We Are Now In A Time Of Maximum Peril

I'M STARTING THIS COMMENTARY with an excerpt from the middle of a piece I first wrote years ago, and have updated and re-posted several times since. I'll explain the excerpting a bit further down, and hope for your patient attention in the meantime, despite what will seem an awkward beginning:

So, again, 22 U.S.C. §§ 2799aa and 2799aa-1 require the president to determine when any country is in possession of nuclear weapons and/or has acquired nuclear-weapons-related technology or shared nuclear-weapons-related technology, while having not subjected itself to International Atomic Energy Agency oversight and controls. Upon the dutiful making of this determination, all United States foreign aid to the errant country-- economic and military-- must cease.

As will be shown below, Israel thoroughly qualifies as being in possession of nuclear weapons, as well as having both acquired (by theft and espionage against the USA) and having shared nuclear-weapon technology (with what was at the time the noxious apartheid regime of South Africa, no less), all while having refused any kind of oversight or control. And yet it has long been far-and-away the biggest recipient of United States economic and military foreign aid.

The Relevant Facts

IT IS WELL ESTABLISHED THAT ISRAEL is a country about which the determination mandated by 22 U.S.C. §§ 2799aa and 2799aa-1 is required. Israeli nuclear technician Mordecai Vanunu revealed extensive details of his country's nuclear programs and arsenal in 1986. Prior to that the program had been less formally "outed" but was nonetheless known to exist-- indeed, as far back as 1963 John Kennedy was demanding access to Israel's Dimona reactor site due to suspicions that it was a secret nuclear-weapons facility. The Kennedy administration was also insisting that members of Israel's lobbying organization (the American Zionist Council, later renamed as the American Israeli Public Affairs Committee) be registered as foreign agents. See here and here.

Not long after these increasingly impatient demands began to escalate Kennedy was conveniently disappeared into the ground-- that being the Israeli solution to Kennedy's pressure, according to Vanunu, with, my own research suggests, the assistance of CIA operative James Jesus Angleton (and doubtless other of Kennedy's enemies, in either the assassination itself or the subsequent cover-up). Lyndon Johnson, a fawning, religiously-deluded, Kennedy-hating Israeli sycophant, was elevated to the presidency in Kennedy's place, and the inspection and oversight demands ceased.

Johnson was not just willing to turn a blind eye to Israeli acquisition and development of weapons of mass destruction. He was such an abject Israeli puppet that he actually assisted in the cover-up of the Israeli murder of 34 American sailors and wounding of 171 more on the USS Liberty while trying to sink that American naval vessel, presumably either to keep the Liberty from reporting on Israeli war crimes in the 1967 war or to blame its sinking on Egypt in order to pull the US into the war on Israel's side.

More to the immediate point, also during Johnson's "watch", American agents of Israel clandestinely secured large amounts of fissile material from American sources under false pretenses and transferred it to the rogue state.

Israeli spies continued to steal materials and knowledge over the subsequent decades (and not just nuclear secrets). During the same period, Israel shared the stolen nuclear technology with its sister apartheid regime in Boer South Africa.

By at least 2009, Israel had co-opted the US National Security Agency into handing over all data collected by the spy agency from 24/7 surveillance of every American-- in raw (that is, unredacted) form. A risible fig-leaf in the form of an Israeli promise to ignore and destroy material concerning American government officials will ease the concerns of only the extraordinarily gullible over what is obviously the acquisition by a foreign interest of the means to directly control American politicians, media moguls and other wielders of power and influence.

IN RECENT YEARS Israel has devoted its well-developed expertise at re-investing last year's foreign aid as this year's campaign contributions-- and its ability to intimidate, marginalize or blackmail the few American politicians who will not be bought-- into a broad, self-serving capture of American resources far beyond the already enormous economic and military foreign aid it receives.

Leveraging the bizarre and still unexplained events of 9/11, the little Middle Eastern state has induced the pissing away of $trillions taken from American men and women-- or saddled onto American children as debt-- along with the lives of tens of thousands of our young people, either dead or grievously wounded, and American moral stature world-wide as well. This treasure, blood and international respect has been spent on the facilitation of Israeli expansion through the violent destabilization and outright destruction of regional roadblocks and competitors in the form of Iraq, Libya and a seriously wounded but still surviving Syria.

The received and ridiculous story-line supporting all these American sacrifices has been that we are fighting "terrorists" "over there". Somehow these "terrorists" harbor a deadly hatred of our values and unique enmity for the United States, but are mysteriously disinterested in coming here to do anything about it.

That is, for some reason, we are to believe, these "terrorists" prefer that their own homes be the devastated fields of battle instead of ours. Guess they don't really hate us THAT much...

By a further remarkable coincidence, these "American values-hating terrorists" all happen to live exclusively in places "over there" which stand in the way of Israeli ambitions. None, somehow, happen to live in equally-Muslim Indonesia, or Azerbaijan, or Bangladesh, or anywhere else not inconvenient to Israel.

Current efforts are devoted to pushing the U.S. into violent aggression against Iran, as well, at the same but ever-more acute risk of a fatal confrontation with Russia that has attended the assault on Syria over the last several years. Iran is a target of particular Israeli interest due to its generous support of Lebanese defense against repeated Israeli invasions and long-standing plans to seize its neighbor's water resources.

What It All Means

THE POINT OF THE FOREGOING HISTORY LESSON, of course, is that not only is Israel a state prohibited from receiving US aid under 22 U.S.C. §§ 2799aa and 2799aa-1, but it is a particularly egregious violator of the practices condemned by these statutes. It is also plainly a violator which has clearly become utterly contemptuous of the America that has so steadily failed to punish it for its many and continuing offenses.

The legal obligation of the [Trump] administration to sanction Israel for these many and continuing offenses, in fidelity to the law and in defense of America's national dignity, is correspondingly stark and grave.

The question, then, is whether the law will prevail or the long-standing corruption will continue. I'm keeping a happy thought, based on the widespread condemnation of Israel being prompted by its current escalation of crimes against Palestinians dispossessed in 1948 (and their descendants) and the effect that disapprobation might have on the relevant political calculus.

STILL, WHILE PANDERING and outright subordination to Israel will generally be made more difficult (or breaking free from those habits will be made easier) by the abuses now being committed in Jerusalem and Gaza, no one in Washington will even think to deploy the sanctions mandated by 22 U.S.C. §§ 2799aa and 2799aa-1. Indeed, no one in Washington will even bring these provisions up, hoping that they are, and will remain, unknown to the American people.

Thus, the opportunity before us for dramatic correction of a decades-old presidential criminal practice won't be realized without some grassroots agitation and the sharing of this article with as many people as possible. Raise your voice and be the storm.

(At the same time, don't forget this: If the political class refuses to obey the law and cut off Israel's foreign aid, YOU AND I can make it happen all on our own.)

SO, WHY THE MID-ARTICLE EXCERPTING? Well, this is a really hard-hitting and hugely-significant article, granularly detailing a sustained crime against the American people by every administration since at least that of George H.W. Bush.

This crime is one by which America has become ever-further ensnared and eroded by the wiles of a foreign enemy whose chief weapons are deception, bribery, blackmail and assassination, along with ever-growing control over American media and the management and manipulation of the mainstream narrative.

But, because the article begins with a scholarly and technical discussion of a section of a little-known section of law, I have to conclude my past presentations have gotten relatively few read-throughs, with most folks daunted by the legalese and moving away before ever getting to the portion posted above (which I would think more likely to hold the interest of most readers). I judge this to be true by virtue of the fact that while my repeated posts of this material go directly to the mailboxes of tens of thousands, and reach many others by other means, there has never been even a minor discussion of the subject arising anywhere that I have seen-- much less the thunderstorm of furor that is merited.

I am hoping this reconstructed presentation might prompt the reaction I think this material deserves, because the peril America faces from Israel and its loyalists here at home has become acute. No longer can we safely wait for the corruption of Congress (and at present, the whole of the national government and many state governments) to subside.

Instead, the polishing off of media independence by Trump administration moves-- such as the turnover of Tik-Tok to ultra-Zionist Larry Ellison and his permitted consolidation of organs such as CBS, CNN, Paramount-Skydance, HBO, Warner Bros. and much more-- has lately equipped the Israel-First narrative managers with ever-more power over the ocean of propaganda and resulting engineered consent in which Americans swim with ever-decreasing consciousness of being wet.

At the same time, the exercise of control over America's electoral outcomes has intensified and become ever-more brazen (as lately illustrated by the successful burying of Thomas Massie's re-election bid under a tidal wave of foreign-interest money). Worse still is the essentially unimpeded exploitation of existing Zionist control over Congress shown last week in the House Armed Services Committee forwarding the 2027 National Defense Authorization Act with sec. 224 included, under the provisions of which US military institutions would become inextricably merged with Israel's.

These various measures each amount to the fastening of another puppeteer's string on America-- or another serpent's coil about her throat.

If a seriously anti-Israel majority does not take over congress this November we will then be beyond any hope of struggling free of this trap without bloody violence-- if at all, even by such extreme means.

TO CUT TO THE CHASE and put the matter as bluntly as it deserves, Israel-- which is to say, Zionism-- is America's enemy. It has interests that are not America's interests-- indeed, interests that are in conflict with American interests-- and has used a certain shamelessness that comes with its ideological perception of itself as "special" and above owing moral duty to any other people to sell false narratives to the contrary in order to facilitate the capture of American resources in service to its interests.

Among these are the "America's greatest ally" nonsense-- a fiction thoroughly belied by even just the tiny fraction of its endless offenses against America and Americans laid out in my article excerpt, above. This assertion is also false as a simple factual matter, since there is no such alliance and never has been.

The actual relationship between Israel and the United States is solely that of beneficiary and benefactor, with the US enacting a long list of ambiguously-titled and expansively-worded measures which, in their entirety, simply commit the US to provide assistance of various kinds to Israel. At no point has Israel committed itself to expend anything for the benefit of America.

Try as it might, even today's heavily-occupied State Department cannot conceal this fact to the eyes of anyone who reads closely and looks behind labels and rhetoric at the details of each so-called "agreement" involving the two countries.

THEN THERE IS THE FICTION of "Judeo-Christianity"-- a manifest oxymoron, but a convenient fiction serving to seduce a far-and-away predominantly Christian America to imagine that its value and perspectives as such are identical to those of a racial-supremacist theocratic apartheid state whose actual doctrine views Christians as apostates who merit being spat upon.

AND THEN THERE IS THE EIGHT-HUNDRED-POUND-GORILLA of Zionist propaganda meant to persuade Americans to look favorably on Israel no matter what (which is to say, to overlook or rationalize away Israel's unmistakable perniciousness in general and heinous and unending offenses against America and Americans, in particular).

I speak, of course, of the story-- attributed to Moses as the writer, some 600 years or so after the events depicted-- claiming that God Himself sought out Abraham and promised him worldly riches and elevation above all others in exchange for his and his descendants' worship (along with, for some reason, adherence to the bizarre practice of circumcision). Included in the divine offer is that, if accepted, "those who bless thee I will bless, and those who curse thee I will curse" (Genesis 12:3, Knox Bible).

This soul-purchasing deal was later sealed with a test of Abraham's commitment in which he was commanded (and agreed) to murder his own son as a sacrifice. (The killing was called it off right before the knife was driven into the little boy tied up on the altar.)

In my view, nothing of what is depicted in this story could be the actions of a benevolent omniscient, omnipotent and omnipresent creator of the universe and all that is in it-- and especially one whose bestowals upon mankind include free will (that is, moral agency). Rather, what is depicted in the Abrahamic Covenant story is the sort of thing typical of self-aggrandizing origin stories to which primitive cultures are prone.

Nonetheless, this purportedly divine deal with Abraham is flogged by Zionists as a scriptural imperative to the subordination of all competing interests in favor of the whims of whoever has lately been elected Prime Minister of Israel. To those falling prey to this major "America's best ally" propaganda tool, the "chosen people" label and the "blessing" carrot and "cursing" stick thing mean that looking out for Israel's interest is inherently in America's interest (and many add to their thinking the belief that the presence of an "Israel" in Palestine is a necessary precursor to the Second Coming of Jesus and the end of the world).

(It is worth adding here that none of the foregoing "chosen", "blessing" and "cursing" and "end times" things were accorded any broad significance within the Christian community for a couple of thousand years. This only changed-- and only within portions of the Protestant subdivision (primarily "evangelicals")-- upon the contrivance and distribution of the so-called "Scofield Reference Bible" in the early 20th Century.)

NEEDLESS TO SAY, IN THE END it falls to each of us to decide what is true and what is not regarding scriptural texts and claims made about any of them. But as responsible adults and real Americans, we cannot embrace or tolerate the waving of a supposed scriptural trump card by which our own observations and reasoning of what is and what is not in America's interest are dispensed with as irrelevant, however well-founded they may be. And the other assertions seeking to paint Israel as our great and perpetual friend and ally are obvious nonsense.

The truth is that Israel, through its burgeoning control over American institutions of government and media, has become an existential threat to our great country. This has to end, and end NOW.

Every vote cast in any election must be for the candidate most provably anti-Israel in his or her views and past practices. Everything that can be done to encourage existing office-holders to recognize Israel's true nature and the lies by which the Zionist project has been allowed to metastasize-- and that their duty is to America, and thus, to oppose and thwart the project-- should be done.

This really is a twilight moment, of the sort spoken of by Justice Douglas. We MUST take note of the change in the air, and respond to it like grown-ups.

Not Letting This "Crisis" Go To Waste...

FRIENDS, THE SPORADIC EASINGS of the despotic measures to which most of the country has been subjected under since the onset of the COVID-19 hobgoblin narrative should not be allowed to bleed off the head of steam you probably had been developing. Are You Having Trouble Spreading The Word?

SKEPTICISM (SOMETIMES INVOKED BY FEAR) IS TO BE EXPECTED when you're trying to explain to someone that everything they've been encouraged their whole lives to believe about something as entrenched and significant as the income tax is basically nonsense. So here's a way to help cut through the resistance:

Ask your listener how he or she would react if you were to show an announcement from the Commissioner of Internal Revenue admitting that the tax doesn't apply to the earnings of most Americans and is misapplied most of the time because people don't understand how it works? Or how about if you showed a ruling from the Supreme Court saying the same?

Now you just have to explain that you're going to show exactly those things-- but because the state really doesn't want people to know this, these things haven't been said quite as forthrightly as we would all wish. It's going to take a bit more work to take these admissions in than is sufficient for just reading a press release. But it'll be worth the effort...

I'VE LONG BEEN A FAN of Jimmy Dore, ever since somehow stumbling upon him during the Covid scam years. Although he comes from the left (which I do not), Dore is honest, and therefore not partisan.

Additionally, Dore has an impressive memory and a long, productive history of connecting the dots, such that he is able to hold forth on a wide variety of important topics which usually get passed over by others if only because they simply don't know enough to understand them. Things like the real background on the Ukraine conflict, for instance. Or the Seth Rich cover-up, and WHY it has been covered up.

Plus, he's funny (and can be so even when dealing passionately with deadly-serious subjects)!

Putting Jimmy Dore together with Tucker Carlson to discuss the events of the day (and some from a while back which still matter) is to create a real treasure trove for the educated and engaged brain. Enjoy.

BTW, NOW THAT WE'RE three months into the occupied-US-Israeli war on Iran, I ask again, HOW DO YOU FEEL about being the source of funding for an act of aggression that is not only murdering strangers who have never done America harm but also threatening the well-being of the entire planet, as the disruption of the world economy-- and the response escalation ladder that comes with such a momentous calamity-- looms before us?

This is still the question every right-thinking American should be asking themselves, or, if CtC-educated and -activated, should be asking every other person they know.

We MUST sever our shameful connection with this beast of the Middle East. In fact, our only related action in the region should be the use of our military might to defend Israeli victims against the ugly little apartheid and genocidal state's onslaughts.

Until that severing can be made to happen by reclaiming control over our politics and policy from the amoral and lunatic Zionists whose hands are currently on the levers of power-- and who have just strengthened their grip with the removal of Thomas Massie from Congress-- each right-thinking American should personally step up and do what he or she can to reduce the harm being done. Happily, doing so is easy.

ALL THAT IS NEEDED to accomplish that righteous and critically-important regulation is that those who have already received CtC's liberating and empowering revelations help the rest of the American population quickly understand the truth about the tax and discover that even though Washington may at present be a Leviathan in the grip of the wicked, this need not remain the case.

Bell-ringing efforts like this are easier than ever now, with the US Supreme Court having just reaffirmed its 108-year-old ruling in Brushaber v. Union Pacific RR. Co. and having freshly acknowledged the accuracy of CtC.

Remember, the arising and sustenance of the Leviathan state monster is a direct result of the successful mis-administration of the US income tax laws.

Shrinking that Leviathan state monster merely involves the reversing of that misadministration-- something that can be done by individual Americans, acting one-by-one, with no help or approval of any government official. Most important, each such act will absolve the actor from the dishonor of participation in the heinous crimes their resources would otherwise finance.
