US-engineered coup expelled the Russian-leaning elected government of Ukraine
and replaced it with an administration of Ukrainian Nazis which then proceeded
to shell eastern Ukraine for its refusal to recognize the new regime) and 2.
that Russia had interfered in US elections in 2016.

Biden, Trump, And The
Supreme Court Collude In A Heinous Crime
...on behalf of Israeli interests, of
course.
HAVING AGREED TO INSTALL Israel-First "anti-Semitism" (read: "criticism of
Israel") censorship in place, Tik-Tok has been spared
threatened cancellation and instead permitted to
remain active in America by the wall-to-wall Zionist
Trump regime. The First Amendment violation this
represents is glaringly obvious and flatly and
heinously criminal. Here is what happened.
In 2020, Donald Trump attempted to ban
Tik-Tok in the USA by executive order on the basis
of "national security" concerns. In 2024, Congress passed, and Joe Biden
(or the auto-pen) signed, the Protecting Americans
from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act
(PAFACA), legislatively providing for the banning of Tik-Tok in
the United States. This was also allegedly out of
concerns over the app's potential threat to
"national security". The argument was that because
the app is owned by a Chinese company (it isn't),
the wily Chinee would have access to dangerous
intel through the app's user data collection.
As the Supreme Court summarized the
winning argument on behalf of the ban when its obvious First
Amendment implications pushed the matter into
litigation:
“There is no doubt that, for more
than 170 million Americans, TikTok offers a
distinctive and expansive outlet for expression,
means of engagement and source of community. But
Congress has determined that divestiture is
necessary to address its well-supported national
security concerns regarding TikTok’s data collection
practices and relationship with a foreign
adversary.”
Understand, the data of which we speak
is the same data collected by X, Facebook, Instagram,
AT&T, Verizon, etc., etc.--
most, if not all, of
which is widely shared with or sold to others, by
the way. (No thought was apparently given to simply
banning that sort of data collection-- or mandating
that it be 100% opt-in, even though in almost every
case it is entirely unnecessary to the delivery of
the services with which it is connected).
That is, understand that the
"national security threat"
hobgoblin
was always nothing but straight bs on stilts.
IN FACT, THE REAL REASON for seeking
the ban on Tik-Tok was that the app's administrators
made no special effort to protect Israel by
suppressing user-posted videos which shine light on
the apartheid state's ever-more heinous barbarisms.
Exposure of those barbarisms on the popular app was
driving a dramatic shift in Americans' views of
Middle East events and American policy thereto.
As Nikki Haley fatuously declared
during a Republican presidential primary in 2023:
“We really do need to ban TikTok once
and for all, and let me tell you why: For every 30
minutes that someone watches TikTok every day, they
become 17% more anti-Semitic, more pro-Hamas based on
doing that,”
I guess Haley felt no need to argue
that keeping people from becoming "anti-Semitic" is
far more important than preserving Americans'
Constitutionally-mandated
unmanaged access to information, something with
which no one on stage with her, or moderating the
debate, would likely have disagreed.
Haley was characteristically confused
about the stats she cited. Her garbled take
originated in research finding that those who spend
more than 30 minutes on Tik-Tok each day are 17%
more likely than less regular users to be what the
researcher deems "anti-Semitic".
But the gist of Haley's
assertion-- that taking in lots of uncensored video
of horrific Israeli violence and injustice against
Palestinians has the predictable effect of making
consumers more critical of Israel and more
sympathetic to the Palestinian cause-- is correct.
Really, they can't. Exposure to the
truth-- primarily in the form of live videos from
within Gaza and the West Bank-- has caused disfavor
for Israel among Republican voters 49 and under to
jump by 15 points over the last three years, to 50%.
The same age cohort among Democrats now disfavors
the Zionist state by 71%, a nine-point rise since
2022.
Among all American adults under the age
of 35, only 10% consider Israel's actions since
October 7, 2023 to be fully justified, while fully
33% consider them to be wholly unjustified. 56% say
the US is doing too much to help Israel.
That awakening of the American people
is like the homeowner flipping on the lights in a
roach-infested kitchen to creatures like Haley.
(BTW, Nikki Haley will serve as the
perfect introductory example for a term I have just
coined: Psycho-Semitic, adj., which means
harboring, promoting or tolerating the absurd notion
that people of a particular blood-line, or who
practice certain rituals, are specially favored by
God and thereby freed of moral culpability and legal
accountability for their offenses against others. -Psycho-Semite,
n. -Psycho-Semitism, n.
Please use and share widely, remembering Voltaire's
wise words: "Those who can make you believe
absurdities can make you commit atrocities." )
The shift in American
views toward Israel among younger voters,
who are far more likely than older ones to use Tik-Tok either for expression or as a news source,
is a practical demonstration of how Tik-Tok being
left to continue its free-speech practices and
operate within the American market represents a
serious threat to the Israeli capture of American
foreign policy. Any thoughtful analysis--
such as the good one by Ken Klippenstein, here--
must find THAT, rather than any kind
of "national security" threat, to be the threat
really targeted by the PAFACA.
We need not speculate about this
question of the actual threat represented by Tik-Tok
to the swamp creatures infesting DC, though. Donald Trump has answered it.
Despite the aforementioned Supreme Court ruling
upholding the ban on Tik-Tok on the "national
security threat" argument, issued just days before
Trump took office in his second term, the ban has
been suspended repeatedly by executive order. This
has meant seven months and counting of dire national security
damage, one must imagine, since no change has
been made to the conditions upon which that threat
was predicated.
All that HAS changed during that
steadily-extended grace period has been an
ever-decreasing
content on Tik-Tok exposing Israeli crimes, and Tik-Tok's
recent appointment of
Erica Mindel, a former IDF member and a contractor,
from 2022 to 2025, to the
U.S. State Department tasked with monitoring and
combatting anti-Semitism, as its 'Hate Speech Policy Manager'.
With those concessions to Israeli
propaganda interests in place, Tik-Tok remains in
the app stores and live
on American screens, still
able to collect all that dangerous data on
Americans.
In short, Donald Trump, Joe Biden and
the Supreme Court (and various and sundry
functionaries below each of them) have all engaged
in a fraud about a "national security" threat in
order to accomplish a massive and egregious
violation of the First Amendment for the sake of
Israel.
Heads should roll for this wide and
deep violation of oaths of office-- metaphorically
speaking, of course. (Btw, isn't it grotesque that a
disclaimer is needed for such a widely-used and
clearly understood expression, yet they are a
commonplace, now...).
More practically, a group of Tik-Tok
users should promptly file suit to overturn the
Supreme Court ruling in Tik-Tok, Inc. et al v.
Garland, based on the foregoing facts and
arguments.
I hope this happens, and quickly.
I also hope that everyone reflects on
this heinous and deeply-dangerous crime, recognizes

Not Letting This "Crisis" Go To Waste...
...an important action item opportunity.
FRIENDS, THE SPORADIC EASINGS of the despotic measures to
which most of the country has been subjected under
since the onset of the
COVID-19 hobgoblin narrative should not be
allowed to bleed off the head of steam you probably had been developing.
The offenses happened, and they're far from over. Stay hot.
And while you are all warmed up, and while others, if
they're smart, are just as hot, I'd like you to send an email (and
Facebook post, or whatever) with the following content to everyone you
can (with a request that they pass it along, in turn):
[Name], since March of 2020 you've
watched as over-fed state power has been used to literally destroy
classical Western civilization and impose a new despotic paradigm. No
dissent or debate permitted-- no permission or agreement sought.
YOU KNOW where this will end up if the arrogant
state power being used to make this happen isn't radically diminished in
size, influence, resources and popular support, and exposed as an
opportunistic exploiter of legal ignorance (an ignorance which it has
been nurturing in the average mind for decades).
Those things having not yet happened, you
should be quaking in your boots-- and you probably are.
Isn't it time-- and past time-- for you to
begin helping to make those desperately-needed defensive changes take
place? There is only one way these things can happen short of a
who-knows-what we'll-end-up-with explosion of violence. I'm going to
show it to you.
When you're done with that reading, you'll know
what to do next.
BTW, REMEMBER, ALSO, THAT EVERY AMERICAN has lately been given a stark lesson in the fact
that government officials at all levels will lie to you and violate the
law without batting an eye. They will do so any time it serves their agenda, and

grounded in some version or another of, "That can't be true..." or "They

FOR ALL THE YEARS SINCE 2003 when
CtC was first published, the government has engaged in a
concerted effort to frighten people away from its truths. This
effort involves official government websites and press releases
touting an occasional court ruling that appears to be at odds
with some
CtC-revelation (but without details sufficient to expose the
real substance of the ruling)--
and sometimes even more mendacious behavior.

a video
on YouTube regarding donations. I didn't know what to do about
it to begin with; I don't do what I do intending for anyone to
feel obligated in any way.
But of course, no one IS obligated. I will continue
to make my work freely-available here, and in my books for only
the cost of a cheap paperback.
Thus, even though I post it here below, Tim's very
thoughtful personal resolution and encouragement to others is
just an invitation for consideration by those who may not be
conscious of the fact that I can't do what I do without support.

act let it be solely because it seems right.
All-in-all, just be the sort of person for others
that you would go to yourself for trustworthy leadership.

Are You Having Trouble Spreading The
Word?
SKEPTICISM (SOMETIMES INVOKED BY FEAR) IS TO BE
EXPECTED when you're trying to explain to someone that
everything they've been encouraged their whole lives to
believe about something as entrenched and significant as the
income tax is basically nonsense. So here's a way to help
cut through the resistance:
Ask your listener how he or she would react if
you were to show an announcement from the Commissioner of
Internal Revenue admitting that the tax doesn't apply to the
earnings of most Americans and is misapplied most of the
time because people don't understand how it works? Or how
about if you showed a ruling from the Supreme Court saying
the same?
Now you just have to explain that
you're going to show exactly those things-- but because
the state really doesn't want people to know this, these
things haven't been said quite as forthrightly as we would
all wish. It's going to take a bit more work to take these
admissions in than is sufficient for just reading a press
release. But it'll be worth the effort...

families and community groups, your neighbors, your
family members, your pastors and
co-congregationalists, journalists, lawyers, CPAs,

Correct nomenclature, as I
have long argued, is essential for our understanding
of things, people, events. Unless we name something
properly we will not know how to judge it or what
the right course of action may be in response to
what it does. This is why our public discourse is so
mixed up in the matter of what to call things:
Naming something rightly is powerful; so is naming
something wrongly, or refusing to name it all.
We are now urged — and
required by law in many jurisdictions — to accept a
definition of “antisemitism” that is beyond
preposterous. With
the assistance of various committees and Jewish
groups, the International Holocaust Remembrance
Alliance has crafted a
“working definition” of this term that, to sum
up its many clauses, makes criticism of Israel or
Zionism antisemitic. This is an absurd misnomer —
purposeful and very consequential.
Roughly three dozen states
now accept the IHRA definition; as Chris
Hedges reported this week, New Jersey is
currently debating a law to this effect. An
increasing number of institutions, notably but not
only universities, are also using the IHRA
definition. As Hedges asserts in the above-linked
piece, this is a straight-out attack on free speech.
Taking the IHRA definition to its logical
conclusion, we are headed in the direction of
thought control.
There are other cases —
many, indeed — wherein the accepted nomenclature is
critical. If you do not call the United States an
empire you won’t be able to see why and how it has
become, for some decades now, the No. 1 most
violent, destructive and disruptive force in global
affairs. And since we are not supposed to see any
such thing, you cannot call the United States an
empire and expect to be taken seriously in what is
quaintly known as — another misnomer — polite
company.
We come now to the question
of Israel’s terror campaign in Gaza (and its
escalating terror campaign in the West Bank). What
shall we call these daily depravities? Do we or do
we not witness a genocide?
If there is a more
contentious case of getting the name right, I cannot
think of it. Call Israel’s assault on Gaza a
genocide and you will understand the Zionist state
one way and there will be legal ramifications;
reject this term and you are wading around in “the
right to defend itself” and other such notions — all
of them as flimsy as that IHRA definition of
antisemitism — and there will be no legal
ramifications. It amounts to enabling justice or
apologizing for limitless impunity.
I have never found the world to be very
honest with itself. And it has been grossly dishonest since the
autumn of 2023. For maybe 21 of these past 22 months, many
people have insisted that Israel’s daily barbarities against the
Palestinian people amount to a genocide. But the Gaza crisis has
brought populations across the West face to face with their
political impotence. In the seats of global power and among the
media that serve them, Israel’s military aggressions and abuses
of international law have gone unnamed. The consequences of this
refusal can be measured any number of ways. The deaths of at
least 60,000 Palestinians — and we can count this a conservative
figure — are one of them.
Whether or not Israel is
guilty of conducting a genocide should not be a
question as the reality of its conduct enters its
22nd month. But it has been made a question, and at
last this question-that-is-not-a-question begins to
lose its power, its utility as a curtain drawn over
Israel’s atrocities. This marks a significant
advance, needless to say, in the right direction.
I have never found The New
York Times to be very honest with itself, either.
But when the once-but-no-longer newspaper of record
takes to publishing opinion pieces (plural as of
this week) that forthrightly accuse the Israelis not
only of genocide but of genocidal intent, it is safe
to conclude something of significance is in the hot
summer winds.
We must be careful not to
overstate what may come of a now-evident shift of
opinion on Israel in high places — what and when.
But in my read we are amid a sea change, a prelude
to concerted action — legal, diplomatic, political,
economic — against the Zionist regime.
Let us begin at the
beginning. (And I do not mean to dismiss the long
century of Israel’s aggressions against Palestinians
prior to the afternoon of Oct. 7, 2023, when Israel
began its assault on Gaza.)
In January 2024 the
International Court of Justice found that it was
“plausible” Israel was in violation of the 1948
Genocide Convention. I remember how disappointed I
was to see the ICJ use so self-sabotaging a word.
But even this ruling — cautious, provisional —
prompted an uproar anyone paying attention will
recall. Reflecting this — in my opinion reflecting
this, I should say — the ICJ has since refrained
from issuing a final, binding judgment and there is
no telling when it will do so.
The first signs of an
incipient change in the limits of acceptable
discourse appeared last spring. There was a sudden
spate of opinion pieces in the mainstream British
press — The Economist, the Financial Times, The
Independent, et al. — in which the atrocities of
Israel’s war-that-is-not-war were at last
acknowledged. “The longer it goes on,” The Financial
Times wrote in a very pointed opinion piece signed
by the editorial board, “the more those who remain
silent or cowed from speaking out will be
complicit.”
These pieces anticipated by
a few weeks yet more powerful denunciations of the
“Jewish state” among various government officials.
“I condemn Israel for what it is doing to the
Palestinian people in Gaza and indeed in the West
Bank,” Mark Pritchard, a Conservative MP, said in
the House of Commons May 6, “and I’d like to
withdraw my support right now for the actions of
Israel…. This is a moment in history when people
look back, where we’ve got it wrong as a country.”
The headline atop the
commentary I published in this space at the time was
“Waves
Upon the Sea of Silence.” So these were, but
what prominent people were suddenly writing and
saying in public places was more in the way of
ripples. In all the pronouncements and denunciations
one read and heard last spring, I know of no case
that included the word “genocide.” The term was
still all-but-officially off limits.
Now matters take yet
another turn. It is as if the Western world is
gradually inching its way toward a truthful
judgment, with an implicit confession of past
silence, of the Israelis’ sadistic attacks — and I
consider them this — on the Palestinian people. Of
Israel’s conduct of a genocide, this is to say.
Until now a few Israeli
peace advocates and other voices of dissent have
spoken honestly of the IDF’s purposefully genocidal
atrocities. It is another thing when The New York
Times publishes a long opinion piece under the
headline, “I’m a Genocide Scholar. I Know It When I
See It.” As many readers instantly understood, Omer
Bartov’s essay, which appeared in The Times’s
July 15 editions, was a very big deal, for what it
said and where it said it. There it was, the “G”
word, right in the headline. That yawning space
between the sayable and the unsayable in matters to
do with Israel suddenly seemed to get narrower.
A little Times-ology here.
Bartov’s piece is typical of an old trick to which
The Times resorts on occasions of ideological
awkwardness. When something must be said that the
paper does not want reported as fact in the news
pages and with a Times reporter’s byline on it, it
brings in an outside voice to hold forth in the
opinion pages. So it is with Bartov, a professor of
Holocaust and genocide studies at Brown. I imagine
The Times’s editors knew they were detonating a bomb
when they published his piece; whether or not they
knew, it was an explosion of some magnitude.
After explaining his
scholarly caution in the first months following the
events of October 2023, Bartov surveys the
on-the-ground record and the many statements of
intent we have heard from Israeli officials and
writes:
My inescapable
conclusion has become that Israel is committing
genocide against the Palestinian people. Having
grown up in a Zionist home, lived the first half of
my life in Israel, served in the I.D.F. as a soldier
and officer and spent most of my career researching
and writing on war crimes and the Holocaust, this
was a painful conclusion to reach, and one that I
resisted as long as I could. But I have been
teaching classes on genocide for a quarter of a
century. I can recognize one when I see one.
YES, IT'S A genocide. And frankly, as
heinous and demanding of prompt and stern response
from all decent people as that is, the ongoing
genocide must be
recognized as only the latest in a long series of
crimes committed by Zionists dating back at least
into the early years of the 19th century, when
British members of the cabal set into motion a
long-march plan for the displacement of Palestinians
and expropriation of their property by Jewish
immigrants who steadily smuggled weapons into the
country.
Eventually that early 19th century move
led to the eruption of terrorist attacks by the
immigrants on the unarmed native Palestinian
population. The terrorists massacred many, drove
many out of the country entirely, and forced much of
the remainder into open-air prison enclaves in the
Gaza strip and the West Bank while seizing much of
Palestine for themselves and declaring it the State
of Israel.
It is no doubt merely coincidental that
this first great crime of Zionist violence occurred
less than a year after the adoption of the National
Security Act in the US, which created the National
Security Council and the CIA, among other things,
but there is also no doubt that these intelligence
institutions quickly became key allies and resources
of the Zionists, especially in regard to their
subsequent decades of criminal behavior against
America and individual Americans.
I'm going to borrow a chunk of text
from
an article I wrote back in 2021 (making the
legal case that US aid to Israel is prohibited under
22 U.S.C. §§ 2799aa and 2799aa-1) to detail some of
the criminal behavior to which I refer, and which I
think is sufficient to support my point that as bad
as the ongoing Israeli genocide against the
Palestinian population still clinging to its
homeland is, and as important as it is that it be
named correctly, it must never be viewed out of
context, and thus as a one-off crime of frenzy,
passion or mass psychosis.
Instead, Zionist self-serving criminal
behavior, nurtured by arrogant and narcissistic
"chosen people" delusions, is baked into the cake.
For instance,
IT IS WELL ESTABLISHED THAT
ISRAEL is a country about which the determination
mandated by 22 U.S.C. §§ 2799aa and 2799aa-1 is
required. Israeli nuclear technician
Mordecai Vanunu revealed extensive details of
his country's nuclear programs and arsenal in 1986.
Prior to that the program had been less formally "outed"
but was nonetheless known to exist-- indeed, as far
back as 1963 John Kennedy was demanding access to
Israel's Dimona reactor site due to suspicions that
it was a secret nuclear-weapons facility. See

The Kennedy administration
was also insisting that members of Israel's lobbying
organization (the American Zionist Council, later
renamed as the American Israeli Public Affairs
Committee) be registered as a foreign agents. See

Not long after these
increasingly impatient demands began to escalate
Kennedy was conveniently disappeared into the
ground--
that being the Israeli solution to Kennedy's
pressure, according to Vanunu, with, my own
research suggests, the assistance of CIA operative
James Jesus Angleton (and doubtless other of
Kennedy's enemies, in either the assassination
itself or the subsequent cover-up). Lyndon Johnson,
a fawning, religiously-deluded, Kennedy-hating
Israeli sycophant, was elevated to the
presidency in Kennedy's place, and the inspection
and oversight demands ceased.
Leveraging the bizarre and
still
unexplained events of 9/11, the little Middle
Eastern state has induced the pissing away of
$trillions taken from American men and women-- or
saddled onto American children as debt-- along with
the lives of tens of thousands of our young people,
either dead or grievously wounded, and American
moral stature world-wide as well. This treasure,
blood and international respect has been spent on
the facilitation of Israeli expansion through the
violent destabilization and outright destruction of
regional roadblocks and competitors in the form of
Iraq, Libya and a seriously wounded but still
surviving Syria.
The received and ridiculous
story-line supporting all these American sacrifices
has been that we are fighting "terrorists" "over
there". Somehow these "terrorists" harbor a deadly
hatred of our values and unique enmity for the
United States, but are mysteriously disinterested in
coming here to do anything about it.
That is, for some reason,
we are to believe, these "terrorists" prefer that
their own homes be the devastated fields of battle
instead of ours. Guess they don't really hate us
THAT much...
By a further remarkable
coincidence, these "American values-hating
terrorists" all happen to live exclusively in places
"over there" which stand in the way of Israeli
ambitions. None, somehow, happen to live in
equally-Muslim Indonesia, or Azerbaijan, or
Bangladesh, or anywhere else not inconvenient to
Israel.
IT WILL HAVE BEEN NOTICED by regular
readers of these pages that I have over the last two
years devoted a lot of attention to the matter of
Israel, and particularly the ever-escalating abuses
visited by the apartheid occupying state upon its
largely defenseless captive Palestinian population (find
a largely-complete compilation here).
I do so in part out of natural sympathy for the
Palestinian victims.
I also focus on Israeli crimes because
the swamp creatures in Washington and elsewhere
throughout America support and make possible the
behavior I abhor, and do so in my name to one degree
or another. But mostly I focus on Israeli/Zionist
crimes because the control the Zionist cabal has
managed to acquire over public institutions in
America is the gravest existential threat my beloved
country has ever faced. It is imperative that this
threat be overcome.
That said, it will also have been
noticed by long-time and careful readers of these
pages that from every deep dive into the dark waters
of the Zionist threat a pearl is brought forth. That
shiny pearl is the Founders' solution to the capture
of public institutions by factions (or cabals): the
regulation of public institutional power (including
the power to do harm) by individual Americans taking
charge of the resources available to those
institutions.
All that is needed to accomplish that righteous
and critically-important regulation is that those who have already received
CtC's
liberating and empowering revelations help the rest of the
American population quickly understand
the
truth about the tax and discover that even though Washington
may at present be a Leviathan in the grip of
the
wicked, this need not remain the case.
Bell-ringing efforts like this are easier than ever now, with the US Supreme Court
having just reaffirmed its 108-year-old ruling
in Brushaber v. Union Pacific RR. Co. and
freshly acknowledged the accuracy of
CtC.
Remember, the arising and sustenance of
the Leviathan state monster is a direct result of
the successful mis-administration
of the US income tax laws.
Shrinking that
Leviathan state monster merely involves the
reversing of that misadministration-- something that
can be done by individual Americans, acting
one-by-one, with no help or approval of any
government official. Each such act makes use of
state-restraining tools baked into the
Constitutional cake by the Founders and Framers, and
each such act WILL make a difference, however small.
Most important, each such act will absolve the actor
from the dishonor of participation in the heinous
crimes their resources would otherwise finance.

Read that material, and then become an
agent of change. Urge everyone you know to do both
of these things, as well.
Seriously, people. It's time to stop
whistling past the graveyard and start using the
powerful and important tools with which our wise
ancestors equipped us. That said, these days are

Hendrickson is also a widely-read essayist on matters of politics,

multi-family-housing division of the Farmington Hills, Michigan
branch of Edward Rose and Sons, with responsibility for 18,000+
apartments, direct supervision of 35 technicians and agents, and
incidental authority over several hundred divisional workers.
He also ran the division's 10 cable television earth-station and
distribution systems in four states, and designed and
administered the company's website.
On rather the other end of the spectrum, amidst
these more mundane pursuits Hendrickson co-founded and was the
primary creative force behind a small
board- and
card-game company that enjoyed a modest success for several
years.
Hendrickson makes his home in southeast Michigan,
with his wife and two children. He is currently working on his
next book.
