the complete report of money supply-- thus acting to conceal key policy

imposes "lockdown" on the UK. In 2025, the Israeli Defense Force massacres 15
aid workers in Rafah, Gaza Strip (and then buries the evidence and lies about it

I Feel Like The Bluesmobile:
Update
Made it to the target, and now falling
apart.
IT'S NOW TEN WEEKS since the surgery on
my right shoulder. Partially successful surgery
only, I'm sorry to say. The rotator cuff repairs
were completed, but the effort to reattach my
ruptured biceps long head tendon failed-- the
surgeon says he was unable to find the stub end of
the tendon, which had apparently already been
reabsorbed by the muscle. I have a nice big scar to
show for the attempt, but that's it.
As expected, this rotator cuff work was
much more debilitating in many ways than what was
done on my left shoulder last May, even though that
prior operation involved twice as much repair work
(exclusive of the biceps tendon issue). After the
May surgery, my range of motion with the affected
shoulder was extremely minimal, and recovery on that
front took a long and grueling time. However, this
latter operation affected my dominant side, and
everything from eating a meal to using a mouse and
keyboard has been challenging and painful.
Work on 'puter remains taxing. However,
there has been SO much going on, that is SO
significant that I could not wait any longer to
weigh in, at least a little bit. Hence, this
newsletter, which I hope to be a little flicker of
light within the dark torrent of propaganda pouring
forth from Washington and Tel Aviv and obscuring the
disaster that looms on the horizon should Netanyahu
(or his ghost) continue to have his way.
...much of which calls for some
clarifying commentary...
THE BIG ENCHILADA OF CURRENT EVENTS, of
course, is the Israeli-US aggression against Iran, a
country that hadn't attacked either of the
aggressors-- ever, in fact. On the contrary, over
the course of Iranian-US relations, the US has
always been the party that swung first, and the same
is true of Israel. Let me explain:
Regarding the US, that first swing was
in 1953 when the CIA orchestrated and financed a
coup ("Operation Ajax") that overthrew Iran's first
democratically-elected government for its temerity
in seeking to reset the deeply inequitable terms
under which British Petroleum had been tapping
Iranian oil reserves and because the new government
was populist and hence imagined to be more inclined
toward the Soviet orbit than ours. In its place we
installed the deeply-corrupt and
savagely-authoritarian puppet called "the Shah of
Iran". That crime, and the 25 years of
murderous oppression and wholesale looting of
the Iranian people that followed, buried the
culpability needle against the US (and the UK).
Anything subsequently done by Iran
against assets or interests of either the US or the
UK was purely retaliatory and/or defensive--
including the seizing of hostages from the US
embassy during the Iranian revolution by which the
Shah was displaced. That seizure was plainly a
protective measure deterring a US military
suppression of the revolution (and helping protect
against another internal undoing of the Iranian
peoples' will, it being understood that US embassies
are typically the headquarters for local CIA
assets), and declaredly meant as leverage to compel
the return of the Shah to Iran for trial from the US
to which he had traveled for cancer treatment just
before being deposed.
Following the crimes of 1953 and the
following 25 years, the US heavily supported an
eight-year Iraqi war on Iran begun in 1980 in which
~500,000 Iranians died, many from the poison gas
deployed by Iraq using precursor chemicals furnished
to it by the US. Near the end of that war, a US
warship that had entered Iranian territory shot down
an Iranian Airbus A300 passenger jet, risibly
claiming to have mistaken it for an F-14 Tomcat
(which, even if true, would still have afforded no
justification for the attack, there being no
declared war between the US and Iran) killing all
290 on board. Over subsequent years Iran was
subjected to ever-more crippling economic sanctions
(a form of blockade qualifying as acts of war),
being labeled as a member of GW Bush's "Axis of
Evil", the assassination of Qassem Soleimani in
2020, and the direct military assault last June by
the US in what is known as the "12 Day War".
AS REGARDS ISRAEL, post-revolution Iran
has steadily supported victims of Israeli (and
Israeli-instigated) aggression in the Middle-East,
most notably the Palestinian population forcibly
driven from its lands by Israeli terrorist groups
(i.e.,
Irgun, Haganah, the Stern Gang) during
the
Nakba in 1948. Iran also became a supporter of
Hezbollah after that organization formed in 1982 in
response to the Israeli invasion of Lebanon that
year and the
refugee massacres at Sabra and Shatila.
After Israelis original covert support
of Hamas waned ~2007 and the Gaza Strip, into which
a large number of the displaced native population of
Palestine had been forced during the Nakba, was
increasingly converted to an open-air prison camp,
Iran began contributing financial support to that
group (along with other benefactors).
Because the Palestinian and Lebanese
victims of Israeli aggressions have periodically
engaged in spasms of resistance and retaliation to
the abuses they have suffered, organizations like
Hezbollah and Hamas have been labeled "terrorists"
by Israel and its wagged-dog Western supporters. But
just as in the case of Iran, these organizations
have all simply engaged in defensive acts-- a fact
underscored by the statistics presented in
this
article and illustrated by the following images:
SO, THERE'S SOME IMPORTANT BACKSTORY by
which everything currently going on in the war on
Iran should be taken in. The primary object of the
lesson is to counter the high-pressure spew of
propaganda deployed to shore up American support for
(or at least tolerance of) the aggression by
obscuring both the gross immorality of "our" side's
bloody assault on the long-suffering people of Iran
(like that of "our" side's bloody slow-motion
extermination of the righteously-aggrieved
Palestinian people) and the increasing danger of
truly calamitous and wide-ranging harm to which
continuation down this path is taking us, even unto
World-War III.
To address just a few of the notably-ugly
portions of that propaganda I offer the following:
Iran never intended to attack the
US, and the US knew it. Marco Rubio admitted
that the US struck the first blow in concert
with Israel but argued that this was in response
to an imminent threat of an Iranian attack which
was expected to respond to Israel's first
strike. In other words, had Israel not attacked
Iran, there was no danger of an Iranian strike
against the US at all; hence, prevention of such
a strike needed merely the restraint of Israel
from its aggression. Further, the danger was
never an Iranian strike on the US per se.
Instead the only US-related targets were
military assets the US had placed around Iran by
which the Israeli aggressions were facilitated,
such as radar arrays, missile interceptors, and
intel centers.
Contrary to the ridiculously rosy
picture painted by MSM presstitutes here at home
(which, again, want to nurture as much American
support for the war as possible), the war is
going VERY badly for Israel especially, and the
US, as well. Early on Iran destroyed all those
above-mentioned US support assets, and all of the Israeli-based
missile interceptors, as well-- which is why the
US has stripped the Gulf states, South Korea,
Taiwan and Japan of such systems for relocation
as replacements for those destroyed in Israel.
Iran has pounded Israel with multiple
increasingly heavy strikes on a daily basis
since the beginning of the conflict-- videos
shared from within Israel (despite a five-year
prison sentence threatened against anyone doing
such sharing) show major cities looking a lot
like today's Gaza in considerable part.
It is endlessly-repeated by the
propagandists that Iran is the world's leading
sponsor of terrorism. But this is based entirely
on the false characterization of aggrieved
parties like Hezbollah, Hamas, and the displaced
and dispossessed Palestinians, to whom Iran
provides support, as "terrorists" for their
attempts to defend themselves against illegal
Israeli aggressions (such as the ongoing and
steadily-expanding violent occupation of
Palestinian land and the recently resumed
bombings and seizure of southern Lebanon-- the
latter conducted under the rhetorical mantle of
suppressing Hezbollah but actually
a project first conceived in the early twentieth
century).
I could go on and on. But not today.
Instead, I will end now with
this link, at which can be seen a nice debunk of
another major propagandistic theme used to crudely
support indifference to the moral crime of violent
aggression against Iran-- namely, that Iran is a
backward, primitive and barbaric country, unprovoked
assaults on which should be disregarded with a
shrug. Such a dismissive attitude would be, of
course, grossly improper in any case, but is
especially so when it is grounded in misconception
arising from agenda-driven propaganda.
Iranian society and culture are
certainly different from our own. But at more than
2,600 years old, Iran has shown itself to have
established and preserved a stable, durable and
relatively prosperous culture-- an especially
notable hallmark of virtue considering that the
country is
a very diverse mix of ethnicities and religions.
The point of all this is not to
encourage tourism to Iran. I have no interest in
going there myself, nor any particular interest in
Iran's well-being. But I DO have an interest in not
being a participant-- even just by proxy-- in the
willful production of grieving widows and orphans in
Iran in order to advance the hegemonic and
expansionist ambitions of another state to which
Iran is an impediment. I also have an interest in
seeing the likelihood of World war III dialed back
from the very dangerous point at which it now sits.
I have another interest, as well-- not
seeing the US debt climb still higher (and not
seeing my cost of living skyrocket due to shortages
of energy supplies and the fall-off-a-cliff erosion
of the value of my dollars which will result from
the destruction of the petro-dollar structure).
All of those interests are best served
by the US standing down from its unprovoked, illegal
war of aggression against Iran. If you share any of
those interests I hope you will share this article
around as much as possible.

Not Letting This "Crisis" Go To Waste...
...an important action item opportunity.
FRIENDS, THE SPORADIC EASINGS of the despotic measures to
which most of the country has been subjected under
since the onset of the
COVID-19 hobgoblin narrative should not be
allowed to bleed off the head of steam you probably had been developing.
The offenses happened, and they're far from over. Stay hot.
And while you are all warmed up, and while others, if
they're smart, are just as hot, I'd like you to send an email (and
Facebook post, or whatever) with the following content to everyone you
can (with a request that they pass it along, in turn):
[Name], since March of 2020 you've
watched as over-fed state power has been used to literally destroy
classical Western civilization and impose a new despotic paradigm. No
dissent or debate permitted-- no permission or agreement sought.
YOU KNOW where this will end up if the arrogant
state power being used to make this happen isn't radically diminished in
size, influence, resources and popular support, and exposed as an
opportunistic exploiter of legal ignorance (an ignorance which it has
been nurturing in the average mind for decades).
Those things having not yet happened, you
should be quaking in your boots-- and you probably are.
Isn't it time-- and past time-- for you to
begin helping to make those desperately-needed defensive changes take
place? There is only one way these things can happen short of a
who-knows-what we'll-end-up-with explosion of violence. I'm going to
show it to you.
When you're done with that reading, you'll know
what to do next.
BTW, REMEMBER, ALSO, THAT EVERY AMERICAN has lately been given a stark lesson in the fact
that government officials at all levels will lie to you and violate the
law without batting an eye. They will do so any time it serves their agenda, and
you don't call them out for it.
If you know anyone who has been persisting in denial on the
truth about the income tax, you know such nonsense is usually be
grounded in some version or another of, "That can't be true..." or "They
would never do something like that...". Now's the time to put a pin in
that delusional bubble.

certainly WOULD do something
like that.

FOR ALL THE YEARS SINCE 2003 when
CtC was first published, the government has engaged in a
concerted effort to frighten people away from its truths. This
effort involves official government websites and press releases
touting an occasional court ruling that appears to be at odds
with some
CtC-revelation (but without details sufficient to expose the
real substance of the ruling)--
and sometimes even more mendacious behavior.

resources offered on this site and in my other work of any value to you?

a video
on YouTube regarding donations. I didn't know what to do about
it to begin with; I don't do what I do intending for anyone to
feel obligated in any way.
But of course, no one IS obligated. I will continue
to make my work freely-available here, and in my books for only
the cost of a cheap paperback.
Thus, even though I post it here below, Tim's very
thoughtful personal resolution and encouragement to others is
just an invitation for consideration by those who may not be
conscious of the fact that I can't do what I do without support.
No one is to feel any pressure from it; if it moves anyone to
act let it be solely because it seems right.
All-in-all, just be the sort of person for others
that you would go to yourself for trustworthy leadership.

Are You Having Trouble Spreading The
Word?
SKEPTICISM (SOMETIMES INVOKED BY FEAR) IS TO BE
EXPECTED when you're trying to explain to someone that
everything they've been encouraged their whole lives to
believe about something as entrenched and significant as the
income tax is basically nonsense. So here's a way to help
cut through the resistance:
Ask your listener how he or she would react if
you were to show an announcement from the Commissioner of
Internal Revenue admitting that the tax doesn't apply to the
earnings of most Americans and is misapplied most of the
time because people don't understand how it works? Or how
about if you showed a ruling from the Supreme Court saying
the same?
Now you just have to explain that
you're going to show exactly those things-- but because
the state really doesn't want people to know this, these
things haven't been said quite as forthrightly as we would
all wish. It's going to take a bit more work to take these
admissions in than is sufficient for just reading a press
release. But it'll be worth the effort...
IF YOU'RE NOT SPREADING THIS LINK with every bit of
energy you can, to school libraries, homeschool
families and community groups, your neighbors, your
family members, your pastors and
co-congregationalists, journalists, lawyers, CPAs,
members of congress, tax-agency workers, Wikipedia,
Anonymous, WikiLeaks, the Tax Foundation, everyone
in the "tax honesty" movement, the 9/11 truth
movement, other activist movements and everyone
else,
you have only yourself to blame for your
troubles with the tax, and a whole lot else of which
you might complain. It's on you.

is bad; excited is good-- and then send this WMI
(weapon of mass instruction) far and wide.

truth and the law, come what may, knowing that it is only by setting the bar
at the top and enforcing it, come what may, that liberties are secured.

In every other respect, Greenwald nails
it in this commentary. As he very eloquently
articulates, we are mired in another war on behalf
of Israeli interests at the expense of our own. The
only difference between this time and each of the
last such ensnarings is the stakes. Here, America
(and much of the rest of the world) stands to lose a
LOT.
The last time I wrote in this space,
which pre-dated this brutal assault on Iran, I was
addressing the Israeli practice of shooting starving
Palestinians trapped in Gaza who were lured to food
distribution sites. Then, I asked: HOW DO YOU FEEL about being the source
of funding for the atrocities Israel commits on a
daily basis in Palestine and in so many other places
off and on, as well (i.e., Lebanon, Syria, Iraq,
Iran, Yemen, on the high seas)? Why, then, do you
continue to be that source, when for the most part,
you don't have to do so?
Now I must add: HOW DO YOU FEEL about
being the source of funding for an act of aggression
that is not only murdering strangers who have never
done America harm but also threatening the
well-being of the entire planet, as the disruption
of the world economy-- and the response escalation
ladder that comes with such a momentous calamity--
looms before us?
This is the question every
right-thinking American should be asking themselves,
or, if
CtC-educated and -activated, should be asking
every other person they know.
We MUST sever our shameful connection
with this beast of the Middle East. In fact, our
only related action in the region should be the use
of our military might to defend Israeli victims
against the ugly little apartheid and genocidal
state's onslaughts.
Until that severing can be made to
happen by reclaiming control over our politics and
policy from the amoral and lunatic Zionists whose
hands are currently on the levers of power, each
right-thinking American should personally step up
and do what he or she can to reduce the harm being
done. Happily, doing so is easy.
ALL THAT IS NEEDED to accomplish that righteous
and critically-important regulation is that those who have already received
CtC's
liberating and empowering revelations help the rest of the
American population quickly understand
the
truth about the tax and discover that even though Washington
may at present be a Leviathan in the grip of
the
wicked, this need not remain the case.
Bell-ringing efforts like this are easier than ever now, with the US Supreme Court
having just reaffirmed its 108-year-old ruling
in Brushaber v. Union Pacific RR. Co. and
having
freshly acknowledged the accuracy of
CtC.
Remember, the arising and sustenance of
the Leviathan state monster is a direct result of
the successful mis-administration
of the US income tax laws.
Shrinking that
Leviathan state monster merely involves the
reversing of that misadministration-- something that
can be done by individual Americans, acting
one-by-one, with no help or approval of any
government official. Each such act makes use of
state-restraining tools baked into the
Constitutional cake by the Founders and Framers, and
each such act WILL make a difference, however small.
Most important, each such act will absolve the actor
from the dishonor of participation in the heinous
crimes their resources would otherwise finance.

Read that material, and then become an
agent of change. Urge everyone you know to do both
of these things, as well.
It's time to stop
whistling past the graveyard and start using the
powerful and important tools with which our wise
ancestors equipped us. That said, these days are

Hendrickson is also a widely-read essayist on matters of politics,
public policy and law; many of these works are collected in his second book,
'Upholding
the Law And Other Observations'. He is a member of Mensa;
an
award-winning artist; and has paid his dues as a youth
soccer coach. He is a long-time political activist as well, and
has served as co-chair and platform convention delegate of
Michigan's largest county Libertarian Party organization; as a
consultant to the National Right to Work Foundation and Citizens
for a Sound Economy; as a member of the Heartland Institute; and
as a member of the International Society for Individual
Liberty. He is a frequent radio-show guest on stations across
the country.
Hendrickson's business career has included nearly a
decade-and-a-half at the leading edge of the renewable-energy
industry, both as Director of Purchasing and Materials
Management and member of the R&D board at Starpak Energy
Systems, the mid-west's then-largest solar heating and
energy-recovery-and re-utilization company; and as founder and
president of AFJ Inc., a high-efficiency lighting design,
manufacture and installation firm.
Beginning in the mid-1990s and continuing for the
twelve years before his present full-time focus on the
restoration of the rule of law in America, Hendrickson directed
purchasing activities for the $84 million-a-year
multi-family-housing division of the Farmington Hills, Michigan
branch of Edward Rose and Sons, with responsibility for 18,000+
apartments, direct supervision of 35 technicians and agents, and
incidental authority over several hundred divisional workers.
He also ran the division's 10 cable television earth-station and
distribution systems in four states, and designed and
administered the company's website.
On rather the other end of the spectrum, amidst
these more mundane pursuits Hendrickson co-founded and was the
primary creative force behind a small
board- and
card-game company that enjoyed a modest success for several
years.
Hendrickson makes his home in southeast Michigan,
with his wife and two children. He is currently working on his
next book.
