Illegal War, The Orgy In
Paris, Riots In The UK...
...along with an update on the Trump
assassination cover-up and a comment on the eruption
of AI.
ENDLESS ISRAELI BELLIGERENCE, spat
forth from under the sheltering arm of the co-opted
United States political class like the bratty
behavior of an ill-bred child on a school playground
confident in the defense of a thick-headed big
brother, has led to a very dire situation in the
Middle East. It appears certain that one or more of
the aggrieved victims of that belligerence-- which
has taken the form of numerous assassinations, as
well as airstrikes and other offenses, and has been
going on for many years-- will, any day now, drop 50
or 60 thousand precision missiles on the murderous
little apartheid state.
In response to the imminent threat
ginned-up by Israel's own conduct (conduct never
matched in its outrageousness by other countries in
the region, it should be noted), the apparent acting
president of the US, Lloyd Austin, has dispatched a
small fleet of warships to the region to supplement
those already in place, declaring-- effectively--
that their mission is war with Iran or Lebanon (or
both, and possibly with Turkey, Russia, China and
others depending on how things go), should either of
the first two significantly retaliate against Israel
for its recent assassinations committed on their
soil.
These ships will serve primarily as a
$100 billion or so of red-tunic tripwire containers,
luring a $50 million salvo of hypersonic anti-ship
missiles which will sink them all and provide the
pretext for wholesale US involvement in the upcoming
war-- a war which could, on the other hand, be
averted by the US withdrawing the forces already
deployed in the region, and thus compelling Israel
to begin learning how to get along with its
neighbors. That "getting along" would mean that
Israel no longer just has its own way in all things,
of course, and that, of course, is a good thing,
judging by how ruinous has been the turmoil the
world has suffered over the last 75 years due to
things being otherwise all those years.
The background on all this is
covered in detail here, and I strongly suggest
that those who have not done so make themselves
thoroughly familiar with it.
For the immediate moment, beyond the
purely practical matter of persistent US enabling of
Israeli bellicosity creating the high potential for
World War III (from which no one will walk away), it
is important that a hue and cry go up right now,
and stay up relentlessly, on the fact that neither
Lloyd Austin nor anyone else is Constitutionally
authorized to engage the US in war. Only Congress
can do that.
Those US ships should be recalled, and
peace made vastly more likely thereby, on that
war-powers basis alone (and Lloyd Austin should be
cashiered for his temerity-- and his imprudence-- in
sending them). RIGHT NOW.

The Paris Olympics Opening Orgy
SO, WE WERE ALL TREATED LAST WEEK to a
startling lesson in the ongoing degeneracy of the
West by way of France's gratuitous,
grotesque,
Boschian
celebration of degeneracy in
the opening ceremony of
the 2024 summer Olympics. That orgy of
hedonistic performance "art" and the cooperative
yawns and immediate "moving on" from the mainstream
media was a nice exhibition of what those struggling
to keep the glories of classic Western Civilization
from being swept away by a rising tide of
ignorance-nourished nihilist vulgarity are up
against.
I have it from reliable sources that
attendance at the games is so poor that tickets have
now been steeply discounted in a desperate effort to
put people in seats. Perhaps this is coincidental.
But it's nice to think that it might be pushback
against the degeneracy.

Rioting in the UK
IF KING CHARLES HAS EMBRACED globalism,
as is suggested by his participation in globalist
conclaves like the WEF gatherings in Davos,
Switzerland,
has
he not thereby abdicated-- or at least forfeited--
his crown (and all its perks and powers)? After all,
if Charles believes the UK should become just part
of some world collective, then he no longer believes
it is a kingdom in any meaningful sense of the word,
or a sovereign nation-state under any label.
Indeed, the same is true for any public
official similarly embracing the globalist agenda,
whether in the name of "cooperation" or otherwise.
Every public official who claims authority in the
name of a nation or state cannot continue to do so
upon exhibiting allegiance to a superseding
institution.
I bring this up in the context of the
riots that exploded in Britain last week after a
stabbing spree that left several children dead and
many others-- children and adults-- injured, and
which was attributed to one of the huge number of
ethnically-diverse immigrants that have been
flooding the UK for years now.
It is reported (by often-found-to-be
unreliable government sources) that the attacker in
the stabbings, Axel Rudakubana, is actually British
born, although to immigrant parents from Rwanda.
That technicality is irrelevant to the aggrieved
Brits.
They have taken to the streets
protesting immigration policies they feel are
destroying their national identity as well as
creating dangerous and degraded conditions for the
native population, and for which they have never
voted.
BECAUSE ITS EFFECTS ARE SO CLEAR and so
predictable, the mass immigration program being
protested is obviously intended specifically
to destroy British national identity (with the
danger and degradation just acceptable collateral
damage). Equally obvious is that this is being done
in order to prepare the ground for the formal
dissolution of the UK as a sovereign country (and
the elimination of likely stumbling blocks to the
regime by which it is to be subsumed to be found in
British legal and political traditions).
Again, though, it would seem that UK
officials implementing the mass immigration program are
thereby rendered without authority, or are at least
to be presumed so, absent a solid case that
the suspect policies are not in service to
a globalist agenda but are, rather, in service to
the express will of the UK electorate.
I don't think such a case can be made,
in the UK or, for that matter, here in the USA.
OVER THE LAST COUPLE OF WEEKS those
responsible for the attempt on Donald Trump's life
in Pennsylvania on 13 July have succeeded in
limiting all official investigation of the matter to
the phony question of whether the Secret Service
acted incompetently that day, as though that is what
matters (and as though that is even a credible
question). The fact is that Thomas Crooks did not
shoot anyone that day--
just
as I said last edition. Mounting evidence
establishes plainly that
at least two shooters were at work, the real one
most likely inside the same building onto the roof
of which Crooks
had been lured in
order to serve as the attention-diverting,
bullet-taking scapegoat patsy.
A cover-up is underway, and the real
shame of it is that Republicans in the House appear
to be fully party to that crime. Jacob Hornberger of

laying out House Republican complicity,

The AI onslaught
AI PRODUCTS HAVE SUDDENLY become
ubiquitous (or, at least, the touting of AI products
has become ubiquitous). No doubt this software,
which, interestingly, will render all
knowledge-based higher
education credentials worthless within a few months
(after all, hard-and-expensively-won expertise is no
more valuable in the real world than "just ask Alexa"
expertise), will soon have fingerprints on all
manner of work products in all manner of
enterprises.
I propose now in the early days when it
might not be too late for it to matter, that a
strict and harsh law be passed at the federal level
requiring that every single thing in which AI is
involved in any way have as indelible a marker
declaring as much embedded within it as can be
devised. In light of the potential today for such
things as deep fakes, not to mention simple
plAIgiarism, if I may be permitted to coin a word
which means taking credit for work not actually done
by the claimant, I think omitting such
acknowledgement should be a near-hanging offense.
No doubt over time, the progress of
idiocracy will ensure that no one eventually cares
that everything is done by the robot, but we should
be able to distinguish the difference while we
retain an interest in doing so.

Not Letting This "Crisis" Go To Waste...
...an important action item opportunity.
FRIENDS, THE SPORADIC EASINGS of the despotic measures to
which most of the country has been subjected under
since the onset of the
COVID-19 hobgoblin narrative should not be
allowed to bleed off the head of steam you probably had been developing.
The offenses happened, and they're far from over. Stay hot.
And while you are all warmed up, and while others, if
they're smart, are just as hot, I'd like you to send an email (and
Facebook post, or whatever) with the following content to everyone you
can (with a request that they pass it along, in turn):
[Name], since March of 2020 you've
watched as over-fed state power has been used to literally destroy
classical Western civilization and impose a new despotic paradigm. No
dissent or debate permitted-- no permission or agreement sought.
YOU KNOW where this will end up if the arrogant
state power being used to make this happen isn't radically diminished in
size, influence, resources and popular support, and exposed as an
opportunistic exploiter of legal ignorance (an ignorance which it has
been nurturing in the average mind for decades).
Those things having not yet happened, you
should be quaking in your boots-- and you probably are.
Isn't it time-- and past time-- for you to
begin helping to make those desperately-needed defensive changes take
place? There is only one way these things can happen short of a
who-knows-what we'll-end-up-with explosion of violence. I'm going to
show it to you.
When you're done with that reading, you'll know
what to do next.
BTW, REMEMBER, ALSO, THAT EVERY AMERICAN has lately been given a stark lesson in the fact
that government officials at all levels will lie to you and violate the
law without batting an eye. They will do so any time it serves their agenda, and
you don't call them out for it.
If you know anyone who has been persisting in denial on the
truth about the income tax, you know such nonsense is usually be
grounded in some version or another of, "That can't be true..." or "They
would never do something like that...". Now's the time to put a pin in
that delusional bubble.

certainly WOULD do something
like that.

FOR ALL THE YEARS SINCE 2003 when
CtC was first published, the government has engaged in a
concerted effort to frighten people away from its truths. This
effort involves official government websites and press releases
touting an occasional court ruling that appears to be at odds
with some
CtC-revelation (but without details sufficient to expose the
real substance of the ruling)--
and sometimes even more mendacious behavior.
Are the presentations and
resources offered on this site and in my other work of any value to you?
Tim Kendrick has posted
a video
on YouTube regarding donations. I didn't know what to do about
it to begin with; I don't do what I do intending for anyone to
feel obligated in any way.
But of course, no one IS obligated. I will continue
to make my work freely-available here, and in my books for only
the cost of a cheap paperback.
Thus, even though I post it here below, Tim's very
thoughtful personal resolution and encouragement to others is
just an invitation for consideration by those who may not be
conscious of the fact that I can't do what I do without support.
No one is to feel any pressure from it; if it moves anyone to
act let it be solely because it seems right.
All-in-all, just be the sort of person for others
that you would go to yourself for trustworthy leadership.
Leadership is a challenge. But it's not

Are You Having Trouble Spreading The
Word?
SKEPTICISM (SOMETIMES INVOKED BY FEAR) IS TO BE
EXPECTED when you're trying to explain to someone that
everything they've been encouraged their whole lives to
believe about something as entrenched and significant as the
income tax is basically nonsense. So here's a way to help
cut through the resistance:
Ask your listener how he or she would react if
you were to show an announcement from the Commissioner of
Internal Revenue admitting that the tax doesn't apply to the
earnings of most Americans and is misapplied most of the
time because people don't understand how it works? Or how
about if you showed a ruling from the Supreme Court saying
the same?
Now you just have to explain that
you're going to show exactly those things-- but because
the state really doesn't want people to know this, these
things haven't been said quite as forthrightly as we would
all wish. It's going to take a bit more work to take these
admissions in than is sufficient for just reading a press
release. But it'll be worth the effort...
IF YOU'RE NOT SPREADING THIS LINK with every bit of
energy you can, to school libraries, homeschool
families and community groups, your neighbors, your
family members, your pastors and
co-congregationalists, journalists, lawyers, CPAs,
members of congress, tax-agency workers, Wikipedia,
Anonymous, WikiLeaks, the Tax Foundation, everyone
in the "tax honesty" movement, the 9/11 truth
movement, other activist movements and everyone
else,
you have only yourself to blame for your
troubles with the tax, and a whole lot else of which
you might complain. It's on you.

explaining what will be seen at the link-- cryptic
is bad; excited is good-- and then send this WMI
(weapon of mass instruction) far and wide.
Remember: Real Americans don't accommodate fog, lies and a sliding scale of
adherence to the rule of law. Real American men and women stand up for the
truth and the law, come what may, knowing that it is only by setting the bar
at the top and enforcing it, come what may, that liberties are secured.

Kamala Harris’s ascension
to the Democratic nomination happened so quickly
that one could have been forgiven for blinking and
missing it. One moment, President Biden was
insisting that only the Lord Almighty could remove
him from his role as the candidate; the next, Kamala
Harris had sewn it up. The King is Dead. Long live
the Queen! Three cheers for continuity.
For the Democrats, the
overwhelming emotion was relief. Relief, and then
euphoria. Since the disastrous debate of June
27, the party had been on an emotional roller
coaster. At first it experienced an untrammeled
panic, which led to resignation, and then to
resolve, and then, eventually, to Joe Biden
succumbing to the pressure and standing
ignominiously aside. Through the translucent pages
of the newspaper, one could almost see the joy.
Soon, though, the Democrats
will be brought back to earth. If we may borrow a
phrase that was popularized during the Trump
administration: This is “not normal.” In the space
of just four weeks, we have seen a president
embarrass himself on live television, a former
president come within an inch of being murdered at a
rally, the desperate removal of a presumptive
nominee, and more. One of the peculiar side effects
of interesting times is the sudden suspicion that
anything is possible. It’s not, though.
That rule also applies to
Kamala Harris. Undoubtedly, Harris will fare better
than a moribund octogenarian. But that does not make
her George Washington. On the contrary: Harris is
still a representative of the most unpopular
administration in modern history; she is still more
disliked than any vice president since polling
began; and she is still a California
progressive whose voting record in the Senate
was to the left of Bernie Sanders. In 2019, when she
ran for the presidency, Harris failed to make it to
the Iowa caucuses and ended up dropping out with
just 3 percent of the vote share in the polls. And
no wonder! During a brief but embarrassing campaign,
she boasted of supporting a plan to kick 180 million
people off their private health insurance — and then
denied having done so; she vowed to ban fracking;
she threw her support behind the confiscation of the
most commonly owned rifle in America; she opposed
enforcement of the border, and endorsed extending
Medicaid to illegal immigrants; and she swore to
help abolish the filibuster if it stood in the way
of the “Green New Deal.” Harris’s task, we are now
informed, is to reassure voters who suspect that
she’s a radical. That will be no easy task. She is.
Worse still is Harris’s
oft-stated disregard for the integrity of American
institutions. When told by Joe Biden — no stickler
for the rules he — that her gun-control plans would
have to pass Congress, Harris laughed in his face
and said, “Let’s say, ‘Yes, we can.’” Asked to
explain how she would pass her mass amnesty without
legislative support, she waved her hands and
proposed she’d
do it on her own. Having been pressed for
details on her crusade against “Big Pharma,” she informed
the public that “if Congress won’t act, I will.” In
2017, Harris’s primary objection to the nomination
of Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court had been that
he “valued legalisms over real lives.” Given her
subsequent pronouncements, there can be no doubt
what she meant by that in practice — or what her
election would do to our already battered
constitutional scheme.
I REALIZE THAT THIS COMMENTARY by National Review is, at
almost two weeks old, ancient by the standards of today's blizzard-like
news/distraction cycle. But I think its summary of Harris's unique
exploitable vulnerabilities is particularly good, both in its accuracy
and in its concision.
I hope Trump's team is reading widely
in order to find such gems, and is sharp (and
humble) enough to be guided by them. I have seen no
evidence of this so far, I'm afraid.
I ALSO SEE NO EVIDENCE that
my
own high-powered contribution to the never-Kamala
cause is being seconded by anyone (which is to
say, shared and discussed and promoted widely). I
realize that the Obama birth-certificate thing will
make some folks feel like the issue of Harris's
disqualification from office on the basis of
citizenship to be hazardous to argue, but this is a
misapprehension.
Unlike in the Obama "birther" thing,
the facts involved in the problem faced by Harris
(and the Democrats behind her) are undisputed. And
contrary to a long-standing myth about so-called
birthright citizenship harbored by progressives, the
relevant law, under the terms of which Harris is
disqualified, is also well-settled and beyond
dispute. It simply hadn't been organized and
presented in an effective way until now.
Since presenting this point about
Harris's non-citizen status will not only complicate
her candidacy, at least, but will also bring into
public view the similar invalidity of so-called
"anchor babies" and much else related to the illegal
immigration problem, there is very good reason to
really trumpet this one out there. Please lend your
voice to this effort.
In regard to "lending your voice"
generally, by the way, I have lately increased my
activity on X a fair bit, seeing it
as a best available means of reaching a wider
audience for the revelations of
CtC and other work I've done over the years. I'd
be very appreciative of all efforts by those in this
community to enhance that activity by following,
commenting, reposting and "liking".
Like all social media, X
is for the most part a cacophony in which any single
voice can be swallowed without leaving a trace. But
a dedicated effort to add to the throw-weight can
make a difference.
Find
my stuff here (you will have to create an X
account if you don't already have one, but it will
only take about a minute, and there is no downside
to doing so of which I am aware).
FINALLY, LET'S REMEMBER that even more
than the current presidential politics, the continued lurching of the headless
Biden/Harris regime into provoking nuclear war and
killing us all is the most important thing going on
in the world. This is a very real danger, right
now, and it should be on everyone's minds and
everyone's lips.
Accompanying what should be a clamor of
protest and a flurry of corrective activity in
response to the insane, nearly diabolical, and
increasingly-frenzied war-mongering of the
Washington blob should be an urgent and robust
effort on everyone's part to spread the word about
the income tax as widely and rapidly as possible. It
is a matter of survival, so that the shrinking of
that insane blob back down into its Constitutional
chains can be accomplished in the little time we
have left.
As Biden would say, "No joke!"
In fact, it's serious as a heart
attack.
Remember clearly that the ultimate
underpinning of the bad behavior by the US deep
state and assorted other swamp creatures lies in the
exploitation of the ignorance tax*. Ending that
exploitation by educating the American public is the
solution to all of it.
After all, the proper American attitude
toward the state-- not just as regards foreign
policy but in all respects-- should be 1. skeptical
tolerance under a watchful eye, and 2. a very
deliberate keeping of the thing on lean rations,
unable to ever grow to dangerous size.
The Founders set things up with that
skeptical, jealous regard, and left baked into the
Constitutional cake all the tools by which
individual Americans can enforce that "lean rations"
part.
The simplest and most peaceable of
those tools is the power provided to each individual
American to restrict, within the law, the resources
he or she provides to the co-opted state with which
it would otherwise grow like Topsy and escape its
proper limits. This requires nothing more than a
little education and a little courage, as is
explained
here.
Read that material, and then become an
agent of change. Urge everyone you know to do both
of these things, as well.
Seriously, people. It's time to stop
whistling past the graveyard and start using the
powerful and important tools with which our wise
ancestors equipped us.
*IGNORANCE TAX: An
unnecessary income tax exaction suffered out of
ignorance as to lawful objects of the tax and the
means of its application by someone too lazy,
frightened or misled to
learn how it really works and to what it really
applies.

Hendrickson is also a widely-read essayist on
matters of politics, public policy and law; many of these works

has served as co-chair and platform convention delegate of
Michigan�s largest county Libertarian Party organization; as a

Hendrickson's business career has included nearly a
decade-and-a-half at the leading edge of the renewable-energy
industry, both as Director of Purchasing and Materials
Management and member of the R&D board at Starpak Energy
Systems, the mid-west's then-largest solar heating and
energy-recovery-and re-utilization company; and as founder and
president of AFJ Inc., a high-efficiency lighting design,
manufacture and installation firm.
Beginning in the mid-1990s and continuing for the
twelve years before his present full-time focus on the
restoration of the rule of law in America, Hendrickson directed
purchasing activities for the $84 million-a-year
multi-family-housing division of the Farmington Hills, Michigan
branch of Edward Rose and Sons, with responsibility for 18,000+
apartments, direct supervision of 35 technicians and agents, and
incidental authority over several hundred divisional workers.
He also ran the division's 10 cable television earth-station and
distribution systems in four states, and designed and
administered the company's website.
On rather the other end of the spectrum, amidst
these more mundane pursuits Hendrickson co-founded and was the
primary creative force behind a small
board- and
card-game company that enjoyed a modest success for several
years.
Hendrickson makes his home in southeast Michigan,
with his wife and two children. He is currently working on his
next book.
