forces of what would become the Republic of Texas capture San Antonio from
Mexico. In 1946, the trial of Nazi "doctors" who had engaged in human
experimentation begins in Nuremberg. In 1958, the John Birch Society is
founded. In 1979 the eradication of smallpox is declared by the World Health
Organization. This is untrue, as both the United States and the then-Soviet
Union (and perhaps other states) retain supplies of the virus for possible "use"
at a future time. In 2016, the president of South Korea is impeached and
removed from office (largely for being a nutcase, although ostensibly for abuse
of power).

As We Move Deeper Into The Happy Season
Of Holidays...

I THINK WE'D ALL AGREE that sometimes
the truth can be a pesky thing-- demanding,
disturbing, and seriously inconvenient. The fact is,
when you know the truth, you have to act on it, or
be party to a lie; and when that lie is old,
entrenched, vigorously defended and comfortingly
familiar, the correcting truth can be very hard to
learn, and even harder to act upon.
Learning the truth about the income tax
means setting aside misconceptions nurtured for a
lifetime. Acting on that truth means abandoning
lifelong servility to the state through the offices
of the IRS-- the one organization whose carefully
cultivated reputation as a rabid junkyard dog is
feared by everyone in America.
Both of those things are really
hard!
However, those very same challenges
also make
'Cracking the Code-...' the most rewarding gift
to get or give this holiday season.
After all, how better could you
communicate to those you love the high degree of
esteem in which you hold them? How more certain of
your high regard could they be made, after such a

Not Letting This "Crisis" Go To Waste...
...an important action item opportunity.
FRIENDS, THE SPORADIC EASINGS of the despotic measures to
which most of the country has been subjected under
since the onset of the
COVID-19 hobgoblin narrative should not be
allowed to bleed off the head of steam you probably had been developing.
The offenses happened, and they're far from over. Stay hot.
And while you are all warmed up, and while others, if
they're smart, are just as hot, I'd like you to send an email (and
Facebook post, or whatever) with the following content to everyone you
can (with a request that they pass it along, in turn):
[Name], since March of 2020 you've
watched as over-fed state power has been used to literally destroy
classical Western civilization and impose a new despotic paradigm. No
dissent or debate permitted-- no permission or agreement sought.
YOU KNOW where this will end up if the arrogant
state power being used to make this happen isn't radically diminished in
size, influence, resources and popular support, and exposed as an
opportunistic exploiter of legal ignorance (an ignorance which it has
been nurturing in the average mind for decades).
Those things having not yet happened, you
should be quaking in your boots-- and you probably are.
Isn't it time-- and past time-- for you to
begin helping to make those desperately-needed defensive changes take
place? There is only one way these things can happen short of a
who-knows-what we'll-end-up-with explosion of violence. I'm going to
show it to you.
When you're done with that reading, you'll know
what to do next.
BTW, REMEMBER, ALSO, THAT EVERY AMERICAN has lately been given a stark lesson in the fact
that government officials at all levels will lie to you and violate the
law without batting an eye. They will do so any time it serves their agenda, and
you don't call them out for it.
If you know anyone who has been persisting in denial on the
truth about the income tax, you know such nonsense is usually be
grounded in some version or another of, "That can't be true..." or "They
would never do something like that...". Now's the time to put a pin in
that delusional bubble.
As the C19 hoax has starkly shown, "that" certainly CAN be true, and they
certainly WOULD do something
like that.
Use this evidence in all your
outreach efforts.

FOR ALL THE YEARS SINCE 2003 when
CtC was first published, the government has engaged in a
concerted effort to frighten people away from its truths. This
effort involves official government websites and press releases
touting an occasional court ruling that appears to be at odds
with some
CtC-revelation (but without details sufficient to expose the
real substance of the ruling)--
and sometimes even more mendacious behavior.

resources offered on this site and in my other work of any value to you?
Tim Kendrick has posted
a video
on YouTube regarding donations. I didn't know what to do about
it to begin with; I don't do what I do intending for anyone to
feel obligated in any way.
But of course, no one IS obligated. I will continue
to make my work freely-available here, and in my books for only
the cost of a cheap paperback.
Thus, even though I post it here below, Tim's very
thoughtful personal resolution and encouragement to others is
just an invitation for consideration by those who may not be
conscious of the fact that I can't do what I do without support.
No one is to feel any pressure from it; if it moves anyone to
act let it be solely because it seems right.
All-in-all, just be the sort of person for others
that you would go to yourself for trustworthy leadership.
Leadership is a challenge. But it's not
complicated, and you can do it.

Are You Having Trouble Spreading The
Word?
SKEPTICISM (SOMETIMES INVOKED BY FEAR) IS TO BE
EXPECTED when you're trying to explain to someone that
everything they've been encouraged their whole lives to
believe about something as entrenched and significant as the
income tax is basically nonsense. So here's a way to help
cut through the resistance:
Ask your listener how he or she would react if
you were to show an announcement from the Commissioner of
Internal Revenue admitting that the tax doesn't apply to the
earnings of most Americans and is misapplied most of the
time because people don't understand how it works? Or how
about if you showed a ruling from the Supreme Court saying
the same?
Now you just have to explain that
you're going to show exactly those things-- but because
the state really doesn't want people to know this, these
things haven't been said quite as forthrightly as we would
all wish. It's going to take a bit more work to take these
admissions in than is sufficient for just reading a press
release. But it'll be worth the effort...
IF YOU'RE NOT SPREADING THIS LINK with every bit of
energy you can, to school libraries, homeschool
families and community groups, your neighbors, your
family members, your pastors and
co-congregationalists, journalists, lawyers, CPAs,
members of congress, tax-agency workers, Wikipedia,
Anonymous, WikiLeaks, the Tax Foundation, everyone
in the "tax honesty" movement, the 9/11 truth
movement, other activist movements and everyone
else,
you have only yourself to blame for your
troubles with the tax, and a whole lot else of which
you might complain. It's on you.
WRITE A NICE, FRIENDLY AND BRIEF introductory note
explaining what will be seen at the link-- cryptic
is bad; excited is good-- and then send this WMI
(weapon of mass instruction) far and wide.
Remember: Real Americans don't accommodate fog, lies and a sliding scale of
adherence to the rule of law. Real American men and women stand up for the
truth and the law, come what may, knowing that it is only by setting the bar
at the top and enforcing it, come what may, that liberties are secured.

The Axis of Resistance, what Iran calls
its political project in the Arab world, is falling apart. After
a brief but intense U.S.-backed war with Israel, the Lebanese
militia Hezbollah agreed to disengage from the Palestinian issue
and vacate southern Lebanon. Almost immediately afterwards,
Syrian rebels launched a surprise offensive,
bringing down the Syrian ruler Bashar al-Assad, whom Iran
had invested so much blood and treasure into propping up.
The feeling in Washington is that the
Axis of Resistance was really (in the words of the Carnegie
Endowment’s senior editor, Michael Young) an “Axis
of Misery,” built on “fragile, impoverished societies, only
there to serve as cannon fodder for Iran.” Before getting too
smug, however, it would behoove the chattering class to look in
the mirror. U.S. power has established an Axis of Misery in the
region no less predatory or tyrannical than the Iranian one. For
all the comparisons between this week’s events and the
Berlin Wall falling, victorious West Germany was not running
torture prisons or bombing Polish territory. Now that Iran has
been driven out of the Levant, it is an open question exactly
what the U.S.-led alternative will look like.
The answer in Gaza and southern
Lebanon, where U.S. power is now at its most absolute, is
corpses and rubble. In most of the American sphere of influence,
the options range from
violent
militia rule at worst to
economic stagnation and
mass emigration at best. Immediately after Assad was
overthrown by a coalition including
reformed Al Qaeda, the wolves began to circle, with
Israel and our
NATO ally Turkey trying to carve out “buffer zones” on
Syria’s soil. Just as “rich
kids of Tehran” partied while poor youth died in their wars,
an upper crust of Israelis and Gulf elites sit atop a pyramid of
tyranny and chaos.
The
most articulate manifesto for the U.S.-led order in the
Middle East was written in 2022 by the former U.S. official
Alberto Miguel Fernandez, who
recently claimed that his essay has been vindicated. The
Arabic-language voice of the Bush administration during the Iraq
War, Fernandez has since given up “Western-type pipe dreams of
democracy.” The real struggle, he writes, is “something more
elemental” between a “Middle East of Life” and a “Middle East of
Death.” His villain is Iran’s “ongoing, murderous effort to
reconfigure countries and societies in the region toward near
permanent war and conflict,” and his heroes are Israel, the
United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia, the “builders rather
than destroyers.”
The other members of Washington’s Axis
of Misery have been similarly destructive to the societies over
which they have power. Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates
countered “Iranian influence” in Yemen through
starvation,
terror bombing,
mercenary assassinations, and
proxy militias no less predatory than Iran’s allies. What
finally reigned in the Gulf states’ ambitions there was simply
hitting the
limits of their hard power. In Sudan, where the Gulf powers
do not even have the excuse of Iranian meddling, the United Arab
Emirates has
profited from its
investments in parasitic
rapist militias. And as icing on the cake, the Saudi-Emirati
coalition has shuttled
mercenary units containing
child soldiers between Yemen and Sudan.
To believe that any of these states are
“builders” is to wear ideological blinders that would make
Trofim Lysenko proud—or perhaps to see Palestinians,
Yemenis, and Sudanese as less human. The suffering of these
people is not a case of “faults and missteps,” as Fernandez put
it, in an otherwise productive regional order. It is not a
temporary measure until the wars are won. It is the regional
order, now and in perpetuity. This is the structure that allows
people Tel Aviv and Dubai to party in comfort. And this is the
life that Washington has offered the societies of vanquished
enemies for the past thirty years.
IT'S THE CHRISTMAS SEASON, with that titular
anniversary, so hugely important to a great many Americans, just
a couple of weeks away, now. Over the last 48 hours, however, a
US-backed barbarian army, organized and set to work at the
behest of Israeli interests, has taken power in Syria and
immediately begun destroying Christian churches-- some, among
the most ancient in the world.
And yet, the Christian community in America has,
for the most part, said nothing.
Indeed, during the years since the US-contrived
"rebel" assault on the Assad regime began in 2011 for the
purpose of breaking the physical corridor between Iran and
Lebanese Hezbollah by which the Lebanese were made capable of
resisting Israeli efforts to seize the water resources of
southern Lebanon--
see more on
that here-- and lately were made able to attempt at least a
feeble deterrent response to Israeli genocide in Gaza, the
Christian population in Syria, once among the largest in the
Middle East, and the most secure, has been decimated, falling
from 10% of the overall Syrian population to less than 2% today
(a number sure to shrink further in light of last week's
events).
And yet, the Christian community in America has,
for the most part, said nothing, either about the decimation of
their own co-religionist communities, or the violence and
immiseration visited upon those in Lebanon and in Gaza (and the
West Bank) facilitated by not only by the agency of the US on
behalf of Israeli expansionist and hegemonic ambitions, but by
the tax dollars of those very same nominal Christians.
Many in that American Christian community might
want to reflect on what could be seen as a certain hypocrisy in
that silence and that unresisted complicity as they nonetheless
loudly celebrate the birth of the one whom they revere as the
great teacher of love for their neighbor, and for the oppressed,
and the imprisoned.
ALL THAT SAID, it is not my intention to be the
least bit theological in these comments, however difficult that
can be to resist in light of the decades of horrors inflicted on
hapless peoples of the Middle East over the last nearly 25 years
in the name of the horrific
contrivance we call
9/11. (And to which let's add the horrors inflicted on the
people of Ukraine, whose lives have been used to keep Russia
occupied and distracted from continuing its former close contact
and protection of Syria so that an invasion like last week's
could take place and be successful.)
What IS my intention is to remind all those that DO
care about what barbarisms are being committed by the United
States with their money (and at the expense of their law, in
which they have prohibited the United States from going to war
as it has done in Syria absent a declaration of war by
Congress)-- whether for reasons of theology or otherwise-- that
they are only financing these barbarisms voluntarily.
They needn't continue to do so. They just have to
learn to say "NO!"
THOSE OF US WHO HAVE ALREADY LEARNED the liberating
lesson need to help the rest of the
American population quickly learn
the
truth about the income tax, such that even though Washington remains in
the hands of immoral establishment hacks and self-servers it becomes bereft of
the resources for its myriad evil ways to persist.
Such an effort is easier than ever now, with the US Supreme Court
having just reaffirmed its 108-year-old ruling
in Brushaber v. Union Pacific RR. Co.,
acknowledging the truth about the income tax
revealed in
CtC.
Remember, the arising and sustenance of
the Leviathan state monster is a direct result of
the successful mis-administration of the US income
tax laws. This began primarily in the early 1940s with the
adoption of the Current Tax Payment Act of 1943
amidst the tumult of WWII, and after a couple of
decades of corrupt misrepresentation of the 16th
Amendment's purpose and effect, despite that
misrepresentation being squarely in defiance of
the
history of the amendment and multiple express Supreme
Court rulings on the subject.
Shrinking that
Leviathan state monster merely involves the
reversing of that misadministration-- something that
can be done by individual Americans, acting
one-by-one, with no help or approval of any
government official. Each such act makes use of
state-restraining tools baked into the
Constitutional cake by the Founders and Framers, and
each such act WILL make a difference, however small.
Most important, each such act will absolve the actor
from the dishonor of participation in the heinous
crimes their resources would otherwise finance.
All that is required is some knowledge
(which can be gotten
here),
and some courage-- the latter of which naturally
blooms in the hearts of real Americans when given
the nourishment of the former. As the saying goes,
America is the Land of the Free because it is the
Home of the Brave.

Read that material, and then become an
agent of change. Urge everyone you know to do both
of these things, as well.
Seriously, people. It's time to stop
whistling past the graveyard and start using the
powerful and important tools with which our wise
ancestors equipped us.

Hendrickson is also a widely-read essayist on

Hendrickson's business career has included nearly a
decade-and-a-half at the leading edge of the renewable-energy
industry, both as Director of Purchasing and Materials
Management and member of the R&D board at Starpak Energy
Systems, the mid-west's then-largest solar heating and
energy-recovery-and re-utilization company; and as founder and
president of AFJ Inc., a high-efficiency lighting design,
manufacture and installation firm.
Beginning in the mid-1990s and continuing for the
twelve years before his present full-time focus on the
restoration of the rule of law in America, Hendrickson directed
purchasing activities for the $84 million-a-year
multi-family-housing division of the Farmington Hills, Michigan
branch of Edward Rose and Sons, with responsibility for 18,000+
apartments, direct supervision of 35 technicians and agents, and
incidental authority over several hundred divisional workers.
He also ran the division's 10 cable television earth-station and
distribution systems in four states, and designed and
administered the company's website.
On rather the other end of the spectrum, amidst
these more mundane pursuits Hendrickson co-founded and was the
primary creative force behind a small
board- and
card-game company that enjoyed a modest success for several
years.
Hendrickson makes his home in southeast Michigan,
with his wife and two children. He is currently working on his
next book.
