...in what is otherwise a pretty dark
time in America.
IT'S TIME ONCE AGAIN for the sharing of
some uplifting victories in upholding the rule of
law, which will stand in welcome contrast to all the
recent defeats of that oh-so-important foundational
element of the American Experiment. Those
highlighted below have risen to the occasion and
said "NO!" where "NO!" very much needs to be said,
and each and every one of them deserves our salute
and our admiration.
Here, then, are this week's true
American heroes.
Tyler & Amizero
O'Donnell
TYLER & AMIZERO are sharing their fifth
victory in securing a complete return of amounts
withheld from their earnings as "income" tax in a
mistaken treatment of their economic activities as
being of an excise-taxable character:
More simply put, in earing their
money each year, Tyler and Amizero do nothing which
is subject to the income tax. They know that, and
they know how to deal with the mistaken treatment
and make themselves whole. If anyone reading these
words is not so well-informed, go
here and start fixing that problem.
This latest victory for power-couple
Tyler & Amizero-- the complete return of everything
taken from their pay and given over to Colorado as
"income" tax prepayments during 2023-- was secured
by means of
this claim.
Well Done, Tyler & Amizero!!

Courtney Davies
COURTNEY SHARES TWO victories today,
one in recovering everything withheld and given over
to Oregon during 2023:
...by way of
this
claim; and one in recovering everything withheld
and given over to the feds-- SS, Medicare and all--
during 2023:
BEN, WHO LAST YEAR shared a notable
victory overcoming initial bad behavior by the IRS
concerning his claim for the refund of amounts
withheld during 2022 (see
here), today shares a complete federal victory
concerning 2023-- SS, Medicare and all-- secured
without fuss this time:
JENNIFER SHARES HER DEBUT VICTORY
today-- a complete return of everything withheld
from her and given over to the feds during 2023
which she chose to reclaim (having omitted Social
security and Medicare income surtaxes from that
claim for reasons of her own):
JULIE SHARES HER THIRD VICTORY in less
that twelve months-- this one the recovery of
everything withheld from her and given over to
Connecticut during 2023:
Here
is the filing involved. (It will be noted that
in a minor mistake with no practical effect I can
imagine, Julie failed to write in the AGI from her
federal return in line 1 of her CT return, while
properly reporting it on line 5, just as it would
appear had the mistake not been made.)
Well Done, Julie!!
***
Phil Ketchum
PHIL SHARES A COMPLETE and
speed-bump-free victory with the feds, securing the
return of everything withheld from him-- SS,
Medicare and all-- during 2023:
JOHN & MERCY TODAY SHARE the federal
complement to the Maine victory they secured this
past March (and which can be seen on
this page):
The filing by which this complete
refund-- SS, Medicare and all-- was recovered can be
seen
here.
Well Done, John & Mercy!!

HATS OFF TO Tyler & Amizero, Courtney,
Ben, Jennifer, Julie, Phil and John & Mercy! Their great victories join those of the tens
of thousands of other awakened and activated
Americans represented
here, and constitute more critical steps toward
the restoration of
the Founders republic and the true rule of law.
Their great activism and outreach drive everything
forward.
Remember, it's all about upholding the
law, and that is YOUR responsibility. Awakening
others to this high and honorable duty is the best
way to make it happen.
"Like a muddied stream or a polluted
fountain is the righteous man who gives way before
the wicked."
-Proverbs 25:26
"I am only one, but I
am one. I cannot
do everything, but I can do
something. What I
can do, I should
do and, with the help of God, I
will do."
-Everett Hale
"Power concedes nothing without a
demand. It never did and it never will. Find out
just what any people will quietly submit to and you
have the exact measure of the injustice and wrong
which will be imposed on them, and these will
continue till they have been resisted with either
words or blows, or with both. The limits of tyrants
are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they
suppress."
-Frederick Douglass

...as has been waggishly but wisely
observed... plus some comments on the Trump trial
and verdict.
WITH SOME SADNESS, but no uncertainty,
I stripped the Libertarian Party (LP) bumper sticker off
my car the other day. It's the first time in decades
I have not proudly borne that advertisement.
The LP had been stumbling in a
dangerous direction for many years. Now, the party
that used to validly tout itself as the home of
reason and rationality has fallen completely prey to
the mistaken notion that just because something
isn't, and shouldn't be, illegal, it is therefore
wholesome, or at least tolerable.
Nothing could be further from the
truth, of course.
Nonetheless, on May 24 the LP nominated
as its presidential candidate an openly gay human
resources director who enthuses about "drag-queen
story hours" for children and wide open borders.
This candidate, Chase Oliver, also has a permissive
attitude toward parents or doctors chemically
neutering mentally-ill children in lieu of treating
the mental illness (and surgical versions of the
same malpractice-- and worse-- at the behest of similarly
ill adults), on behalf of the manifestly
false-- indeed,
manifestly insane-- proposition that
people can be born into the wrong bodies and that
"gender" can be, or can be made to be, at odds with
biology.
Almost needless to say, Oliver also
imagines that women can (and do) have a "right" to
violate the right to life of other, unborn people
(something for which no valid argument can be made,
as shown here).
The only prominent place of which I am
aware in which the LP's new standard-bearer comes
down notably on target is in his opposition to the neo-con-
and MICC-blood-orgies in Ukraine and Gaza. What
other proper positions he espouses are all
long-standing Republican policies.
Since, sadly, the
opposition of even a successfully-elected president
toward neo-con-MICC blood-orgies is unlikely to
effect any meaningful change in that area in the
face of the current and almost certain to be largely-continued makeup of Congress, a vote for Oliver
would amount to nothing more than a vote for more
Richard
Levines and Sam Brintons in positions of trust
and honor.
No thanks.
***
THERE IS ONE OTHER THING TO SAY in
regard to the Libertarian Party nominating event,
though. Donald Trump was afforded an opportunity to
address the assembled delegates, and to his credit,
he took it, stepping in front of what he had every
reason to expect to be a largely hostile crowd.
As much as I am no fan of Trump, I have
to say that if I can be led to believe that he will
actually work sincerely and competently to
accomplish the high points of the agenda he laid out
in his effort to entice libertarian support, I will
become a near fan and possible supporter. If he
reaches that threshold and takes the next big step
of shucking off his bizarre abasement before Zionism
and its every ambition, I will actually become an
enthusiastic Trump booster and will even get, and
wear, one of those otherwise silly red hats which,
as things now stand, ought to say, 'Make Israel
Great Again'.
Trump's speech can be seen/heard in its
entirety
here.
***
SPEAKING OF DONALD TRUMP, a few words
in reaction to his "conviction" last week seem in
order. First let me explain the scare quotes: being
declared guilty after a transparently rigged trial
no more means the prosecution had a genuinely
winning case
than "losing" a chess game to someone who subtly rearranged key pieces while you were at
the door dealing with the pizza delivery man means
that the cheater is the better chess player.
Second, let me amplify comments made
over the last few days by others with a proper
hard-eyed attitude toward this matter: Stop
doing business with any entity based in New York
city, or which has a significant workforce in New
York city.
As mentioned above (and said often on
these pages in other commentaries) I'm no fan of
Donald Trump. But I'm VERY much a fan of the rule of
law. New York city's people and institutions have
just committed a grievous assault on the American
rule of law and they need to learn that there are
consequences for that kind of crime against one of
the most important treasures Americans possess.
Also echoing others: Honest district
attorneys across the country have to immediately
start indicting and prosecuting-- on any valid
grounds, however minor-- Democrat machine operatives
who have done anything chargeable in venues outside
of their machine strongholds. This means people
like, for instance, city clerks that evidence-- or
even just common sense-- makes clear played a role
in election-rigging in 2018, 2020 or 2022. Or major
donors to Democrat office-holders. Or the children
or spouses of such people.
The principle behind this response is
that only mutually assured destruction can ensure
that those in positions of power don't abuse it
wantonly, as has just happened in New York city--
and in this case, the consequences really need to
start falling NOW, before the bad actors' purpose is
accomplished and the good guys' ability to impose
those consequences is stolen away for good.
It is, in short, time for the
Republicans (often well labeled "the stupid party")
to wake up to the fact that they are not in the
friendly game of softball to which they are
preferentially disposed. Think of it this way,
Republicans, using just one of many available
examples: a whole lot of people who could have been
cured with Ivermectin or Hydroxychloroquine in 2020
and 2021 were subjected to slow suffocation, in
lonely hospital and nursing home beds,
just
so the Covid-19 ploy could help Democrats with their
2020 election project.
Does that make my point? Do you get it?
The game being played is
hard ball.
Start playing back. Right now.

Not Letting This "Crisis" Go To Waste...
...an important action item opportunity.
FRIENDS, THE SPORADIC EASINGS of the despotic measures to
which most of the country has been subjected under
since the onset of the
COVID-19 hobgoblin narrative should not be
allowed to bleed off the head of steam you probably had been developing.
The offenses happened, and they're far from over. Stay hot.
And while you are all warmed up, and while others, if
they're smart, are just as hot, I'd like you to send an email (and
Facebook post, or whatever) with the following content to everyone you
can (with a request that they pass it along, in turn):
[Name], since March of 2020 you've
watched as over-fed state power has been used to literally destroy
classical Western civilization and impose a new despotic paradigm. No
dissent or debate permitted-- no permission or agreement sought.
YOU KNOW where this will end up if the arrogant
state power being used to make this happen isn't radically diminished in
size, influence, resources and popular support, and exposed as an
opportunistic exploiter of legal ignorance (an ignorance which it has
been nurturing in the average mind for decades).
Those things having not yet happened, you
should be quaking in your boots-- and you probably are.
Isn't it time-- and past time-- for you to
begin helping to make those desperately-needed defensive changes take
place? There is only one way these things can happen short of a
who-knows-what we'll-end-up-with explosion of violence. I'm going to
show it to you.
When you're done with that reading, you'll know
what to do next.
BTW, REMEMBER, ALSO, THAT EVERY AMERICAN has lately been given a stark lesson in the fact
that government officials at all levels will lie to you and violate the
law without batting an eye. They will do so any time it serves their agenda, and
you don't call them out for it.
If you know anyone who has been persisting in denial on the
truth about the income tax, you know such nonsense is usually be
grounded in some version or another of, "That can't be true..." or "They
would never do something like that...". Now's the time to put a pin in
that delusional bubble.
As the C19 hoax has starkly shown, "that" certainly CAN be true, and they
certainly WOULD do something
like that.
Use this evidence in all your
outreach efforts.
"It is not the function of our Government to keep the
citizen from falling into error; it is the function of the citizen to
keep the Government from falling into error."
-United States Supreme Court Justice Robert H. Jackson
(Deceitful efforts to discourage Americans from
learning the truth about the "income tax")
FOR ALL THE YEARS SINCE 2003 when
CtC was first published, the government has engaged in a
concerted effort to frighten people away from its truths. This
effort involves official government websites and press releases
touting an occasional court ruling that appears to be at odds
with some
CtC-revelation (but without details sufficient to expose the
real substance of the ruling)--
and sometimes even more mendacious behavior.
Are the presentations and
resources offered on this site and in my other work of any value to you?
Tim Kendrick has posted
a video
on YouTube regarding donations. I didn't know what to do about
it to begin with; I don't do what I do intending for anyone to
feel obligated in any way.
But of course, no one IS obligated. I will continue
to make my work freely-available here, and in my books for only
the cost of a cheap paperback.
Thus, even though I post it here below, Tim's very
thoughtful personal resolution and encouragement to others is
just an invitation for consideration by those who may not be
conscious of the fact that I can't do what I do without support.
No one is to feel any pressure from it; if it moves anyone to
act let it be solely because it seems right.
All-in-all, just be the sort of person for others
that you would go to yourself for trustworthy leadership.
Leadership is a challenge. But it's not
complicated, and you can do it.

Are You Having Trouble Spreading The
Word?
SKEPTICISM (SOMETIMES INVOKED BY FEAR) IS TO BE
EXPECTED when you're trying to explain to someone that
everything they've been encouraged their whole lives to
believe about something as entrenched and significant as the
income tax is basically nonsense. So here's a way to help
cut through the resistance:
Ask your listener how he or she would react if
you were to show an announcement from the Commissioner of
Internal Revenue admitting that the tax doesn't apply to the
earnings of most Americans and is misapplied most of the
time because people don't understand how it works? Or how
about if you showed a ruling from the Supreme Court saying
the same?
Now you just have to explain that
you're going to show exactly those things-- but because
the state really doesn't want people to know this, these
things haven't been said quite as forthrightly as we would
all wish. It's going to take a bit more work to take these
admissions in than is sufficient for just reading a press
release. But it'll be worth the effort...
IF YOU'RE NOT SPREADING THIS LINK with every bit of
energy you can, to school libraries, homeschool
families and community groups, your neighbors, your
family members, your pastors and
co-congregationalists, journalists, lawyers, CPAs,
members of congress, tax-agency workers, Wikipedia,
Anonymous, WikiLeaks, the Tax Foundation, everyone
in the "tax honesty" movement, the 9/11 truth
movement, other activist movements and everyone
else,
you have only yourself to blame for your
troubles with the tax, and a whole lot else of which
you might complain. It's on you.
WRITE A NICE, FRIENDLY AND BRIEF introductory note
explaining what will be seen at the link-- cryptic
is bad; excited is good-- and then send this WMI
(weapon of mass instruction) far and wide.
Remember: Real Americans don't accommodate fog, lies and a sliding scale of
adherence to the rule of law. Real American men and women stand up for the
truth and the law, come what may, knowing that it is only by setting the bar
at the top and enforcing it, come what may, that liberties are secured.
"Heaven knows how to put a proper price upon its goods; and it would be
strange indeed if so celestial an article as freedom should not be
highly rated."
-Thomas Paine
OUTREACH!!!
JOB ONE, PEOPLE!!! SPREAD. THE. WORD.
ONLY ONE THING WILL WIN YOU YOUR LIBERTY:
Spreading the truth. Accordingly, I've assembled

"In a time of
universal deceit telling the truth is a revolutionary
act."
“The hour is much later
than you think…on multiple fronts: Financial,
political, medical and geopolitical.” — Edward Dowd
In the pre-gloat hours
before the verdict in Judge Juan Merchan’s
courtroom, Lawfare caporegime Andrew Weissmann
(“Mueller’s Pitbull”) confessed Valley Girl style
from his MSNBC clubhouse perch, “. . . I mean, I am,
like, now I have a man-crush on him, he is such a
great judge!” Bromance on, looks like! If the two
happen to frequent the same athletic club in
downtown Manhattan, Judge Merchan better be careful
in the post-workout shower when he bends over to
pick up the soap. The Pitbull cometh!
Of course, the Alvin Bragg
victory in the artfully constructed “Stormy Daniels
Payoff Case” decided late Thursday calls to question
how come the Mueller Special Counsel Probe into 2016
election interference (actually run by Mr. Weissmann,
due to Mr. Mueller’s declining cognitive ability)
failed to spot the same web of evidence — hard as
they toiled, and they had a good two years and
millions of taxpayer dollars to git’er done?
My guess: too many white
lawyers on the Mueller staff. Everybody knows now
from watching the latest crop of television
commercials that white people are unusually stupid
and helpless and cannot cope with common problems
without assistance from helpful people of color
(POCs). So, God bless Alvin Bragg for finally fixing
what Bob Mueller’s fifteen bloodhounds led by a
pitbull somehow botched.
The former president is now
convicted on thirty-four counts of book-keeping
errors in furtherance of an alleged 2016 federal
election violation that the Federal Election
Commission declined to charge — that is, paying a
porn star to sign a non-disclosure agreement about a
sexual liaison — because it is not a crime under
federal election law, and about which the head of
the FEC, James E. “Trey” Trainor III, was barred by
Judge Merchan from testifying on during the course
of the trial for reasons yet unknown.
Of course, that is but one
of a great many points of law that will merit appeal
in what everybody — even some white people (people
of non-color, PONCs) — knows was a case so crookedly
contrived that it is fated to get tossed in the
higher courts, and probably with harsh remonstrance
to the degenerate officers of the court who brought
it and adjudicated it. But you will have to wait on
that because the mills of the law grind slowly.
Now, in the radiance of the
full Woke gloat, we await Judge Merchan’s sentence,
to be announced a mere few days before the
Republican Convention in Milwaukee in early July.
Jail time at Rikers? Home confinement (with ankle
bracelet)? Severe travel restrictions? Reporting to
a parole officer? Drug tests? Hey, No one is above
the law! It is hard to imagine that the judge will
demur from inflicting maximum humiliation on this
wanton repeat violator (thirty-four times!) of
book-keeping errors. It would tend to interfere with
the presidential candidate’s campaign schedule, but
so what? Where does it say in the Constitution that
an election must be fair?
I PICKED THIS KUNSTLER COLUMN for the 'Other Voices' entry
this week for three reasons. The first of these is that I simply love
Kunstler's writing. He's witty and concise, and generally approaches his
topics with good sense and honesty. (The only notable exceptions are
where Israel is concerned, as has been shown now and then over the last
eight months, and insofar as a kind of sharp-toothed optimism pervades
Kunstler's take on many dark things afflicting America today-- an
optimism which I think should be more cautiously offered, lest it
promote unwarranted and counter-productive complacency.)
My second reason for using this piece
today is that it primarily focuses on the Trump
trial and its outcome, which are very much topics of
broad interest right now, about which much can and
should be said. I hardly had any shortage of other
commentaries addressing this issue, of course, but,
see my first reason, above.
My third reason for using this article
today is that Kunstler manages to work into this
piece what is really the most significant (or at
least, concerning) thing going on in the world right
now: the continued lurching of the headless Biden
regime into provoking nuclear war and killing us
all. The disturbing fact is that this is a very real
danger right now, more than ever before, and it
should be on everyone's minds and everyone's lips.
(See more about this
here,
here and
here.)
Accompanying what should be a clamor of
protest and a flurry of corrective activity in
response to the insane, nearly diabolical, and
increasingly-frenzied war-mongering of the
Washington blob should be an urgent and robust
effort on everyone's part to spread the word about
the income tax as widely and rapidly as possible. It
is a matter of survival, so that the shrinking of
that insane blob back down into its Constitutional
chains can be accomplished in the little time we
have left.
As Biden would say, "No joke!"
In fact, it's serious as a heart
attack.
Remember clearly that the ultimate
underpinning of the bad behavior by the US deep
state and assorted other swamp creatures lies in the
exploitation of the ignorance tax*. Ending that
exploitation by educating the American public is the
solution to all of it.
After all, the proper American attitude
toward the state-- not just as regards foreign
policy but in all respects-- should be 1. skeptical
tolerance under a watchful eye, and 2. a very
deliberate keeping of the thing on lean rations,
unable to ever grow to dangerous size.
The Founders set things up with that
skeptical, jealous regard, and left baked into the
Constitutional cake all the tools by which
individual Americans can enforce that "lean rations"
part.
The simplest and most peaceable of
those tools is the power provided to each individual
American to restrict, within the law, the resources
he or she provides to the co-opted state with which
it would otherwise grow like Topsy and escape its
proper limits. This requires nothing more than a
little education and a little courage, as is
explained
here.
Read that material, and then become an
agent of change. Urge everyone you know to do both
of these things, as well.
Seriously, people. It's time to stop
whistling past the graveyard and start using the
powerful and important tools with which our wise
ancestors equipped us.
*IGNORANCE TAX: An
unnecessary income tax exaction suffered out of
ignorance as to lawful objects of the tax and the
means of its application by someone too lazy,
frightened or misled to
learn how it really works and to what it really
applies.

EVEN AS ARDENT A STATIST as Abraham
Lincoln, in announcing his willingness to burn the Southern states to the ground in order to
keep them paying the tariff for the benefit of Northern interests in
his first inaugural address on March 4, 1861, paid at least lip
service to the Founders design of leaving control over the fuel
available to feed the fires Washington wants to light in the hands
of the individual citizenry when he said, "Doing this I deem to
be only a simple duty on my part; and I shall perform it, unless my
rightful masters, the American people, shall withhold the requisite
means..."

truth!"
-Jesse Herron, Bill Of Rights Press, Fort Collins, Colorado
Do you
know someone truly steeped in the Kool-Aid?
I mean
someone who finds it easier to believe that the far-better-educated,
far-more-suspicious-of-government Americans of a hundred years ago were
complete morons who granted authority to the state to take whatever it
wished from themselves and their posterity than to imagine that they
themselves simply misunderstand the true nature of the income tax? Even
while knowing that their beliefs about the tax are derived entirely from
the representations of those who profit from those beliefs (like tax
bureaucrats and "tax professionals")?
Do you
know someone like that? Shake them awake with the latest (sixteenth)
edition of
CtC!
If
CtC were actually
right, it would mean the government's been concealing and
denying and suppressing the truth for years
on end, and everybody knows THAT would never happen...
(Edward Snowden, come home! It was all just a bad dream; there really is
No Such Agency!)
Btw, a copy of
CtC from anywhere except the link above may not
be a current edition. CHECK. It matters. Also, there ARE no
e-book, Kindle or .pdf versions of
CtC.
Don't get taken in by efforts to sell you-- or even give you for
free-- any such thing.
June 4- In 1783, the Montgolfier
brothers demonstrate their hot-air balloon. In 1812, the Missouri Territory is
organized. In 1896, Henry Ford completes his first automobile. In 1912,
Massachusetts sets the USA's first "minimum wage", beginning the now widespread
practice of pricing low-productivity workers, such as teenagers and unskilled
adults entirely out of the job market. In 1919, the U.S. Congress votes in
favor of the 19th Amendment to the United States Constitution (women's suffrage)
and asks the states for their approval. In 1986 Jonathan Pollard pleads guilty
to espionage for selling United States military secrets to Israel. In 1989,
Tiananmen Square is emptied of protestors, at a cost of 2,000 to 3,000 dead
students, according to the Chinese Red Cross.

June 5- In 1723, Adam Smith, chief economist to the Founders
and Framers and definer of the Constitutional term 'capitation' is born. In
1917, conscription begins in the United States. In 1933, Congress, at the
urging of the FDR administration, declared its intention to default on its
existing contractual obligations to redeem its debts in sound and lawful money.
In 1968, presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy is shot in Los Angeles during
a campaign speech. In 1977, the first practical personal computer, the Apple
II, goes on sale. Its CPU ran at 1 MHz, and it was loaded with 4KB of RAM. In
1981, the CDC issues a report on five cases of what later will be recognized as
the first cases of AIDS in Los Angeles. In 1998, a seven-week strike by the UAW
at five General Motors plants begins.

PRO TIP: If I were the IRS and I wanted to
discourage people from rebutting allegations that
they had done things I can tax, and wanted to keep them from
successfully reclaiming withheld or paid-in money, I
would salt the "tax honesty" community with
passionate-seeming "legal researchers" who would
warn anyone whose ear they captured that filing a
1040 is a bad idea for one reason or another...

Illuminating Anniversaries of this week:
June 6- In 1889, fire destroys all of downtown Seattle. The
city is promptly rebuilt, entirely without supervision or assistance from FEMA.
In 1925, the Chrysler Corporation is founded. In 1932, the first federal
gasoline tax is imposed. In 1933, the first drive-in theater opens, in Camden,
New Jersey. In 1933, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is
established. In 1966, civil rights activist James Meredith is shot. In 1968,
Robert Kennedy dies of the gunshot wound received the previous day. In 2005,
the United States Supreme Court issues the lawless and barbaric "Raich
v. Gonzales" decision.
If you're not talking this one up everywhere and
helping generate a buzz, you don't really want liberty and the
rule of law...

June 7- In 1099, the first attempt by militant
Christians to seize Jerusalem from its Muslim inhabitants begins. In
1628, The Petition Of Right, formalizing principles of limited
government such as habeas corpus, is enacted in Britain. In 1776,
Richard Henry Lee introduces a resolution to the second Continental
Congress calling for a formal declaration of independence. In 1975,
Sony introduces Betamax video recording. In 1981, Israel, itself in
possession of nuclear weapons, and one of the few countries refusing to
sign the Nuclear Non-Proliferation treaty, bombs Iraq's Osiraq nuclear
reactor on the grounds that it might be usable in the making of nuclear
weapons.

June 8- In 1789, James Madison introduces a proposed Bill
of Rights to the House of Representatives. In 1861, Tennessee secedes from
the union. In 1949, George Orwell's '1984' is published. In 1967, the USS
Liberty, a plainly-marked Navy intelligence ship flying a U.S. flag deep in
international waters, was strafed and torpedoed by Israeli warplanes and
ships for more than an hour, killing 34 crewmembers and wounding 171.
Israel claims the attack was a case of mistaken identity, and Admiral John
McCain Jr. (father of the late U.S. Senator McCain) convened a 10-day
investigation of the incident within a week of its occurrence, which
endorsed this explanation and declared the matter closed. However, internal
White House documents indicate that the Johnson administration knew better.
Johnson himself ordered that no rescue ships were to be dispatched from the
carrier group closest to the stricken ship during the attack. The survivors
have been demanding a new investigation for years without success. In 2023,
Donald Trump is indicted on charges of mishandling classified documents.

underhanded behavior in regard to the sinking of the RMS Lusitania with
Americans on board, which Wilson used overcome public resistance to an American
entry into World War I. (See 'If

Last Word
"If ye love wealth greater than liberty, the tranquility of servitude
greater than the animating contest for freedom, go home from us in peace. We
seek not your counsel, nor your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that
feeds you. May your chains set lightly upon you; and may posterity forget
that ye were our countrymen."

Hendrickson is also a widely-read essayist on
matters of politics, public policy and law; many of these works
are collected in his second book, Upholding
the Law And Other Observations. He is a member of Mensa;
an
award-winning artist; and has paid his dues as a youth
soccer coach. He is a long-time political activist as well, and
has served as co-chair and platform convention delegate of
Michigans largest county Libertarian Party organization; as a
consultant to the National Right to Work Foundation and Citizens
for a Sound Economy; as a member of the Heartland Institute; and
as a member of the International Society for Individual
Liberty. He is a frequent radio-show guest on stations across
the country.
Hendrickson's business career has included nearly a
decade-and-a-half at the leading edge of the renewable-energy
industry, both as Director of Purchasing and Materials
Management and member of the R&D board at Starpak Energy
Systems, the mid-west's then-largest solar heating and
energy-recovery-and re-utilization company; and as founder and
president of AFJ Inc., a high-efficiency lighting design,
manufacture and installation firm.
Beginning in the mid-1990s and continuing for the
twelve years before his present full-time focus on the
restoration of the rule of law in America, Hendrickson directed
purchasing activities for the $84 million-a-year
multi-family-housing division of the Farmington Hills, Michigan
branch of Edward Rose and Sons, with responsibility for 18,000+
apartments, direct supervision of 35 technicians and agents, and
incidental authority over several hundred divisional workers.
He also ran the division's 10 cable television earth-station and
distribution systems in four states, and designed and
administered the company's website.
On rather the other end of the spectrum, amidst
these more mundane pursuits Hendrickson co-founded and was the
primary creative force behind a small
board- and
card-game company that enjoyed a modest success for several
years.
Hendrickson makes his home in southeast Michigan,
with his wife and two children. He is currently working on his
next book.
