taibbi and released on
March 17:
The Great Covid-19 Lie Machine, Stanford, the
Virality Project, and the Censorship of “True
Stories”. The thread tells of the campaign led
by Stanford University called the Virality Project,
marshalling government agencies, academia, Big
Pharma, and NGOs, such as several financed by George
Soros, to suppress “misinformation” on social media,
including “stories of true vaccine side effects.”
Hence, truth became misinformation.
You might see in that how anyone on the side of
falsifying reality is playing at a disadvantage. If
that is your first principle in a political
struggle, you are fighting not just against your
opponents but against the laws of the universe. The
only recourse of a faction at war with reality is
tyranny, forcing the people to accept your bullshit
and do your will, whether they like it or not. That
is exactly what you get in America’s Democratic
Party and other regimes currently in power around
Western Civ. Being at war with reality places them
at war against their own citizens.
The Covid-19 release seems to have been an act
motivated by multiple players for their own reasons
which, combined, amounted to crimes against
humanity. Anthony Fauci, America’s infectious
disease czar, apparently sought a crowning career
triumph, which would have been a successful vaccine
against a dangerous virus. So, he arranged to
engineer the organism that he could then triumph
against. Like all of Dr. Fauci’s projects over the
roughly forty years that he ran the NIAID agency,
the mRNA vaccines — subcontracted to the US Military
and manufactured by Pfizer and Moderna — turned out
to be an epic fiasco.
Covid-19 also happened to be a convenient device for
ridding the government of the troublesome President
Trump, who threatened to disassemble major parts of
the permanent US bureaucracy. If you revisit the
many videos of Mr. Trump appearing in the White
House Covid crisis room in early 2020 with Dr. Fauci,
Dr. Deborah Birx, and other public health officials,
I’m sure you will notice his discomfort, as if he
suspected he was being played (he was). And
conveniently, right after that, the locked-down
public’s attention was galvanized by the George
Floyd, BLM, and Antifa riots until the 2020 election
was upon us. (Another grotesque prank against the
people, never adjudicated.)
It took more than a year after the “vaccines” came
out for the disturbing actuarial data to emerge from
the life insurance industry that many non-elderly
people were being killed and disabled by the shots’
adverse effects. (I think the censors were caught by
surprise that the truth leaked out from there.)
Meanwhile, any able investigator could understand
how the half-assed “vaccines,” along with the
denigration of off-label early treatment medicines,
the reckless use of dangerous remdesivir combined
with enormous government payments to hospitals for
mis-treating patients with it, the gaming and hiding
of CDC statistics, and the obvious censorship of all
that information in the corporate news and social
media (with help from the CIA and FBI), all added up
to a monstrous criminal offense against human
decency.
The government, now led by the career criminal “Joe
Biden,” needed another distraction from intrusive
reality in 2022 — including the emergence of the
Biden family’s crimes — so it arranged to start a
war in Ukraine by threatening to turn that country
into a forward NATO base on Russia’s border. Russia
was exceptionally clear and straightforward that it
wouldn’t accept such an arrangement and the US
proceeded anyway. Our country was exceptionally
dishonest in its positioning for this conflict. (And
our NATO allies were astoundingly credulous going
along with it, even after we fatally damaged the
EU’s economy.)
KUNSTLER AGAIN for an 'Other Voices'! I can't help it-- I
like this guy's style.
He's not big on news or information;
you have to get that elsewhere, if you want any
depth, anyway. But Kunstler's commentaries are
succinct, wide-ranging, informed, and just snarky
enough to satisfy. Good reading every time.
Regarding this piece, I have only one
criticism: too much optimism. The unraveling and
exposure of deceptions to which Kunstler refers will
surely happen somewhere (here among other places),
but most Americans will not see the truth emerge.
Sadly, the gaslighting and consent
engineering is so systemic and so deeply-rooted and
absorbed without resistance that if it comes to it,
many folks will go down into ruin and darkness
oblivious to the crimes and causes involved.
Happily, though, it doesn't have to
come to it, or at least not to go much further
toward it than we've already gone, and halting that
dangerous progress does not rely on the open eyes of
all Americans. It just relies on sticking to the
proper means, as discussed in an article above,
whereby the malfeasant state-- which is to say, the
malfeasant operators of state power-- are denied the
resources with which to continue the ruination of
this great country. It is then that Kunstler's
"things" will stop, and we will be able to begin the
reordering and the rebuilding.

US Congress adopts the Flag of the United States-- 13 red and white stripes and
(then) 20 stars. In 1841, President William Henry Harrison dies of pneumonia
after only 32 days in office. In 1949, NATO comes into being. In 1968, Martin
Luther King Jr. is assassinated in Memphis, Tennessee. In 1973, the World Trade
Center is dedicated. In 1975, Microsoft is founded. In 2008, 543 women and
children are kidnapped from their communal home in rural Texas by an armed gang
operating under the auspices of state authority purportedly in response to
sincere concerns for the well-being of the children after an anonymous complaint
of child abuse. This was later found to have been a bogus pretext by both a
Texas Court of Appeals and the Texas Supreme Court. It is virtually certain
that the real reason for the concocted raid was bureaucratic and political
antipathy toward the religious views of the 700 or so residents of the
community, who, as fundamentalist Mormons are outside the "mainstream" and thus
fair game for abuse in the minds of statists. After two months imprisonment,
the 401 children and 133 women were turned loose. All in all, the abusive
assault cost the citizens of Texas at least $14 million, as well as a good deal
of self-respect. The costs borne by the victims are impossible to calculate.

purporting to ban the "hoarding of gold" by U.S. citizens, and requiring the

say, a mere executive order lacks the actual force of law of a general nature,

the authority to the Executive under actual legislation, such as the 'Trading
with the Enemy Act'. Nonetheless, most Americans divested themselves of their
gold under the threat of imprisonment accompanying the pretense. Only one
prosecution was ever attempted under the order, and it was subsequently ruled
invalid by the federal district judge overseeing the case. In 1951, Julius and
Ethel Rosenberg are sentenced to death after being convicted of espionage for
giving nuclear secrets to the Soviet Union. In 1955, Winston Churchill resigns
as Prime Minister of Great Britain.

Hendrickson is also a widely-read essayist on

Hendrickson's business career has included nearly a

Beginning in the mid-1990s and continuing for the
twelve years before his present full-time focus on the
restoration of the rule of law in America, Hendrickson directed
purchasing activities for the $84 million-a-year
multi-family-housing division of the Farmington Hills, Michigan
branch of Edward Rose and Sons, with responsibility for 18,000+
apartments, direct supervision of 35 technicians and agents, and
incidental authority over several hundred divisional workers.
He also ran the division's 10 cable television earth-station and
distribution systems in four states, and designed and
administered the company's website.
On rather the other end of the spectrum, amidst
these more mundane pursuits Hendrickson co-founded and was the
primary creative force behind a small
board- and
card-game company that enjoyed a modest success for several
years.
Hendrickson makes his home in southeast Michigan,
with his wife and two children. He is currently working on his
next book.
