CtC Warriors Enjoy Some
Treats
...despite all the tricks with which
most Americans are now beset on a daily basis.
NEVER HAS IT BEEN MORE IMPORTANT for
American men and women to step up and shut down the
rampaging Leviathan state foolishly allowed to grow
like Topsy since the end of the Second World War.
That unbridled monster threatens the well-being of
everyone now, fomenting war abroad in various places
and civil discord at home, all done with outright
contempt for the law and an unmistakable whiff of
nihilistic abandon.
The dangers we face are of a kind
anticipated by the Founders. But they are of a
severity that even those wisest and most virtuous of
men would never have imagined (thinking that their
descendants would more diligently follow their lead
and act before things got this bad).
Nonetheless, the provisions our
ancestors made for reining in the rogue state are
appropriate for challenges of any gravity, and our best
hope for peaceful restoration of the
constitutionally-limited republic those Founders
bequeathed to us. For the last 23 years, heroic CtC-educated
Americans have been invoking those provisions and
putting Leviathan on a diet and on the way back down
to a fit for the chains of the Constitution.
Let's do honor to another group of
these outstanding men and women.

HAKIM HAS SHARED his debut victory as a
CtC-educated American hero-- a complete refund of
everything withheld from his earnings and put into
escrow against the possibility of liability for a
local Pennsylvania income tax. His earnings having
not resulted from any taxable privileged activities,
Hakim secured a complete refund:

bad
agency behavior and a

BISHOP IS ANOTHER NEW WARRIOR sharing
his debut victory for the rule of law-- a complete
refund of everything claimed on his 2024 federal
return, plus interest:
This one is a little quirky, as
sometimes happens on first educated filings. As will
be seen on
Bishop's return docs, in his cover letter,
Bishop says he's expecting the return of everything
withheld as federal income tax-- the total of
chapter 21 "FICA" withholdings as well as the
chapter 24 withholdings the IRS calls "federal
income tax withheld" (even though the FICA "Social
security tax withheld" and "Medicare tax withheld"
are also federal income taxes withheld,
just under special labels). But when completing his
actual return, Bishop mistakenly listed only the
chapter 24 withholdings, and calculated the refund
claimed accordingly.
The mistake is a pity, but in
acknowledging that Bishop did nothing to qualify his
earnings as chapter 24 "wages", the IRS acknowledges
that he also did nothing to qualify his earnings as
chapter 21 "wages"-- since they are the same thing (see
a relevant brief here). Hence, Bishop's argument
for the return of the rest of what was improperly
withheld from him is solid and already agreed-to,
awaiting just an appropriate request (such as by way
of an amended filing).
All-in-all a solid victory, if still in
progress.

Julius Tavernaro
BACK TO THE VETERANS: Julius Tavernaro
shares his latest two victories-- complete refunds
from Arizona of everything withheld during 2016 and
2017, respectively, by way of amended returns.
Here is the 2016 refund (which really
amounts to $1,390.02 but was dinged with
an offset for an outstanding balance owed to the
state from some past issue):

WE'LL END THIS BATCH OF HONOREES with
another new warrior for the rule of law, Davelyn
(Lyn) Kaaihue, who shares a victory-in-progress for
2024 over a bad-behaving IRS, which has chosen to
pretend to not understand
Lyn's claim. The agency acknowledges that Lyn
did nothing taxable, but denies that she declared
anything to have been withheld from her, despite Lyn
having done so on the IRS's own form specified for
that purpose (and despite the agency having a report
from the withholder to the same effect):
This behavior is so shabby and
disrespectful that I hope Lyn seriously considers
suing for actual and punitive damages, such as by a
Bivens action for the taking of her property in
violation of the Fifth Amendment. The dollar amount
of the violation may be relatively small by some
standards (although to most people, the $16,000+
involved here might be very important), but the
principle is clear, and Lyn is not the only educated
filer to be put to the extra effort she will face
getting her money after indefensible bad behavior of
this kind.
HATS OFF TO Hakim, Gerald & Vicki,
Bishop, Julius and Lyn! Their great victories join
those of the tens of thousands of other awakened and
activated Americans represented
here, and constitute more critical steps toward
the restoration of
the Founders republic and the true rule of law.
Their great activism and outreach drive everything
forward.
Remember, it's all about upholding the
law, and that is YOUR responsibility. Awakening
others to this high and honorable duty is the best
way to make it happen.

This past Friday marked the close of
week twenty-one since my May 16 operation. Four weeks in a
sling, sixteen weeks of physical therapy, and one

Charlie Kirk Was Killed In
Order To Control The Narrative
...and that propaganda effort has the pedal to the
metal right now.
AS SHOWN IN MY SEPTEMBER 22 ANALYSIS (updated
last week with new evidence), Charlie Kirk had
become a threat to the Zionist narrative with the
one demographic group still under its sway-- young
conservative-leaning Americans. Having spent years
cultivating blind idolatry of Israel amongst that
group, as intended by the donors supporting his
ministry, Kirk had begun to see the mendacious
apartheid, genocidal klepto-state for what it really
is, and to change his messaging to the flock
accordingly.
In essence, Charlie Kirk had been a
propaganda organ for his donors-- ardent Zionists
all. When he began demonstrating his intent to
become more objective and balanced over the last six
months, and then flatly declared his intent to
"leave the pro Israel cause" on September 8, he had
to be gotten rid of.
The details of the threat Kirk
represented, and of his assassination are not
relevant here, though. The point I want to make now
is that Charlie Kirk, through his TPUSA organization
and his personal punditry and appearances-- and
thanks to the nature and dynamics of social media--
was himself a media organ, of a kind with any other.
The only real difference between Kirk and CNN in
that vein was that Charlie could not simply be
replaced at the anchor desk when he began to go
off-message the way Jake Tapper could be.
Instead, Charlie had to be murdered,
both to suppress his intolerable shift in message,
and to open the door for management of the "Charlie
Kirk" narrative itself, which we now see everywhere
with MSM coverage and ubiquitous social media posts
burying Charlie's shift in view and declaring him to
have never wavered in his love and support of
Israel.
EXERTING CONTROL OVER CHARLIE
KIRK AND TPUSA is just one propaganda effort of the
Zionist project. MANY others are also underway-- all
designed to exercise overwhelming sway over American
understanding of events in the Middle East (and of
other places and events of interest to the
propagandists).
Among these other efforts to put
blinders on the American public are the Trump team's
handover of TikTok to arch-Zionist Larry Ellison
(the single biggest direct donor to the IDF). Then
there is
Ellison's purchase of Paramount Entertainment
(including CBS)--
and intended purchase of CNN.
Further, we have a blitzkrieg of paid social media
influencers flooding the few non-Zionist controlled
platforms, along with prime-time ad buys. This is all
while criticism of Israeli war crimes and other
barbarisms is being suppressed through draconian
(and patently unlawful) defunding threats leveled at
universities and deportation threats leveled at
foreign students; those seeking contracts from
government units throughout the nation are being
required to swear oaths benefitting Israel; speech
codes are deployed using Israel-serving distortions
of the term "anti-Semitism" to suppress objective
reporting on Israeli policy and behavior; and much
more.
In short, the Zionist project, armed
with huge sums of money and the 100% support and
assistance of the Trump administration and other
institutional powers, is exerting itself right now
in the biggest way possible to sew shut the eyes and
ears of American citizens to inconvenient truths,
and to fill those eyes and ears-- and the brains
they feed-- with Zionist-serving spin, propaganda
and outright lies in order to finally complete the
long-march capture of America underway since at
least the murder of John F. Kennedy in 1963.
Below is posted some discussion of
these propaganda efforts by Glenn Greenwald and
journalist Nick Cleveland-Stout, who has done some
good reporting on several of the latest. Before I
leave you to that very worthwhile 24 minutes of
video, though, let me say this, obvious as it may
be:
When control of information and
permitted discourse is achieved at the level being
pursued here, the result is enslavement. There may
be no chains involved (at least, not immediately),
but control of what is known (or what is believed)
is control of the mind, and that is as iron-like a
grip as ever there can be.
This information and discourse capture
must not be allowed.
Fight like hell against it, and waste
no time before doing so.

Not Letting This "Crisis" Go To Waste...
...an important action item opportunity.
FRIENDS, THE SPORADIC EASINGS of the despotic measures to
which most of the country has been subjected under
since the onset of the
COVID-19 hobgoblin narrative should not be
allowed to bleed off the head of steam you probably had been developing.
The offenses happened, and they're far from over. Stay hot.
And while you are all warmed up, and while others, if
they're smart, are just as hot, I'd like you to send an email (and
Facebook post, or whatever) with the following content to everyone you
can (with a request that they pass it along, in turn):
[Name], since March of 2020 you've
watched as over-fed state power has been used to literally destroy
classical Western civilization and impose a new despotic paradigm. No
dissent or debate permitted-- no permission or agreement sought.
YOU KNOW where this will end up if the arrogant
state power being used to make this happen isn't radically diminished in
size, influence, resources and popular support, and exposed as an
opportunistic exploiter of legal ignorance (an ignorance which it has
been nurturing in the average mind for decades).
Those things having not yet happened, you
should be quaking in your boots-- and you probably are.
Isn't it time-- and past time-- for you to
begin helping to make those desperately-needed defensive changes take
place? There is only one way these things can happen short of a
who-knows-what we'll-end-up-with explosion of violence. I'm going to
show it to you.
When you're done with that reading, you'll know
what to do next.
BTW, REMEMBER, ALSO, THAT EVERY AMERICAN has lately been given a stark lesson in the fact
that government officials at all levels will lie to you and violate the
law without batting an eye. They will do so any time it serves their agenda, and
you don't call them out for it.
If you know anyone who has been persisting in denial on the
truth about the income tax, you know such nonsense is usually be
grounded in some version or another of, "That can't be true..." or "They
would never do something like that...". Now's the time to put a pin in
that delusional bubble.

FOR ALL THE YEARS SINCE 2003 when
CtC was first published, the government has engaged in a
concerted effort to frighten people away from its truths. This
effort involves official government websites and press releases
touting an occasional court ruling that appears to be at odds
with some
CtC-revelation (but without details sufficient to expose the
real substance of the ruling)--
and sometimes even more mendacious behavior.

a video
on YouTube regarding donations. I didn't know what to do about
it to begin with; I don't do what I do intending for anyone to
feel obligated in any way.
But of course, no one IS obligated. I will continue
to make my work freely-available here, and in my books for only
the cost of a cheap paperback.
Thus, even though I post it here below, Tim's very
thoughtful personal resolution and encouragement to others is
just an invitation for consideration by those who may not be
conscious of the fact that I can't do what I do without support.

act let it be solely because it seems right.
All-in-all, just be the sort of person for others
that you would go to yourself for trustworthy leadership.

Are You Having Trouble Spreading The
Word?
SKEPTICISM (SOMETIMES INVOKED BY FEAR) IS TO BE
EXPECTED when you're trying to explain to someone that
everything they've been encouraged their whole lives to
believe about something as entrenched and significant as the
income tax is basically nonsense. So here's a way to help
cut through the resistance:
Ask your listener how he or she would react if
you were to show an announcement from the Commissioner of
Internal Revenue admitting that the tax doesn't apply to the
earnings of most Americans and is misapplied most of the
time because people don't understand how it works? Or how
about if you showed a ruling from the Supreme Court saying
the same?
Now you just have to explain that
you're going to show exactly those things-- but because
the state really doesn't want people to know this, these
things haven't been said quite as forthrightly as we would
all wish. It's going to take a bit more work to take these
admissions in than is sufficient for just reading a press
release. But it'll be worth the effort...
IF YOU'RE NOT SPREADING THIS LINK with every bit of
energy you can, to school libraries, homeschool
families and community groups, your neighbors, your
family members, your pastors and
co-congregationalists, journalists, lawyers, CPAs,
members of congress, tax-agency workers, Wikipedia,
Anonymous, WikiLeaks, the Tax Foundation, everyone
in the "tax honesty" movement, the 9/11 truth
movement, other activist movements and everyone
else,
you have only yourself to blame for your
troubles with the tax, and a whole lot else of which
you might complain. It's on you.

explaining what will be seen at the link-- cryptic
is bad; excited is good-- and then send this WMI
(weapon of mass instruction) far and wide.
Remember: Real Americans don't accommodate fog, lies and a sliding scale of

truth and the law, come what may, knowing that it is only by setting the bar
at the top and enforcing it, come what may, that liberties are secured.

universal deceit telling the truth is a revolutionary

One of the most memorable
passages in the
memoir of the escaped slave Frederick Douglass
is where he describes how one group of slaves would
argue with another group of slaves over whose master
was richer or stronger. Exhibiting a mixture of
Stockholm syndrome with delusions of grandeur, these
slaves, according to Douglass, "seemed to think that
the greatness of their masters was transferable to
themselves." Moreover, Douglass noted that the
slaves tended to not judge the behavior of their
masters by any set objective standards, but in
comparison to other masters. Douglass himself,
when a slave, had fallen into this mode of thinking,
as recounted in
this passage:
I have been frequently
asked, when a slave, if I had a kind master, and do
not remember ever to have given a negative answer;
nor did I, in pursuing this course, consider myself
as uttering what was absolutely false; for I always
measured the kindness of my master by the standard
of kindness set up among slaveholders around us.
Moreover, slaves are like other people, and imbibe
prejudices quite common to others. They think their
own better than that of others. Many, under the
influence of this prejudice, think their own masters
are better than the masters of other slaves; and
this, too, in some cases, when the very reverse is
true. Indeed, it is not uncommon for slaves even to
fall out and quarrel among themselves about the
relative goodness of their masters, each contending
for the superior goodness of his own over that of
the others. At the very same time, they mutually
execrate their masters when viewed separately. It
was so on our plantation. When Colonel Lloyd's
slaves met the slaves of Jacob Jepson, they seldom
parted without a quarrel about their masters;
Colonel Lloyd's slaves contending that he was the
richest, and Mr. Jepson's slaves that he was the
smartest, and most of a man. Colonel Lloyd's slaves
would boast his ability to buy and sell Jacob
Jepson. Mr. Jepson's slaves would boast his ability
to whip Colonel Lloyd. These quarrels would almost
always end in a fight between the parties, and those
that whipped were supposed to have gained the point
at issue. They seemed to think that the greatness of
their masters was transferable to themselves. It was
considered as being bad enough to be a slave; but to
be a poor man's slave was deemed a disgrace indeed!
We can see here an analogue
to countless discussions among Americans in which
Americans think themselves quite privileged to be
dominated and exploited by the current American
ruling oligarchy. Why? It is often because these
victims of the regime judge their masters to be less
awful than some other masters. But, not content with
concluding one set of overlords to be merely less
bad than another, these willing serfs then go a step
further and attribute to their masters great virtue
and kindness.
One often encounters this
in discussing the nature of state power, even with
those who rather unconvincingly consider themselves
to be great proponents of freedom. "They keep us
safe!" is perhaps the most perennial refrain,
followed with self-consoling words about how the
ruling parasites must be given "the benefit of the
doubt" because they are supposedly stooped under the
burden of "great responsibility." We must not judge
our rulers too harshly, you see, because they "have
a hard job." Moreover, even if we don't respect
those who currently hold offices that wield great
coercive power, we must nonetheless sing the praises
of their offices and adhere to the command of "if we
don’t respect the man, we must respect the office!"
By this thinking, even if a political institution is
filled with criminals and freeloaders year after
year, the problem can never be the institution
itself. Thus, we must—or so it is said—"respect" the
institutional tools of our own exploitation.
The Language of
Voluntary Submission to the State
Those who delight in their
obedience to their tax-funded taskmasters will even
invent grandiose names for the institutions that
perpetuate the captivity of the productive class.
The willing servants will call the American state
names like "our great experiment" or "our
republic"—terms designed to fool the taxpayers into
thinking they have any meaningful say in the affairs
of the regime. Some of those in thrall to their
overlords may even be brought to tears or great
distress over the idea that the current American
state might someday cease to exist. God forbid the
American people be subjected to a different
overseer than the current one who so virtuously
brandishes the whips of taxation, inflation, and
regulation to keep our present crop of generals,
judges, bankers, and technocrats living with
impunity in a state of privilege and opulence.
But, our masters must be
defended, we are told, because they are different from the other
masters. Our masters—here in "our" republic where we
enjoy the great privilege of casting one vote out of
150 million, and where any election that actually
threatens the regime would be judicially overturned and declared
to be null and void by the permanent government—are richer and
tougher than the masters of the neighboring tax farm. As
Douglass put it, those who insist we must appreciate the many
great kindnesses of the government "think that the greatness of
their masters was transferable to themselves."
Under the yoke of the
modern administrative state, nearly all of us are
reduced to the physical servitude demanded by all
states. This is done with all the usual tools of
physical domination including courts, jails, and
legions of law enforcement officers. In most cases,
we either comply, or are imprisoned, or possibly
killed. Yet, many of the regime's victims are not
content with mere physical domination by
the regime. Many demand to be dominated in
thought and spirit as well. They repeat
hagiographic regime-approved stories about the
"great" deeds of the regime from the past; they
pledge allegiance to the state's flag, and sing the
state's quasi-religious "hymns" while announcing
themselves to be loyal servants of popular
politicians.
Many Merely
Tolerate the State While Others Insist on
Praising It
After all, even if one
accepts the prudential need for some sort of civil
government—a position I won’t dispute here—it is one
thing to accept the existence of civil government as
something we tolerate for pragmatic
reasons. It is something else entirely to attribute
to the civil government moral or virtuous qualities.
1,600 years ago, Saint
Augustine did not oppose the existence or creation
or civil governments. Yet, he also saw governments
for what they are—the moral equivalents of pirates.
He wrote how the civil governments of men—which can
never truly dispense real justice given man’s fallen
state—are characterized “not by the removal of
covetousness, but by the addition of impunity.”
Augustine continues:
Indeed, that was an apt and
true reply which was given to Alexander the Great by
a pirate who had been seized. For when that king had
asked the man what he meant by keeping hostile
possession of the sea, he answered with bold pride,
"What thou meanest by seizing the whole earth; but
because I do it with a petty ship, I am called a
robber, whilst thou who dost it with a great fleet
art styled emperor."
Yet, even with this
understanding of the true nature of political
rulers, Augustine, for practical reasons, accepted
the existence of civil government "to keep the
peace."
Unfortunately, not even
this resigned acceptance of an allegedly "necessary"
evil is sufficiently enthusiastic for those who feel
the need to actively praise their overseers as
instruments of virtue.
RYAN McMAKEN PICKED A HECK of a topic
for his commentary. Although I have to take issue
with a central element of his lament-- the notion
that tax-serfdom is coerced-- the gist of the piece
is spot-on, even in that area, since the cooperation
of most folks even with the tax application is
reflexive, and the power of the reflex is supported
by much self-serving corruption at both the public
and private levels.
This is why we celebrate CtC Warriors.
Invoking the law and getting free of the improper
application of the tax is straightforward, but it
still takes a strength of character that many folks
won't ever muster (at least, not until the way has
been paved by heroes that come before them, and not
so much mustering is needed).
EVEN IN AREAS OTHER THAN taxation, the
story of bad-behaving government still rests heavily
on widespread ignorance among the civil population,
rather than outright despotism (so far), but the
broader point, that the civil population has been
brought to be content with the ignorance (or its
effects) by embracing childish attitudes to go with
child-like status, is solid.
Right now, we have an administration
that is vaporizing boats (and boaters) on the high
seas not only outside of any valid US jurisdiction
to do anything, but also without the least
credible pretext for even just interdicting the
boats. All the people are given is an assertion that
the boaters are bad, and what few murmurs of
question or protest there may have been subside, and
that's that.
Vast sums of money and armaments are
taken from the public's stockpile and sent to other
lands for the comfort of some foreigners and the
death and destruction of others-- at the expense of
Americans who can ill afford such contributions, and
who have unmet needs of their own, and all at the
risk of sparking conflicts posing real threats to
all of us here at home-- and yet no marches on
Washington in protest are organized, and not even a
serious plan for systematically replacing en
masse the elected officials who enable this
behavior is in the air.
A strong and well-founded national
suspicion that those currently in power in
Washington are in thrall to the foreign state of
Israel by way of
the
Jeffrey Epstein blackmail operation is alive and
kicking. Nonetheless, no real pressure is placed on
anyone to reveal the facts, even though any
run-of-the-mill mega-millionaire could guarantee an
all-expenses-paid legal defense to any
whistle-blower who made public the Epstein files,
and a poll could even ensure that the odds of such a
whistle-blower with a jury are 1000-to1 in his/her
favor, with fame and fortune waiting on the other
side.
Then there is the turning over to the
Zionist cabal of the keys to the castle through
control of American media and speech rights, as
discussed at the top of this page, which thus far is
being met with a shrug by most Americans, who tell
themselves there will somehow always be a solution
and a way out, even if it really becomes the
nightare Orwell predicted.
I could go on and on, of course.
MY MESSAGE HERE is simple: America is
being taken down a very bad road right now, and
Americans need to put on the brakes, right now,
and abandon the foolishness spoken of by the
excellent Frederick Douglass and Étienne de la
Boétie (whose 'Discourse on Voluntary Servitude' has
graced this page just below the 'Other Voices'
feature for many years).
Seriously.
RIGHT NOW.
Happily, we have at hand the Founders' solution to the capture
of public institutions by bad actors (or cabals), of
which Ryan McMaken, for all his many excellent
virtues, appears unaware (as remains strangely true
of pretty much anyone with a real bully pulpit): the
regulation of public institutional power (including
the power to do harm) by individual Americans taking
charge of the resources available to those
institutions.
All that is needed to accomplish that righteous
and critically-important regulation is that those who have already received
CtC's
liberating and empowering revelations help the rest of the
American population quickly understand
the
truth about the tax and discover that even though Washington
may at present be a Leviathan in the grip of
the
wicked, this need not remain the case.
Bell-ringing efforts like this are easier than ever now, with the US Supreme Court
having just reaffirmed its 108-year-old ruling
in Brushaber v. Union Pacific RR. Co. and
freshly acknowledged the accuracy of
CtC.
Remember, the arising and sustenance of
the Leviathan state monster is a direct result of
the successful mis-administration
of the US income tax laws.
Shrinking that
Leviathan state monster merely involves the
reversing of that misadministration-- something that
can be done by individual Americans, acting
one-by-one, with no help or approval of any
government official. Each such act makes use of
state-restraining tools baked into the
Constitutional cake by the Founders and Framers, and
each such act WILL make a difference, however small.
Most important, each such act will absolve the actor
from the dishonor of participation in the heinous
crimes their resources would otherwise finance.

It's time to stop
whistling past the graveyard and start using the
powerful and important tools with which our wise

Hendrickson is also a widely-read essayist on matters of politics,
public policy and law; many of these works are collected in his second book,

soccer coach. He is a long-time political activist as well, and
has served as co-chair and platform convention delegate of
Michigan's largest county Libertarian Party organization; as a
consultant to the National Right to Work Foundation and Citizens

Liberty. He is a frequent radio-show guest on stations across

Hendrickson's business career has included nearly a
decade-and-a-half at the leading edge of the renewable-energy
industry, both as Director of Purchasing and Materials

energy-recovery-and re-utilization company; and as founder and

twelve years before his present full-time focus on the
restoration of the rule of law in America, Hendrickson directed
purchasing activities for the $84 million-a-year
multi-family-housing division of the Farmington Hills, Michigan
branch of Edward Rose and Sons, with responsibility for 18,000+
apartments, direct supervision of 35 technicians and agents, and
incidental authority over several hundred divisional workers.
He also ran the division's 10 cable television earth-station and
distribution systems in four states, and designed and
administered the company's website.
On rather the other end of the spectrum, amidst
these more mundane pursuits Hendrickson co-founded and was the
primary creative force behind a small
board- and
card-game company that enjoyed a modest success for several
years.
Hendrickson makes his home in southeast Michigan,
with his wife and two children. He is currently working on his
next book.
