So, This Is NOT A "More
Victories" Post...
...even though it may look like one to
begin with.
I WAS VERY PLEASED LAST WEEK to see yet
another victory in upholding the rule of law from
the excellent Jacques & Peggy Boudin:
This is Jacques & Peggy's fourth
victory secured and shared over the last couple of
years:
Dear Mr. Hendrickson,
Attached in two parts is our 2020 IRS refund check
and filing. This is our 4th refund using your
information about the tax code. We have one more
pending (2022) which we only filed in the spring of
this year. We are seeking a refund of over $500K in
the 2022 filing and we wanted to leave this one for
last after establishing a track record with the IRS
that can be used as leverage in the event of
pushback.
For the 2020 1040x filing
we received no communication/pushback from the
agency. Since almost a year had gone by since filing
the 2020 refund request and not hearing from the
IRS, I did send a letter asking for a status report
(attached). No response from them. They simply
mailed us a check.
Thank you again for all of
the wonderful knowledge that you have disseminated
through your book and your website. We are spreading
the word in a low key manner but so far only two
people have taken up the challenge.
All told (so far), Jacques & Peggy have
recovered $134,787.61 in improperly withheld amounts
(and interest)-- with one of the victories involved
(found
on this page) especially notable for the IRS
having corrected, in Jacques & Peggy's favor, a
$10,000.00 math error made on the return (but only
after being sternly rebuked by the Boudins for
earlier bad behavior).
As I said, I'm very pleased to see this
latest victory for these good folks.
However, I share this latest victory
for Jacques & Peggy today as an example of the happy
norm from which too much tax agency deviation yet
persists for an unfortunate fraction of America's
CtC-educated.
Hundreds of thousands of
CtC-educated claims have been honorably
processed and conceded over the course of more than
two decades now--and
all after heavy vetting.
CtC-educated litigants have been increasingly
winning in adversarial tax agency and judicial
contests in recent years (see
here and
here).
And yet, some perfectly proper
claimants, and even litigants, still run into balky
and bad-behaving tax agencies and courts.
How can this be?
WELL, THE ANSWER IS SIMPLE, really.
Despite the indisputable evidence of all those years
and all those victories reclaiming all that money
and sovereignty (the latter being something
virtually all of the people to whom I'm about to
refer claim to value above all else), not a single
member of the punditry equipped with a truly bully
pulpit (that is, having a substantial audience) has
embraced the liberating truth about the tax.
This cricket-behavior extends not only
to the mainstream presstitute punditry, from whom it
would be expected. It also infests the purportedly
bold, courageous, free-thinking and state-critical
persons of the so-called "alt" media and
commentariat.
In fact, in that "alt" community
especially, to which most Americans already open to
liberating revelations pay close attention, it's
worse than silence. All such folks have instead
perpetuated the same long-standing disinformation
about the tax on which bad-behaving government
officials rely, declaring the tax to be a 16th
Amendment-created direct tax uniquely freed from the
apportionment requirement and inescapably imposed by
force upon the American people.
Here, as an example, is the opening
paragraph of
a recent commentary by Jacob Hornberger of the
Future of Freedom Foundation:
Among the worst things that
have befallen the American people as a result of
their embrace of the welfare-state way of life is
the deep and abiding faith they put in Caesar — that
is, in the coercive power of the government,
operating through the IRS, to do “good” by taking
money by force from people to whom it belongs in
order to give it to people to whom it does not
belong.
Here is another opening paragraph, this
one from
a recent commentary by Lew Rockwell:
All government intervention
is bad, but the income tax is a particularly
insidious form of evil. As the great libertarian
theorist Frank Chodorov wrote in 1954: “With this
definition of ‘evil’ in mind, it is the purpose of
this book [The Income Tax: Root of All Evil] to show
that many laws and governmental practices are
impregnated with it, and to trace this wholesale
infringement of our rights to the power acquired by
the federal government in 1913 to tax our
incomes—the Sixteenth Amendment.”
Together, these voices reach, and
influence, millions of Americans every week. They
could and should be transmitting state-restraining,
citizen-empowering truth about the tax, and
transforming the legal and political landscape into
its proper shape. Instead these pundits transmit
state-sustaining and citizen-impoverishing lies (or
sit silent and allow the lies to go uncorrected),
thereby perpetuating and solidifying Leviathan and
all its harms-- including the ability of corrupt
government officials to get away with bad behavior
in response to proper tax filings and claims.
I HAVE LONG BEEN FORGIVING of this poor
performance by influential people within the general
"liberty movement" community, even though most of those
I cite above, and many others, have been
recipients of my newsletters for years. After all, anyone
who's been in the "alt-media liberty/rule of law"
community for any length of time, as each of these
folks have, has crossed paths with the stories of
debunked "income tax honesty" activists (many of whom-- or whose mistaken or
misleading theories and assertions-- are discussed
in the collection
here).
And, of course, it is very hard for
even the most reflexively honest person to admit to
having been wrong about something as passionately
(or confidently) discussed as the income tax--
especially when the errors have denied readers or
students what otherwise would have been
life-changing-- even life-saving-- information.
Thus, it has always been my practice to leave to
each person's conscience the time for the arrival of
their epiphanies or their mustering of requisite
moral courage, when such events are difficult or
uncomfortable, rather than to treat them with scorn.
After all, I have plenty of weaknesses and faults of
my own.
But I now find myself unable to
continue in that generous vein.
Perhaps this new impatience is due to
being largely sidelined by my shoulder surgery these
last few months and therefore forced to recognize
that eventually I will not be here to beat this drum
at all. Whatever the reason, it seems I cannot abide
the notion that after all the effort and sacrifice
of getting to this point, the
CtC door to freedom and the restoration of the
rule of law will get quietly pushed shut in the end
simply because I don't have a big enough voice.
Still, I can't seem to make
these folks pay attention. As I said, most of them
have gotten my newsletter for years (albeit in most
cases simply because I added them to my mailing list
on my own), and yet none of them appear to have
actually read what they have been sent. Or if they
did read anything, they failed to really take any of
it in, due to what I call "the
Irwin Effect" (most likely the second form of
this syndrome, as described at that link), or
because of
the decades-long campaign by the ignorance tax
schemers to smear me personally.
The odds are good that anything coming
to these folks from any of my email accounts just
goes straight to the "spam" folder.
Because of my inability to find
traction will the influential "alt" pundits, I have
to ask you folks to help, even though some of you
might find awkward what I think is needed-- which is
grabbing these folks by the lapels and insisting
they pay attention (figuratively speaking).
As you consider the moral landscape
involved, keep in mind that what these folks hand
out to their readers is false information--
and false information that makes YOUR righteous
practice of upholding the law and exercising your
rights more difficult than it should be, at a
minimum compelling you to fill out forms and submit
affidavits, up to actually forcing you into
litigation (and in hostile waters)
Keep in mind, too, that the folks of
whom I speak don't want to be doing the wrong thing.
These are people selected because their hearts are
in the right place. They just don't know any better.
As much as being called out for
spreading disinformation may not be comfortable for
these pundits, at some level, and at some point,
they will be appreciative. For that matter, they
will themselves end up benefitting from the truth
about the tax becoming more widely known as a result
of that uncomfortable calling out.

Not Letting This "Crisis" Go To Waste...
...an important action item opportunity.
FRIENDS, THE SPORADIC EASINGS of the despotic measures to
which most of the country has been subjected under
since the onset of the
COVID-19 hobgoblin narrative should not be
allowed to bleed off the head of steam you probably had been developing.
The offenses happened, and they're far from over. Stay hot.
And while you are all warmed up, and while others, if
they're smart, are just as hot, I'd like you to send an email (and
Facebook post, or whatever) with the following content to everyone you
can (with a request that they pass it along, in turn):
[Name], since March of 2020 you've
watched as over-fed state power has been used to literally destroy
classical Western civilization and impose a new despotic paradigm. No
dissent or debate permitted-- no permission or agreement sought.
YOU KNOW where this will end up if the arrogant
state power being used to make this happen isn't radically diminished in
size, influence, resources and popular support, and exposed as an
opportunistic exploiter of legal ignorance (an ignorance which it has
been nurturing in the average mind for decades).
Those things having not yet happened, you
should be quaking in your boots-- and you probably are.
Isn't it time-- and past time-- for you to
begin helping to make those desperately-needed defensive changes take
place? There is only one way these things can happen short of a
who-knows-what we'll-end-up-with explosion of violence. I'm going to
show it to you.
When you're done with that reading, you'll know
what to do next.
BTW, REMEMBER, ALSO, THAT EVERY AMERICAN has lately been given a stark lesson in the fact
that government officials at all levels will lie to you and violate the
law without batting an eye. They will do so any time it serves their agenda, and
you don't call them out for it.
If you know anyone who has been persisting in denial on the
truth about the income tax, you know such nonsense is usually be
grounded in some version or another of, "That can't be true..." or "They
would never do something like that...". Now's the time to put a pin in
that delusional bubble.
As the C19 hoax has starkly shown, "that" certainly CAN be true, and they
certainly WOULD do something
like that.
Use this evidence in all your
outreach efforts.

FOR ALL THE YEARS SINCE 2003 when
CtC was first published, the government has engaged in a
concerted effort to frighten people away from its truths. This
effort involves official government websites and press releases
touting an occasional court ruling that appears to be at odds
with some
CtC-revelation (but without details sufficient to expose the
real substance of the ruling)--
and sometimes even more mendacious behavior.
Are the presentations and
resources offered on this site and in my other work of any value to you?
Tim Kendrick has posted
a video
on YouTube regarding donations. I didn't know what to do about
it to begin with; I don't do what I do intending for anyone to
feel obligated in any way.
But of course, no one IS obligated. I will continue
to make my work freely-available here, and in my books for only
the cost of a cheap paperback.
Thus, even though I post it here below, Tim's very
thoughtful personal resolution and encouragement to others is
just an invitation for consideration by those who may not be
conscious of the fact that I can't do what I do without support.
No one is to feel any pressure from it; if it moves anyone to
act let it be solely because it seems right.
All-in-all, just be the sort of person for others
that you would go to yourself for trustworthy leadership.
Leadership is a challenge. But it's not
complicated, and you can do it.

Are You Having Trouble Spreading The
Word?
SKEPTICISM (SOMETIMES INVOKED BY FEAR) IS TO BE
EXPECTED when you're trying to explain to someone that
everything they've been encouraged their whole lives to
believe about something as entrenched and significant as the
income tax is basically nonsense. So here's a way to help
cut through the resistance:
Ask your listener how he or she would react if
you were to show an announcement from the Commissioner of
Internal Revenue admitting that the tax doesn't apply to the
earnings of most Americans and is misapplied most of the
time because people don't understand how it works? Or how
about if you showed a ruling from the Supreme Court saying
the same?
Now you just have to explain that
you're going to show exactly those things-- but because
the state really doesn't want people to know this, these
things haven't been said quite as forthrightly as we would
all wish. It's going to take a bit more work to take these
admissions in than is sufficient for just reading a press
release. But it'll be worth the effort...
IF YOU'RE NOT SPREADING THIS LINK with every bit of
energy you can, to school libraries, homeschool
families and community groups, your neighbors, your
family members, your pastors and
co-congregationalists, journalists, lawyers, CPAs,
members of congress, tax-agency workers, Wikipedia,
Anonymous, WikiLeaks, the Tax Foundation, everyone
in the "tax honesty" movement, the 9/11 truth
movement, other activist movements and everyone
else,
you have only yourself to blame for your
troubles with the tax, and a whole lot else of which
you might complain. It's on you.
WRITE A NICE, FRIENDLY AND BRIEF introductory note
explaining what will be seen at the link-- cryptic
is bad; excited is good-- and then send this WMI
(weapon of mass instruction) far and wide.
Remember: Real Americans don't accommodate fog, lies and a sliding scale of
adherence to the rule of law. Real American men and women stand up for the
truth and the law, come what may, knowing that it is only by setting the bar
at the top and enforcing it, come what may, that liberties are secured.

If You're Still Supporting
Israel In 2025, There's Something Wrong With You As
A Person

Sometimes I think it’s
astonishing how aggressively Israel’s supporters
work to stomp out criticism of Israel. Then I
remember that these people also support mass
murdering children; trying to take away my speech
rights is one of their less evil goals. It shouldn’t
shock me.
I saw someone talking
online about how crazy it is that music groups who
speak out against Israel’s atrocities are
starting to form alliances with each other in an
effort to counteract the campaign to silence them
and destroy their careers, saying it shouldn’t be
necessary to form an alliance in order to oppose an
ongoing genocide. And that’s true, it shouldn’t be
necessary. But it also shouldn’t surprise us that
people who think
bombing hospitals is fine would try to cancel
musicians for criticizing Israel.
One mistake Westerners keep
making is thinking of Israel’s supporters as normal
people with normal moral standards just because we
happen to know them and interact with them in our
communities. They look like us, speak like us, dress
like us and act like us, so we assume they must
think and feel a lot like us as well.
But they don’t. If you’re
still supporting Israel in the year 2025, there’s
something seriously wrong with you as a person. You
do not have a normal, healthy sense of empathy and
morality.
There’s no way to deny what
this is anymore. If you still support Israel in the
year 2025, it’s not because you don’t believe Israel
is committing horrific atrocities. It’s because you
believe those horrific atrocities are good, and you
want to see more of them.
Most Israel supporters will deny that
this is the case, because they lie. They lie constantly. They
have no moral problem with lying. They have no moral problem
with
burning children alive, so of course they have no problem
with lying.
That’s where people go
wrong. They assume Israel supporters can’t possibly
be lying about their concerns about “antisemitism”
in order to promote the information interests of
Israel, because nobody could be that evil. But
Israel supporters think it’s fine to intentionally
starve babies by
blockading baby formula from entering Gaza. Of
course they are that evil.
People assume Israel’s
supporters wouldn’t deliberately
stage fake antisemitic incidents or
artificially inflate antisemitism figures in
their own countries so that their governments will
implement authoritarian measures to stomp out
criticism of Israel in the name of fighting
antisemitism, because they assume nobody could be
that depraved. But these people think it’s fine for
the IDF to
systematically assassinate Palestinian journalists
to stop them from telling the truth. Of course they
are that depraved.
Of course they’d try to
silence our speech. Of course they’d try to send our
kids off to war with Iran. Of course they’d work to
manipulate our government. Of course they’d pollute
the information ecosystem with mountains of lies.
They support a live-streamed genocide. They’re bad
people.
Supporting Israel and its
actions is not some political opinion like your
position on property taxes or marijuana
legalization. It’s not just some people having a
point of view we need to respect and treat as equal
to our own view on the matter. They’re working to
make it possible to conduct an extermination
campaign of unfathomable horror. That’s as political
as a gang rape, and just as worthy of respect.
I LOVE CAITLIN JOHNSTONE'S WORK on this
subject. She sees it clearly, and says it clearly,
and never better or more needfully than in this
commentary.
The air around the subject of Israel in
American discourse is thick with shameful euphemisms
and outright lies, where the subject has not simply
been erased from view by those afflicted with naiveté
or delusion to the point of childishness.
All of the grotesque corruption
inherent in any of the aforementioned behaviors is
deployed in order to perpetuate the expenditure of
American blood, treasure and moral standing in
service to the evils of which Johnstone speaks, and
the ambitions of those who commit them.
You and I are made to participate in
those evils to the extent that money is extracted
from us and put to these purposes. Hence, you and I
are called upon to prevent such extractions to the
extent we are legally able to do so, and to
encourage others to do the same.
All that is needed to accomplish that righteous
goal is that those who have already received
CtC's
liberating and empowering revelations help the rest of the
American population quickly understand
the
truth about the tax and discover that even though Washington
may at present be a Leviathan in the grip of
the
wicked, this need not remain the case.
Bell-ringing efforts like this are easier than ever now, with the US Supreme Court
having just reaffirmed its 108-year-old ruling
in Brushaber v. Union Pacific RR. Co. and
freshly acknowledged the accuracy of
CtC.
Remember, the arising and sustenance of
the Leviathan state monster is a direct result of
the successful mis-administration
of the US income tax laws.
Shrinking that
Leviathan state monster merely involves the
reversing of that misadministration-- something that
can be done by individual Americans, acting
one-by-one, with no help or approval of any
government official. Each such act makes use of
state-restraining tools baked into the
Constitutional cake by the Founders and Framers, and
each such act WILL make a difference, however small.
Most important, each such act will absolve the actor
from the dishonor of participation in the heinous
crimes their resources would otherwise finance.

Read that material, and then become an
agent of change. Urge everyone you know to do both
of these things, as well.
Seriously, people. It's time to stop
whistling past the graveyard and start using the
powerful and important tools with which our wise
ancestors equipped us. That said, these days are
also a good time to be keeping your powder dry.

Hendrickson is also a widely-read essayist on

Hendrickson's business career has included nearly a
decade-and-a-half at the leading edge of the renewable-energy
industry, both as Director of Purchasing and Materials
Management and member of the R&D board at Starpak Energy
Systems, the mid-west's then-largest solar heating and
energy-recovery-and re-utilization company; and as founder and
president of AFJ Inc., a high-efficiency lighting design,
manufacture and installation firm.
Beginning in the mid-1990s and continuing for the
twelve years before his present full-time focus on the
restoration of the rule of law in America, Hendrickson directed
purchasing activities for the $84 million-a-year
multi-family-housing division of the Farmington Hills, Michigan
branch of Edward Rose and Sons, with responsibility for 18,000+
apartments, direct supervision of 35 technicians and agents, and
incidental authority over several hundred divisional workers.
He also ran the division's 10 cable television earth-station and
distribution systems in four states, and designed and
administered the company's website.
On rather the other end of the spectrum, amidst
these more mundane pursuits Hendrickson co-founded and was the
primary creative force behind a small
board- and
card-game company that enjoyed a modest success for several
years.
Hendrickson makes his home in southeast Michigan,
with his wife and two children. He is currently working on his
next book.
