I'd rather be writing about anything
else, but it would irresponsible to do so as
mindless or corrupted policy-makers spiral us closer
and closer to the black hole of nuclear Armageddon.
SO, ANOTHER COMMENTARY ABOUT the
current and ongoing ugliness in Palestine... This is
the third in a row, and I am as disturbed at the
need to stay on this subject as you probably are to
see me do so.
But the one thing that good people may
not do is dither and divert their gaze from evil.
Right now, the Israelis are working
hard and fast to "change the facts on the ground".
At the moment, the dispossessed Palestinians in Gaza
are a living, present and visible rebuke, impossible
for the world to ignore and still somewhat able to
resume life in Gaza. Given a little more time to
bomb and kill, the Israelis will soon have erased
that fact, rendering Gaza a wasteland incapable of
being inhabited, even as the sardine-can prison it
has been (and even with the Palestinian population
that might resume life there decimated to a fraction
of its former numbers), and rendering the handful of
survivors invisible in the Egyptian desert or
scattered as refugees elsewhere.
Calls for an end to the bombing are now
made urgent by there being something yet to be
preserved. But soon there will be no such urgency,
because soon there will be nothing left to preserve.
The bombing will then, of course, stop,
and the strident calls against Israeli violence
will, of course, also stop. A new stasis will take
hold in which the dispossession of the Palestinians
hitherto confined in Gaza will be yet more
complete-- Israelis will take up residence in Gaza
as in the greater area of the previously stolen
lands of Palestine (and as has been steadily
proceeding over recent decades as another "change in
the facts on the ground" in the West Bank with
constant encroachment by "settlers")-- and begin
the exploitation of the estimated $453bn+ in oil and
gas reserves found not long ago in that place.
Decent people must continue to stand up
for for the Palestinian victims of this 75-year
crime, who have watched their own children wither in
imprisonment, impoverishment and oppression while
their oppressors' children thrive on the lands
stolen from them.
In service to that imperative, it is
necessary to counter or debunk the managed narrative
and other propaganda spun out in a constant assault
on clear-and-forthright thinking which might be
inconvenient to the plans of the Israelis and their
neo-con and other collaborators in America. Here are
a few such counters and debunks:
1. There is no inherent "genocidal" or
"antisemitic" aspect to calls for the elimination of
Israel, or "wiping Israel off the map" by
Palestinians or their supporters. All that is
inherently meant by such calls is the dissolution of
geopolitical Israel where it now is recognized by
many other countries and where it now appears on
most maps of the Middle East.
Such calls have nothing to do with the
citizens of that geopolitical Israel-- there is
nothing in such calls to imply a wish or intent that
those citizens be killed. All that is implied is
that those citizens either become citizens of
Palestine, as the district resumes its ancient name
and sovereignty of the last 2,700 years up until as
recently as 1948-- or move elsewhere to a different
(and hopefully, this time uninhabited) area to live,
which new location all parties, including those now
calling for the elimination of "Israel" as currently
configured, would be happy to call "Israel".
Indeed, the Muslim populations of the
Middle East have never had any historical animosity
or "antisemitism" toward Jews.
Many thousands of Jews lived in most
countries of the region, up to 1948, when the Jewish
immigrants to Palestine erupted in terrorist attacks
against the native population, driving those native
inhabitants from their homes and fields and into the
ghettos of Gaza and the West Bank, or out of the
country entirely. At that point, and for that
reason, animosity toward the Jewish populations
living among the Muslims increased and the numbers
so living decreased, but around 10,000 still live in
Iran, for instance, to this day.
2. Why are Palestinian children in
Israeli prisons to be exchangeable for prisoners
taken by Hamas on October 7? How many children are
there in those prisons (or were children at the time
of imprisonment), and how long have they been so
held? For some reason we never see anything about
this subject on NBC...
3. Since 2008 (a starting point picked
seemingly at random, but nonetheless offering a
useful sampling), 6,621 Palestinians have been
killed by Israeli action in Gaza, the West Bank or
"Israel", while only 311 Israelis have been killed
by Palestinian actions,
according to the UN. This excludes the period
since October 7, 2023, for which final numbers are
yet to be available, but which, as reported so far,
would make the Palestinian casualty number jump to
17,621 (plus an estimated 6,000 - 7,000 buried in
rubble and hence uncountable), versus a total of
1,511 Israelis.
Injuries since 2008 (subject to the
same exclusion of Oct. 7 and since) total 156,227
for the Palestinians versus 6,338 for Israelis.
Plainly, the violence suffered by the Palestinians
has long been grossly disproportional to that
suffered by Israelis, and it is hard to imagine any
persuasive justification for outraged and draconian
Israeli "punishment" of recent Palestinian
retaliation (and for American facilitation of same).
On the contrary, these data suggest
instead that the Hamas attack of October 7 was
encouraged or deliberately unhindered in order to
provide a faux pretext for an ethnic cleansing
operation by the Israelis which would be reflexively
supported and defended by the usual crowd of Israel
apologists in Washington and elsewhere, and to cloud
the minds of others who only get their news of world
affairs by the aforementioned partisans and presstitutes.
4. From the time of what is biblically
reported to have
been God's promise to Abraham of sovereignty over
Palestine (or "Greater Israel" as is said by Israel
supporters), Jewish tribes actually never had
sovereignty over significant portions of the area
for more than a total of a few hundred years. During
that brief period the Jewish-held portions shrank
and swelled and appeared and disappeared just like
those of any other people in any other place in the
world, and it all came to an end ~2,698 years ago
(until 1948 and events set in motion by the
British).
In light of these facts it would appear
that either the Jewish people long, long ago broke
their covenant with the Lord and forfeited their
claim to God's special dispensation, or that what
was reported as a
divine intent that the Jewish people should, or have
a right to, rule Palestine-- especially by way of
the violent expulsion and sustained oppression of
the native population-- was more
self-serving fancy than well-supported fact. Either
way, those
turning a blind eye to Israeli atrocities on the
basis of the "divine plan" argument should
cultivate less certainty and more humility as
regards their understanding of the plans of Heaven,
especially when Palestinian children are dying in
great numbers.
Such confident Israeli apologists
should also
consider the fact that not long ago, European
monarchs claimed sovereignty on the basis, in part,
of their alleged
divine right to rule... That convenient "divine right"
notion
was rejected by America's Founders. The
currently-exploited Israeli version should be
rejected, as well.
5. I have an uncomfortable feeling that
few have troubled themselves to actually read
through my recent previous posts on this subject,
and hence have missed the portion of
my
first such post detailing and documenting
Israeli access to NSA surveillance of US citizens,
including government officials and other persons of
influence in America, and alluding to its pernicious
implications for US policy which we are likely
seeing play out in a big way right before our eyes
today:
Prudent, well-educated Americans need to vigorously share
this document, by which everyone else can learn
how to shut down the (likely co-opted, and in any
event always dangerous) Leviathan state by which we
have all been victimized for all our lives, and
which now threatens to cut those lives short.

Not Letting This "Crisis" Go To Waste...
...an important action item opportunity.
FRIENDS, THE SPORADIC EASINGS of the despotic measures to
which most of the country has been subjected under
since the onset of the
COVID-19 hobgoblin narrative should not be
allowed to bleed off the head of steam you probably had been developing.
The offenses happened, and they're far from over. Stay hot.
And while you are all warmed up, and while others, if
they're smart, are just as hot, I'd like you to send an email (and
Facebook post, or whatever) with the following content to everyone you
can (with a request that they pass it along, in turn):
[Name], since March of 2020 you've
watched as over-fed state power has been used to literally destroy
classical Western civilization and impose a new despotic paradigm. No
dissent or debate permitted-- no permission or agreement sought.
YOU KNOW where this will end up if the arrogant
state power being used to make this happen isn't radically diminished in
size, influence, resources and popular support, and exposed as an
opportunistic exploiter of legal ignorance (an ignorance which it has
been nurturing in the average mind for decades).
Those things having not yet happened, you
should be quaking in your boots-- and you probably are.
Isn't it time-- and past time-- for you to
begin helping to make those desperately-needed defensive changes take
place? There is only one way these things can happen short of a
who-knows-what we'll-end-up-with explosion of violence. I'm going to
show it to you.
When you're done with that reading, you'll know
what to do next.
BTW, REMEMBER, ALSO, THAT EVERY AMERICAN has lately been given a stark lesson in the fact
that government officials at all levels will lie to you and violate the
law without batting an eye. They will do so any time it serves their agenda, and
you don't call them out for it.
If you know anyone who has been persisting in denial on the
truth about the income tax, you know such nonsense is usually be
grounded in some version or another of, "That can't be true..." or "They
would never do something like that...". Now's the time to put a pin in
that delusional bubble.
As the C19 hoax has starkly shown, "that" certainly CAN be true, and they
certainly WOULD do something
like that.

outreach efforts.

FOR ALL THE YEARS SINCE 2003 when
CtC was first published, the government has engaged in a
concerted effort to frighten people away from its truths. This
effort involves official government websites and press releases
touting an occasional court ruling that appears to be at odds
with some
CtC-revelation (but without details sufficient to expose the
real substance of the ruling)--
and sometimes even more mendacious behavior.
Are the presentations and
resources offered on this site and in my other work of any value to you?
Tim Kendrick has posted
a video
on YouTube regarding donations. I didn't know what to do about
it to begin with; I don't do what I do intending for anyone to
feel obligated in any way.
But of course, no one IS obligated. I will continue
to make my work freely-available here, and in my books for only
the cost of a cheap paperback.
Thus, even though I post it here below, Tim's very
thoughtful personal resolution and encouragement to others is
just an invitation for consideration by those who may not be
conscious of the fact that I can't do what I do without support.
No one is to feel any pressure from it; if it moves anyone to
act let it be solely because it seems right.
All-in-all, just be the sort of person for others
that you would go to yourself for trustworthy leadership.
Leadership is a challenge. But it's not
complicated, and you can do it.

Are You Having Trouble Spreading The
Word?
SKEPTICISM (SOMETIMES INVOKED BY FEAR) IS TO BE
EXPECTED when you're trying to explain to someone that
everything they've been encouraged their whole lives to
believe about something as entrenched and significant as the
income tax is basically nonsense. So here's a way to help
cut through the resistance:
Ask your listener how he or she would react if
you were to show an announcement from the Commissioner of
Internal Revenue admitting that the tax doesn't apply to the
earnings of most Americans and is misapplied most of the
time because people don't understand how it works? Or how
about if you showed a ruling from the Supreme Court saying
the same?
Now you just have to explain that
you're going to show exactly those things-- but because
the state really doesn't want people to know this, these
things haven't been said quite as forthrightly as we would
all wish. It's going to take a bit more work to take these
admissions in than is sufficient for just reading a press
release. But it'll be worth the effort...
IF YOU'RE NOT SPREADING THIS LINK with every bit of
energy you can, to school libraries, homeschool
families and community groups, your neighbors, your
family members, your pastors and
co-congregationalists, journalists, lawyers, CPAs,
members of congress, tax-agency workers, Wikipedia,
Anonymous, WikiLeaks, the Tax Foundation, everyone
in the "tax honesty" movement, the 9/11 truth
movement, other activist movements and everyone
else,
you have only yourself to blame for your
troubles with the tax, and a whole lot else of which
you might complain. It's on you.

explaining what will be seen at the link-- cryptic
is bad; excited is good-- and then send this WMI
(weapon of mass instruction) far and wide.

Uncle Sam Doesn't Have One
Thin Dime For Joe Biden's $106 Billion War Package

When you are faced with an
existential threat to your very national survival,
this is what you do. You mobilize your economy for
all-out struggle and impose heavy-duty “War
Taxes” to pay for a dramatic build-up of military
capabilities.
For instance, between 1939
and 1945 Federal government receipts rose nearly
seven-fold—from $6 billion to $42 billion per year,
owing to across-the-board tax increases that took
the average income tax rate from 4% to 24% and the
top rate to upwards of 90%. Relative to the national
economy, Federal receipts (red bars) rose from 6% of
GDP to a peak of nearly 20% in 1945.
On top of that came a huge
amount of war bonds and borrowing. Accordingly,
outlays from taxes and borrowing (blue bars), mostly
for military mobilization, rose from less
than 10% of GDP in 1940 to a war-time peak of 40% in
1944-1945.
Call that America’s
national mobilization triggered by Pearl Harbor.
It’s what a self-respecting democracy does when its
very existence is called into question.
Surge In Federal Outlays
and Receipts As % Of GDP During WWII
Alas, to a man and woman
Israel’s leadership has likened the barbaric Hamas
attacks of October 7th to Pearl Harbor. And
Netanyahu in particular has insisted that Israel’s
withering bombardment of Gaza must not give way to a
“pause” or ceasefire just as Washington did not
stand down after Pearl Harbor, either.
Fine. But then again, where
is Netanyahu’s powerful “budget speech” to the
Knesset akin to FDR’s famous call to arms and
economic sacrifice before the Congress in January
1942? Where is Netanyahu’s lobbying campaign for an
all-out Israeli economic mobilization and stiff War
Taxes that would dramatically increase the
government’s claim on the nation’s economic
resources?
Where is the plan for a
true Garrison State with the vastly expanded
military budget and armed forces that would be
needed in the future to protect Israel’s citizens
from being caught flat-footed again? Where are the
plans for the hundreds of thousands of additional
soldiers that would be required to ensure that the
several thousand Hamas barbarians who inhabit the
open-air prison on Israel’s southern border never
again break through a properly sealed-off,
militarized barrier on the perimeter of the Gaza
Strip?
Of course, there is no such
thing in the works. There is a whole lot of lobbying
going on—but it’s not in the Knesset. Instead, it’s
on behalf of a largely symbolic $14 billion Israel
aid package from the war finance capital of the
world on the Potomac.
But in the great scheme of
things that’s a false comfort to the Israelis and an
unaffordable virtue signal for the Washington pols.
The fact is, Uncle Sam is flat-out broke. Washington
cannot afford a single dime of the $106 billion
package that Biden is trying to shove down the
collective throats of America’s hapless legislators.
That especially includes the utter waste of another
$61 billion for Washington’s insane proxy war
against Russia in Ukraine and the $14 billion for
Israel, as well.
In truth, Israel has not
yet even begun to tighten its own economic belt to
pay for the war policy that its militaristic and
religious extremist government insists upon. Indeed,
the pending US aid package amounts to only 2.5% of
Israel’s GDP and comes on the back of Netanyahu’s
ceaseless decades-long campaign for a Garrison State
national security policy, but one funded on the
cheap via a quasi-pacifist defense spending level.
That’s right. Israel’s
military expenditures had plunged from more than 20%
of GDP at the time of the last existential crisis
during the Yom Kippur War of 1973 to just 5% of GDP
on the eve of the October 7 attacks. In effect,
Netanyahu falsely told Israeli voters that they
didn’t have to take the risks and make the
territorial concessions implicit in a two-state and
diplomatically-based solution to the Palestine
problem. But at the same time, they could also avoid
having to be taxed to the gills to pay for the
alternative—a costly, heavily militarized Garrison
State.
The wink and nod underlying
this false solution, of course, was a pitiless
willingness to keep Hamas in check by “mowing the
grass” every few years in Gaza, as a desperate
Israeli government is now doing once again to the
horror of much of the civilized world.
So even more than the
failure of Israel’s vaunted intelligence operations
in the run-up to the October 7th massacres, the real
deep policy failure is the flaccid blue line below,
slouching toward 5.0% of GDP defense spending after
the Netanyahu coalition came to dominate policy in
the 1990s. You simply can’t have a Garrison State
policy—no negotiations with the Palestinians, no
two-state solution, no continuation of the Oslo or
other international negotiations process and the
quarantine of 2.3 million largely destitute
Palestinians in a congested dysfunctional strip of
land cheek-by-jowl with the Mediterranean Sea—on a
5% of GDP war budget.
DAVID STOCKMAN is always a man of clear eyes and respect
for the facts, whatever they may be. Here, he cogently points out that
even leaving aside all the moral issues condemning Israeli action in
Gaza and toward the Palestinians in general over the decades, prudence,
present-day practical realities and a just regard for our own
self-interest and the legitimate expectation that Israelis be the first
recourse for their own needs preclude American participation--
especially when those Israeli "needs" involve committing expensive
crimes against humanity.
Though Stockman doesn't go there
specifically in this piece, I am sure he would agree
that such precluded participation extends to the
extraordinary costs of mobilizing (and putting at
great risk) aircraft carrier battle groups and other
military assets on behalf of Israel, as well as
other forms of aid or support.
The fact is, Americans have been played
for fools by Israel and its bizarrely worshipful
groupies here in America and some parts of Europe
ever since 1948, at enormous cost to our own
well-being and that of the world in general. It's
way past the time that this should stop-- indeed, it
never should have begun in the first place.
IN HIGHLY-INSTRUCTIVE POINT OF FACT,
that long-running
being-played-for-a-fool-by-Israel-and-its-groupies
disaster WOULD never have begun had the "income" tax
mis-administration scheme launched in the early
1940s been strangled in its crib, as it could have,
should have, and would have been absent the tumult
and distraction of World War II, during which the
vile thing was ushered in and nurtured during its
critical first few years of putting down roots (See
this for some detailed discussion of that part
of the story.)
It's not too late to fix the situation,
though. First, of course, we all need to make loudly
clear that sending or spending our money to finance
and facilitate Israeli crimes is not acceptable.
Then we need to do that strangling that
our parents failed to take care of back in the day. Happily, doing so is
relatively easy, requiring nothing more than a
little education and a little courage, all of which
is explained
here.
Read that material, and then become an
agent of change. Urge everyone you know to do so, as
well.
Seriously, people. It's time to stop
whistling past the graveyard and to start curing the
cancer, instead.

someone who finds it easier to believe that the far-better-educated,
far-more-suspicious-of-government Americans of a hundred years ago were
complete morons who granted authority to the state to take whatever it
wished from themselves and their posterity than to imagine that they
themselves simply misunderstand the true nature of the income tax? Even
while knowing that their beliefs about the tax are derived entirely from
the representations of those who profit from those beliefs (like tax
bureaucrats and "tax professionals")?
Do you

right, it would mean the government's been concealing and
denying and suppressing the truth for years

scrap-metal dealer Louis B. Mayer opens his first movie theater. In 1979, an
Air New Zealand DC 10 crashes at full speed into Mt. Erebus, Antarctica, due to
a navigation error, killing all 257 on board. As can be plainly seen from the
image below, actual high-speed large-commercial-aircraft crashes leave a whole
lot of obvious wreckage:

successfully reclaiming withheld or paid-in money, I
would salt the "tax honesty" community with
passionate-seeming "legal researchers" who would

the 21st sovereign American state and is admitted to the union as such. In
1929, Herbert Hoover assures Congress that the worst effects of the stock market
crash are over. In 1964, police arrest nearly 800 students who have been
occupying portions of the administration buildings at UC Berkley in protest over
university policies prohibiting unfettered political activity on campus. The
arrests lead to even more massive protests, which ultimately shut down the
campus until the offensive policies are rescinded.

Hendrickson is also a widely-read essayist on

has served as co-chair and platform convention delegate of
Michigan�s largest county Libertarian Party organization; as a

Hendrickson's business career has included nearly a
decade-and-a-half at the leading edge of the renewable-energy
industry, both as Director of Purchasing and Materials
Management and member of the R&D board at Starpak Energy
Systems, the mid-west's then-largest solar heating and
energy-recovery-and re-utilization company; and as founder and
president of AFJ Inc., a high-efficiency lighting design,
manufacture and installation firm.
Beginning in the mid-1990s and continuing for the
twelve years before his present full-time focus on the
restoration of the rule of law in America, Hendrickson directed
purchasing activities for the $84 million-a-year
multi-family-housing division of the Farmington Hills, Michigan
branch of Edward Rose and Sons, with responsibility for 18,000+
apartments, direct supervision of 35 technicians and agents, and
incidental authority over several hundred divisional workers.
He also ran the division's 10 cable television earth-station and
distribution systems in four states, and designed and
administered the company's website.
On rather the other end of the spectrum, amidst
these more mundane pursuits Hendrickson co-founded and was the
primary creative force behind a small
board- and
card-game company that enjoyed a modest success for several
years.
Hendrickson makes his home in southeast Michigan,
with his wife and two children. He is currently working on his
next book.
