'2000 Mules' Is Attacked
With Shameless Lies
...in a classic "disinformation"
campaign to which I offer a point-by-point response.
IT PAINS ME TO REPORT that the
once-respectable Detroit News disgraced itself last
week. In its Thursday, May 19 edition, the News
devoted half of the first page of its 'Opinion'
section to the very eye-catching beginning of an
article entitled, "Could '2000 Mules' be wrong?",
referring to the compelling and informative new
documentary by Dinesh D'Souza which was released
online a few weeks ago to very considerable interest
and lots of viewings, and which began a round of
theatrical screenings across the country this
weekend (at one of which I watched the film for the
second time yesterday afternoon).
As suggested by its title, the
article, which goes on to occupy another third of a
page a little further into the section, purports to
be an objective inquiry/analysis of a number of key
points made in the new film in which massive and
outcome-skewing fraud in the 2020 election is
decisively shown.
However, this "fact check" exercise is
conducted by the Associated Press (AP) (under the
byline of someone named Ali Swenson). As is to be
expected from AP, which for many years has been a
wholly-owned propaganda organ of what we'll call the
"deep state" for the sake of simplicity, the piece
is an exercise in blatant disinformation meant to
suppress attention to the film and wider exposure of
its remarkable revelations.
The News should not have stooped so
low-- especially since people high in the food chain
there with whom I am acquainted had been given the
opportunity to watch '2000 Mules' for themselves,
and so must be suspected of having run the false
hit-piece knowing its true character.
Sadly, the News is not alone. This corruptly false attack
by AP probably marred other papers across the
country last Thursday, as well. Many one-time
honorable newspapers have long-since abandoned
in-house reporting in favor of the less-expensive
pre-packaged sips of heavily-spun Kool-Aid churned
out by the court stenographers at the wire service.
It falls to the rest of us to debunk
the litter of disinformation thus so widely and
deeply cluttering the cognitive landscape. I
will endeavor to do so here with regard to the AP's
lies about '2000 Mules' to which the Detroit News
and others have let themselves become party.
I'LL START BY BRIEFLY INTRODUCING '2000
MULES'. This will be very much a quick sketch; many
further details of the film's contents will come out
in my fact checks of AP's bogus "fact checks" to
follow.
'2000 Mules' is essentially an analysis
of
cell-phone tracking data and surveillance videos
related to
ballot drop boxes freshly installed in key urban areas of
swing states as part of an "emergency" restructuring
of voting procedures due to COVID-19. The data was captured during the last
month or so prior to the election in 2020, and in
Georgis up through the run-off elections for the
open senate seats in early January of 2021.
The
cell-phone tracking data, which included trillions
of data points, identifies individual cell phones
moving through the targeted areas to stop at dozens of
ballot drop boxes all in a
single trip, repeated on multiple days, and often in the
wee hours of the morning. The video surveillance
footage, from cameras mandated by law at each
drop-box location, shows what was done at each of
these stops-- which was the stuffing of handfuls of
bogus ballots into each drop box, over and over, and
the photographing of the ballot boxes as "proof of
service" for purposes of getting paid.
All together, the data shows that at
least 2000 individuals-- or a great many
more when the selection criterion is liberalized
from only those shown to have made dozens
of daily sequential drop-box visits to those making
somewhat fewer-- were paid players in an organized scheme to
stuff hundreds of thousands of bogus ballots into
drop-boxes in key urban areas of key swing states.
The total number of these bogus ballots by even the
most conservative calculation was more than enough
to fraudulently change the outcome of the election in Biden's
favor.
So, that should be enough to get us
started; as said earlier, some details will emerge
in my debunk of the AP propaganda piece below. The
AP article is reproduced in its entirety; my remarks
will be seen in bold throughout.
Could '2000 Mules'
be wrong?
Ali Swenson, Associated
Press, May 13, 2022 (updated May 18, 2022)
A film that debuted in over
270 theaters across the United States recently uses
a flawed analysis of cellphone location data and
ballot drop box surveillance footage to cast doubt
on the results of the 2020 presidential election
nearly 18 months after it ended.
Off to a great start-- no
honest journalism would declare the film's analysis
to be "flawed". You can say "questionable" or
"disputed" or "controversial", but you can't
legitimately use an expression which treats as a fact the
assertion that the analysis presented in '2000
Mules' is invalid. But, of course, honesty has no
place in this AP damage-control effort...
Praised by former President
Donald Trump as exposing “great election fraud,” the
movie, called “2000 Mules," paints an ominous
picture suggesting Democrat-aligned ballot “mules”
were supposedly paid to illegally collect and drop
off ballots in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan,
Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
But that's based on faulty
assumptions, anonymous accounts and improper
analysis of cellphone location data, which is not
precise enough to confirm that somebody deposited a
ballot into a drop box, according to experts.
The "anonymous accounts"
referred-to here are those of participants in the
scheme who were interviewed in the film with faces
obscured and voices disguised for their own safety.
This is hardly something over which the legitimacy
of the film can b challenged (and all those accounts
are simply supplemental to the hard data actually
relied on as the meat of the presentation).
The statement about the
precision of cell-phone tracking is a revealing
deliberate "flawed analysis" by the AP propagandist.
Tracking precision is plenty good enough to
establish the arrival of the targeted phone at the
drop box location, its pausing there for the
requisite time, and then its moving off to the next
such location (and the next, and the next, and so
on).
The "deposited a ballot" thing
is covered pretty well by the
surveillance video showing just that.
I wonder if the "experts" whose opinions are
allegedly cited actually watched the film.
The movie was produced by
conservative filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza and uses
research from the Texas-based nonprofit True the
Vote, which has spent months lobbying states to use
its findings to change voting laws. Neither
responded to a request for comment.
Here’s a closer look at the
facts.
CLAIM: At least 2,000
“mules” were paid to illegally collect ballots and
deliver them to drop boxes in key swing states ahead
of the 2020 presidential election.
THE FACTS: True the Vote
didn’t prove this. The finding is based on false
assumptions about the precision of cellphone
tracking data and the reasons that someone might
drop off multiple ballots, according to experts.
"Ballot harvesting” is
a term for dropping off completed ballots for people
besides yourself. The practice is legal in several
states but largely illegal in the states True the
Vote focused on, with some exceptions for family,
household members and people with disabilities.
True the Vote has said it
found some 2,000 ballot harvesters by purchasing $2
million worth of anonymized cellphone geolocation
data — the “pings” that track a person’s location
based on app activity — in various swing counties
across five states. Then, by drawing a virtual
boundary around a county’s ballot drop boxes and
various unnamed nonprofits, it identified cellphones
that repeatedly went near both ahead of the 2020
election.
If a cellphone went near a
drop box more than 10 times and a nonprofit more
than five times from Oct. 1 to Election Day, True
the Vote assumed its owner was a “mule” — its name
for someone engaged in an illegal ballot collection
scheme in cahoots with a nonprofit.
No. The cellphone tracking
criterion was not
simply going "near a drop box more than 10 times and
a nonprofit more than five times from Oct. 1 to
Election Day", something which, as misrepresented in
that way, could just capture someone who worked near
a drop box location and ate lunch now and then near
a non-profit.
The cellphone tracking
criterion was going to multiple drop boxes, one
after another in sequence, remaining at each long
enough to stuff ballots, with stops along the way at
Democrat aligned non-profits, over and over.
And the "ballot harvesting"
mentioned above by AP is a misleading term (which
D'Souza unfortunately uses too often in his film).
"Ballot harvesting" implies the mere collection of
legitimate ballots filled out properly and
independently by valid voters, which are simply
picked up and taken to a drop box or city clerk's
office or mailbox by someone.
What was involved here, as
thoroughly demonstrated in '2000 Mules', was
actually the production
of ballots which were then stuffed into drop boxes.
If any "harvesting" was done, it was the
interdiction of excess absentee ballots sent to
university residence halls in the name of students
no longer living in them, ballots in the names of
incompetent nursing home residents, ballots arriving
at apartment buildings in the names of every
previous tenant of the last decade, and so forth,
all of which were filled out to suit the purposes of
the schemers.
The group’s claims of a
paid ballot harvesting scheme are supported in the
film only by one unidentified whistleblower said to
be from San Luis, Arizona, who said she saw people
picking up what she “assumed” to be payments for
ballot collection. The film contains no evidence of
such payments in other states in 2020.
Sure. Except we have millions
of minutes of video surveillance of these folks
doing the ballot stuffing and then photographing the
ballot boxes involved like a Door-Dash driver is
required to do in order to get paid, over and over
(and at 3 AM, all just like everybody does, right?).
Plus, experts say cellphone
location data, even at its most advanced, can only
reliably track a smartphone within a few meters —
not close enough to know whether someone actually
dropped off a ballot or just walked or drove nearby.
“You could use cellular
evidence to say this person was in that area, but to
say they were at the ballot box, you’re stretching
it a lot,” said Aaron Striegel, a professor of
computer science and engineering at the University
of Notre Dame. “There’s always a pretty healthy
amount of uncertainty that comes with this.”
What’s more, ballot drop
boxes are often intentionally placed in busy areas,
such as college campuses, libraries, government
buildings and apartment complexes — increasing the
likelihood that innocent citizens got caught in the
group’s dragnet, Striegel said.
Similarly, there are plenty
of legitimate reasons why someone might be visiting
both a nonprofit’s office and one of those busy
areas.
Delivery drivers, postal
workers, cab drivers, poll workers and elected
officials all have legitimate reasons to cross paths
with numerous drop boxes or nonprofits in a given
day. True the Vote has said it filtered out people
whose “pattern of life” before the election season
included frequenting nonprofit and drop box
locations. But that strategy wouldn't filter out
election workers who spend more time at drop boxes
during the election season, cab drivers whose daily
paths don't follow a pattern, or people whose
routines recently changed.
Again, the cellphone tracking
criterion was not
simply going "near a drop box more than 10 times and
a nonprofit more than five times from Oct. 1 to
Election Day", something which, as misrepresented in
that way, could just capture someone who worked near
a drop box location and ate lunch now and then near
a non-profit.
The cellphone tracking
criterion was going to multiple drop boxes, one
after another in sequence, remaining at each long
enough to stuff ballots, with stops along the way at
Democrat aligned non-profits, over and over.
In some states, in an
attempt to bolster its claims, True the Vote also
highlighted drop box surveillance footage that
showed voters depositing multiple ballots into the
boxes. However, there was no way to tell whether
those voters were the same people as the ones whose
cellphones were anonymously tracked.
Of course there "is a way"--
the video surveillance is time-stamped, as is the
cell-phone tracking data showing when a given
tracked phone was at the drop-box.
A video of a voter dropping
off a stack of ballots at a drop box is not itself
proof of any wrongdoing, since most states have
legal exceptions that let people drop off ballots on
behalf of family members and household members.
For example, Larry
Campbell, a voter in Michigan who was not featured
in the film, told The Associated Press he legally
dropped off six ballots in a local drop box in 2020
— one for himself, his wife, and his four adult
children. And in Georgia, Secretary of State Brad
Raffensperger's office investigated one of the
surveillance videos circulated by True the Vote and
said it found the man was dropping off ballots for
himself and his family.
So, did Larry Campbell and the
unnamed Georgian then proceed to drop off more
ballots for themselves and their families in
another drop box ten minutes later, and then
another, and then another, and
then another, etc.? To include this
irrelevant nonsense in the piece as though it stands
against the revelations of '2000 Mules' unmistakably
emphasizes that the whole AP exercise is mendacious
spin.
CLAIM: In Philadelphia
alone, True the Vote identified 1,155 “mules” who
illegally collected and dropped off ballots for
money.
THE FACTS: No, it didn’t.
The group hasn’t offered any evidence of any sort of
paid ballot harvesting scheme in Philadelphia. And
True the Vote did not get surveillance footage of
drop boxes in Philadelphia, so the group based this
claim solely on cellphone location data, its
researcher Gregg Phillips said in March in testimony
to Pennsylvania state senators.
If True the Vote didn't get
video surveillance footage from Philadelphia, it
suggest the people running things in that city
didn't abide by the law requiring the cameras, for
some reason... But when footage DOES show what is
being done by the folks going to multiple drop-boxes
in the exact same manner elsewhere as is shown in
Philadelphia by the cell-phone data, it's not much
of a stretch to conclude that the Philadelphians are
doing the same thing at their drop boxes.
Further, of course, there is no
other rational explanation for one person stopping
at multiple drop boxes in sequence in a single trip
even once, much less doing it again and again, day
after day. These AP efforts are ludicrous.
[NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRINT
EDITION ARTICLE BUT ADDED TO THE CURRENT ONLINE
VERSION: Pennsylvania state Sen. Sharif
Street, who was there for the group’s testimony in
March, told the AP he was confident he was counted
as several of the group’s 1,155 anonymous “mules,”
even though he didn’t deposit anything into a drop
box in that time period.
Street said he based his
assessment on the fact that he carries a cellphone,
a watch with a cellular connection, a tablet with a
cellular connection and a mobile hotspot — four
devices whose locations can be tracked by private
companies. He also said he typically travels with a
staffer who carries two devices, bringing the total
on his person to six.
During the 2020 election
season, Street said, he brought those devices on
trips to nonprofit offices and drop box rallies. He
also drove by one drop box up to seven or eight
times a day when traveling between his two political
offices.
“I did no ballot stuffing,
but over the course of time, I literally probably
account for hundreds and hundreds of their unique
visits, even though I’m a single actor in a single
vehicle moving back and forth in my ordinary course
of business,” Street said.]
I guess I'll just be repeating
this one a lot: Going to or near a drop box was not
something counted in the '2000 Mules' analysis. It
was only going to (and stopping at) dozens of drop
boxes, one after another, in a single trip that was
counted. Ali Swenson knows this (assuming she
watched '2000 Mules', as she suggests she did), and
so the inclusion of these paragraphs-- like the
inclusion of similar irrelevancies throughout her
"analysis"-- is just more evidence of the insincere,
propagandistic nature of this article.
City election commission
spokesman Nick Custodio said the allegations matched
others that had been debunked or disproven after the
2020 election.
“The Trump campaign and
others filed an unprecedented litany of cases
challenging Philadelphia’s election with dubious and
unsubstantiated allegations of fraud, all of which
were quickly and resoundingly rejected by both state
and federal courts,” Custodio said.
This is classic. Yes, the Trump
campaign and other filed a bunch of hastily-written
cases based on generally unsubstantiated allegations
of fraud (in many cases because the windows in which
to file those cases were narrow and figuring out
what took place and accumulating evidence to prove
it takes time). BUT NOW THOSE ALLEGATIONS ARE
SUBSTANIATED.
CLAIM: Some of the “mules”
True the Vote identified in Georgia were also
geolocated at violent antifa riots in Atlanta in the
summer of 2020, showing they were violent far left
actors.
THE FACTS: Setting aside
the fact that the film doesn't prove these
individuals were collecting ballots at all, it also
can't prove their political affiliations.
The anonymized data True
the Vote tracked doesn't explain why someone might
have been present at a protest demanding justice for
Black deaths at the hands of police officers. The
individuals who were tracked there could have been
violent rioters, but they also could have been
peaceful protesters, police or firefighters
responding to the protests, or business owners in
the area.
Setting aside the fact that the
film DOES prove these individuals were collecting
ballots and stuffing them, as discussed above, it is
true that it can't prove their political
affiliations. But the film's case doesn't even
remotely rest on doing so. Pointing out the
appearance of these same folks at the riots is just
a matter of upsizing the already fully-satisfying
meal offered by what IS proven in the film, with
some strongly suggestive circumstantial evidence
which IS interesting, even if just coincidental.
CLAIM: Alleged ballot
harvesters were captured on surveillance video
wearing gloves because they didn’t want to leave
their fingerprints on the ballots.
THE FACTS: This is pure
speculation. It ignores far more likely reasons for
glove-wearing in the fall and winter of 2020 — cold
weather or COVID-19.
Sure-- so if you're going to go
with that argument then explain why these gloves
were stripped off as soon as the ballots had been
stuffed-- that is, immediately
after, as in seconds later-- even though the air
remained cold and purportedly plague-ridden...
True the Vote's researcher
claimed in the movie that voters in Georgia started
wearing gloves to prevent their fingerprints from
touching ballot envelopes after two women in Yuma,
Arizona, were indicted on Dec. 23, 2020 for alleged
ballot harvesting in that state’s primary election.
But the Arizona indictment didn’t mention anything
about fingerprints.
Indictments often don't recite
the evidence on which an accusation is based. But
the perps could have learned that fingerprints were
a factor, and their co-conspirators in Georgia could
have heard this from them at the speed of text
messaging.
Voting in Georgia’s Jan. 5,
2021, Senate runoff election occurred during some of
the coldest weeks of the year in the state, and when
COVID-19 was surging.
In fact, the AP in 2020
documented multiple examples of COVID-cautious
voters wearing latex gloves and other personal
protective equipment to vote.
In a similarly speculative
allegation, the film claims its supposed “mules”
took photographs of ballots before they dropped them
into drop boxes in order to get paid. But across the
U.S., voters frequently take photos of their ballot
envelopes before submitting them.
Again, if you're going to go
with that argument then explain why these gloves
were stripped off as soon as the ballots had been
stuffed-- that is, immediately
after, as in seconds later-- even though the air
remained cold and purportedly plague-ridden... And
whatever legitimate voters might do in the way of
photographing their ballot envelopes is irrelevant,
because the mules were taking pictures of the
drop-boxes and the stuffing process, not the ballots
themselves.
CLAIM: If it weren't for
this ballot collection scheme, former President
Donald Trump would have had enough votes to win the
2020 election.
THE FACTS: This alleged
scheme has not been proven, nor do these researchers
have any way of knowing whether any ballots that
were collected contained votes for Trump or for
Biden.
Actually, the "alleged scheme"
IS being proven here, and to suggest that the
invalid, illegal ballot could have been on Donald
Trump's behalf, rather than Joe Biden's, is risible.
There's no evidence a
massive ballot harvesting scheme dumped a large
amount of votes for one candidate into drop boxes,
and if there were, it would likely be caught
quickly, according to Derek Muller, a law professor
at the University of Iowa.
“Once you get just a few
people involved, people start to reveal the scheme
because it unravels pretty quickly," he said.
Again, there IS evidence, and
'2000 Mules' delivers it-- a ton of it. And people
don't necessarily reveal the scheme, especially when
they have been convinced that they are engaging in
it for desperately important and completely
righteous reasons, and when they are supported and
given cover in the scheme by a monolithic mainstream
media machine.
Absentee ballots are also
verified by signature and tracked closely, often
with an option for voters themselves to see where
their ballot is at any given time. That process
safeguards against anyone who tries to illegally
cast extra ballots, according to Barry Burden, a
University of Wisconsin-Madison political science
professor and the director of the Elections Research
Project.
Actually, one of the
distinguishing characteristics of the 2020 election
was that signature verification requirements were
abandoned for absentee ballots. See, for instance,
this court ruling on Michigan's no-verification
protocol.
“It seems impossible in
that system for a nefarious actor to dump lots of
ballots that were never requested by voters and were
never issued by election officials,” Burden said.
This closer to the AP
propaganda is amusing considering that another
unique characteristic of the 2020 election was
vast numbers of ballot applications being
sent out without requests having been made for them,
providing plenty of opportunity for the schemers to
manipulate the process (see
some discussion of the possible dynamic here).
And let's not overlook the strawman element of this
last little chunk of AP's noxious offering: While it
may well have happened, nothing in the presentation
in '2000 Mules' rests on the proposition that wholly
fake ballots-- that is, ballots not printed by
election officials-- were a meaningful factor in
what took place (although a reference in passing to
the possibility of schemer-printed fake ballots is
made at one point in the film, by an election
integrity expert speaking of things he has seen done
in the past).
This is part of AP’s
effort to address widely shared misinformation,
including work with outside companies and
organizations to add factual context to misleading
content that is circulating online.
This little "explanatory" note which
follows AP's disinformation package seems meant to
answer an obvious question: "So, how is it an AP
responsibility-- or even legitimate interest-- to
"analyze" and "correct" the content of a
documentary?"
The fact is, '2000 Mules' is POWERFUL
evidence of the coup that took place from November
2020 through January, 2021, and which its
perpetrators have been furiously attempting to
consolidate ever since. To the people for whom AP
works (and sadly, for whom once good folks like
those at the Detroit News and many other papers have
begun to carry water), this documentary is a stake
poised over the vampire's breast, which they are
desperate to deflect.
'2000 Mules' needs to be seen by every

Not Letting This "Crisis" Go To Waste...
...an important action item opportunity.
FRIENDS, THE SPORADIC BITS OF EASING of the despotic measures to
which most of the country has been subjected under the mantle of
COVID-19 mitigation should not be
allowed to bleed off the head of steam you probably had been developing.
The offenses happened, and they're far from over. Stay hot.
And while you are all warmed up, and while others, if
they're smart, are just as hot, I'd like you to send an email (and
Facebook post, or whatever) with the following content to everyone you
can (with a request that they pass it along, in turn):
[Name], since March of 2020 you've
watched as over-fed state power has been used to literally destroy
classical Western civilization and impose a new despotic paradigm. No
dissent or debate permitted-- no permission or agreement sought.
YOU KNOW where this will end up if the arrogant
state power being used to make this happen isn't radically diminished in
size, influence, resources and popular support, and exposed as an
opportunistic exploiter of legal ignorance (an ignorance which it has
been nurturing in the average mind for decades).
Those things having not yet happened, you
should be quaking in your boots-- and you probably are.
Isn't it time-- and past time-- for you to
begin helping to make those desperately-needed defensive changes take
place? There is only one way these things can happen short of a
who-knows-what we'll-end-up-with explosion of violence. I'm going to
show it to you.
When you're done with that reading, you'll know
what to do next.
BTW, REMEMBER, ALSO, THAT EVERY AMERICAN has lately been given a stark lesson in the fact
that government officials at all levels will lie to you and violate the
law without batting an eye. They will do so any time it serves their agenda, and
you don't call them out for it.
If you know anyone who has been persisting in denial on the
truth about the income tax, you know such nonsense is usually be
grounded in some version or another of, "That can't be true..." or "They
would never do something like that...". Now's the time to put a pin in
that delusional bubble.
As the C19 hoax has starkly shown, "that" certainly CAN be true, and they
certainly WOULD do something
like that.
Use this evidence in all your
outreach efforts.
"It is not the function of our Government to keep the
citizen from falling into error; it is the function of the citizen to
keep the Government from falling into error."
-United States Supreme Court Justice Robert H. Jackson
(Deceitful efforts to discourage Americans from
learning the truth about the "income tax")
FOR ALL THE YEARS SINCE 2003 when
CtC was first published, the government has engaged in a
concerted effort to frighten people away from its truths. This
effort involves official government websites and press releases
touting an occasional court ruling that appears to be at odds
with some
CtC-revelation (but without details sufficient to expose the
real substance of the ruling)--
and sometimes even more mendacious behavior.
Are the presentations and

on YouTube regarding donations. I didn't know what to do about
it to begin with; I don't do what I do intending for anyone to
feel obligated in any way.
But of course, no one IS obligated. I will continue
to make my work freely-available here, and in my books for only
the cost of a cheap paperback.
Thus, even though I post it here below, Tim's very
thoughtful personal resolution and encouragement to others is
just an invitation for consideration by those who may not be
conscious of the fact that I can't do what I do without support.
No one is to feel any pressure from it; if it moves anyone to
act let it be solely because it seems right.
All-in-all, just be the sort of person for others
that you would go to yourself for trustworthy leadership.
Leadership is a challenge. But it's not
complicated, and you can do it.

Are You Having Trouble Spreading The
Word?
SKEPTICISM (SOMETIMES INVOKED BY FEAR) IS TO BE
EXPECTED when you're trying to explain to someone that
everything they've been encouraged their whole lives to
believe about something as entrenched and significant as the
income tax is basically nonsense. So here's a way to help
cut through the resistance:
Ask your listener how he or she would react if
you were to show an announcement from the Commissioner of
Internal Revenue admitting that the tax doesn't apply to the
earnings of most Americans and is misapplied most of the
time because people don't understand how it works? Or how
about if you showed a ruling from the Supreme Court saying
the same?
Now you just have to explain that
you're going to show exactly those things-- but because
the state really doesn't want people to know this, these
things haven't been said quite as forthrightly as we would
all wish. It's going to take a bit more work to take these
admissions in than is sufficient for just reading a press
release. But it'll be worth the effort...
IF YOU'RE NOT SPREADING THIS LINK with every bit of
energy you can, to school libraries, homeschool
families and community groups, your neighbors, your
family members, your pastors and
co-congregationalists, journalists, lawyers, CPAs,
members of congress, tax-agency workers, Wikipedia,
Anonymous, WikiLeaks, the Tax Foundation, everyone
in the "tax honesty" movement, the 9/11 truth
movement, other activist movements and everyone
else,
you have only yourself to blame for your
troubles with the tax, and a whole lot else of which
you might complain. It's on you.
WRITE A NICE, FRIENDLY AND BRIEF introductory note
explaining what will be seen at the link-- cryptic
is bad; excited is good-- and then send this WMI
(weapon of mass instruction) far and wide.
Remember: Real Americans don't accommodate fog, lies and a sliding scale of
adherence to the rule of law. Real American men and women stand up for the
truth and the law, come what may, knowing that it is only by setting the bar
at the top and enforcing it, come what may, that liberties are secured.
"Heaven knows how to put a proper price upon its goods; and it would be
strange indeed if so celestial an article as freedom should not be
highly rated."
-Thomas Paine
OUTREACH!!!
JOB ONE, PEOPLE!!! SPREAD. THE. WORD.
ONLY ONE THING WILL WIN YOU YOUR LIBERTY:
Spreading the truth. Accordingly, I've assembled
outreach resources into a new, dedicated page. Find it
here, and please, USE THESE TOOLS!! I can't
do this all by myself.
"In a time of
universal deceit telling the truth is a revolutionary
act."
"There is no safety for honest men but by believing all
possible evil of evil men."
-Edmund Burke
IT'S VERY GOOD to have an adult like Douglas Macgregor "in
the room" as it were. There aren't many others (adults) to be found in
the national conversation on matters of such moment as our current
provocations and assaults on Russia-- an evil of aggression as well as
lunacy from a standpoint of proper concern for American national
security and general well-being. (See more on all that
here,
here and
here.)
The video of Macgregor, above, should
be widely shared. Only when sober and credible
voices such as his are heard by millions of
Americans will thee be any hope of a real halt to
the current madness, since it is a madness with its
grip on both leading Republican political figures
just as much as on Democrats. Even a change in
control of congress in November won't end this (if
such a change occurs at all-- see
this
and
this).
ON A LARGER SCALE, of course, we need
to broadly restore liberty and the rule of law
overall. To accomplish this
we simply need to resume tried-and-true practices
and arrangements known as "normal life" by our
grandparents.
In fact, to make that restorative
transformation all we need to do is one simple
thing, acting entirely as individuals with no
agreement from any institutional authority. That one
simple thing will function as a catalyst, compelling
the beneficial reorganization of our whole societal
and political structure as a natural and inevitable
process.
You can see a sketch of that process
and its outcomes-- which, remember, we have already
implemented in America, and maintained for better
than half our time as a nation, so this is not
pie-in-the-sky but a thoroughly proven thing--
in
the presentation here. Read it, think about it,
share it.

EVEN AS ARDENT A STATIST as Abraham
Lincoln, in announcing his willingness to burn the Southern states to the ground in order to
keep them paying the tariff for the benefit of Northern interests in
his first inaugural address on March 4, 1861, paid at least lip
service to the Founders design of leaving control over the fuel
available to feed the fires Washington wants to light in the hands
of the individual citizenry when he said, "Doing this I deem to
be only a simple duty on my part; and I shall perform it, unless my
rightful masters, the American people, shall withhold the requisite
means..."

Do you
know someone truly steeped in the Kool-Aid?
I mean
someone who finds it easier to believe that the far-better-educated,
far-more-suspicious-of-government Americans of a hundred years ago were
complete morons who granted authority to the state to take whatever it
wished from themselves and their posterity than to imagine that they
themselves simply misunderstand the true nature of the income tax? Even
while knowing that their beliefs about the tax are derived entirely from
the representations of those who profit from those beliefs (like tax
bureaucrats and "tax professionals")?
Do you
know someone like that? Shake them awake with the latest (sixteenth)
edition of
CtC!
If
CtC were actually
right, it would mean the government's been concealing and
denying and suppressing the truth for years
on end, and everybody knows THAT would never happen...
(Edward Snowden, come home! It was all just a bad dream; there really is
No Such Agency!)
Btw, a copy of
CtC from anywhere except the link above may not
be a current edition. CHECK. It matters. Also, there ARE no
e-book, Kindle or .pdf versions of
CtC.
Don't get taken in by efforts to sell you-- or even give you for
free-- any such thing.
May 24- In 1798, a popular rebellion
against the British puppet "Kingdom of Ireland", inspired by the American
Revolution and supported by Protestants and Catholics alike, begins. In 1830,
the B & O Railroad, the first revenue-generating federally-subsidized railroad,
began service. In 1883, the Brooklyn Bridge opens to traffic after 14 years of
construction. In 2000, Israeli troops begin leaving Southern Lebanon after 22
years of occupation. In 2001, the Democrats regain control of the Senate for
the the first time since 1994 when James Jeffords becomes an independent.

May 25- In 1787, the convention called to revise the Articles
of Confederation-- primarily by authorizing the federal creation to claim a
piece of the action when its property, powers and privileges were profitably
exploited (duties, excises and tariffs), to impose apportioned taxes on the
states, and to regulate the commerce of state governments with each other, with
foreign nations and with the Indian tribes-- begins. In 1837, Quebec revolts
against British rule. In 1961, John F. Kennedy proposes landing an American on
the moon before the end of the decade. In 1977, 'Star Wars', the first
installment in a wildly-popular six-part story of rebellion against an arrogant
imperialist Leviathan, is released. In 2012, SpaceX's 'Dragon' becomes the
first private spacecraft to reach the International Space Station. In 2018,
political prisoner Doreen Hendrickson, suffering her second prison imprisonment
for refusing to swear to
belief in the truth of government-serving false statements on orders of a
federal court at the request of the Department of Justice (sic), is
released. In 2020, a man named George Floyd dies while in police custody in
Minneapolis. Floyd had several times a toxic dose of fentanyl in his system, and
chronic heart problems as well, but his death, which came after he resisted
arrest and was restrained on the ground pending the arrival of EMS (at his own
request), was ascribed to the restraining officer(s). Riots erupted across
American in response, under the leadership of members of the Democrat Party and
an organization called 'Black Lives Matter'.

Hendrickson is also a widely-read essayist on
matters of politics, public policy and law; many of these works
are collected in his second book, Upholding
the Law And Other Observations. He is a member of Mensa;
an
award-winning artist; and has paid his dues as a youth
soccer coach. He is a long-time political activist as well, and
has served as co-chair and platform convention delegate of
Michigans largest county Libertarian Party organization; as a
consultant to the National Right to Work Foundation and Citizens
for a Sound Economy; as a member of the Heartland Institute; and
as a member of the International Society for Individual
Liberty. He is a frequent radio-show guest on stations across
the country.
Hendrickson's business career has included nearly a
decade-and-a-half at the leading edge of the renewable-energy
industry, both as Director of Purchasing and Materials
Management and member of the R&D board at Starpak Energy
Systems, the mid-west's then-largest solar heating and
energy-recovery-and re-utilization company; and as founder and
president of AFJ Inc., a high-efficiency lighting design,
manufacture and installation firm.
Beginning in the mid-1990s and continuing for the
twelve years before his present full-time focus on the
restoration of the rule of law in America, Hendrickson directed
purchasing activities for the $84 million-a-year
multi-family-housing division of the Farmington Hills, Michigan
branch of Edward Rose and Sons, with responsibility for 18,000+
apartments, direct supervision of 35 technicians and agents, and
incidental authority over several hundred divisional workers.
He also ran the division's 10 cable television earth-station and
distribution systems in four states, and designed and
administered the company's website.
On rather the other end of the spectrum, amidst
these more mundane pursuits Hendrickson co-founded and was the
primary creative force behind a small
board- and
card-game company that enjoyed a modest success for several
years.
Hendrickson makes his home in southeast Michigan,
with his wife and two children. He is currently working on his
next book.
