Senate "consideration" of the draconian 'USA PATRIOT Act'. Click

(at the time), one day after the United States launches a lawsuit against its

things they wish kept from the light of day (and the eyes of their owners, the
American people).

...and now a word to the
friends of Western Civ:
ONE OF THE MOST DISTURBING THINGS about
the prolonged, vicious and mendacious assault on the
culture that produced the prosperity, technological
advancement and social structure by which that
assault is made possible (that is, mass
communication of any view, legally, socially and
economically possible for any voice) is the lack of
any pushback. It seems that the minds of westerners
have been so poisoned against the virtues of their
staggering accomplishments and contributions that
they are made timid and dumb in the face of
criticism, however ignorance-based, absurd and
destructive it might be.
This mustn't continue.
Even while acknowledging that it has
rough edges in some places, and is sometimes
exploited in its generous liberalism by some bad
actors, the inheritors and advocates of Western Civ
need to stand up, loud and proud, in a stern
remonstrance and denunciation of its "critics" and
competitors. The only alternatives on offer from
those critics are some form of variously-structured
despotism (i.e., socialism or fascism) or simple
nihilism-- the rough edges and exploitation of which
are sustained monstrosities in comparison to which
those of Western Civ are dwarfed into
insignificance.
This is, in fact, an existential threat
situation which those who cherish freedom and the
rule of law sideline themselves from at the peril of
their lives and those of their children.
I watch the paralysis of the American
majority as "BLM" and "Antifa"
brownshirts riot in our cities and shout down or
veto conservative voices by threats of violence (as
shown and discussed
here,
for instance) and I worry for the future. I watch
the paralysis of the American majority in the face
of the systematic destruction of our Western Civ
heritage-- and the history by which it can be
understood-- through bogus historical revisionism in
our classrooms and in our social discourse (such as
is discussed
here
and
here, for instance), and even in the tearing
down of our historical monuments, and I worry for
the future.
I watch the fundamental liberty and
meritocratic principles of Western Civ attacked with
quotas and "diversity, equity and inclusion"
policies, private and public, and I worry for our
future. I watch the subversion of our
Constitutionally-specified political and legal
processes (see
this
and
this, for instance) and I worry for the future.
You should be worried, too.
And pissed.
And upstanding.
Now, seriously. Do you want this

ANYONE WHO instills, cultivates, affirms or in any way
encourages any notion in the mind of a child which causes that child
to seek or consent to chemical or surgical alteration of his or her
body in any kind of effort to thwart, overcome, reject, conceal or
disable the natural development and manifestation of characteristics
common to persons of the child's biological sex, or anyone who
imposes upon a child any chemical or surgical alteration of his or
her body for any such purpose, is guilty of felony child abuse.
ANYONE WHO encourages any child to
adopt dress, deportment, or mannerisms
inconsistent with predominant cultural norms for a
child of his or her biological sex is guilty of
misdemeanor child abuse.
Upon conviction... [each state
legislature will need to fill in this portion in a
manner consistent with its existing criminal
structure].
Now, a few words about our
schools...
MANY NOT BLESSED with my now
68-year-old memory will be unaware that back in the
day, every school-- public or private-- had a dress
code. Typical would be that boys and young men were
required to arrive in clean shoes, slacks and shirt
(short- or long-sleeved, depending upon the time of
year) evincing respect for the school, staff and
fellow students (meaning the sort of attire in which
a child would be dressed to attend church, for
instance). Girls and young women were required to
wear shoes, skirts and blouses of similar character.
In many cases the colors of
shirts/blouses and slacks/skirts were specified
explicitly, or in a more relaxed school, specified
only as "dark" solid color slacks/skirts and "light"
solid color shirts/blouses. No bright colors.
Hair was expected to be clean, and
neatly combed or brushed.
At the same time, and in the same vein
of establishing a focused and productive atmosphere
free of distractions and respectful of the schools
important educational mission, anything not
essential to that mission (which today would include
cellphones), was prohibited.
Needless to say, these requirements
were imposed all-the-more sternly on faculty and
staff, and also included sport coats (and often
neckties) for men, and comparable business-level
features for the women. No tats, no piercings, no
attention-seeking eyeglass frames, no
cross-dressing, and no rainbow hair.
I encourage everyone to let all that
percolate for a few moments until the fundamental
difference between schools so comported and those of
today becomes clear. I am confident that such
contemplation will yield widening eyes and dawning
excitement at the idea and promise of re-imposing
such standards.
AT THE SAME TIME SCHOOL DRESS CODES
RE-APPEAR, we can, as a society, finally implement
another major reform which has often been spoken-of
but has so far been left on the cutting-room floor,
and which is certain to dramatically improve
educational institutions. I speak of cameras in the
classroom.
The shutting of schoolhouse doors
during the Covid lunacy in 2020 and 2021 and the
resort instead to "distance learning" opened a
window to parents on just what has been delivered to
their children under the label of education. Many
such parents were awakened into righteous engagement
in their kids schools, and that is great, and has
resulted in much good being done or at least begun.
But as the schools re-opened and the
children again disappeared within them, all became
opaque once more. This should not be tolerated.
Therefore now, while an understanding of the problem
is fresh in the minds of all those parents, the
transparency should be restored and made permanent
by putting a camera in the back of every classroom,
accessible at any time by any parent of a child in
that class.
The benefits of parental oversight in
keeping schools and teachers on-mission and in
pursuit of excellence are so obvious as to need no
articulation here. And no argument against is
credible. After all, day-care centers and even
dog-sitting facilities routinely offer the feature
these days.
All that needs to be further said is
that any state in which the existing political
climate allows should enact this legislation
immediately, taking no chances with the possibility
of a future, adverse change in control of the
legislature or administration.
It is in the schools that the enemies
of Western Civilization have created their nihilist,
Brave New World armies. Any simple measures that can
be taken to thwart the progress of that project
should be seized upon and bolted into place
immediately and at every opportunity.
Finally, a few words on the
matter of January 6, 2021:
ONE THING THAT HAS PARTICULARLY
surprised and disturbed me in regard to the "January
6" response is the apparently stubborn obtuseness of
judges involved in the proceedings related to the
protest/riot at the Capitol. Plainly what took place
that day was by no stretch of a rational imagination
an "insurrection", either in fact or in intention.
Rather, a bunch of people were
reasonably incensed at what was easily seen by
anyone who cared to look as
a totally rigged
election, and a monolithic media suppression of that
subject, and infuriating repetition of
middle-school-level nonsense assertions of "there is
no evidence" and so forth. These irate Americans
went to the capitol to rally in support of some
lawmakers intent on presenting evidence of the
rigging.
The peaceful rally was then engineered
into a melee-- which could be (and since, has
been) endlessly used to demonize all challenges to
the legitimacy of the declared outcome of the
election-- by means and persons as yet undetermined
(due to persistent mendacity and stonewalling by
people like Christopher Wray) but which plainly
involved government (read: deep state)
agents-provocateur (click
here and watch the excellent documentary you'll
find there).
Are these January 6 defendants who are
uniformly mistreated and over-sentenced by DC judges
being kept from pointing all of this out? Or are
these judges co-opted, either through corruption or
intimidation?
The question brings matters discussed
here disturbingly to mind, and highlights many
important points made
here.

Not Letting This "Crisis" Go To Waste...
...an important action item opportunity.
FRIENDS, THE SPORADIC EASINGS of the despotic measures to
which most of the country has been subjected under
since the onset of the
COVID-19 hobgoblin narrative should not be
allowed to bleed off the head of steam you probably had been developing.
The offenses happened, and they're far from over. Stay hot.
And while you are all warmed up, and while others, if
they're smart, are just as hot, I'd like you to send an email (and
Facebook post, or whatever) with the following content to everyone you
can (with a request that they pass it along, in turn):
[Name], since March of 2020 you've
watched as over-fed state power has been used to literally destroy
classical Western civilization and impose a new despotic paradigm. No
dissent or debate permitted-- no permission or agreement sought.
YOU KNOW where this will end up if the arrogant
state power being used to make this happen isn't radically diminished in
size, influence, resources and popular support, and exposed as an
opportunistic exploiter of legal ignorance (an ignorance which it has
been nurturing in the average mind for decades).
Those things having not yet happened, you
should be quaking in your boots-- and you probably are.
Isn't it time-- and past time-- for you to
begin helping to make those desperately-needed defensive changes take
place? There is only one way these things can happen short of a
who-knows-what we'll-end-up-with explosion of violence. I'm going to
show it to you.
When you're done with that reading, you'll know
what to do next.
BTW, REMEMBER, ALSO, THAT EVERY AMERICAN has lately been given a stark lesson in the fact
that government officials at all levels will lie to you and violate the
law without batting an eye. They will do so any time it serves their agenda, and
you don't call them out for it.
If you know anyone who has been persisting in denial on the
truth about the income tax, you know such nonsense is usually be
grounded in some version or another of, "That can't be true..." or "They
would never do something like that...". Now's the time to put a pin in
that delusional bubble.

certainly WOULD do something
like that.

FOR ALL THE YEARS SINCE 2003 when
CtC was first published, the government has engaged in a
concerted effort to frighten people away from its truths. This
effort involves official government websites and press releases
touting an occasional court ruling that appears to be at odds
with some
CtC-revelation (but without details sufficient to expose the
real substance of the ruling)--
and sometimes even more mendacious behavior.

resources offered on this site and in my other work of any value to you?

on YouTube regarding donations. I didn't know what to do about
it to begin with; I don't do what I do intending for anyone to
feel obligated in any way.
But of course, no one IS obligated. I will continue
to make my work freely-available here, and in my books for only
the cost of a cheap paperback.
Thus, even though I post it here below, Tim's very
thoughtful personal resolution and encouragement to others is
just an invitation for consideration by those who may not be
conscious of the fact that I can't do what I do without support.
No one is to feel any pressure from it; if it moves anyone to
act let it be solely because it seems right.
All-in-all, just be the sort of person for others
that you would go to yourself for trustworthy leadership.
Leadership is a challenge. But it's not

Are You Having Trouble Spreading The
Word?
SKEPTICISM (SOMETIMES INVOKED BY FEAR) IS TO BE
EXPECTED when you're trying to explain to someone that
everything they've been encouraged their whole lives to
believe about something as entrenched and significant as the
income tax is basically nonsense. So here's a way to help
cut through the resistance:
Ask your listener how he or she would react if
you were to show an announcement from the Commissioner of
Internal Revenue admitting that the tax doesn't apply to the
earnings of most Americans and is misapplied most of the
time because people don't understand how it works? Or how
about if you showed a ruling from the Supreme Court saying
the same?
Now you just have to explain that
you're going to show exactly those things-- but because
the state really doesn't want people to know this, these
things haven't been said quite as forthrightly as we would
all wish. It's going to take a bit more work to take these
admissions in than is sufficient for just reading a press
release. But it'll be worth the effort...
IF YOU'RE NOT SPREADING THIS LINK with every bit of
energy you can, to school libraries, homeschool
families and community groups, your neighbors, your
family members, your pastors and
co-congregationalists, journalists, lawyers, CPAs,
members of congress, tax-agency workers, Wikipedia,
Anonymous, WikiLeaks, the Tax Foundation, everyone
in the "tax honesty" movement, the 9/11 truth
movement, other activist movements and everyone
else,
you have only yourself to blame for your
troubles with the tax, and a whole lot else of which
you might complain. It's on you.

The bureaucrats in charge
after WWII, fearing a return to the
banker/government-caused Great Depression, made a
fatal decision. Since it had apparently finally
gotten the U.S. out of that disaster, enshrined in
National Security Council Report 68 (NSC-68),
signed by president Harry S Truman on September 30,
1950, they decided to continue using the manufacture
of military materials to pump the economy.
Ten years later, President
and Five-star General Dwight Eisenhower caught a
glimpse of the result and warned us like this – – –
“In the councils of
government, we must guard against the acquisition of
unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought,
by the military-industrial-congressional
complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of
misplaced power exists and will persist.
Called “Military
Keynesianism,” political scientist and ex-CIA
consultant
Chalmers Johnson was among those who solidly
nailed the long-term dangers and consequences of
using war production to stimulate the economy.
It was clear that the
Military Industrial Complex (MIC)
required an enemy, a dastardly villain, as an
excuse. They managed to create North Korea, Vietnam,
Iraq, Afghanistan and a few lesser excuses into that
needed commodity but these all eventually fell short
and fizzled out.

And how about that old
stand-by, the Soviet Union? But it had broken up. On
the other hand, public opinion polls showed that
most Americans hadn’t separated modern Russia from
that intimidating image of the old Soviet Union as
our evil enemy. All those decades of propaganda were
still in place, especially in the minds of us
Baby Boomers. Especially
Hollywood propaganda. You know, James Bond
and all.
So, a ready-made villain on
the cheap!
The Main-Stream Media (MSM)
had completely failed to notice that the Russians
had learned the hard way that socialism/communism
“promised workers paradise but delivered the
other place instead.” They’d also learned — the
hard way — that voluntary market exchange kicks
booty.
So, under the guidance of
Vladmir Putin and his cronies, they’d been
promoting trade with other folks in other countries,
including selling massive amounts of natural gas to
Europe through their twin billion-dollar under-sea
pipelines,
Nord Stream I and soon, II. They’d been
promoting
Sochi
as a resort town and host to major international
events. Etc.
The Russians were making
money hand over fist and loving it. And Putin was
regularly referring to “Our friends and partners
in the West.” Meaning us.
The C.I.A. has a lot of
experience assassinating folks, overturning
governments, fomenting violence and revolution, that
sort of thing. President Harry S. Truman, who
created the C.I.A., described things
this way – – –
“Now, as nearly as I can
make out, those fellows in the CIA don’t just report
on wars and the like, they go out and make their
own, and there’s nobody to keep track of what
they’re up to. They spend billions of dollars on
stirring up trouble so they’ll have something to
report on. They’ve become … it’s become a government
all of its own and all secret. They don’t have to
account to anybody.”

And so they got to work,
first by refurbishing the narrative.
I started listening to
Putin’s speechs whenever I could. I heard things
like this (notice the date) – – –
– “We must get back to the
international law instead of might makes right. …
U.S. approach, one step forward, one step back gets
nowhere. …There has to be a dialog, I don’t think
there is any other way.” –Vladimir Putin Thursday,
April 25, 2019 5:25 AM, media event during Kim Jon

It gradually became clear
that Putin and the Russians were as paranoid of NATO
as we Baby Boomers had been of the old
Soviet Union.
REICHARD WHITE DOES A GREAT JOB summarizing and tying
together the deep background and milieu behind the current
hobgoblin project
in
Ukraine and the overall interlinked hobgoblinism of DC Blob foreign and
domestic policy. His ultimate point is just as well taken: To let this
Leviathan security state insanity continue is
suicidal.
Frankly, the really surprising thing is
that the rest of the world hasn't already awakened
to the peril and recognized the need to act against
the Blob. That awakening is going on to a degree, as
is shown by the turn of more and more nations from
reliance on US-controlled international institutions
like the IMF, World Bank, SWIFT system and the US
dollar to Russian and Chinese alternatives like the
BRICS group, the Asian Infrastructure Investment
Bank, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, and
trade in independent national currencies, soon to
coalesce into the use of a common, gold-backed
international currency. Something on the order of
40% of world GDP and more than 40% of the world
population is now participating in these
alternatives.
What hasn't happened yet (as far as we
know) are actual hostile acts from these breakaway
countries intended to degrade Washington's ability
to keep stirring the pot of death and destruction on
behalf of Military Industrial Congressional Complex
interests. With that pot-stirring unchecked, expect
such hostile acts eventually. The nuclear exchange
into which the Blob's lunacy is taking us will not
be just an American suicide.
It will also be the murder of everyone else.
Soon, everyone else will begin acting in
self-defense and American quality of life (for
average Americans) will get much worse than it will
be even when we shortly begin suffering the collapse
of the dollar.
THERE IS, HOWEVER, A NARROW WINDOW
within which this otherwise certain adverse turn of
events can be avoided, by rapid and resolute action
of individual Americans, if enough can be enlisted
into the campaign. The Founding Fathers, who
recognized that all forms of government inevitably
tend toward the centralization of power and the
metastasizing of corruption, with even the
Constitutional republic they designed being no
exception, wisely provided the solution.
Individual action making
use of
the structure and limitations of the federal
taxing power hard-wired into the Constitution,
by means of which the Leviathan security state now
threatening the survival of humanity itself can be
defunded and shrunk back down to tolerable
proportions,
is that provided and relied upon solution. Through
embrace of this solution, each American can not only cease
his or her enabling of the dangerous, lunatic Leviathan state,
but also
present an irresistible lure
to others, even those who know or care nothing about
the perils of the rogue state and its operators, but who
don't want to relinquish to anyone wealth with which
they legally need not be parting.
That is, individual self-interest-- the
most powerful political force in the universe-- is
inexorably invoked by the liberating truth about the
income tax, and that invocation will yield the
beneficial outcome.
All that is needed to make it all
happen is for a big enough core group of
consciousness-raised Americans to act and be vocal.

EVEN AS ARDENT A STATIST as Abraham
Lincoln, in announcing his willingness to burn the Southern states to the ground in order to
keep them paying the tariff for the benefit of Northern interests in
his first inaugural address on March 4, 1861, paid at least lip
service to the Founders design of leaving control over the fuel
available to feed the fires Washington wants to light in the hands
of the individual citizenry when he said, "Doing this I deem to
be only a simple duty on my part; and I shall perform it, unless my
rightful masters, the American people, shall withhold the requisite
means..."

far-more-suspicious-of-government Americans of a hundred years ago were
complete morons who granted authority to the state to take whatever it

discourage people from rebutting allegations that
they had done things I can tax, and wanted to keep them from
successfully reclaiming withheld or paid-in money, I
would salt the "tax honesty" community with

occurred-- a collapse of gold prices back to normal, after having been
temporarily bid up 30% or so by speculators who had been buying the metal up in
the (mistaken) belief that the federal government intended to redeem
"greenbacks" (fiat money issued by the Lincoln administration during the War
Between the States) with real money. In 1979, CompuServe introduces "e-mail".

Hendrickson is also a widely-read essayist on
matters of politics, public policy and law; many of these works
are collected in his second book, �Upholding
the Law And Other Observations�. He is a member of Mensa;
an
award-winning artist; and has paid his dues as a youth
soccer coach. He is a long-time political activist as well, and
has served as co-chair and platform convention delegate of
Michigan�s largest county Libertarian Party organization; as a
consultant to the National Right to Work Foundation and Citizens
for a Sound Economy; as a member of the Heartland Institute; and
as a member of the International Society for Individual
Liberty. He is a frequent radio-show guest on stations across
the country.
Hendrickson's business career has included nearly a
decade-and-a-half at the leading edge of the renewable-energy
industry, both as Director of Purchasing and Materials
Management and member of the R&D board at Starpak Energy
Systems, the mid-west's then-largest solar heating and
energy-recovery-and re-utilization company; and as founder and
president of AFJ Inc., a high-efficiency lighting design,
manufacture and installation firm.
Beginning in the mid-1990s and continuing for the
twelve years before his present full-time focus on the
restoration of the rule of law in America, Hendrickson directed
purchasing activities for the $84 million-a-year
multi-family-housing division of the Farmington Hills, Michigan
branch of Edward Rose and Sons, with responsibility for 18,000+
apartments, direct supervision of 35 technicians and agents, and
incidental authority over several hundred divisional workers.
He also ran the division's 10 cable television earth-station and
distribution systems in four states, and designed and
administered the company's website.
On rather the other end of the spectrum, amidst
these more mundane pursuits Hendrickson co-founded and was the
primary creative force behind a small
board- and
card-game company that enjoyed a modest success for several
years.
Hendrickson makes his home in southeast Michigan,
with his wife and two children. He is currently working on his
next book.
